I was checking out our Skills and just realised [Utility Thread] lets us add our Defence or Resistance Skills to our thread, most importantly, [Fire Resistance]!
Majikku 1: Seriously? We could have used our threads here all this time we have [Utility Thread]? How did you miss that?
I don't know, I am dumb.
Majikku 2: Don't feel bad, with how weak threads are to Fire, adding [Fire Resistance] might not actually prevent them from catching fire.
Majikku 1: But it will still extend the amount of time they can be on the field of battle like how [Energy Conferment] does.
I am so sorry for not doing my job right.
Majikku 2: Um, apology accepted, big sis Interu.
Majikku 1: Well, I say we check out what Skills to pick up with Skill Points while we wait.
Good idea, we now have 200 Skill Points and the Evil Eyes we can get with that amount, ignoring Heresy Evil Eyes since [Heretic Magic] is probably better, are [Electric Evil Eye], [Wind Evil Eye], [Earth Evil Eye], [Heavy Evil Eye] and [Dark Evil Eye].
Majikku 1: So how do they work anyway? Does [Electric Evil Eye] shoot a bolt of electricity from our eye and [Wind Evil Eye] shoots a gust of air instead?
Majikku 2: And I can't imagine how [Earth Evil Eye] works. More importantly, does it work against flying enemies?
Yeah, I don't know either, what I do know is that [Dark Evil Eye] is redundant since we have [Shadow Magic] already.
I think [Heavy Evil Eye] increases the gravity acting on the target, which should ground flyers and slow everything down.
Majikku 1: That sounds like the most useful one here. And oh! If we can use it on ourselves...
Majikku 2: Oh oh! You mean gravity training? Like how the z fighters do it?
Then we get to yell 'Restriction released!' when things get serious, we'll be so cool!
It's decided, [Heavy Evil Eye] it is then!
We bought the Skill and I immediately activated it on our body by targeting our front legs.

Majikku 1: Gravity training.
Karada: It's so hard to move now!
That's the point, that way we can train even harder than before to build muscles.
Karada: I know what you mean and want but I am busy descaling our meal over here!
Majikku 1: There is no point in doing gravity training if we can't function normally with it on. So get used to it.

For one, it has the experience and understanding to use Magic, and two, there is no other reason to teleport here besides us being here.

[Thought Acceleration] slows the perception of time, we don't actually move faster.
Not that we can outrun someone who can teleport in the first place.

Then he appeared, a man in black armour.
Actually, that armour is so slim it almost looks like it is actually part of his body.
What little skin we can see is also black, not dark brown, but actually black in colour.
Hair is black too but that's not really that unusual.
The only part of this man that isn't black are his eyes, which are red.
And according to Wisdom-sama, this guy is impossible to appraise.
He is on another level, there is no winning against him.
Yet strangely enough, we don't feel threatened by him.
In fact, there is a feeling of annoyance.
Karada: But why though? We never met him.
Majikku 1: Exactly, we should be feeling scared to meet an unbeatable stranger.
Majikku 2: Um, sisters, if he isn't here to fight, does that mean he is here to talk?

I decided to mix English, Spanish and Japanese in one sentence in the hopes that he'll understand one of them.
Kuro (Temp.) looks confused by what I just said.
"Me! No understand! What you say! At all! Okay? I'm Japanese! Well, a Japanese spider?"
Kuro (Temp.) doesn't respond, and looks even more perplexed.
Karada: Well, this is awkward.
Majikku 1: There's probably no Isekai Language for Dummies book, either.
Majikku 2: What do we do, big sis Interu?

