You are at the school dance with your friends. What happens when your crush asks to dance with you?
Y/n: "Yahh!! I told you I don't want to go!" I whine to two of my best friends here in my room.
Yedam: "Come on Y/n. Just this once?"
Y/n: "But I don't have a date! I don't want to go alone!" I whine again as I lay on my back and cover my face with one of my pillows.
Junkyu: "None of us have dates though. You can hang with us Y/n-ah." He says as he pulls the pillow off of my face. "Please?" He asks before pouting. God, I can't resist that pout. I hesitated for a second before answering.
Y/n: "Fine! But I don't have anything to wear!" I whine again as I sit up.
Yedam: "Don't worry. I came prepared!" He says as he pulls out a purple box and hands it to me. "Open it." He says as I take it. I then look at him confused before I open the box and pull out a blue dress.
Y/n: "It's beautiful!" I say as I pull the dress out to look at it.
Yedam: "And," he says adding on. "It's your favorite color and style."
Junkyu: "And here's this." He says as they hand me another box. I set the dress down and grab the box before opening it only to see a pair of heels.
Y/n: "God. I'm gonna die. I can't wear heels." I say as I pull the heels out of the box. "They are cute though."
Junkyu: "Well ppalli." He says pulling me up. "Get dressed. We don't have much time."
Y/n: "Fine. But!" I say making them look at me confused. "You guys owe me ice cream after this." I say and pout making them chuckle.
Junkyu: "Got it panda." He says and chuckles before patting my head. I then smile before making my way to the bathroom.
Twenty minutes later:
Y/n: As I walk out of my bathroom, I look into the mirror in my bedroom to double check my hair before walking downstairs to the living room, where I see Junkyu and Yedam... dressed fancy? "Yah. Where did you two get your outfits from?" I say making them look at me with shocked eyes.
Yedam: "We know how long you take so we brought ours." He says, his eyes never leaving the dress.
Junkyu: "Panda, you look beautiful!" He says smiling.
Y/n: "Thanks. You guys look nice too."
Junkyu: "Well, gaja!" He says pulling me and Yedam.
At the dance:
???: "Panda!!" I hear someone yell before hugging me.
Y/n: "Woah! Dobby! Hi!" I say as I hug him back.
Doyoung: "You look pretty Panda!" He says as he lets go of the hug.
Y/n: "Thanks. You guys too."
???: "Hi Panda!" I hear someone else say so I look up and see Haruto and Jihoon.
Y/n: "Hi Ruto! Hi Hoony!"
Jihoon: "You look beautiful Panda."
Y/n: "Y'all do too."
Haruto: "I thought you weren't coming Panda."
Y/n: "I wasn't. These two," I say looking at Junkyu and Yedam. "Convinced me." I say before looking back at him.
Jihoon: "Well, either way, you look pretty." He says smiling making me smile back.
Yedam: "Should we go sit?"
Doyoung: "Yeah. Come on. We already got a table." He says before we make our way to the table.
A few hours later:
Y/n: I am now currently sitting at our table alone. The boys all got asked to dance and they agreed after checking if I was okay with them going. I was just on my phone not planning on dancing when I hear someone speak from in front of me.
???: "Excuse me?"
Y/n: "Huh?" I ask looking up, only to see my crush, Mashiho, in front of me.
Mashiho: "Are you okay?"
Y/n: "Oh. Yeah." I say smiling. "Why?"
Mashiho: "I... want to dance with you." He says smiling.
Y/n: "Oh. I uh can't dance very well." I say chuckling nervously.
Mashiho: "It's okay. I can show you." He says holding his hand out.
Y/n: "I-I can't possibly–"
Mashiho: "Come on. Please?" He asks, his hand never leaving. I then sigh before taking ahold of his hand as he pulls me up out of my chair and taking me to the dance floor.
Y/n: "I-I don't know how to do this..." I say nervous.
