The reason for this is because Today is the Grand Seirei Tournament A Tournament that has existed and has been hosted by Japan for the past thousand years with them also showcasing the Zanpakutos
Because of this Event that has only happened every 10 years, because of this it is very much called by the Humans that just recently entered the Supernatural World as the Super Bowl of The Supernatural World, simple because of how many people actually stays in somewhere and watched the Battles
And right now, in the 6th Layer of Heaven all Archangels of the Angel Faction are currently in the same Room with them placing many things in said Room, like Popcorn, Drinks, Desserts, Chickens and other Foods that could be found all over the world
" Metatron, is the TV good? " A Man asked his Brother, the Man that asked is a handsome young man with red eyes and blonde hair with him wearing an expensive and ornate clothing inter-weaved with gold threads with it's colors being white with red accents - For this Man is Michael The Leader of all Angels
Metatron hearing his Brother's words just looked at the TV that they are going to used and checked it for a few seconds and after seeing that nothing was wrong with it, he just nodded to himself and then looked at Michael and answered " Yeah it's good " Metatron is a handsome man with him having long platinum gold hair, blue narrow eyes, a well-defined face, and skin so white that it is almost transparent. He is so beautiful that he is often mistaken for a woman at first glance
While the two are moving about and fixing the room hurriedly before the Tournament Starts, Raphael who is also known as the Wisest of all Angels just looked at the Room and nodded satisfied with the current looked of the Room
Raphael is an Beautiful Woman with long Blue Hair with a D-Cup Breast, Hourglass Figure and big buttocks, with her wearing a complete black dress
" The Tournament is about to Start everyone, so go to your places now " With her orders being conveyed to them, the Archangels hurried there preparation so that they wouldn't miss a single of it

" Is the food and snacks done? " An Authoritarian voice rang out the Kitchen, making the cooks shiver in fright, but with them being professionals, they were able to get back to worked relatively easily with one of them checking the pots and pans and seeing that there still not done then answered for her
" No Lady Grayfia, but the Snacks are ready now " To this Maid name Grayfia just nodded and left the screen so that they could finished there worked
Grayfia is a beautiful young woman appearing to be in her early twenties with back-length silver hair that features a long braid on each side with small blue bows at the ends, while the rest is let down which ends in twin braids and silver eyes with her wearing a blue and white French maid outfit with long sleeves and a white maid headband over her head with red lipstick as a cosmetic accessory
She is Grayfia Lucifuge The Maid of the Gremory Household and the Wife of Sirzechs Lucifer
In the Living Room of the Mansion, there were two children quietly sitting down on the sofa
The Most Notable one is a young girl with crimson hair and blue eyes, who was currently slump down on the sofa with a bored looked
While the other was a young girl with black hair and violet eyes, with her currently reading a book with a Interested looked in her eyes
This two is Rias Gremory The Heir of the Gremory Household also being the Little Sister of Sirzechs Lucifer
While the other is Sona Sitri The Heir of the Sitri Household also being the Little Sister of Serafall Leviathan
Rias who was very much bored at nothing was happening just turned to looked at Sona and then said " Hey Sona, what should we do? I very bored right now " Sona hearing this then looked at her friend and just sighed
" Maybe you should do something to passed your boredom, since I have something to do after all " With that Sona then continued to read her book, Rias seeing this just sighed in disappointment and then slump her whole body to the couch
Then the door was opened making the duo looked at the door and saw their entire family, with along with the other Four Great Satans, along with Grayfia with several maids and butlers with them bringing with them in the foods, snacks and drinks that they would loved to take in
Rias seeing this Immediately sat up straight with a happy expression on her face excited on the show that they would be watching right now, with Sona just placing her book on her lap so that she would be able to read if something none interesting only showed up
Serafall Leviathan seeing her precious Little Sister just jumped towards her, which she didn't resist simple because she doesn't have the strength to actually do anything at the moment

