Me and Jungkook didn't get to explain to each other nor to talk because he had a race to do and I couldn't waste his time. Before he left, he just licked his lips, fixed his uniform and glanced at me. Then, he walked away with Baekhyun Hyung.
I was still in shock. I mean, you have to understand me. The doll, well, actually, he was not that.. Dolly? Hahaha.
That was a surprise. How could someone look so different all of the sudden? I crossed my arms and followed Forth who took me to the starting line. I was standing in front of these people screaming "KJ!".
Some girls even seemed to pass out so much, they were screaming seeking for Jungkook's attention I guess. To please his fans, he put on his helmet and turned towards them. He winked ! This man.... waaa. If only Ga eun saw what I was witnessing. She wouldn't believe her eyes. Poor thing.
Tae: So how many turns do they take?
EN: 3 rounds. But it's gonna be child's play for KJ. His opponent is new I think. he does not know the humiliation that awaits him. Hahaha.
I smiled and took a sip of my delicious beer. Tonight was going to be more interesting than I thought.
A nearly naked girl stood between the two Boys and motioned to get ready. A few hand movements and then a loud noise signaling the start of the race.
Very quickly, the two motorcycles were out of our sight. I fixed my bangs and went to sit down.
After about 30 minutes of talking with the people I had just met, Hyuni hyung and "KJ" came back.
MB: It was tight. Hahaha!
JK: The turn was difficult. Hou!
MB: Sweetie!
Tae: Hey. How was it ?
MB: Your brother in law killed it.
I turned to Jungkook with a small smirk and stood up.
Tae: I'm relieved you're okay.
He just looked at me and opened his jumpsuit. I couldn't help but stare at him. He looked all drenched in sweat.. I couldn't help but stare at his tattoos too. It was unprecedented to see that on a man like him. Also, his piercings everywhere surprised me. How did he hide them from Ga eun?
I was impressed...
It's when I looked at his face that I noticed his eyes on me.
Did he just catch me checking him out and judging him in my head??
I looked away immediately and smiled at Baekhyun.
JK: Hah.. Forth, can I get a bottle of water?
FR: Oh! of course hyung.
Jk: Thank you. He said as he sat on his motorbike and looked around. He waved at a group of girl and smiled.
Tae: Womanizer? I murmured.
MB: Mhmm?
Tae: No nothing. Hahaha. So what are we going to do now?
MB: I just heard from one of my friends that there is a party after the race. It's the organiser who host it. I don't know if it's okay for you thought. If you want us to leave, it's okay.
Tae: What do you mean leave? I never desert when it comes to party. I said and remembered that my brother in law was there.
I turned to him and smacked my lips.
Tae: Can I go?
I saw Baekhyun 's and Forth's look but what could I do? He could have gone and told my dad again that I went to a party and disgraced our name.
JK: Why are you asking me?
FR: Is he like your father or something? Hahahaha.
Tae: No. It's just.. Can I go?
JK: Why wouldn't you? I am going too.
Huh??
Tae: You...huh?? You are coming too??
JK: Of course. I m one of the VIPs. He said with a smirk that confused me more than anything.
MB: Right. So, I guess we have to change. Wait here princess. Baekhyun said as he pinched my nose and smiled.
I observed Jungkook leaving, eyebrows frowned. No way it was him.
NO WAY!
He was..too different.
I blinked when they left and turned to Forth who was chuckling at me.
Tae: This is not Jungkook. Right? Hahaha.
FR: This is him. But.. I guess he's a complete different person outside? Here, he is just KJ. A racer, but out there I know he is a rich man , CEO of some company. Hahaha. So I understand why you are a bit confused.
Tae: .....
FR: But you know what? I think KJ is the real him. Like.. He is who he really wants to be but he just can't because of his name, work, family.
Tae: If my sister knew who she is about to marry, I don't know what she would do.
FR: He will never tell it to her. His nightlife is his and I don't think he would share it with her knowing that she won't be okay with it. This can ruin his reputation and his couple. I don't think she fell in love with this side of him.
Tae: Right.. Mhnm. Anyway. Let's find something to eat.
FR: Sure. Over there. Follow me.
I nodded and went with him to people selling beers and hot dogs.
Some minutes after, the two racers arrived all dressed up. I looked at Jungkook head to toes and almost chocked of my hot dog.
What with his Outfit too???
MB: Let's go. Forth you are coming?
FR: Yes of course. But I still have some things to fix here.
- Hyun !!
MB: Ah? Yes?
- we need your help with something here. Can you come a minute?
MB: Ah. Okay. Tae. Can you wait here?
Tae: Y-
JK: I take him with me.
MB: Mhm?
JK: I will take him to the party. Don't worry. You will join us later anyway right?
MB: Yes. Okay so, you go with him.
Tae: Mhm? I don-
JK: Let's go. He said as he grabbed my hand and dragged me to the motorbike.
Tae: Hah....Where is your car?
JK: At home. I don't use it at night like that. Plus someone just washed it so..
