Luna's eyes followed Shiki's movement who started to go forward as his name was called upon on. It was finally his turn.
All of a sudden, he halted turning back as he instantly went to Luna and Ezryn handing them his watch, then continued on.
"If we break this, we'll be in a lot of debt." Ezryn said holding the what seem sparkling luxury watch with care, hesitant to even clutch it and out it down.
Luna seem to agree with him as he worriedly nodded squinting her eyes at the luxury golden watch of Shiki.
'Of course he has a luxury brand of a watch, he's from a wealthy family, how envious.' she thought.
Well, in fact she too is from a wealthy family, but she was not that fond of buying such items. All the luxury brands she had left, before being sucked into this world, was either a gift from her birthdays. She even recall having a whole room dedicated to all those luxury items.
'Such a waste of money, really.'
Luna was rich as Dizian, that's a fact. But she doesn't like the idea of spending things on such luxury brands when there are similiar watches with the similar design in a cheaper price and even lasts longer than some of the branded watches. She though of donating those gifts in the future, after all she never used all of them, just one of the gift her parents gave her.
It was quite ironic, really— for Dizian does spend alot of money on other stuff, just not on luxury brands that is popular with bags and other items. He mostly spend much money on either supplied for his artworks, books, digital tools and merchandises.
Going back, her eyes fixated to the battle starting on the Field. Watching Shiki still acting apathetic as he blast winds to the puppet, he was calm as if he knew he'll win.
Shiki leaped, calmly dodging the wooden spikes being thrown by the puppet, as he blast his wind afterwards as he dodge. It may not look like it's working, however, Luna could see the slashes that Shiki's attack is making to damage the puppet, but of course, it wasn't severe.
'He looks like he's playing Chinese garter.' She thought as Shiki leap from right to left whenever the vine whip out of the puppet' brach.
Thud.
Luna quickly shifted her gaze as soon as she heard the loud thud. With that, there she saw Rinalyn with a petrified expression plastered on her face, looking up at the audiences as if she saw something horrifying.
She watched as Rei asked her if she were okay as Rinalyn seem to start being dizzy. Luna heard Rei offering Rinalyn to the clinic, but the maiden refuses— that is until Marvin approached them and convince Rinalyn to sit this one out and asked Rei to take her to the clinic.
The arena suddenly erupted with oohs as Shiki tumbled from the ground from the whish of the wooden vine that hit him. The crowd saw how Shiki's focus shifted into something which they couldn't determine what.
"Wait, the puppet touched him, does this mean...?" One of the crowd muttered.
Chatters soon filled the arena.
Shiki supported himself as he stand, nonchalantly dusting the sand off of him. He glance towards the puppet which retreated and vanished into particles, indicating that the fight was over— that he lost.
His gaze followed Rei and Rinalyn as they went out of the arena and soon walked back towards the seats. Shiki could feel the eyes of his classmates fixated at him, following his move until he sat down to his usual seat.
The two companions, Luna and Ezryn, apparently looking at him hesitantly, as if trying to figure out what needs to be said, but their words got choke.
Before they could even utter a word, he beat them to it;
"I'm alright, no need to show me that sympathetic expression of yours as if I've lost in a real battle."
"...Was that really ok?" Ezryn implied, "I could feel a strong presence before you got distracted, you were about to use the ancient ability Professor Marvin assigned you, weren't you?"
Shiki glance at Ezryn and smirked "You're more sensitive than I thought— on feeling mana, I mean." He replied.
Meanwhile, Luna who was in between the two gentlemen who was already drifting from the initial topic, discreetly gazes at Shiki.
He may fool everyone and think he was just got out of focus— or got distracted by something, but he can't fool her. It was adamant that the reason he suddenly lost concentration was because of Rinalyn. He has a keen hearing so there was no doubt that he heard that thud despite it being overpowered by the cheers of the audiences.
'Despite whatever their dispute, he still cares about Rinalyn. With this whole thing, I couldn't help but be more a bit curious on their history— unto why they have come to the relationship they have now.'
Luna opened both Shiki and Rinalyn's status window.

It really amaze her how Shiki's affection rate doesn't even move and just stays at Zero, yet his likability rate increases.
Looking at the other screen, Luna curiously thought on how can she could gain the other fragments and wondered what would happen if she were to complete all of it? Will there be some kind of reward like most game system would do?
Anyway, Luna soon made the two screen disappear and made another one appear which shows the current Status of all the male interests.

Luna affirmed to have checked everyone within her class and yet all she could see were the six male interests of the game being present. She couldn't help to confuse.
Her memory was vague, but there was something she could remember printed into the back as a description of the game that every seven male interests were in the same class as Luna. She had only remembered this yesterday, but couldn't understand how Dion has the same status as the Original Male interests.
