"No!"
Luna yelled in determined refusal, hovering the blanket over her body. She was too exhausted that she refuse to attend such an important event for a grade.
The two Deity however, pull the blanket away from Luna revealing the curled up maiden with her eyes shut closed and she soon burry her face unto the pillow.
"Get up already! You're the only one who isn't there at this point!" Scolded Aella, shaking Luna who was being stubborn, hugging her long pillow.
Snap!
"!!!!"
Luna was agape when she started floating, wiggling to escape but it was no use. Well, it was quite foolish of her to even think that she could get out of a Deity' magic.
"Nice one agapius!" Said Aella "Hmm... let's do something about your clothes."
"Ugh." Luna grumble in frustration, who is she to even go against this two, she might come into inexistence if she were to do something ridiculous to them.
Luna felt like a barbie doll who was being dressed up. Aella took out alot of clothes as they started to do a wardrobe runway. She tried different combination and style of clothes, she hates it but contrary to that she was amused to know that aella has quite a sense of fashion.
However, despite trying on beautiful style combination it was becoming annoying that Luna couldn't help but to snatch the clothes Aella was holding.
Aella gasped by her sudden action, flabbergasted if she may. Luna smiled and put the clothes back on to her wardrobe and just pick clothes that were alot comfortable. Aella's pick was indeed stylish, but uncomfortable to move into.
Luna sighed, turning the doorknob.
"Let's go." She said as the two deity with her turned into their beast form and took their leave from the dormitory.

The arena was already filled with a ringing uproar as she entered in, a teacher then guided her to where her classmates were at.
Her eyes wandered to the center field, there she saw a familiar red fluffy hair that was fighting a wooden doll.
'So we're fighting that, huh...'
Luna couldn't help but to be fixated towards the wooden puppet, she remembered the puppets Aella made to attack her before. Because of that, she easily recognized the difference between the mana emitting from Aella's puppetry to the puppet present at the center field.
Although, she knew that Aella was going easy on her and wasn't really intending to kill her from the beginning, but still it still amazes her how big of a difference the mana on the two puppet emitted.
"Ms. Vermillion, you're late."
A smiling Zelde greeted her with a yawning Marvin beside making her startle as she lost her train of thoughts and awkwardly laugh as she greets them.
"G-good day, sirs..."
She soon rushed to where the other were after her small greeting.
"Luna!" cried out Rinalyn who was waving at her with a fan.
Next to her was Rei who was immensely focus at the center field and next to her, unexpectedly, was Remus— who was also watching Austin, boredly.
Luna sat next to Shiki, since it was the only vacant space in the bleachers they're at, and next to him, again unexpectedly, was the disguised Ezryn.
Somehow this set up was uncomfortable, but also not.
Luna shook the strange thought and feeling, and just watched Austin fight the wooden puppet. Now that she think about it, who was controlling it?
"Woah~ look, sir Zelde isn't even affected. I thought that creating a puppet from your mana will also affect the controller, but that doesn't seem to the case."
Luna heard two of her classmates which was infront of her talk in amusement as they were fixated towards Zelde who was just a meters away from them, sitting serenely and was even eating chips with Marvin.
"Dude, separation magic exist. The damage that the doll get doesn't apply to the caster when they're using separation magic. Their mana is still, of course, intact in the puppet they made but it basically has a mind on its own." Said the other.
'Separation magic...? Can it also separate the soul from the body?'
'It depends on what kind of separation magic is use.'