Rias seeing her friend struggle in her sibling's hug just went to her parents instead so that she too wouldn't suffer from such a hug " Mama, Papa, what are we going to watched? Is it an action Movie? Or a Horror Movie? " Rias asked her parents since she doesn't really know the agenda for today since the two haven't told her anything really
To this her Mother Venelana Gremory just picked her up and then hug her while going towards the Sofa to seat upon

" It's called the Grand Seirei Tournament " To this name cause her to looked at him confused at the name of said tournament, but unlike Rias however Sona seems to know of the Tournament
" Wait that's today! " Sona who was still being hugged by Serafall suddenly yelled out for her words to be heard by everyone, which worked since everyone looked at her amazed that she knows of it, with Rias just looking at her friend in jealousy at the attention that she is getting
But Sona didn't really care for the gaze that she was getting and was rather looked excited really, which cause Serafall to giggle at her apparent excited giggle and decided to not tease for she was enjoying this after all, so she didn't try to sour her mood

And much like what Sona said, The Rating Games was created as an Inspiration from the Shinto's Grand Seirei Tournament and desire to replicate there success world wide, which has technically failed since no matter what the Devil Faction does it never really reached the numbers of the Grand Seirei Tournament
" But still though for you to looked excited because of this, could there be a reason why? " He asked further, since he knew that wasn't the main reason why she was so excited right now
To this Sona just nodded and then hurriedly turned on the TV and changed it to the Shinto Channel and saw the countdown, with that she then looked down and embarrassingly answered " We-Well, I did watch recordings of some of the fights " To this Silver and the others(except Rias) gained a looked of understanding since the fights in the Grand Seirei Tournament is simply put a breath taking scene really
In truth that was the main reason why the Tournament has so much more views than the Rating Games, since unlike the Rating Games that just shows Teenagers that still doesn't know anything about real combat, with some of the win conditions of said Games can be decided in a non Combat way like the Scramble Flags
The Grand Seirei Tournament features Fighters that truly knew what Real Combat is all about, with all of them being Master Combatants and not just children that just thrown there Power all willy nilly, and the best parts is, it's all a Single Duel type making it so that the participants to really need to fight head on and win, of course there are people that won through gimmicks or strategy, but still though the Winner is usually the one with greater stats or just simply put the one with more experience or techniques really
That was also the main reason why the Grand Seirei Tournament is so popular, it's because the people that fight in the tournament are all Combat Veterans or simply a Master Combatant, while the Rating Games aren't even Masters, with most of them just winning through sheer strength or numbers really

As this was going on, Rias was just looking at the TV curious as to what kind of Fights that she was going to witness

In another section of the Underworld, in the home of the Fallen Angels or the Headquarters of the Grigory Faction, all Fallen Angels was currently in there rooms or pubs that has a TV with them all being in the Shinto Channel, with some of them even being in a colosseum of sort building with in the middle being a massive screen that shows the Shinto Channel with Thousands of Fallen Angels seating and focusing there attention to the screen or merely having a quiet conversation with each other while waiting for the countdown to start
But in the Office of the Head of the Fallen Angels Azazel, there was multiple Individual in the Room with them all seating in couches to see the games, and this were the Head of the Fallen Angels Azazel
Azazel is a tall man appearing to be in his twenties with an average build, black hair, golden bangs and black goatee, with him wearing a V-neck maroon long-coat with a wide, open high-collar that opens up at the hem. The long-coat also featured two black belts around the waist and four black bands on each arm, two of the bands at the wrist and the other two near the elbow. He wore grey slacks and brown shoes
" Baraqiel! Hurry up bring the drinks!! " Azazel yelled out to Baraqiel who was currently bringing in 3 crates of beer for them to drink in this occasion
" Here " Baraqiel said while placing the crates in-between his side and Azazel's side of the couch
Baraqiel has the appearance of a middle-aged, gruff-looking man with black hair, matching beard and a muscular body
" Dear, don't drink too much you hear? " A feminine voice was said to Baraqiel who only looked besides him hurriedly
" Yes Yes, I shall be careful dear " Baraqiel said to her while being extremely worried of the consequences if he were to appear drunk in front of his precious daughter " Since I wouldn't want to appear as some useless drunk in her eyes after all " To this the Woman just nodded at his words

