Avni was in deep thoughts and every other thing happening around her made no sense.
She walked senselessly and came outside ICU where neil is still fighting for his life.
She slowly went inside, sat next to Neil on the bed and held his left hand in her hands and caressed it gently. She shed few tears and kissed his hand and talkes to him while he is still not awake.
Avni - Neil, you have no idea what just happened.....Did.....did you know what doctors said....they told me that I....i am...pre...pregnant.
YES, I AM PREGNANT !
(a little smile swept her face)
You also dont believe it right...? Even...i...i am in shock. I mean did we ever thought to have another baby? Did...did we ever wished for this...? Did we ever...ever thought that our...our son ivaan...he can return back ? (she has tears rolling down her eyes, which she immediately wiped with her one hand and smiled while saying) Do you think ivaan is coming back..? Neil.....do you think its going to be a son ? Or...or another baby girl...? Just like our aarya ?
Bolo na Neil.....say something....pleasee.....please talk to me Neil, listen you have to get up now...i need your hug neil...i need your love.....I NEED YOU.....
she said and she started crying while holding his hands and bowing down to it.
In the meanwhile she heard a voice
'Mummaaaaa' aarya came running inside the ICU, following by prakash (Neil's Dad).
Avni lookes around ' Aarya?'
Aarya stood next to her and hugged her tight
'Mummaa....what happen to Papa....why is papa not up'
She cried sobbing while hugging avni.
Avni kept her emotions aside and consoled her child
'Aarya....papa is just alright...okay...he will wake up in sometime. Doctors said he needs time to recover...thats why'
Avni broke the hug and looked at her holding her hand 'But why are you here....I told you to stay home and not to trouble dadu'
Aarya - Mumaa...i want to meet papa....thats why...she immediately left avni's hands and moved to another side of bed where Neil is lying and she held Neil's hand and said
'Papa....papa please get up....papa utho na...why are you not talking to me....please papa.....utho (she kept shaking Neil's hand and patting his chest to wake him up, as she is scared and worries for her dad)
Avni - Aarya...aarya stop....
Aarya - papa please wake up....utho na papaaa.....
Avni - Aarya...i said stop.....dont behave like this bacha....it will hurt papa...he is not well...
Aarya didnt stop and Avni didnt know what to do, she just shouted a little loud on her to which aarya suddenly moved her hands back Neil.
Avni - Kaha na aarya aise mat kro...papa ko hurt hoga....now go outside.
Aarya who already was very scared got more hurt , she cried and ran outside the ICU.
Prakash - Aarya..aarya bachaa...
he goes behind her (Avni tu neil ke paas ruk beta...aarya ko main smjha dunga).
After seconds, Avni realised she did wrong and got aarya hurt for no reason. She squeezed her eyes in regret & guilt.
She was about to go out to see aarya, when there was a sound falls in her ear.

Avni stoppes and turned back immediately in shock.
Neil - Av.....avni......
Avni's happiness has no limits. She took her steps back and sat next to Neil and held his hand back in her hands.
Avni - Yea Neil....I am....i am here only....
Neil opened his eyes and looked at her, after few seconds his vision got clear and he can see her properly.
Neil - Tum....tum hik ho na Avni....? vo...acc..accident.....car......ba..bacha....
( he was in pain which waa evident from his speech)
Avni - Haan Neil...sab...sab thik hai....Main bhi bilkul thik hu..or vo bacha...hise bachane ke cha...chakkar me tumne car turn ki....vo bacha bhi safe hai Neil......
pr...tum....tum....tum thik hi na Neil....tum thik ho na....(she has tears rolling down her eyes continuously and she kisses his forehead , his cheeks, his enture face and then his hand).
Main bohot darr gyi thi Neil....bohot darr gyi thi....mujhe lga main tum...tumhe bbi kho....
(and she cried)
Neil -Main thik hu avni....
He was not able to speak more and was still in little subcosiousness.
Avni wiped her tears and called the doctor.

Later that evening
Avni went home to aarya. Aarya was in her room , sitting on her bed holding a photoframe and was crying & sobbing continuously.
Avni know she is upset with her. She slowly went inside and sat next to her and watch the photofrane she is holding. It has her and Neil's picture.
Avni has a smile watching that. She gently caress a hand over her head, which aarya immediateky jerked off.
Avni - I know aap mumma se gussa ho....but agar muma apko ek happy news de toh...?
Aarya pretend to ignore
Avni - Toh happy news ye hai ki...ab aapko ye photoframe ke samne rone ki zarurar nhi hai...kyunki papa ab uth gaye hai.....aap unse bhi jake mumma ki shikayat kr skte ho....
she said with smile, to which aarya's eyes lightened up immediately.
Aarya - Really....? Papa uth gaye..? mujhe unse milna hai plzz mumaa.....
Avni hugged her and said 'offcourse, main aapko lene hi aayi hu, come lets go and meet papa, and i sorry bacha, i shouted at you for no reason'
Aarya - No muma now i am not mad at you, mujhe bs papa se milna hai....

At night
Aarya & Avni went and met Neil.
Neil was able to sit now and doctors confirmed that he is out of danger now.
Aarya had her chit chat with papa, and explained her whole day to him. Neil was just at peace surrounded by his family members.
Avni was just smiling watching Neil & Aarya talk and finally her smile is back with Neil.
Neil was shifted to general ward. Avni sent back aarya with shweta and prakash and told that she will stay with Neil overnight.

Neil - Avni ab tum bhi rest krlo...subah se idhar udhar kr rhi ho....
Avni - Main thik hu Neil....bs tum mere saamne ho to mujhe kisi cheez ki fikr nhi hai...
Neil - I am sorry Avni....meri vajah se ye accident hua....or tumhe itni chot aayi..or main bhi yha hospital me...
Avni - Nahi Neil, its not your fault...jo hona hota hota hai Life me vhi hota hai.....hum log chahe kitne plans bnale pr life always comes up with something unexpected....jispe humara koi control nahi hota......
Neil looked in her eyes and nodded
Avni looked back in his eyes and said..
Avni - a...neil...voh mujhe..tumhe ek or baat btani thi....
Neil - hmm....?m
Avni - Woh aaj....
meanwhile a nurse entered the room with a file.
Nurse - Mam aap apni pregnancy report doctor ke cabin me hi bhul gayi thi...unhone kaha aapko dene ko....
and she handes the report to avni.
This comes as a SHOCK to Neil.
He looked at Avni, ans avni also looked at him, as this is what she was trying tk tell Neil....