Then a smartphone fell down and landed between us and Kuro (Temp.).
It landed standing straight up, impressive if I do say so myself...
Wait, a smartphone!? What is something like that doing here!?
And how the heck did it get here without setting off [Detection]!?
Actually, I just realised that [Reaction Perception] isn't working on Kuro (Temp.).
And wait, that design is familiar...
Hey! That smartphone looks just like ours back on Earth!
Platinum white, complete with a Kirby sticker on the back.
It is usually covered up by a black casing so no one but we know.
Why is our smartphone here!?
Just what the heck is going on here?!
???: "Hello, this Administrator D."
Two voices spoke out from the phone, one in Japanese and one in a language I don't know, which I can safely guess is the language Kuro (Temp.) spoke.
Kuro (Temp.): "?? ?? ?? ??? ?????? ?? ???."
He spoke as he went to pick up the phone.
Kuro (Temp.): "???? ??? ??? ??????? ?? ???? ???? ?"
"What is that, some kind of instant translation app?! Awesome! The software of this world rules!"
I spoke out loud, the nerd in me is just too curious.
I mean, think about it, the app is not just translating word for word, it has to understand the meaning and context to translate between different languages that use different grammar and sentence structure.
Not to mention not all languages have words for all the same things.
The AIs of modern day are really struggling with that, y'know?
D: "Kumoko, could you hold for a second?"
The voice from the phone spoke out.
"Oh, okay."
I meekly replied.
Then we waited as Kuro (Temp.) and whoever was on the other side of the phone talked.
Speaking of, the voice is definitely that of a girl, it's wonderfully sweet yet unsettlingly cold at the same time, it is definitely in the uncanny valley.
Kuro (Temp.) seems to be becoming increasingly annoyed over the conversation.
It didn't take long, Kuro (Temp.) sighed grandly and left the phone on the ground and teleported away.
Thanks to [Technique Perception], I can see the Rune used by him and it is beyond anything we have ever seen.
It is so super-complicated-looking, it feels alien.
Doesn't help that the image quality is subpar to say the least.
There is no way we can replicate that Rune even if we wanted to when we don't have enough information to work with here.
Anyway, now it is just the phone and us here.
Dragon 1:
A Dragon has died?

No, we have an unspoken 'truce'.
He would never make such a move.
But then what caused it?

What's this? A Ruler?
Of three no less.
And this [Wisdom] Skill, I have never seen it before.
To be able to create a new Ruler Skill, this must be D's doing.
But why?
Looks like I should find out in person.
So I use Spatial Conjuring and teleport to the scene of the crime.
The spider Monster noticed me before I even finished teleporting and is naturally on guard.
Then I sense annoyance from it, but why? This should be the first time we met.
Unless, D is involved somehow, she isn't particularly fond of me or any True Dragons after all.
Its annoyance is soon replaced by a similar confusion I just had.
Was it confused by its emotion as well?
But then said confusion is soon overshadowed by an overwhelming amount of fear.
It is still as a statue on the outside, but inside it is panicking like crazy.
Spiders can't talk, so I linked us up with Telepathy.
"Who are you?"
I ask a simple question, its panic subside and it is confused again.
Then a feeling of clarity, but it is still not responding?
"Why are you not responding? Are you a subordinate of D?"
I pressed for answers, and then it clicks and hisses at me.
Um, is it trying to communicate with another spider I can't sense around here or something?
"Spider, I am talking to you."
Then it starts flailing its scythes around to make gestures while clicking, hissing and screeching.
I don't think it understands me, and I definitely don't understand it either.
That and it isn't using the telepathic link I have established.
Probably because it doesn't even realise we are linked up.
I have no idea what to do here.
A feeling of awkwardness hits both of us.
Then a smartphone dropped onto the ground in between me and the spider.
D: "Hello, this is Administrator D."
As expected, D introduced herself, but I could hear her speaking in another language at the same time she spoke to me.
Perhaps the language the spider understands?
The spider is at first impressed, then shocked.
Just what is going on inside its head?
Anyway, I picked up the phone.
"So it is you behind it all. What are you playing at this time?"
But before I got a response, the spider started making noises again but in excited curiosity this time.
D: "??????, ??? ??? ???? ??? ? ??????."
Then D spoke to the spider in its language, I think?
Either way, it makes one final noise and quietly watches us in restrained curiosity.
D: "Glad to have you on the phone."
"What do you want?"
I asked seriously, in contrast to how causal D's response is.
D: "This spider is one of the victims of the prank pulled by the previous Hero and Demon Lord. I am sure you know what that means."
Ah, I see, but...
"Didn't you send it here? It killed one of my subordinates."
D: "It was self defence. You mad? Too bad, leave her alone."
D is not the type to lie even though she is clearly evil, if it was self defence then fine, I'll forgive and leave it-I mean her be.
Not that I can oppose D's orders anyway.
And so I let out a sigh, drop the phone and leave with Spatial Conjuring.
I shall ask for more details later.
