It was quite the day for you.
A single day passing made you feel disappointed with yourself.
'It was the anniversary yesterday.'
You sighed loudly, people on the streets glancing at you. You looked down not wanting to look back.
Your shoulders slumped, hands in pocket and a small frown on your face.
To be honest you didn't want to go to school.
The only reason you go there is because of your friends.
And also because of them.
You coughed, it's early in the morning there's no time for thoughts like this.
Actually what time is it?
You checked your phone, a few messages caught your eye but that didn't interest you right now.
8:45
'Oh shit.'
You immediately started sprinting. The time flew by so fast you forgot!
You were sprinting so fast that your legs were spinning.
'GOTTA.. GO.. FAST.'
You groaned as you ran. Sprinting in the morning was never an ideal of yours but here you are sprinting for your life.
You had finally arrived in the main hallway of the school.
You took a breather and adjusted your bag, you were late. It's already 9:00 am.
You sighed tiredly, was it even worth it anymore?
'Grades... AND JOBS.'
You groaned as you walked to your class.
Honestly you wouldn't care if you were late or not, the problem was you had to state your reasons.
The only concern was embarrassing yourself.
You took a deep breath in front of your classroom door. It felt like the world was dragging you down.
'Damn alarm clocks.'
You then opened the door as gently as possible.
SLAM!!
The entire class flinched as they snapped their eyes to the person who just abused their poor door.
You froze in your spot, your classmates were staring at you like you were gonna do something stupid.
Well they aren't exactly wrong..
"Y-Y/N! Your here.. W-why are you late..?" Alphys stared at you with a blank look.
'I'm so screwed..' You stifled your laugh as you looked back at your teacher.
"My dog.. Yeah my dog- He uhh.. He ate my.. Shoes! Yeah shoes!" You looked at Alphys hopefully, praying she took the bait.
Well she isn't gonna fall for something that stupid.
Alphys sighed as she looked at you with a bit of disbelief.
"Y-you will get a warning for now.. But don't d-do it again..!"
You breathed a sigh of relief as you head on over to your table.
Of course before that there was some people that caught your eye.
Noelle was waving at you with a smile.
Susie with her shit-eating grin.
Berdly's smirk.
And Kris' nervous nature.
You honestly didn't know why they felt nervous. But you didn't want to pry so you just smiled at them.
Huh, they became more nervous than usual.
You looked at them worryingly as they shook their head and gave you a reassuring smile.
Honestly it's just adorable.
You settled down on your chair as you placed your head on the table.
Its the start of the day and you already want to go home.
'I wish something interesting happens..'
You sighed as you slowly closed your eyes. Listening to the teacher wasn't important right now. What you need it sleep.
9:36 am
You quietly yawned, everyone would be surprised that you were still awake.
Not like it mattered.
Your consciousness was slowly deteriorating as your eyelids started to become heavy.
This was the final straw from what it feels like.
You sighed as you just put your head on your arms, it was nap time from what it seems.
As your eyes closed, darkness awaits you.
Then a paper ball was threw at your head
'God damn it-'
You raised your head to spot the culprit. Sadly no one was batching an eye and everyone seemed to be paying attention to class.
You gave up and decided to open the crumpled paper.

You stared at the note confused and surprised.
Well.. Your wish came true and now you have a place to go to after school.
You chuckled to yourself. This made you more curious, the chance of you getting kidnapped.
That wasn't a nice thought..
Though it leaves you wondering on who wrote it.
The handwriting didn't look similar, well it's not like you recognize everyone's handwriting.
You just thought of that to seem smart.
Your mind then wandered off to your little friend group.
Honestly the group itself it chaotic.
A mix of Susie and Kris with Noelle and Berdly just seemed chaotic in general.
Especially if you're the only one without a best friend, most of the time you didn't have a partner.
It sort of made you sad that you didn't really have a close friend.
Sure you and Kris were close, but they seemed way more attached to Susie rather than you.
Though the way Kris acted around you was interesting.
The way they'd look at you gave off a feeling like no other, the fact that they would give you affection like nobody else.
That or they're just really nice to their friends.
Though you definitely didn't mind them giving you affection.. It left your heart with a warm feeling.
Kris themself is beauty.
They're hot and cute at the same time.