I couldn't but smile and crossed my arms.
Jk: Get on.
Tae: I can't. I am scared of motorbikes. I don't want to die. Now that i know that you are a racer I am scared than ever because you will drive fast like a freak.
JK: I am responsible. Did you forget?
Tae: Hmmm.
JK: Just get on.
Tae: Hah. Okay.
I sat behind him and wrapped my hands around his waist. He checked if I was holding tight and turned. I got flustered. He was just at a inch of my face. I looked at him with round eyes.
JK: Make sure not to fall.
Tae: ......y-yeah. Just turn around and start that thing already. I said as I looked away.
He chuckled and we left the parking.
I licked my lips and took a deep breath.
Tae: By the way.
Jk: what?
Tae: Where is your suit? What with this leather jacket and boots. Haha. Added with the torn jeans. Hahaha.
JK: I left them home with the car.
Tae: I didn't imagine you able to do something like that for real.
JK: I know. For you I am a doll right? Haha.
Tae: Yeah. Hahaha.
JK: You don't know me Taehyung. You just see what I want you and everyone to see.
He was right.
He just was what everyone was waiting for him to be actually. A good and serious boy. Because that's what his parents wanted and that's the kind of man his fiance needed.
Tae: That's a Shame.
JK: Why?
Tae: Because this side of you is better.
He didn't utter a word but I heard him giggling.
I just smiled and profit of the ride. The wind blowing my hair and caressing my face gently.
Some minutes after, we arrived in front of a big, modern house.
Tae: Ohhh.
Jk: Welcome.
Tae: Where are we?
JK: This is a secret.
The gate opened and we got in. There was lots of motorbikes and sport cars.
Tae: That's a whole new world. Hahaha.
He got off and helped me.
JK: Shall we enter?
Tae: Yeah.
We walked to the door, he talked to the security and we were inside.
I looked around amazed. The song was good. He greeted almost everyone. Everyone recognized him. That was impressive.
He immediately took two glass of whiskey and gave one to me.
Tae: I can drink it?
JK: If you don't. I will.
Tae: Weren't you the one telling me not to drink too much??
JK: Yeah. For your sake. Now that I allow you, if you don't want to, I will.
I rolled my tongue and left a small laugh.
Tae: Okay. I will.
JK: Cool.
We went to the VIP area and how was my surprise when I met another familiar face.
Tae: Hoseok hyung. Of course.
HS: Taehyung?? What is he.. What are you doing here??
Tae: My date is a racer, we went to see the race and I met my dear brother in law.
HS: .....
Tae: Don't worry. It's not like I am going to run to my parents and tell it to them. It's Jungkook who does that. Not me. I said looking at him and taking a sip of my drink.
JK: Mmmm. Yeah. Don't worry Hoseok.
HS: Alright. Take seats guys.
We sat and began to talk while drinking. Jungkook even more than me. He didn't stop the bottoms up of whiskey which was very strong.
After an hour, Baekhyun was not there yet and Jungkook was starting to look out.
I think he was drunk.
Jk: I have to use the toilets. I will be right back. He said as he put down his glass and walked to the restroom. I followed him with my eyes and turned to Hoseok.
Tae: I will be right back.
HS: Okay. He said and turned to the girl next to him.
I followed Jungkook to the toilets to check if he was fine and found him wetting his hair and splashing water on his face.
I walked closer and smiled.
Tae: What now? Is Jeon Jungkook drunk?
JK: No. I am just a bit..
Tae: You are just a bit drunk? I said with a chuckle.
He turned to me and leaned against the sink.
There was some seconds of silence before my eyes laid on his tattoes again. He removed his jacket a while ago.
Tae: Are they even real?
JK: What?
Tae: The tattoes and piercings.
Jk: You can touch if you doubt.
I scoffed and approached him slowly. I got in front of him and touched his arm.. I slide my fingers to his hand and then checked the piercing on his eyebrow before going down to his lips.
I caressed it with my thumb gently and smiled.
Tae: They are all real. Aren't they?
He didn't say anything so I raised my eyes and met his.
I gulped and felt my heart speeding up. His eyes were also different. Sharper and darker.
Damn.. What was happening?
Jk: I think I am really drunk. He finally said.
Tae: Mhm? Yeah. You are. Obviously. I said pulling back myself together.
I backed off and sighed. He rubbed his face and lifted me up suddenly making me sit on the sink.
I gasped and my eyes widen.
Tae: What are you doing??
He kneeled down and began to tie my shoelaces.
Tae: .......
Jk: I don't want to take you to the hospital because you fell again.
Tae: Again?
He raised his eyes at me and stood up.
Tae: ........
Jk: I will bid good bye to everyone and we are leaving. It's late.
Tae: .......
JK: Baekhyun must have arrived. Say good bye to him and let's go.
Tae: Okay...
He nodded and walked out.
I held my chest and looked down at my shoes.
Tae: What with him?
But the biggest question was:
What with me??