Azazel then looked besides him which was a young girl with silver hair and hazel colored eyes " So what do you think? " Azazel asked the girl who only scoff
" How can I evaluate something if I don't even know what to evaluate " The Girl annoyingly said to Azazel who only sighed at that
" I meant those three " To this the girl now looked at the trio who was having fun and then sighed longingly and answered

{I would say it would be a spectacle if it would be compared to the past Tournaments} Albion answered the Fallen's curiosity since he has also watched the Tournament through his various hosts eyes since he was sealed when the Tournament wasn't a thing as of yet {If it's like the rest though, many Powers might be revealed through here as well} Albion said to Azazel, but Azazel felt like it was more directed at Valian
That was a common practiced really for Japanese Supernaturals, since most of them would hide there power and skills and try to become as an Unknown so that the other Competition wouldn't know of there True Strength and Skills so that no one would be able to developed a counter to them
Vali hearing this just looked at the screen in curiosity and asked " Is it really that amazing? " Valian asked since this would be the first time that she would be watching this type of thing, sure she has watched some of the Rating Games of the Devils, but she didn't really liked it since she just saw the Fighters was just throwing there spells and punches around without any thought at all, so she didn't really care about it, since she would become more pissed off by the fighters and critique there mistakes and possibilities as well, so she didn't watched any of it now though
To this Azazel thought for a moment and then placed his hand on top of her head and then focused at the screen " Just watched for yourself, since you would be the judge of that after all, if it's amazing or if it's over hype "