You slapped yourself, some glanced at you before looking away.
'Damn hormones..!'
You sighed laying your head on the desk once again.
The class' boring atmosphere has sent you to your dreams.
You were now asleep.
Though you didn't notice a specific brunette smiling softly at your sleeping figure.

You woke up due to the discomfort you were in. You groggily opened your eyes as you groaned.
Susie chuckled in the back. Clearly finding you waking up in a daze hilarious.
You yawned as you rubbed your eyes. You looked at the clock.

Just 3 minutes. That's quite the relief.
You sighed and turned your head to wherever Kris was.
Curiosity was begging for you to see what they were up to.
It wasn't much but the view was adorable.
Kris was napping on their desk, using their arms as a pillow as they slightly drooled. Their mouth was a bit agape.
You leaned on your hand, supporting your chin as you stared at the brunette dreamily.
God they were just so peaceful, you wanted to cuddle them.
A sigh escaped your mouth;
'Oh how life would be if you were mine.'
The thought was a bit unhinged but you were too busy being lovestruck at this human.
You noticed the chocolates under their desk.
'Valentines day passed already..'
You held a sad smile, this human had someone they were into as it seems.
Loving a person you can't have.
You weakly chuckled.
'I'm sure it's just a friendly gift'
The way it was wrapped said otherwise.
You glanced back at the neatly wrapped chocolates.
'I wonder who they're gonna give that to..'
RING!!
Kris startled awake as everyone stood up.
"C-class is over.. Y-you can g-go now!"
Everyone silently cheered as they walked out the classroom, you following suit.
Though before you left, Kris and Susie were conversing.
"Trust me, you'll make it without dying."
A sigh was heard
"Come on! Don't give me that! It'll be worth it if it all works out!"
"You're right.."
"Exactly! Now move it! I'm hungry."
You chuckled to yourself. Those two seemed to be having fun.
You decided to walk away and go to your usual spot. The Diner.

You had finished eating at the diner as you walked to your own locker.
You yawned as you opened it, the diner sells amazing food. You were afraid you might have ate too much.
The locker door opened as a specific item caught your eye.
It was the chocolate in Kris' desk!
Why was it here..?
You sort of just stared at the edible before shaking your head and taking it in your hands.
You stared at the chocolate with a idiotic smile, this made you happy somehow.
A cough was heard beside you as you snapped your head to the side.
"Admiring that chocolate?" Berdly asked with his usual smug tone.
"Yes, in a way or so." You responded, chuckling a bit.
Berdly eyed the chocolate in your hands as he smirked.
"Looks like you have a secret admirer." He teased, honestly he might be right.
"Probably yeah.." You drifted off, blushing.
"Whoever that is, might have a high charisma stat. Watch out."
Berdly raised an brow while smirking as you looked away, embarrassed.
"What's the matter?" He asked. You refused to look at him.
"N-nothing.." You muttered waving your hands around as a type of reassurance.
He didn't take the bait but the bell rung.
RING!!
"Hm, seems like we've been discussing for too long." He looked at you with a teasing smile.
"May I walk you to class?" He suggested as he held his hand out. You rolled your eyes playfully.
"Sure." You chuckled as you walked back to your class with the harpy monster. Not.. Holding hands.
You both conversed on your way back, you separated ways and sat in your own desks.

You groaned as you layed your head on the desk.
Maybe overworking yourself for studies was the worse possible idea you could've came up with.
You miss your bed. The comfy pillows and the smooth blanket.
Alphys' lesson wasn't important anymore. It was never important for you today.
You already studied, you deserved a pat on the back.
Your head started to get dizzy, you couldn't think straight anymore. Exhaustion took over.
Then everything was black.

You heard muffled talking and shuffling.
Someone lightly shook you as you just whined, not wanting to wake up yet.
The voice spoke;
"Y/N.. Wake up.."
"Come on silly!"