Luna quickly looked to her side for agapius had suddenly spoke telepathically to her. He had been unusually quiet since morning, Aella did all the talking while he just stayed at a corner as if he was in a very deep thought.
'Anyway, there were quite a variety of separation magic, it has different uses as well. Although, in most cases, it's often use a mana separation when controlling a puppetry. For, when a controlled doll got injured, the controller will too. The controller wouldn't die when the doll does, it'll just be uncontrollable anymore. Well, dolls doesn't die, they'll just stop working.'
Agapius explained as Luna just listen and discreetly nodded in affirmation. Why, it would be quite embarassing if she were to nod in the open, it would look as if she were listening to her classmates' conversation. Even though she is.
'What kind of separation magic exist other than that then?' She asked. That somehow piqued her interest, she would really like want to learn other separation magic aside from what she witnessed.
'You have to find that out yourself.' Agapius Replied as he stretched his beastly body and yawned showing his fangs and eventually curled himself up after.
She was about to ask him another question when the crowed started shouting eventually interrupted her.
"Oh! Look! Look, he's doing it!" Excitedly yelled the boy with the buzz cut— Enoch Ferrer.
Luna's gaze fixate towards Austin who launched at the doll puppet, bits of electrical waves were seen building up at his hands.
"Hmm? But isn't that just a regular lighting bolt of his?" Commented the the dark haired guy next to Enoch. If Luna were to remember correctly his name is Abel, Abel Vuitton. "When will he finish it off?"
While she listen, her eyes was fully directed to Austin who keep launching an attack to the puppetry. Luna only got here, so she doesn't know how long has this fight been drag on.
Ah...
Luna unexpectedly caught up into something, Austin wasn't just landing a blow, but also trying to shift the doll from its place. But she couldn't help to wonder why?
Moreover, he was luring him in a showdy area of the field, backing as he lets the doll jump at him, then back away again after an attack.
"You realize it too?" She heard Shiki say, which made her to swish her head to his direction.
It seem like she wasn't the only one who realize what Austin was doing, "Yeah..." She replied.
"The skill that was assigned to him was probably has something to do with manipulating shadows. And obviously, he can't do that in a place without a shadow."
Now both Luna and Shiki turn their heads in unison to Ezryn who suddenly spoke, catching their attention.
"But there's still a shadow bellow the doll when they're in the center field." Luna remarked.
"He probably can't do the technique within smaller shadows, I'm already guessing what he's about to show us will be also an ancient technique." Ezryn Implored, leaning back.
"There's something that bothers me." Said Shiki as his gaze went back to Austin and the puppet who was already at a shadowy corner. "His ability is to manipulate lighting, but, as you said, it seems like he was given a technique connected to shadows..."
Shiki took in air tilting his head as he continued and sigh, "...it doesn't make quite sense to me."

As if on que, the silent arena began to be filled with an uproar, the three soon watch immensely towards Austin and the puppet.
Boom!
An explosion suddenly happened that left a ringing noise to all the people in the arena.
It happened all too fast, but they saw it all. When Austin jumped towards the puppet, electricity was apparent on his arms but slowly faded and at that point electricity started coming out of the shadows, electrocuted the puppet for it to blow up into pieces.
The three had their eye widen by the sudden move Austin did.
"That kid really...!"
Luna heard Marvin hissed, making her turn to her side to see him supporting Zelde who was holding his head and was gritting his teeth. It seems to her like he was in pain.
'Was it because the doll exploded? His mana was intact with the doll, so him hurting is still plausible despite him using separation magic...?'
She then saw Marvin gave Zelde an elixir, it was the same elixir Shiki have to her a month ago when they invaded the library.
Marvin soon patted Zelde in the back gently and muttered something that Luna couldn't quite hear for the shouting of the students surpasses Marvin's voice, and perhaps also because she was wearing her earplugs.
Luna's eyes followed Marvin who went to the center field with a microphone, as he was walking towards there Austin also went back to the seats and bowed to Marvin.
"Settle down," He started, as the mixed voices of students faded into silence "we'll have a 20 minute break, section A, you better come back and absolutely no scattering around."
A ring then heard as well as the noise of the Arena' door opening, indicating they can now go have a break. Swarm of students went out of the arena, some went to the cafeteria and some went back to the dorm.
"That was so nerve-racking," Said Rei, clogging arms with Rinalyn "By the way, where's Luna?" She asked looking around.
"Huh? Oh, she went with your brother and the guy with spectacles." Rinalyn remarked.
"Other than Xavier and Talia, who else wears glasses in our class?" Asked Rei, curiously as she raised a brow at Rinalyn.
"Well he doesn't stand out much, he has a muddy colored hair and if I'm not mistaken, his name was Ezra Zaniyah."
Rei stopped walking which also made Rinalyn to halt. "That guy who's pretty much a loner— but not exactly— he's a Zaniyah? As in that powerful family that has a straight position in the magic council for generations? He's part of that family?!"