In the Divine Realm of Olympus, The Home of the Gods which is situated in the Highest Peaks of the World, Olympus is separated into 3 Sections
The 1st Sections is the Sections for Lower Gods and Heroes of the Pantheon stay in and eat the Golden Apples of Hesperides to gained there Immortality to lived Longer, with it being quiet a big Section with it being at least as huge as Americas itself in terms of Size, with it being full of Entertainments that the Mortal World can think of and Imagine, with it having an Electronics Stores, Restaurants, Brothels, Cinemas, Theaters, but the most Important one for this sections is the Massive Colosseum that was situated near the gates for the Second Layer, as for the Colosseum it was filled to the brim with all of the Lower Gods and Heroes with a Massive Iris Message being made in the Middle of said Colosseum
The 2nd Sections is the Sections for The Greater Gods, Gods who are very famous and powerful, but never in the same level as the 12 Olympian Gods themselves, and Legendary Heroes like Hercules, Achilles, Hector and other famous Heroes as well, the main difference between the two Sections(Well with the exceptions of Citizens that is living in the sections) is the level of Luxury in the 2nd Sections and the Size of said Section being smaller than that of the 1st Section with the 2nd Section being as huge as Germany itself in size, with all of them also being in a Massive Colosseum looking at the Massive Iris Message that would show the future fights, but since it hasn't started yet some of them have been going and about talking to one other or simple acquiring food and drinks to enjoy themselves with this battles
For the Final Layer is the Home of the 12 Olympians with them having the Most Beautiful and Luxurious Sector with the Citizens of this Layer being the 12 Olympians, Hestia and the Mother of the Gods Rhea, with all of them being in the Main Meeting Hall
(Basically this is there positions of there seats)
With there seats being placed in a way that creates a U symbol, with in the middle of said Symbol being a bone fire with the Goddess Hestia was taking care off, as for there positions, left to right was Ares, Aphrodite, Dionysus, Artemis, Hermes, Hera, Zeus, Poseidon, Athena, Hephaestus, Apollo and Demeter, with Rhea being besides her favorite child which is Hestia
Much like the Lower Floors, they too was concentrating in the Iris Message that was showing a Countdown before they would show there fighters
In truth they would normally wouldn't even watched the Grand Seirei Tournament, with them just started to watched it separately until they found each other watching it and just decided to make it into an Family Event that they would watched it, with the Lower Sections finding out about it and also doing the same thing since they have been watching it as well
Of course they have different reasons for this, for Ares he merely wanted to see battles and since battles of the a High Caliber couldn't be seen in everyday, with the only time it was possible was in a War and since no war has happened as of yet, he was bored and since the time that the Shinto started there Grand Seirei Tournament he was hook since the fighters was always High Level, and add in the fact that there could even show some hot women as well, and even possibly sleep with them
For Dionysus, he just drinks in the Tournament since to him drinking while an Intense Battle is happening is when the Wine is at it's best
Artemis just started watching it recently since she heard that female warriors has also started to participate and even win in said Battles, with a single Individual even winning the whole thing, making her watched the Tournament along with her Hunt, and it did helped but every last one of the Fighters was respectful and didn't do any sexist jokes and took the battles seriously, well most of the time really
Aphrodite just watched the Tournament since many of the Fighters was Hot Guys that she decided to slept with
Hermes just watched it when Apollo introduced him to the Tournament since Hermes was always been busy and stress with his worked as the Messenger god
Hera just watched it in curiosity seeing her Son Hephaestus watching it, and as formed of Mother and Son Bonding they decided to watched it together
Zeus just decided to watched it since he was worried that someone would be able to dethrone him and just started to watched the Tournament so that he would know if one of them would be looking like to take his Throne
Poseidon just watch it simply because his Son Triton has also been watching, with him deciding to watched it with his Wife and Son whenever it was on so that they could have a family bonding session
Athena watched it when she saw clips of it being uploaded in the Divine Tube making her quiet curious of it, and especially liked it since the Fighters that was shown was very good at the weapons that they used it, with them being quiet good technique fighters, especially does that actually strategize there fights
Hephaestus just watched it when his employee recommended the Tournament to him, with him quiet liking it especially the weapons that they used as well
Apollo just watched when he was in the 1st Layer and heard the talks about said Tournament with him being curious enough to watched and liked it to the he would patiently wait for it whenever it started
Demeter she just watched it as a short of stress reliever since she is still mad about Hades taking her Daughter away from her still
Hestia in truth was the one who created this tradition, seeing her Family was watching it intently, she decided to host it so that they all would be able to enjoy the battles and even comment on it with each other so that they would become closer together in the end
Rhea just joined her Children and Grand-Children not wanting to be left out of the tradition really, and that she also wanted to converse with her Family and also try to close the bonds all of them and clean bad blood between all of them as well
" So what do you think we would see today? " Hestia asked no one particular, but her voice was loud enough so that everyone in the room would heard her voice and answer if they so desire, and fortunately for her, Poseidon decided to answer her

The Godslayer Scathach and The Phoenix Fu Hua - Are Legendary Humans that has reached the Pinnacles of Humanity in there own ways, one reached the Pinnacle by Embracing Weapon Arts and the other Martial Arts
Despite the difference between the twos' Powers and way of Combat and teaching, it is still a well known fact that the two of them are apart of the Top 10 Ranks and have Abilities that would even allow them to fight Individuals more powerful than them equally or even surpassed them as well
Especially for Scathach who has Mastered her Fully Awakened Stigmata and her own Ki Ability with her being that of a Level 2
" If there Students were to be shown, then they would definitely be Impressive and even be Powerful enough to take on Greater God's as well " Artemis said since she has also fought some of there disciples, with her most notable one being Cu' Chulainn and Cheng Lingshuang, with the two managing to defeat her and if not for her Father intervening she would have died by their hands that day
Of course at that time she cursed her weakness and hated the two of them quite a lot for her defeat at the hands of two mortals, but after hundreds of years and learning a lot more, she right now could only looked back at such memory in fond memory since those defeats thoroughly made her more powerful and skilled warrior than she could ever be without does two defeats as well
Of course her defeat to Cu' Chulainn still does sting a little, but she has now accepted it and have also become more excepting of males with her Hunters also accepting them as well, which is shown with her Hunt now also accepting Male Children as well, of course the percentage between Male and Female is still not equal, but it still is changed and overtime she does want to make the Hunt be of equal between Male and Female
Which is something that Hestia is happy about with her hoping that Artemis would have someone to loved and even call her Husband as well

