What is a yonko:
The Yonko are a pirate group, hailed by the World Government as the four most notorious and most powerful Pirate Captains in the entire World. However, they are neither allies nor enemies of one another, preferring to remain independent under most circumstances. They, individually, reside within the New World, exerting impressive influence and control over dozens of other pirate crews and self-governing islands.
The idea of the Yonkos, in canon, came around the time, after Rogers execution. But in my au, the Government made the concept of a Yonko way before, making Xebec the first Yonko.
