After the incident in UN Y/N and Sam were seated in a cafe and Steve was outside talking with Natasha who was also present there it was also a shock that The King of Wakanda Tchaka was also killed in that blast. Y/N was wearing a black top a yellow jacket over it a pair of leggings and long heels boots with a cap covering her face and sunglasses. Sam also did the same excluding the heels boot and leggings with a red hat and sunglasses covering his face. Both of them were having a drink
"Is this how you hide your identity?"Y/N asked sipping her drink"Wearing a hat and jacket to cover our faces" adjusting the hat to hide her face even more.
"Would you rather stop fidgeting with the cap?"Sam hissed at her." And yeah this is the only way we can hide our faces is this..." he pointed both their hats
"Ugh(angry sokovian curse)" she muttered and looked the other way. Checking if Steve had arrived yet or not.
"What did you say to me?"
"Nothing Oh Look Steve's here," she diverted him when she saw Steve arriving and standing beside Y/N the three of them keeping their heads down"How is she?"
"Good" refers to Natasha. Steve too had a similar to Sam except his Cap was blue.
"She tell you to stay out of it?"Sam then spoke, "Might have a point."
"He'd do it for me."
"1945, maybe." hearing this Y/N kicks his leg under the table and glares at him. He ignores this and continues speaking" I just want to make sure we considered all our options. The people that shoot at you usually wind up shooting at me and we also have her too." he jabbed his fingers at her. Sharon then approaches seating opposite them a file in her hand.
"Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public. Everybody thinks the Winter Soldier goes to their gym. Most of it's noise. Except for this."She slides Steve a file." My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now . . . so that's all the head start you're gonna get."
"Thank you."
"And you're gonna have to hurry. We have orders to shoot on sight."

Opposite the building, Sam and Y/N were watching. In his dark blue, armored suit with his shield on his arm, Steve is in a small apartment. He looks around, there's a mattress with disheveled covers and various bits of cheap-looking furniture. The kitchen and bedroom are in the same room. Steve finds a notebook on top of the fridge. He picks it up and opens it. There are tabs of varying colors sticking out from amongst the pages.
"Sam" Y/N whispers nudging him "Look they are coming" he nods at her and keeps his hand on the comm
"Heads up, Cap. German Special Forces, approaching from the south."
"Understood." then turned to talk back to the other person standing there that must be Bucky Y/N thought she then looks back at the screen seeing the changes
"They've set the perimeter."
"They're entering the building."
They hear quiet footsteps approaching them"They're on the roof. We are compromised."
The door to their hiding spot opens two soldiers come out of it holding guns and pointing at Sam who was about to raise his hand when Y/N sent two yellow blasts to the soldiers hitting them and dropping their guns. They turn to look at the screen of Redwing
"5 seconds."
"3 seconds!"
"Breach! Breach! Breach!"
They then see Bucky climbs up then run along a corridor and leap off a balcony. He tumbles onto the lower roof of the neighboring building where he finds where his backpack. he picks it up and runs. A muscular man clad entirely in black, slams into Bucky from behind, knocking him down. He has a full face mask with pointed ears. He extends his fingers and sharp claws pop out. He attacks Bucky with sweeping kicks and slashes. Bucky fights back but is kicked into a wall. Swipes his claws and spins gracefully. Bucky narrowly avoids being slashed, he holds up a metal bar to protect himself.
"What is the cat doing here?"
"Really Sam?"
Steve looks down at them as Sam swoops from the sky and Y/N thrust herself up keeping herself steady.
"Sam, southwest rooftop."
"Who the hell's the other guy?"
"About to find out."
Steve leaps from the balcony down onto the neighboring building as a chopper flies up. The unknown lunges at Bucky with his claws, but Bucky grabs his wrists. A soldier fires a machine gun from the chopper. The ammo bounces off the person's armored suit.
Steve turns back to see Y/N landing down. They both then start following them.
"Sam." he calls him to takeout the chopper and calls Y/N"Come on Y/N"
"Got him."Sam flies down and shoves the chopper off course. Then swoops toward street level.
"Coming."
Down there Bucky breaks free from his attacker, slings his bag on his back, runs, and jumps down a level. The person slides down the wall using his claws for traction. Backlands at street level and the chase continues. Steve follows and lands rolling along the ground. Y/N too launches herself down. Gunfire from the chopper tears up the sidewalk. Bucky jumps down through an opening and lands in an underpass, he runs through the traffic. The unknown person Steve and Y/N drop down and chase after Bucky. A Special Forces Vehicle pursues them.
"Stand down! Stand down!" The vehicle closes in, blue lights flashing. Steve leaps onto the vehicle and splinters the windshield. The driver stops, and Steve yanks him from the vehicle and kicks the windshield out Y/N turns to look and sees Steve opening the door she jumps in and then drives off.
Bucky runs over the top of a speeding car, outpacing it. The person is a few cars behind, keeping pace with Bucky. he leaps on the back of the 4x4 that Steve's driving. Steve swerves from side to side, trying to throw him off.
"What is up with this guy?"Y/N asks looking up at that person" And I am scared to use my powers on it" she says looking at her hand Steve side-eying her
"Donno and wait"Steve grumbles and then speaks in comm to Sam"Sam, we can't shake this guy."
"Right behind you."
Several police cars join the chase. Steve side-swipes another car and drives on.
Up ahead Bucky reaches a fork in the road and faces oncoming traffic. He leaps over a barrier. Steve drives through the barrier.
A motorbike speeds towards Bucky. Bucky grabs the handlebar and spins the bike around in mid-air, throwing the rider off. Bucky gets on the bike and rides away sending cars careering out of the way. Steve keeps on Bucky's tail with that holding onto the back of the 4x4. They all rocket through another underpass. Sam flies into the underpass. The person leaps off the front of the 4x4 onto Bucky's motorbike. Bucky flings him over his head and the bike leans down on its side. Bucky kicks his assailant away, straightens up, and rides on. Then the person catches a ride on Falcon's leg. Sam tries to kick Black Panther away. Bucky throws a sticky bomb and blows up the roof at the end of the underpass, bringing down tons of rubble. The person leaps off Sam and throws Bucky off the motorbike. Steve swerves the 4x4 through the rubble, leaps out Y/N along with and pulls the person away from Bucky. Steve stands, facing a sleek and muscular person Armed police arrive and surround them, guns aimed. War Machine leaps down from above and raises both hands.
"Stand down, now"Bucky stands beside Steve who puts his shield on his back."Congratulations, Cap. You're a criminal"Police move in and force Bucky to his knees. The other person raises his hands. A cop moves Steve's arms behind his back. And another cop comes behind Y/N and cuffs her hand behind and then they kept a shock collar around her neck so that she couldn't use her powers. She tried to shake her head but the cop behind her tightens the hold she then looks at The person who was chasing them it retracts his claws and pulls off his mask revealing his face. It's T'Challa. Steve and Rhodes look curious.
"Wie lautet der Befehl?" (What's the order?) One of the GSG-9-Soldiers asks looking at Rhodey.
"Your Highness."Bucky's hauled flat on the ground.
