Athy's.p.o.v.
I woke up and saw dad sitting beside me staring at me...
"dad.." I said as I Sat up
" you can sleep more if you want" he said caressing my head.. Well it's his way of saying good morning..
"good morning dad" I said smiling and he nodded a yes with a small smile.
"what are you doing in my room..? Don't tell you me you are awake all night" I said and he nodded a no..
"I just woke up before you so I want to see you" he said and I nodded a yes as I got up.. I came downstairs after a shower and saw dad and felix talking sitting on the dining table.. I smelled something so nice.. It's lily...
"lily.."
I ran towards her and hugged her from behind.. Lily was making my favourite breakfast
"you woke up..? Sit.. Let's eat" she said as she served the food..
I Sat and started eating.. Dad and felix slowly started refilling my plate.. I got reminded of old days.. When I was studying school they would keep refilling my plate again and again and I would scold them to stop. Pfft..this feels nostalgic.
"dad.. Felix.. Stop.. I can't eat more than this" I said and they stared at me innocently as if they did nothing
" you should eat more... You look more thinner than before"
dad said and felix nodded a yes .. To them I always look thinner.. May be they want me to look the same as I was when I am five with that chubby cheeks..
"guys let her eat in peace.."
lily scolded them and they both went back to eating... If there is woman who can dare to talk back at dad other than mom it's lily.. Even I don't do that.. Well... Dad would always give in if I act cute.. So I never had the need to.
" I am done... I am going out with my friends.. Bye everyone" I said as I waved to them. I know the look in thier faces
" we are just hanging out since it's holiday. I will be back for lunch... Bye" I said and spirited out.. If I stay in home.. Those three will keep make me eat and sleep as if I am five..
"she look really OK... Haah.. Thank goodness". Felix said and the others smiled.
" hmm..i also feel relieved she got so much better after lucas came here.. I can finally be at peace.. I am always worried about her." lily said sighing in relief
"it's so cold outside.."felix said as he got up to turn on the heater.
" she didn't even wear a scarf.. Haah.. " claude said sighing frustrated.
" it's ok.. She will come back soon "lily said smiling.
" athyyy..let's go... " helly said as she came out of her house and tackled her with a hug
" oww..yeah yeah let's go.. "athy said as they walked towards thier car
Helena kept staring at her from time to time while driving and athy giggled
" I am OK helly.. It's even surprising to me but I am OK.. Don't worry "athy said and helly sighed in relief.
" I was godamn worried about you last night. Did you tell lucas..? " helena asked
" nope.. I told dad not to.. He is already in so much stress working there "athy said and helly nodded
" yeah.. That crazy guy would drop everything and flew back to you " helly said and athy smiled.
" hmm.. He may do that "she mumbled smiling.
" let's enjoy the day to the fullest .. "helly said grinning.
" hey emily is there.. "athy said pointing at her friend standing outside the cafeteria
They parked their car and spent their time chatting, drinking thier favourite drinksvwith emily, ces and some other girls ... Athy zoned out in the middle.
" hey athy.. You are zoning out again.. "
" she was like this for few days.." her friends said which made her finally turn towards them.
"huh..?" she blinked her eyes confused.
"are you OK athy..?" Emily asked.
"yeah I am.." she nodded her head with a small smile.
"don't mind her.. She is just love sick.." helly said waving her hand.. And that's it everyone stared at her with curios eyes and athy glared at her friend who is smiling at her sheepishly
"what.? Did something happen with your boyfriend.? Did you two fight.?" ces asked curiously
"nope.. We are good" athy said
"then what..?" emily asked.
" I am really fine don't mind her.." athy said glaring at helly
"it's just.. Her boyfriend is away for a while.. So she is badly missing him.." helly said in a teasing tone and athy rolled her eyes.
" what the... That's it.? Just tell him to come or you go visit him.." ces shrugged.
"he is in california.." helena said and ces gasped.
"what... Really.?.. Why.? " she asked gasping
" you do know that he is two years older than us.. Right.? Of course it's for his work" helly said
" I see.. That's why you zone out too much huh..? When is he coming back.?" emily asked
"I don't know... I didn't talked to him. He is so busy" athy said and everyone smiled.
