-BATTLE 1-
After hearing the bell ring, i didnt waste any second. Agad kong tinakbo ang distansya ko at ng lalaking humamon sa'kin. I punched him straigh onto his face. Napaupo siya. I smirked murderously. Another rookie trying to beat the King of the arena. I heard the crowd screaming and cheering for my name.
"ARES! BREAK HIS BONES!"
"GO ARES! WOO!"
"WE WANNA SEE BLOOD, ARES!"
I grined deviously to my rival. Nanlaki ang mga mata niya. Inihanda ko ang sarili ko hanggang sa muling tumunog ang bell. I ran to him and punch his face with all my might. He tries to punch me back but its useles. "Tama na! Tama na! I give up! I give up!" He screams wala akong pakielam hindi ko siya tinigilan kahit basag basag na ang muka niya.
I even heard the referee screaming too pero wala din akong pakielam. Nang hawakan ng referee ang braso ko agad akong lumingon. I looked at him as he's the next one im going to kill. Napaatras siya, While still punching my rival's face and body. Someone caught my eyes. A girl with a deep blue eyes, innocent face and wicked smile looking at me. She was smiling as i continue to punch this asshole's face.
I see admiration all over her eyes. I love it. Naramdaman kong may mainit na likidong bumabalot sa kamao ko. And there i look back at the man laying helpess and lifeless under me. Punong puno na ng dugo ang kamao ko. I once again killed my opponent. I stood up and let go a heavy sigh. Napatingin ako sa maliwanag na ilaw sa itaas at napapikit. What am i doing? I let my anger take me over again.
"Once again ladies and gentlemen. The undefeated, King of the Arena! ARES APOLLO!" the emcee announce me as the winner. Hindi naman ako natatalo tuwing aapak ang mga paa ko sa arena.
Habang inaalis nila ang walang buhay na humamon sa'kin sa arena, hinanap ng mga mata ako ang babaeng nakakuha ng pansin ko kanina. Inilibot ko ang mga mata ko sa mga taong nakapalibot sa arena pero wala na siya.
