"...and that's the plan." Daemon finished. "Everybody understand?"
Everyone in the tend nodded.
Aemond had given up information in the end, and Daemon had been able to wrangle control of the Riverlands with Aerion and Harwin. Which meant they could converge on Oldtown.
The Lannister fleet and the Velaryon fleet blockaded Oldtown from the sea, and that had bought them time while the armies came in on land.
Now it was just to lure out Aegon and get into the city.
Skies Above Oldtown
Mid 133 AC
Let's get this over with. Perzysia huffed. Her fire opal like scales shone in the sunlight, and she roared again.
In response, Sunfyre let out a roar, the golden dragon flying to them as Oldtown's army rushed out in a desperate stand.
Perzysia shrieked and blasted flames at Sunfyre's right wing membrane, being able to damage the delicate but strong membrane. Sunfyre roared, and Caraxes swooped in, ripping at the left one.
Aegon's screams could be heard as he and Sunfyre fell. They hit the ground with a sickening thud, and the Wise saw her half brother's body, broken and splayed at an unnatural angle.
Let's go. Elaera urged, and Perzysia dove then pulled up, spewing her flames all over Hightower soldiers. Rhaenys atop Meleys joined in, and so did Daemon atop Caraxes.
Morghul on the other hand, flew straight for the Hightower with the other dragons—Vermithor, Silverwing, Arrax, and Vermax, to burn down the seat of House Hightower.
Perzsyia eventually joined them once she saw Caraxes and Meleys had it handled, joining in on burning down the Hightower.
The stone began to melt, and the screams could be heard. Eventually, they broke through the base of the Hightower, and it fell into the sea, making a massive plume that rocked and totaled a few ships.
But the sounds of steel stopped, and the Silver Princess closed her eyes.
It was over.
