A/N: I didn't want to Y/n her too plain, but I also didn't want to make her too dramatic! Also she will be a bit apathetic!

A girl with h/c hair stumbled a bit as she walked down the pathway to her school, staring down at the switch in her hands as she flicks the buttons on her device around.

Her lips twitch into a frown for a moment as the character dies, 'GAME OVER' being plastered on the screen in an almost mocking way.
She reloads from her last save, making her character run back to where it was before it died.
She looks up as she notices she's right infront of her school, the brick gate surrounding the cream-white building.
She lets out a small sigh, saving the game one last time before closing it, putting it in the pocket of her backpack which hung over one of her shoulders.
So close as well...

She swung her legs back and forth under the desk, her arms crossed atop the desk as she lay her head on them. Her eyes watched the teacher with a tired expression.
"So. As third-year students, it's time to start thinking about your futures and what you want to do with your lives. I could pass out some career aptitude tests, but why bother?" A grin stretched across the teachers face, snatching the papers. "I know you all want to go to the hero track!"
He threw the papers as a frown made it's way onto the Y/n's lips.
How has this fool not been fired yet...
The students cheer, their quirks over reacting as papers fly in the air, soon slowly floating back down to the floor.
"Yes, yes, very impressive quirks. But no power usage allowed in school! Get a hold of yourselves." The teacher tried to the calm the students as Y/n rolled her eyes.
As if this wasn't your fault in the first place...
"Hey teach'! Don't lump me in with this buncha losers. I'm the real deal, but these guys'll be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-Lister. Heh." The ash-blonde male infront of our protagonist smirked, making her mentally scoff.
Right.. this guy. What was his name? Hm... bukago? Bakoga? Eh, doesn't matter anyways. Annoying prick.
"You think you're better than us, Katsuki?!" Some of the students yelled at the boy as a scowl makes its way on his face.
"Let's go, I'll take you all on!" He growls at them as the corner of Y/n's mouth twitches in amusement.
Hah.. damned dog...
"Huh." The teacher acknowledges the arrogant boy, "You've got impressive test results. Maybe you will get into UA High."
"He's gonna try for the National School?"
"That school has a .2% acceptance rate!"
"It's impossible to get into..."
The boy with vermillion colored eyes chuckles, "That's exactly why it's the only place worthy of me."
He jumps on the desk as the protagonist of this book, who was calmly sitting behind him, sighs quietly.
Overdramatic bastard...
"I aced all of the mock tests. I'm the only one at this school who stands a chance at getting in. I'll end up more popular than All Might himself, and be the richest hero of all time! People all across the world will know who I am. And it all starts with UA High!" He cackles as the girl behind him sweatdrops.
She has higher scores than this prick, what the hell is he blabbering about...
It's not like it mattered to her all that much. She didn't care if she ended up a Hero or a Villain. Really, so long as she got to play her games in peace, she'll go with whatever...
Hm, perhaps she'll try UA aswell. It would save her from the boredom of just staying home.
"Oh yeah, Midoriya, don't you wanna go to UA, too?" The teacher suddenly asks as the dramatic boy pauses, as if ice froze in place
"Uh—" The boy next to the e/c eyed girl stutters as he flinches, hesitantly looking up at the rest of the class.
He had fluffy green hair which seemed to not have been brushed.. or was it naturally that way? Hm...
If she remember correctly... his name was.. Izuki? Uziku? Something along those lines...
The rest of the class suddenly bursts out laughing, making the green-haired boy flinch once again.
"Midoriya? You're kidding, right?!"
"There's no way you're getting into the hero course without a quirk!"
Hm.. they do prove a point. The boy doesn't have a quirk, she doubts that the boy would be able to get into a quirk-based school without a quirk...
"Well, actually they got rid of that rule! I could be the first one.." He says hesitantly as e/c eyes flick over to see the ash-blonde boy slamming Midoriya's head into the desk, an explosion being set off.
She frowns, looking over at the teacher to see him casually looking away.
Bastard...
The green-haired boy from earlier grunts, making the protagonist look towards him again. He falls onto the ground as Bakugo stand over him.
"Listen up, Deku!" The ash-blonde calls, explosives sparking in his hands as he towers over the trembling boy.
"You're even worse than the rest of these damn rejects, you quirkless wannabe! You really think they'd let someone like you in when they could have me?!" He cranes his neck, glaring daggers at the poor boy infront of him.
"Huh—?! No! You- You've got it all wrong! R-Really!" He stammers, backing away from the seething boy, "I'm not trying to compete against you! You gotta believe me!"
The boy then looks down at his lap, "It's just that I've wanted to be a hero since I was little. I may not have a quirk, but I can still try my hardest, can't I?"
That will get him nowhere... he doesn't seem to understand having a job like pro-hero's can get you injured or even killed.
Though, his words only seem to anger the spikey-haired male, "You'd never be able to hang with the best of the best! You'd die in the exams! Defenseless Izuku. This school's already crappy. You really wanna embarrass it more by failing so hard!"
The boy and his minions cackle, making our protagonist roll her eyes.
Someone needs to tone his ego down a bit...
