"Mom, what happened?" I questioned her as I got out the car.
She was sitting inside the police station and shit.
I noticed bruising and shit on her knuckles.
"They do sum to you?" I mugged as I grabbed her hands.
"No, you have the money?" She asked me and I nodded walking up to the officer sitting at the front desk.
"How much?" I mugged him.
"Whats her name?"
"Elease Celine Potts," I said her full name.
The officer did some typing and shit, then eyed me.
"2500 is her bail."
I dug in my pocket and pulled out an envelope because I wasn't about to show them all these 100s I was carrying.
The officer eyed me, but took the envelope and started counting the bread.
"You're free to go."
I grabbed my mama and we walked to the car.
My sister and Ky was in the backseat together.
My mom climbed into the front and my sister jumped up and wrapped her arms around her neck.
"You're so big baby girl." My mama pulled her into her chest.
"I love you so much, I promise to protect you until I can't no more," I heard my mom mumble as I started up my engine.
"Glad you're home mama," I heard Ky as I pulled off from the prison.

Pulling up to my mom's house; my sister was fast asleep on her chest.
Yes, my long ass 8 year old sister was asleep in my moms arms.

"I'll take her in," I heard Ky'mani as she got out the back and grabbed my sister so she could walk inside.
"I love you mommy," I heard my sister as she got out the car.
Once she was gone, I stared straight ahead as I spoke.
"We gon talk about this?" I questioned my mother as she sat in the car in deep thought.
"Soon, I have trial in a couple of days." She mumbled.
"Did you kill someone?" I asked her.
"No, but I did break her face and stab her a few times."
"Y-you broke her face?" I looked at my mom in shock.
"Who?" I questioned.
"The woman who hurt you, so I hurt her."
"She did it to her own sons too, I should've killed her."
I didn't say anything; I was in disbelief.
Her own kids too?

"Mama, you got a lawyer?" I questioned her.
"Yeah, her husband. I looked him up, he's some big shot lawyer. Takes all the high profile cases and wins. My case isn't as bad; but I am being charged with aggravated assault, attempted murder, and wielding a dangerous weapon."
I simply said there in deep thought, I ain't know what to say.
She could be looking at 15-20 years.
It wasn't fair; she was trying to get her life back on track.
Its been a few months and she's been doing really good man.
I didn't want this to turn out bad for her.
"You gon be aight, I promise. We gon be there supporting you every step of the way mama." I reassured her.
"Okay baby, I'll bring baby girl home tomorrow."
I nodded, "she prefers it there with you."
She did, Imaan really missed my mama.
I did too.
"I love you," I said to her, something I haven't said in a while.

I waited until she got inside before I pulled off.

Pulling up to my crib, I frowned up my face seeing Samora's ass.

I parked and she followed me inside my house.
"Wassup?" I looked at her.
"Hey," she had a smile on her face.
Its been a few weeks since I seen her.
We haven't spoke or anything, so this was a little weird for me.
My feelings still hurt, but shit was coo.
"What you need Samora?"
"Nothing; I just wanted to see you. I start Phlebotomy training soon, so I can get certified."
A smile came on my face, I was happy she was trying to do what she wanted to do.
"Oh yeah? That's wassup; proud of you." I exposed.
"That ain't why you came here though; so what you really want?" I looked at her w/ low eyes.
I was still high.
"I was just thinking about you," she mumbled as she walked up on me.
"You want some dick, that's why you came here?" I got straight to the point because that's what she wants.
She bit her bottom lip but nodded her head.
"You been fucking somebody else?" I asked her.
"No, I haven't," she spoke to me.

I walked up on her and grabbed her by her throat before sticking my tongue right in her mouth.
She gasped but wrapped her arms around my neck and jumped so I was carrying her.
I had my hands on her butt so she wouldn't fall and made my way to the room.
Kicking the door open, I placed her on her back and pulled my shirt up over my head. M
"Take this shit off," I told her, referring to this bodysuit she was wearing.
She did as we told, and well yall know what happened after that.