All 5 owners of the House was in the Living Room, with it being normal by Mortal Standards, with it having a good sofa, a table in front of it, and 2 chairs at the sides of Sofa, with the sofa facing a Good Quality TV for them to watched in on
Shiva The God of Destruction and Recreation, with him being the Strongest God and the Strongest Being in his Pantheon, and the Head of the Shiva Faction of the Hindus
Parvati The Goddess of Motherhood and Fertility, with her being a powerful Goddess being one of the Strongest, with her also being quiet a powerful warrior being the Wife of Shiva and with her also being apart of the War between Shiva and Indra
Ganesha The God of Fortune and the Removal of Obstacles, with him being the First Child between Shiva and Parvati, he was naturally powerful and with him receiving some training from his Father, but his real value is not through combat, but through financial support being the God of Fortune, with him being the main one to support and finance his Father's Armies and Wars
Kartikeya The God of War of Hindu Mythology, as the 2nd Child between Shiva and Parvati and being the God of War, he was naturally powerful and strong Warrior God being one of the Best with him surpassing even the Great God Ares as well in both Power and Skills in War
Kali The Goddess of Destruction, as the 3rd Child of Shiva and Parvati, she more takes from her Father rather than her Mother, which is shown with her Destructive Prowess being more powerful and destructive that her Older Brothers could ever be
And right now all of them were looking at the Screen before them awaiting for the countdown to be finished
Kali seeing that the Timer was still up, she then sighed and then boredly slumped down on the table making her Father looked at her curiously, while the others was merely doing their own thing, with Ganesha looking at his phone to looked at his Investments, Kartikeya was looking at a Map that revealed his Father's Armies and there Positions, along with there bases, while Parvati was currently in the Kitchen deciding to cook somethings for the whole family

Fu Hua, he is already making big moves in the Supernatural World to secure his spot and make his Dream even more Possible now, since he is taking over the whole Underground Crime with him having about 0.05% of it, with said Organization being called The 3 Wise Generals with him creating it some few months ago, with his apparent territory being the Europeans, with him fighting about the other Crime Syndicates there as well
And when he wins the Tournament, he would be able to create his own Legal Organization as well, so what about it care to join as well?
In truth reading the whole Letter, she already know that is true as well, since she knew that Scathach wouldn't lie about this things especially the true skills and abilities of her Students as well, but more Importantly she thought of the Crime Organization that Issei has created and his plan on creating a Legal Organization, since that truly caught her Attention
Since from what she heard from Fu Hua about the Boy, he finds more value in his dream of becoming the World's Strongest Swordsman, and in truth when she heard it, she wanted to complain to Otto by not sending him to her as well to train him to reached such levels, but knowing the reason why the two are separated she just accepted it since the reasoning was very solid after all
But still him creating two Organizations? That truly stopped her line of thinking for a moment, since founding and expanding a Single Organization, especially how well placed and maintained some of the Organizations are, no new Organization would suddenly rise to the top, making it into an almost Impossible tasked to complete, and in truth if she were to bet on something that would worked between the two, she would bet the Legal Organization, since she already knew what the Boy would be planning after all
By using the Tournament, he would take advantage of the fact that he would Win and be crowned Kenpachi, and with that he would advertise himself to be allowed to create an Organization, and if the Shinto's disagrees, the Boy would just go to some Pantheon or Factions to advertise himself once more to allow him to be able to create said Organization
No matter how small said Faction that he would join, just the value of having the Kenpachi's ranks is Immense, especially to a Small Factions that desires power, they would want the Kenpanchi, and even if he didn't become the Kenpanchi him just being in the 2nd or even 3rd place would still be enough to make him be wanted by Small Factions since the Tournament is a big event after all and all eyes would be in it, since many Factions/Pantheons would want to recruit the warriors that interested them as well
But considering how prideful and confident Scathach was, she just predicted that Issei already have Capabilities that allows him to become Kenpanchi