"it's ok athy.. Let's enjoy the day to the fullest.. OK.?" emily said and athy smiled.
"thanks guys but I told dad I will come home for lunch" she said and they all whined.
"no let's hang out all day.. Talk to your dad now.." they all forced her and she finally made a call and told claude, he was hesitant at first then agreed
They then went shopping and had lunch in Emily's favourite restaurant.. They went to karoke and then to amusement park and finally they went to the restaurant athy and helena frequently go for dinner..
"huh.. Why are we going there.?" athy asked staring at the familiar route
" I heard there is an event going on for Christmas there..and it's been so long since we visited aunty .." helly said and emily give a excited nod
They stopped the car and started climbing the stairs. When they reached the restaurant. It was decorated with lights and so many people gathered there happily chatting and drinking...
" ohh.. Athy helena.. Welcome.. It's been a while since I saw you two.. Are you Guys doing well? "
stella the owner of the restaurant welcomed them .. They greeted her back and smiled as they introduced thier friends
"oh..athy.. Where is your boyfriend.?" she asked and they all shooked their head as a no standing behind athy which made stella confused..
"he is away for a business trip" athy said and smiled. Then they started talking about random things as they had dinner with Stella sitting with them.
" Athy.. Will you sing a song for me .. ?" stella asked grabbing both her hands
"huh.. Song.?" athy asked
"yeah.. Since there is a Christmas event today, I want to hear you sing.. It's been so long.. Please.." she asked with puppy eyes and athy nodded a yes.
Her friends cheered for her and she handed her a guitar.. She Sat on the empty spot on the stage and her friends Sat around her excited
" what song you want me to sing? " she asked smiling.
" just sing.. Whether you feel like" stella said smiling.
"OK.. What about you guys.?" she asked her friends. They stared at each other and smiled sheepishly..
"athy.. Sing about your boyfriend.. You can let out your feelings out through your song you know.." emily said and they giggled .. Athy smiled back.
She started singing and everyone smiled..

Every one in the restaurant turned and stared at her singing.. Her voice is like of fairy's and they listened to her singing mesmerised..
Helly recorded her singing with a smile .. Everyone clapped hands as soon as she finished singing and she looked around like she finally came out of her daze..
her other friends got dispersed.. And It's only Helly and athy sitting on the bench looking up at the night sky with snow falling down beautiful..
" that song is so beautiful athy...who are you thinking about while singing.? Obviously Lucas right.?" she asked and athy nodded a yes smiling..
" hmm.. I used to hear that song so many times... But, Today I felt like it suits only him.. I got reminded of how he popped of the blue as he sneaked into my house one night, how my life took an unexpected turn after meeting him... Every single details about him... How he look so handsome in whatever he wear.. How his eyes would glow under the moonlight.. How beautiful he look when he smile... How warm his hands are.. How comforting his hugs are... All I can think about is him.. "
she said looking down smiling.. Helly stared at her with a wholehearted smile .
" then.. " she asked tilting her head.
" helly...when I was singing. I felt it. "she mumbled her eyes pooling with tears ..
" helly I want to go back home.. " she said standing up
" suddenly..? Right now..? "helly asked confused..
" yeah... Right now ... Let's go. " she said dragging all her friends and when they came out she saw felix and claude..
" huh.. Dad.. felix..? "she called them surprised.
" felix drop this girls back safely. " claude said and felix nodded.
He took athy's friend back home since it's already late night.
. Claude drive back home with athy and helly.
" athy.. Lock the door well and be safe... I have some urgent work so I am heading back to seoul now.. I will come back as soon as I am done with my work..ok..?"
he said caressing her head and she nodded a yes and hugged him.
" him..bye daddy..have a safe trip "she said and smiled.
" hmm.. You too be safe.. Call me immediately if there is emergency.. Helena take care of her "he said and she noded a yes.
" I will don't worry uncle "
she said smiling.. He smiled back and walked back to his car... Athy stood out watching his car fading away from her sight and went inside home after waving bye to helly who went back to her home since her mom called her .
