I walked to the window, my staff in hand, and peeked outside.
I saw the human with... a little human girl? Is she his daughter?
I checked her facial features and saw no mark on her face.
I furrowed my eyes at this. This child... I have not seen them before. She should be around 13-14 years old and yet...
She must be rogue..

I walked back to the living room and sat down on a comfortable chair.

The male human had returned but without the human child. He made a respectable, but unnecessary, bow towards me and my friends.

I started my kind-act for this man to fall for a few tricks.
The man arose from his bow and nodded instead.
"ℑ 𝔞𝔭𝔬𝔩𝔬𝔤𝔦𝔷𝔢, 𝔜𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔐𝔞𝔧𝔢𝔰𝔱𝔶. ℭ𝔞𝔫 ℑ 𝔤𝔢𝔱 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔱𝔥𝔯𝔢𝔢 𝔞𝔫𝔶𝔱𝔥𝔦𝔫𝔤?" He requested with a calm demeanor.
I shook my head and replied with a simple '𝔫𝔬'.
"𝔑𝔬, 𝔱𝔥𝔞𝔫𝔨 𝔶𝔬𝔲."
"𝔚𝔢'𝔩𝔩 𝔟𝔢 𝔞𝔩𝔯𝔦𝔤𝔥𝔱. 𝔍𝔲𝔰𝔱 𝔞 𝔰𝔪𝔞𝔩𝔩 𝔟𝔦𝔱 𝔬𝔣 𝔯𝔢𝔰𝔱 𝔞𝔫𝔡 𝔴𝔢'𝔩𝔩 𝔟𝔢 𝔬𝔫 𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔴𝔞𝔶."
My friends declined the request more politely than I have.

I could see him freeze up on his tracks and I, of course, noticed.

My friends were shocked of my strange aura and shivered slightly.

I heard my friends gasp as I have had the last straw. I stood up my seat and glared at his figure.
Who does this man think he is? Insulting his own Emperor. He still tries to deny that he is not just hiding a rogue child behind my back.

Staff in hand, I approached him.
My friends could do less to stop me, I am the Emperor of this Kingdom after all...

He never answered and instead averted his eyes to something else.

I pointed my staff at his neck.
"𝔚𝔥𝔢𝔯𝔢 ℑ𝔰 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔊𝔦𝔯𝔩." I demanded, quite too harshly than intended.
He still somehow manages to keep up his stone faced demeanor after I had threatened him with my staff.
A hand had slithered itself onto my shoulder.

We all suddenly heard a small gasp on our left.

The girl took a step back before turning on her heel and running towards the opposite direction from us.
I glared down at the man and handed him over to Ink.
"ℑ𝔫𝔨, 𝔴𝔞𝔱𝔠𝔥 𝔥𝔦𝔪. 𝔐𝔞𝔨𝔢 𝔰𝔲𝔯𝔢 𝔥𝔢 𝔡𝔬𝔢𝔰𝔫'𝔱 𝔤𝔢𝔱 𝔞𝔴𝔞𝔶. 𝔅𝔩𝔲𝔢, 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔞𝔫𝔡 ℑ 𝔞𝔯𝔢 𝔤𝔬𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔞𝔣𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔠𝔥𝔦𝔩𝔡." They both nodded on my order.
Me and Blue followed her outside until we came across a fork in the path.

We both headed directly on our designated pathways as I scanned my surroundings.

I was not lying nor was I telling the truth. I was simply trying to lure her out for me to catch her.

I was trying to sweet-talk this child into coming with us.

I pushed the tall grass away and smirked mischievously down on the human child below me.
She squealed in fear and I only shushed them softly.
I laughed at her expression and it faded into an annoyed and dark look.

She only shook more in fear and stared up at me with wide eyes.
I only rolled my pinpricks and picked her up.
She squeaked when I did so...
For a 13-14 year old, she is very light and short.
She is also looks like a 5 year old child who doesn't know any better.
It seems that she wasn't taught very well...
I walked back towards where I came from and found Blue on the middle of the path.

I nodded at him.