To this Kallen was also brought to her thoughts as well, since even she does not know why Issei wants the Title, and knowing who Issei is, she also knew that he is smart enough to learn of this fact as well, but she also knew that it is apart of his plan to rise to the Top as well, so she never really did acknowledge or questioned his motivations to rise after all, but now she kinda wanted to question him now though

Right now the Seats was obviously seated by the Gods who excitedly waiting the start of the Battles, and as for the Royal Chamber, seats the Royal Gods of Shinto, Izanagi The Husband of Izanami and The Creator God of Shintoism, Izanami The Wife of Izanagi and The Goddess of Death of Shintoism, then there Children, Amaterasu The Goddess of The Sun and The Universe of Shintoism, Susanoo The God of The Storms and The Seas of Shintoism and then Tsukoyomi The God of the Moon of Shintoism
Right now the Family was merely silently watching everything in the Colosseum and more Importantly watching some of the Participants of said Tournament and then to the Current Kenpachi who is also excited at the Tournament at large
And usually, Susanoo would be commenting on the people he would think would win right about now, he didn't, he didn't even moved his position that he placed it on, with him occasionally moving like it's following someone, which did cause the family to see his actions but didn't comment since they merely though his Actions was acceptable and didn't want to ruin it, well except for his Mother though
Izanagi seeing her Son's concentrated looked decided to question him " Susanoo-chan, who are you looking at? Could it be a young woman again? You do know that your Wife's going to kick you out right? " To this Susanoo just looked at his Mother with an unimpressed looked on his face
With that he then sighed and then waved his hand back and forth to deflect the accusation thrown towards him " No Mother, I'm just looking at a spectacular Aura " Hearing his Words, they all gained curious looked and then used their Divinity to also looked at where Susanoo was originally looking at and then saw the thing that fascinated him, and truthfully it also fascinated them as well
The Aura that they saw an Aura of Pure Gold, an Aura without any Darkness or Imperfections, it was a Pure and Radiant Aura that threatens to engulf the World in it's Golden Glow, but more Importantly unlike many others, even theirs Included, The Aura wasn't moving erratically, it was Calm and Steady like that of a Calm River
And that fascinated all of them, since they know that ones Aura would moved erratically when doing something dangerous or something that would make people gained an adrenaline rushed, or in this case Combat, but unlike the others that was like that, the Person's Aura was calm and steady like saying his dominance over said Warriors
Amaterasu seeing this could only remember a quote from Nightfall " A Warrior is at his Strongest, when the Mind and Body is Calm, making them be able to react to any Situation and gained Victory " When she finished all of them just looked at her with an unimpressed looked since they knew where she got that quote from since they too also played it after all
As for the one who they were watching however, was Issei Hyoudou with him being covered in a Dark Cloak which has the properties of Shadow and Hidden, which completely hides his Face and Body Structure from everyone that tries to looked at him and assess him, but simply gave up when they couldn't see anything and just chuck it up that his Cloak is an Artifact that hides his Face
But the thing that they did found odd about him was his bandaged right arm that carried a Phone and the massive Gunbai on his Back with it
Issei sensing the stares just decided to ignore it and just focused on his conversation with Bianka with the two just deciding to chat with each other since the two were separated into different space
The reason for this is because of the simple fact that the Fighters in the Tournament are usually in the hundreds or even in the thousands of participates, and since the Top 12 are the only ones that actually acquire a Zanpakutos, the Gods decided to separate the Participates into 12 Different Space where each one of said Spaces needing to fight each other to have one of the 12 Spots
Making it so that each Space would have a Battle Royal to see who is the Strongest in said Space and be able to move forward to the 12 Main Battles
And luckily for Bianka and Touko they were placed in the 3rd and 8th Spaces respectively, with Issei being in the 12th Space

