Grindelwald had returned to see if she was okay enough to travel whether it would be by magic or walking being the maze wasn't  far from castle. When he got there Rosier had wandered off probably back to the base . She'll get punished later he thought in his head as  he got out his wand a repaired Queenies then went to check for a pulse. "She was still alive when I left"  Rosier said frustrated at the thought of being punished by Grindelwald even though 
She been punished before for abandoning her post towards the beginning of her time following him.
She followed up her comment in a more calm tone "is she okay". He responded" yes the spell is wearing of and she has started to breathe again.when she wakes up we will leave."
