Third Person POV
"Run"
That was the only voice she could hear in her head, playing over and over again
She somehow managed to gather just enough energy to help herself up from the muddy ground. The pain in her body reminded her of one of the reasons why she should just reverse her actions and climb over the fence and succumb to her consequences but the picture of her son and girlfriend in her memories gave her the courage to push on
"Run!" the voice yelled once again and with that, Rihanna ran for her dear life

"I swear to God Y/N. This is the last mother***ing time" Beyoncé gritted as she glared over at her wife
"Can she get that epidural now?" Y/N asked the nurse who was currently checking on the singer's and her unborn child's vital
"Yes she can. She's now 7 cm dilated" the nurse chuckled before she answered
As soon as Beyoncé got the drug she was relaxed and calmer than before. She was currently in labor at the hospital, getting ready to bring forth her first and second child into the world
Y/N looked down at her now calm wife and had a sympathetic look on her face which did not go un-noticed by the singer
"What's wrong?" she asked the older woman
"Its just that, the last time I was in this situation was with Rihanna" the police officer confessed
Y/N had a feeling that her first love was still out there but she was slowly losing hope as its been almost 3 years since she just disappeared. The police officially declared her deceased just last month which did take a toll on her because she had no idea what to tell their son who only knows Beyoncé as his mom due to her being there when his birth mother disappeared
"Do you regret this?" The Texan asked as she played with her fingers, something she did out of nervousness
That question caused her to pause, she pictured Rihanna in the room with hurt on her face. She did know what to say and she knew if she took too long, her wife would probably be angry or worse take the kids with her as soon as she gives birth
"Of course not" Y/N verbalized mainly because she doesn't regret her kids, she loves her wife but she feels as if she betrayed Rihanna since she did marry her best friend
The singer nodded even though she had her doubts. A few moments of silence fell upon the married couple before Y/N announced she was going to get a cup of coffee as it was just about 2 in the morning
"Okay" Beyoncé whispered, giving her wife the go ahead

Rihanna ran until she saw the only building in her sight, which so happened to be a hospital. She slowly dragged herself into the building and continued until she made it to the front desk
"Ma'am, are you okay?" the nurse asked
"I'm bleeding" Rihanna muttered
"I'm sorry ma'am but I don't see any blood" the nurse replied
The scaped hostage slowly lifted her top to just under her bare breast to how the nurse who gasped at the dark red area on Rihanna's abdomen
"I need a doctor down to the ER right now" the other nurse behind the counter said into the phone as she too looked at the Barbadian's internal bleeding
A petite woman that was seated in the waiting area looked up to see what was happening and when she did she gasped, not at the bruise but at the woman. The Caribbean woman ran over to Rihanna and hugged
"Rih, are you okay? What happened? Where were you for so long?" she asked
"Onika, Hey" Rihanna answered just before she collapsed to the floor

Onika watched as the nurses helped her best friend on to the gurney and took her to the Operating room. As soon as she lost Rihanna in the sea of hospital crowd, Y/N came into view and she started to grow nervous
"Hey, she's 7 cm dilated. She got the epidural so she's not feeling the pain anymore thank God" Y/N vented as she stood beside her wife's best friend
"Where's Raheem?" Onika asked visibly concerned
"He's at home with my mom. Why what's wrong?"
"Rihanna's here" Onika blurted
"What?" Beyoncé spoke up catching both women's attention as she held on to her I.V