Mashiho: "It's okay. It's easy." He says as he holds my right hand and puts his right around my waist, making me put my left around his. "Step forward twice, step back once." He says showing me the moves over and over again until I get them. "Step forward twice, step back once. See? You're getting it." He says smiling. I then smile back before trying to do the steps again and again.
Y/n: "Ahh." I say as I stumble a little.
Mashiho: "It's okay. You're doing good."
A minute later:
Y/n: After a minute, the song finally ended. Me and Mashiho let go as he brings me back to the table... only to see the guys already back.
Doyoung: "Oooh! Our Y/n finally danced!" He says as he comes and pats my head proudly.
Mashiho: "I'm gonna get a drink real quick." He says before looking at me for a second. "Just know we aren't done yet." He says and winks before walking away making me blush a little.
Jihoon: "Is our Y/n blushing?" He asks teasing me a little.
Y/n: "Ani! It's just the light!" I say as I sit back down.
Junkyu: "Sure Panda." He says chuckling again.
A couple minutes later:
Mashiho: "Ready to go again?" He asks me as he comes back.
Y/n: "Uh–"
Yedam: "Yes she is." He says as he pushes me up. I then glare at him before going with Mashiho again.
Mashiho: "I told you we aren't done." He says chuckling as we get back into the positions again.
Y/n: "Yeah yeah." I say rolling my eyes while chuckling.
Mashiho: "Are you getting a little tired?"
Y/n: "Of dancing?"
Mashiho: "No. Just, of the night."
Y/n: "Oh. A little." I say even though I can feel how tired my eyes are.
Mashiho: "I still want to do another dance with you after this, at least, if you're okay with it, but if you want you can lay your head on my chest or shoulder. Of course, you don't have to though. Only if you want to."
Y/n: "Thanks Mashi." I say as I lay my head on him a little as he chuckles a bit. We then go the rest of the song without saying a word, just dancing.
A few songs later:
Mashiho: "Want to do one final dance?" He asks as he comes near the table again.
Y/n: "Sure." I say as I stand up. The boys are all dancing again, so I'm alone anyway.
Halfway into the song:
Mashiho: "Hey Y/n?"
Y/n: "Hmm?"
Mashiho: "I have something I want to tell you." He says, his eyes not leaving mine once as we're dancing.
Y/n: "What is it?"
Mashiho: "Y/n... I l-love you."
Y/n: "A-are you serious?"
Mashiho: "Yes. Very much yes. I love you so much Y/n."
Y/n: "Mashi... I love you too." I say smiling at him making him smile back. He then takes the chance to kiss me as we're dancing, making us stop for a second. We then let go as we look into each other's eyes as we continue to dance... although it took a minute because stopping made us loose the rhythm.
Mashiho: "You're mine." He says as we're dancing as he smiles at me. Then, we hear the song end. Mashiho then takes the time to spin me around once before walking back to the table with me.
Haruto: "Panda, what did I just see out there?" He asks even though he already knows.
Yedam: "Was it maybe... a kiss?" He asks teasing me.
Y/n: "Yahh!" I say as I hit Yedam's shoulder.
Junkyu: "But seriously though. Our Panda finally has a boyfriend!" He says smiling at me as he hugs me.
Doyoung: "Congrats." He says to the both of us.
Y/n: "Thanks Dobby." I say as I smile at him. I then see Jihoon walk over to Mashi.
Jihoon: "Take care of her Shiho. If you break her heart, I will not hesitate to break your bones." He says as he pats his shoulder.
Mashiho: "Don't worry hyung. I won't. I'll take care of her."
Jihoon: "I hope so." He says before hugging him. "Congrats buddy."
Mashiho: "Thanks hyung."
Y/n: "Can we go home yet? I'm tired." I say as I pout.
Yedam: "Sure. But before that, want to go get that ice cream we promised?" He asked making my eyes light up. I then see all of them chuckle.
Junkyu: "I take that as a yes. Gaja!" He says before we all leave to go get ice cream to finish off the night.
