Nothing special, its the same as the ninjas but his hood is a mask. A white mask with nothing on it. Sleeves are rolled up till his elbow.

Hoodie, shorts and slippers. Nothing special.
When he builds his stuff he wears gloves.
Weapon : Sword and Bow
His bow's arrows are sometimes filled with different kinds of potions.
His sword is a katana.
He's watched over the ninja for quite some time, he was just never been spotted.