"Wake up!"
"Y/N- Anon!"
Your eyebrows furrowed, the change of name wasn't very pleasant.
"WAKE"
"UP!"
You flinched in your spot, finally waking up as you try to find the source of the voice.
It's just Noelle.
"Y/N.. Did you sleep last night?" Noelle looked at you with concern.
You wiped the slight drool off your face as you tiredly glanced at her.
"No.. Not really.."
She looked at you fully worried now.
"Please stop overworking yourself.. Sleep is still important you know." She scolded you.
You chuckled at her mother-like concern as you put on a teasing smile.
"Mhm, yeah okay mom."
You both share a chuckle as she lightly punches you on the arm.
"Sorry for waking you up." Noelle apologized, you stood up with your bag.
"It's alright, I won't forgive you." You said smugly before walking away.
"H-hey-!" Noelle quickly followed you as the two of you shared.
You and Noelle conversed, usually about how Noelle has a shameful crush on a specific someone.
"Woww.. You're terrible." You stated in a fake tone.
"H-hey! You can't blame me, I mean who wouldn't be attracted to her?"
You rolled your eyes playfully as you suddenly remembered the letter.
"Oh yeah, you probably have to go home alone. I'm busy after this." You both walk out of the school as you approached the gates.
"Oh, What's up?" You shrugged.
"Nothing important."
Noelle nodded as the both of you stood at the gates.
"Well, see you tomorrow!" Noelle waved as she walked to her home.
You wave back at her with a tired smile.
'Welp, there she goes.'
You sighed as you put your hand down.
You turned around to find the sender but you were met with Kris leaning on the wall, facing you.
"Kris..? Were you the one who.." You drifted off as they seemed to have something behind their back.
They slowly pushed themselves off the wall and approached you. Finally revealing what was behind them.
And with a nervous smile and a tint of red they offered you..

Your face immediately lit up, your crush is offering you flowers..
You took the flowers as you gave them an anxious smile.
"T-thanks.. I guess.."
'Well this is awkward..'
You both spent a solid minute of staring into each other eyes, honestly their eyes were beautiful.
Those.. Ruby eyes..
Your face lit up even more because of the thought.
Though you didn't expect them to suddenly make a move.
They wrapped an arm around your waist as they pulled you closer.
The air suddenly felt hot and the stare they're giving you was intense, they started to lean in. Eyes closing slowly.
You slowly started to do the same.
You both felt magnets attracting eachother.
Is this destiny?
The both of you continued to lean in, your breath slightly hitching.
They hesitated but.
The kiss came.
Your stomach felt like it just blew up, this was one of the best feelings in your life.
They were serious about it but they were also gentle. It was perfect in every way possible.
You wrapped your arms around their neck. Pulling them closer.
You will definitely cherish this moment.
Everything was worth it, your glad you pulled through the shitty class.
And after what felt like hours. You pulled away.
You stared at them lovingly as they do the same with you.
They took a deep breath before speaking,
"Y/N.. Be my lover..?" They asked you with a small head tilt as you chuckled.
"Fuck yeah." You pressed your lips against theirs once again but before you could go at it you realized something.
'We're still at the gates..'
You immediately pulled away as you stared at Kris with a embarrassed expression.
"You okay..?" They asked you with a bit of concern.
"Uhh.. We're still infront of the gates."
Kris' expression quickly changes as it turns into a embarrassed one. Their face was more red.
You chuckled at their cute reaction.
"How about we do this another time?" You asked in a suggestive tone as Kris flinched.
You giggled ruffling their hair.
"I'm kidding! Maybe.." They pouted at you and removed your hand from their hair.
You gave them a warm smile as they gave you one back.
"How about I walk you home?" You suggested holding out your hand.
They immediately took your hand and nodded bashfully.
You softly chuckled as you walked.
"Okay then!"

The both of you conversed and teased each other as you walk to Kris' home.
'So this is what love feels like.'
You smiled at Kris as they looked at you curiously.
"It's nothing." You said with a content smile, they nodded.
Kris then suddenly stops as you realized you have arrived.
"Well, heres your stop." You grinned at them before turning around.
"See ya tomorrow Kris." You started to walk away as footsteps approached you.
You were about to turn your head but you were spun around as lips were placed on your own.
Kris looked at you with a crooked smile.
"I love you."