As of right now, the Organization only gained notoriety by accepting Assassination Contracts, with said Organization having killed quite a lot of people to make it be taken seriously by others, especially with how efficient, skilled and fast there movements are
And to achieve more, Issei decided to create a Drug that would do that, which is entirely inspired by the DC Venom, which is a Drug that enhance the Abilities of people that take it, with it also having an Addictive nature to it making others that drink it long enough to simply just want to drink it

Scathach herself was currently walking towards the basement of her Castle, a part of her Castle that only a few Individuals has access to and knows how to go and enter said room, and when she did opened it, a lot of People was moving around with either boxes or other machinery in there hands, but the one that she more concentrated on was Issei who was moving about and ordering the People what to do
That was her Basement, The Base for the 3 Wise Generals, after getting the Idea of the 3 Wise Generals, Scathach decided to house the Organization under her Castle, since no one would truly question her and her activities
Since who would be willingly to question the Godslayer, since she is very famous for her temper when someone accuse her and with her Skills and Power the one who questioned her would definitely die in combat with her
Because of this reasons and that Scathach was very much willing to hide said Organization, it was quickly decided that the Basement would be the base of operations for the Organization
" Scathach-sensei! " Scathach hearing her student Aoife running towards her, she then looked at her confused by her calling her, but after seeing the Magical Screen that is showing the Grand Seirei Tournament, she then gained an understanding looked " I see, so the Tournament is about to start then? "
To this Aoife just nodded at her and then enlarge the screen for them to see it " Yeah, but the countdown still haven't finished yet " To this Scathach just nodded at her words and not even worried for Issei's winning chances, since she knew that the Tournament is already won by Issei
Issei who completed her Training the fastest out of her Students, with him having the Highest Potential on matching her with said Student having awakened his Stigmata and even awakening it all on his own, and add his own Talent and Mastery of Ki he was already a powerhouse even before her training him
But after receiving her training he became an even bigger powerhouse, both in the battlefield and in the bed as well
With him having full control over his Stigmata and could fully utilized it to it's maximum potential, with him even learning some of her Ki Techniques as well as improving his already Impressive Ki Techniques as well
But that's all as well, since he traveled the Entire European Continent Supernatural, making him see and meet many things from different beings and teachers that taught him many things as well
The First place that he stopped at was the Norse Realms with him meeting the Norse Gods and even learning from them as well, with him learning Primordial Runes from Odin himself, learning the Vanir Magic and Knowledge from Freya, and learning and mastering many Weapon Arts from the Valkyries
Then going to Avalon Land of the Fairies and getting the Fairies to teach him their Magic, and even acquiring their Techniques in the Use of Nature Energy and even being able to create his Own Weapon by combining the Wood from The Great Spirit Tree and The Tree Yggdrasil
Of course because of him going to Avalon, he would meet the Original Arthur and Morgan Le Fay who taught him their craft, with Arthur teaching Issei Swordsmanship enhancing his already Godlike Swordsmanship even higher, with him also learning Magecraft and Witchcraft from Morgan as well
He would even meet Merlin and learn from him as well, quite enhancing his repertoire of spells and magic that he would rarely used, but when he did used them it would for a big project that he is planning on doing
For those reasons, she already know his is going to win, and even wanted to just continue to win since she already know the outcome of the Tournament, but decided against it since she would be able to see Issei's dominance and also see his Childhood Friends abilities as well, so she decided to also watch it as well
With that Scathach then let out a smirk that made Aoife to move back a little bit out of fear from her smirked " Now then Issei, bring the terror of the battlefield like you promised me! "

