with the training camp cut short, students anxiously waited in the hospital, where midoriya was held due to his injuries, tobirama talked with the doctors outside the room midoriya was held, along with the class that stood around him
"When will he be released." tobirama asked, "ah well due to midoriya's state, he'll need time to heal" with a nod, the doctor started to talk in more detail,
"all might said, 'i can't save the people I can't reach' that's why he will always save those he can reach" midoriya spoke softly "i...was in a place where I could reach...I had to save him"
"that's what my quirk is for..." tears streamed down midoriya's cheeks, " my body wouldn't move, it was all I could do to save kota" tobirama stood silently behind them
"I couldn't save someone in front of me" "then, let's save him this time," Kirishima said with no hesitation as he looked down at midoriya, iida's face scrunched up
"This is something we should leave for the pros! this isn't the place for us to act, you idiots!" iida shouted, sweat rolling down his face "we know that!" Kirishima exclaimed
tobirama caught wind of their shouting, and he excused himself before walking back to the room "but I couldn't do anything! after I heard my friend was being targeted, I couldn't do anything!"
"I didn't do anything" Kirishima swung his arm back to his side, now facing iida "I won't be a hero or a man anymore!" extending his hand to midoriya "hey midoriya, your hand can still reach! we can go save him"
the door slid open, "is being a hero and a man really all it is?" the student's attention turned behind them "sensei.." Kirishima faltered
"it doesn't make you less of a man to not be able to do anything, nor does it make you less of an aspiring hero, you can't save everyone" tobirama finished "but I could have done something!" Kirishima cried out
"what would you have done then? use your quirk and attack them? grab bakugou and save him, then what" tobirama lifted an eyebrow "I would have.." he trailed off
with a scoff, tobirama crossed his arms "don't beat yourself up about something you can't change, focus on what you can do rather what you cant."

tobirama was informed by nezu that he was requested for an emergency call, "is that so, I'll have to decline" he spoke bluntly "and why is that?" nezu kept a smile on his face
"you would certainly be a huge factor in the rescue Senju-san...as the number five hero-" "my rank has nothing to do with this, I've already taken action"
nezu's eyebrow twitched in annoyance, 'you really are something aren't you Senju-san' he thought to himself "and what would that be? we can surely help one another, don't you think?"
tobirama held eye contact, looking into nezu's beady eyes with thought "I've infiltrated the league of villains hideout, and have been collecting information" tobirama informed nezu
nezu perked up "you certainly are interesting Senju-san" he smiled some more, but tobirama didn't reply "what information have you gathered exactly?"
"They want bakugou to join the league, yet it should be obvious that he refused their offer" tobirama gave out, choosing to leave out certain details
nezu felt satisfied with this answer "well of course, young bakugou is courageous and has plenty of potential" he said with a smile
tobirama must agree, although the boy's rough exterior and harsh words, he has the potential of being one of the greats with his will and strength
"and what of their location?" nezu asked, to which tobirama huffed and looked down at nezu with an unamused look "I was under the impression that you knew of their hideout location"
nezu took a deep breath in, "well of course...just thought to ask" he gave tobirama tense smile, hiding his annoyance at the man's constant judgement
tension hung in the air for a few seconds, nezu checked the time and hopped off his chair "seems I've got to go Senju-san, but I hope we can talk some more after all this settles down" tobirama gave a stiff nod

tobirama watched from the sidelines as bakugou fought back and refused the leagues appeal of him joining the league of villains, waiting for the perfect moment to take action
he was quick to notice a large number of presences around the building "hello, this is pizza-la, Camino store" the bar went silent in confusion, and spinner took a step forward but the wall behind him was crashed into
"smash!" all might in all his glory shouted with a smile, spinner looked behind him with shock "what the--"
shigaraki was quick to shout out orders "kurogiri! gate!" but was interrupted by Kamui woods binding them with his quirk "...lacquered chain prison!" tobirama dispelled his transformation jutsu in the moment of commotion
dabi looked at the wood holding him "a tree? what the heck" before letting up his quirk to escape but not before getting kicked in the head by gran torino, quickly knocking him out
all might looked up with determination in his eyes "you can't run anymore league of villains! why?" because we are here!"
