Mike felt wills lips on his, he tasted sweet, like sugar. Mike couldn't help but smile. The soft blue light shining down on them, as it was blue hour. "God, I love you so much." Mike said, in between a kiss. "I love you too Michael wheeler." Will Said, smiling up at him. Will put the cigarette in his mouth. Will took it out and blasted a cloud of smoke on mike. Mike moved his hand around to move the smoke away. "Will!" He said, grabbing one of wills hands. will let out a soft laugh. Mike couldn't help but smile again.

Mike was sitting outside, on his porch. He sat down on his skate board, going side to side lightly. He lit a cigarette and put it in his mouth. He felt the September breeze hit him.
He looked down at his converse. They had drawings all over them because of dustin and Lucas.
Speaking of them, mike saw them walking over to him.
"Hey man!" Yelled dustin. Lucas snatched the cigarette out of mikes hand.
Mike stood up. "Hey! Give me that!" Yelled mike. Lucas dropped it on the ground and stepped on it.
"You really need to stop smoking dude." Lucas said. "Yeah, he's right. Anyway, are you excited for freshman year!?" He said. "No." Mike replied.
"That's the spirit!" Dustin yelled, ignoring what mike had even said.
"You know how many lady's your gonna snag this year?" Said Lucas.
Mike shook his head. "Too many to count!" Lucas said. Of course, Mike didn't believe him. It's not like mike thought he was ugly, it's just he didn't like girls.
"Guys, stop with that." Mike said, irritated. "Yeah, yeah, okay." Said dustin. "Come on wheeler!" Lucas said, lifting mike off his skate board.
Lucas and Dustin started walking in the direction of the high school. Mike quickly grabbed his skateboard and followed them.
"Are you guys trying out for any clubs?" Asked dustin. "Yeah, im trying out of the basketball team!" He said, excited. "Mike? You?" Dustin asked.
Mike shook his head. "He probably just wants to spend after school smoking." Said Lucas. Mike felt his blood boil.
It's almost like his own friends thought his only personality was smoking. "It's that all you guys think I do?" He asked, his voice stern.
"No, obviously we were joking, right dustin?" Lucas said, nudging dustin.
"Yeah! I don't know why your so protective about it. If you want us to stop bring it up, why don't you just stop?" Said dustin.
"It's not that hard to just 'Stop'." Said mike.
"Yeah, Sure." Said Lucas.
Mike had had enough of them. He slammed his skateboard on the ground and started to skate away.

Mike reached the school building.
He walked in, glancing around at the locker numbers. Mike had 712.
Mike walked down the halls. Watching the different types of people walk by.
Mike reached his locker. He thought he had some time to spare. He pulled out a cigarette and put it in his mouth.
Suddenly, dustin and Lucas ran over to him. "Why did you skate off?" Lucas asked, shoving his stuff in his locker.
"Yeah, not cool man." Said dustin. "It's not mg fault you guys were pissing me off." Mike said while spreading smoke in the hall way.
"Ugh, that smells horrible." Lucas said, covering his nose. "That sounds like a You problem." Mike said, watching a crowd a students walk down the halls.
This one boy caught mikes eye, he was short and carrying a skate board. He was wearing a backwards baseball cap and a band tee. Mike watched as he ran into someone.
The kid yelled, "watch it!" And shoved the smaller boy away. He noticed the boy look back at him. Mike was worried he would run into someone else.

Mike was walking into his first class. He noticed the short boy again, but didn't say anything.
The smaller boy didn't say anything since he was busy doing something.
Mike walked into the classroom.
"You can sit anywhere!" The teacher announced.
Mike glanced at the teacher. He was alot taller then her, or she was just short.
He sat in the middle, a empty seat next to him.
Mike watched the door way, hopefully Lucas or dustin were in this class.
But mike was surprised about the next person who walked into the door. It was the small boy he had saw earlier.
He watched the boy scan the room, his eyes quickly darting away from mike.
Mike raised his eyebrow.
Mike watched as the boy walked near Troy. Did he know who that was?
"Hey, seats taken." Said Troy.
The small boy spoke.
"But class is about to sta-" he started.
"Find somewhere else to sit, loser." The boy said, lifting his legs on the chair next to me.
He watched the small boy glare at him, and lift his head to scan the classroom.
The smaller boys eyes landed on him.
Mike quickly glanced away, nervous to make eye contact.
He felt the boy sit next to him.
He also felt like he was being started at, so he glanced back at the small boy.
He kept glancing at Mike.
"Is there something on my face?" Asked mike, bring his hand to his face.
The boy quickly lifted his head to look at him.
"Oh, uh, no! You look fine!" He said, his voice nervous.
Mike could tell on his face he was nervous. Mike tried to start a conversation.
Mike smiled. "I'm mike wheeler."
"Will byers." The boy said.
There was a pause.
"Do you want to sit with me at lunch?" Mike spit out, not realizing what he had said until he said it.
He saw the boys eyes light up for a second, and then look forward.
"I don't get involved with smokers, sorry." He said.
Mike tried again, he didn't take no for an answer.
"Please? Your the only chill person I've seen the whole 20 minutes I've been here." He said, begging at this point.
Will turned his head towards him again.
Will let a soft sigh out. "Fine."