When the timer finished, all Screens in the Supernatural that was watching going to watch the Tournament then changed from the countdown to that of a Beautiful Woman with Fox features, with her having Pink Hair and Blue Ethereal Colored Tails behind her back
" Hello Everyone! My name is Inari The Goddess Foxes, and right now I'm the host and main commentator of the Grand Seirei Tournament! " Inari introduced herself in front of the various Magical Screens that would shown to all of the Supernatural World
As for her current location, it is in a dark room of the Colosseum where no sound would interrupt her words, but after her Introduction however she then Teleported herself along with the Screens above the Colosseum that they would be fighting at
" The Grand Seirei Tournament, The Legendary Tournament that would only happen for every 10 Years!! " Inari dramatically yelled out which made both the Gods and the Warriors to yell out as well which was heard directly from the Screen of every Supernatural
" To the people that only started watching The Tournament, then I The Great Inari shall introduced the Rules to all Watchers and Warriors for this Tournament " With that Inari then showed her Index Finger to the Screens " The First Rule of The Tournament No Teaming from each Space, for if it was seen that people are teaming up, then they will be Eliminated Immediately! Since this Tournament is a 1v1 Duel by the End of it! Since you all are Warriors of the High Esteemed, then showed it here and now!! "
That was the Sacred Rule of the Tournament, No Helping or Teaming Up
All Warriors of the Tournament are Warriors of High-Esteemed to show this they enforced this Rule to all Tournament Participants, that all Warriors must fight by themselves if they can't even do that then their Automatically disqualified
Then she brought her Middle Finger up as well " The Second Rule would be that all form of Combat would be allowed in this Arena, be it poisoning, cheap tricks, or even the classic back stabbing or assassinating, all this is allowed in this Arena to be used "
To the Shinto or more so to Susanoo, all things in War is acceptable, poisoning, assassination, stealing kills, or even taunting the Enemy, to Susanoo all of them are acceptable, since the only thing that they needed to do is Win in the end after all, even if they win by the Cowards way, it still doesn't take away the fact that they still won in the end after all
With that Inari then brought her ring finger up " Thirdly, Death is allowed in this Battlefield, so those that are afraid of death then leave, for this is the Battlefield of Real Warriors after all "
That was the thing that made the Tournament so different to the rest of the Tournament Aired in the Supernatural World, death is permitted in the Tournament, of course there does that survived despite not being selected in the Top 12, but even then that only happened when the Winner of said Space actually spared them, but that rarely actually happens
With that Inari then thumps up " Fourth, The Battles of each Space shall be a Battle Royal, with the last 12 Battles shall be of Duels, so I advice that all Warriors prepare for Combat and create your own Strategies out of this moment "
Inari warned everyone of them to start there preparations Immediately, which most of them did with the exception of some who already was prepared or didn't need to prepare anything, and since the wait would be a few minutes long, Inari then transported the Screens all around the Spaces to make them watched said Warriors prepare their weapons
With some of the viewers taking this opportunity to grabbed food/drinks or simply deciding to take dumb or a leak so that they wouldn't need to leave when the first battle royal starts
After a few Minute, Inari then snapped her figures bringing back the Screens to her " Time's up, All Warriors of the 1st Space! Be ready for you all shall be transported to the Arena " After a few seconds Inari then snapped her figures again and teleported all warriors of the 1st Space to the Arena with all of them being battle ready
Inari seeing this was pleased and with that she then turned all of the Screens towards the Royal Chamber making them see the Royal Family of Shintoism " For now, Lady Amaterasu shall be the one to officially start this battle! "
Hearing the Fox Goddess Words, Amaterasu then gracefully stood up and then walked forward making her the center of attention in both in the Screens or to the Colosseum itself, with the Warriors bowing down to show their Respect to the Chief God
Amaterasu seeing this just decided to fake cough and then brought her right hand forward to the Arena " All Warriors of Japan! This Moment is the Greatest Place to prove yourself and to the World at large your Worth as a Warrior, so now All Warriors be Read for Combat!! " With that everyone of them then stood up from their kneeling position and then grabbed their Weapons
Amaterasu then closed her eyes for a few seconds and then dramatically opened them while also using her Divinity to blown the wind all around the Colosseum " Begin!! "