tobirama appeared behind bakugou, placing a hand on his back, whether it was to comfort bakugou or to use his quirk, bakugou didn't know
all might stood up straight once more, looking at bakugou with a smile "I'm sure you were scared, you did good bearing it" bakugou's lips quivered and his eyebrows furrowed
"I'm sorry, it's fine now young man!" bakugou lashed out with a yell "i-i wasn't scared! not even close damn it!" all might laughed and gave him a thumbs up
tobirama ignored them "it doesn't matter if you were scared or not bakugou, you're safe and that's that." he closed his eyes
bakugou shifted his attention to the man behind him, "I said I wasn't scared old man!" he shouted at tobirama with anger, this didn't phase the man as he huffed "I heard you the first time boy"
bakugou huffed but unconsciously stood closer to tobirama, a sense of safety and strength washing over him, an action not gone unnoticed by tobirama, but he chose not to comment on it
tobirama paid no mind to all might and his talk with shigaraki, black sludge appeared beside shigaraki, nomu's coming out of them
"nomus?! they out of nowhere!" tobirama sprang to action and placed his hand on bakugou's shoulder, but the same sludge came out of the boy's mouth and consumed his entire body, something tobirama couldn't interfere with
"young bakugou!" all might shouted, all might attempted to cling to bakugou but clung onto air instead, tobirama's eyebrows furrowed
tobirama clicked his tongue with irritation, quick to use the flying thunder god technique, teleporting behind bakugou, grabbing him before jumping multiple feet backwards with agility
bakugou shot his hand back, sparks coming out of his hand, ready to blast whoever grabbed him but tobirama grabbed his wrist, adjusting his hand so it would hit shigaraki instead
causing the man to stumble forwards with a shout "fuck!" he turned his head to bakugou and spotted tobirama as well "nidaime!" he sneered
"good reflexes, but not quick enough" tobirama spoke into his ear as bakugou was held against his chest, bakugou's eyebrow twitched "I don't need no saving!" he shouted
all for one turned his attention from best jeanist towards tobirama "nandime..." he spoke lowly, tobirama noticed momo, iida, Kirishima, shouto and midoriya behind the concrete wall
he narrowed his eyes at all for one, more on edge with the possible harm to the five extra students present
the five behind the wall felt their shoulders relax ever so slightly at the sound of tobirama's voice, however, their worries didn't wash away just yet
"tobirama-sensei..." midoriya whispered, he closed his eyes in apprehension, and todoroki clenched his fists in worry about the man getting hurt
not even a few seconds later, all might showed up, sending a punch to one for all's face, however, the man blocked all nights punch with some struggle
this gave tobirama some time to come up with a plan, he planned on retrieving bakugou and using the flying thunder god technique to get back to UA, but with the other five present it would be a gruelling task
with a click of his tongue, he whispered to bakugou "trust those who extend their hand to you" he said in a firm tone before joining the fight between all might and all for one
bakugou watched in shock and confusion, wondering what the hell tobirama was talking about
all might was sent crashing through a building, causing other buildings nearby to topple over as well, all for one looked at his hand "air cannon plus springlike limbs, kinetic booster times four, strength enhancer times three. this combination is fun"
"maybe ill try to add a few more enhancer types" he amused himself, whilst his talk, tobirama lunged at one for all, sending a punch to the side of his stomach, quickly followed by a kick to the head
one for all doubled over by the force, "agh!" he groaned, he didn't have time to look up before he was toppled over with a forceful kick to the feet
tobirama didn't hold back with his attacks, never giving all for one the chance to fight back, it doesn't matter how weak or strong the villain might be, people's lives were at stake
with the man doubled over, tobirama sent another kick to his face, causing all for one to lean backwards, with a twist of his body, he now came face to face with the ground, before sending a kick to all for one's stomach
one for all was launched into the air a few feet, with a kick to the shoulder, tobirama sent him crashing into the ground with a loud crash, along with dust flying into the air
"Master!" shigaraki yelled out, shocked the man can even be beaten on like this, tobirama gathered water around his kunai in his hand, slashing it at all for one's neck
tobirama now stood above all for one's body that lay across the ground, his breath shook as he attempted to laugh, his neck healing as quickly as it could
"going right for the kill nidaime? I thought you heroes were better than that" all for one coughed out, bakugou and the rests breath hitched at that, tobirama narrowed his eyes at him "your regeneration skills are better than I thought"
bakugou's hands shook as he gazed at tobirama, his eyes filled with admiration and shock, his skill and power far exceeded his expectations
'his speed and precision are out of this world...all might struggled to land a straight hit on this guy, yet he just--' bakugou thought to himself with awe
one for all extended his hand out to his side, using his quirk to impale kurogiri, forcefully making kurogiri use his quirk to let shigaraki and the others escape "now go!" one for all spoke
shigaraki turned to his master "what about you..?" he asked, however, he never got his answer as all might came launching back
"I won't let you get away!" all might shouted, his fist being caught by all for one once again, but with more struggle than last time due to tobirama's harsh attacks
tobirama let all might take over as he switched his attention back to bakugou's safety, shigaraki looked at all for one "master.." he whispered out
"let's go, shigaraki! while that pipe mask is holding all might and nidaime back! get your piece" Mr compress said, taking dabi with his quirk, they all switched their gaze back to bakugou
bakugou leaned forward with a smirk "what a pain..!" all might gazed to bakugou "young bakugou!" tobirama jumped over in front of the boy "I've got it, do what you have to!" he shouted to the number one
tobirama deflected the villain's attacks towards bakugou "I fucking got this old man!" he shouted as he fought alongside tobirama
tobirama clicked his tongue at the boy's recklessness, with some quick hand signs, a wave of water swept up the villains "ahhh now my clothes are wet" toga whined as she coughed up the water in her lungs
a crash of a wall was heard, tobirama spun his head around and saw tiida, Kirishima and midoriya, and then that's when tobirama knew what they were planning
as all might distracted all for one, tobirama took out shigaraki and the others, bakugou looked up at them with an expression they could disifer
Kirishima turned his head and extended his arm out before shouting "come!" bakugou thought back to what tobirama had said to him 'trust those who extend their hand to you'
tobirama's attention didn't waver, not letting shigaraki take a step towards bakugou, who then used his explosions to reach the three, tobirama nodded then, but didn't forget momo or todoroki who ran off during the commotion
and that's when backup had arrived, all for one used magnes quirk and forced them into the portal "huh? huh? huh? huh?! wait if you come at me that fast...!" toga waved her arms around in panic as the guys flew towards the portal behind her
but she was hit into the portal anyway, with gran torino being hit by all might's punch, tobirama picked the old man up and jumped backwards into safety
no words were extended as gran torino stared at all might 'toshinori, you've reached your limit' he thought
tobirama looked at all mights condition, the other half of all might's face looked weak, different from his other side 'as I've thought..' tobirama thought with narrow eyes
