Natalie groans as her phone ringing wakes her up. She feels Noah's arm draped across her waist, the man stirring at the ringing noise.

Natalie blindly reaches around her nightstand until she finds her phone. She squints to see who's calling and she huffs as she answers.

"What, Dean?" She grumbles, rubbing her face.

"Natty?" Dean asks.

"Dude, you know I hate that stupid nickname." Natalie rolls her eyes.

"Look, I don't know where I am." Dean says.

"What?" Natalie asks, concern growing. "What do you mean?"

"I mean the Djinn attacked me. It put its hand on me and I woke up in a house next to a hot chick." Dean says.

"You mean Carmen?" Natalie asks.

"Who?" Dean asks.

"Dude, you're fucking wasted." Natalie says.

"No, I'm not. I'm not drunk." Dean says.

"Yeah, okay." Natalie scoffs.

"I'm serious, Natty." Dean says. "And I don't know where the fuck my daughter is either."

"What daughter?" Natalie asks.

""What daughter?" Who do you think? I mean Ophelia." Dean says.

"Dean, you're super drunk. You don't have a daughter." Dean says.

"Wh-what?" Dean asks, Natalie swearing she hears sadness in his tone.

"Dean, you can barely look after yourself, let alone a whole ass child. You have no children." Natalie seems to have to remind him. "Did you take drugs or something?"

"What? No! No. I did not take drugs." Dean says.

"Okay, look, just-- I'll see you tomorrow. Go to bed, Dean." Natalie tells him.

"Wait, wait, don't hang up. Nat--" She hangs up, putting her phone up. Natalie sighs and settles on the bed, cuddling into Noah's side.

"Dean okay?" Noah asks.

"Yep. Just another drunk escapade." Natalie mumbles, yawning.

Noah reaches over and silences Natalie's phone.

"Thank you." Natalie mumbles.

"Mm-hmm." Noah hums, both falling back asleep.

Dean calls Sam who picks up.

"Dean?" Sam answers.

"Sam?" He asks.

"What's going on?" Sam asks.

"I don't know. I don't know where I am."

"What? What happened?"

"Well, the, uh, the Djinn. It attacked me. Nat's not making any sense."

"You called Nat? Wait, the gin? You're... drinking gin?"

"No, asshat. The Djinn. The... scary creature. Remember? It put its hand on me and then I woke up... next to some hot chick."

"Who? Carmen?" Sam lets out a small laugh,

"Who?" Dean asks. "And also, I can't find Ophelia."

"Who's Ophelia?" Sam asks.

"My daughter." Dean hisses.

"Daughter?" Sam laughs. "Yeah, right. Dude, if you had a kid, they probably wouldn't last a week."

"Hey. She has lasted seven years just fine. Now, traumatized? Sure. But she's still kicking." Dean says.

"Dean, you're drunk. You're drunk dialing me." Sam says.

"I am not drunk. Why does everybody think I'm drunk? Quit fucking around." Dean says.

"Look, it's late. All right, just get some sleep and, um, I'll... see you tomorrow, okay?" Sam says.

"Wait, Sam! Sam!" Dean hisses, but Sam hangs up. Sam shakes his head, laughing a little, before closing his law book.

"Daddy." He looks over at Libby who is in her nightgown and a Piglet plush in her hand. "I had a bad dream."

"That's okay. C'mere, baby." Sam gets up and walks over, picking her up. She wraps her arms around his shoulders, resting her head on his shoulder as he carries her back to her room.

Noah and Natalie are up and getting ready to head to the airport. Noah walks out, rolling everybody's suitcases behind him.

"He ready?" Natalie asks.

"Finishing up." Noah informs, going to the toaster.

Natalie pours the Fruity Pebbles into a bowl, pouring the milk in after.

"Tommy! Come on, cereal's ready, baby!" Natalie calls out.

The sound of feet running down the hall sounds before the six year old rushes into the room and to the table.

"Thank you, mommy." He says, sitting at the chair, Natalie putting the bowl in front of him.

"You're welcome." She ruffles his hair. "Did you brush your teeth?"

"Mm-hmm." Tom nods. He shows his teeth.

"Good job." Natalie kisses him on the cheek. "Eat your breakfast." She tells him, going back to the counter.

"Two pieces for you." Noah hands her two pieces of toast, one covered in peanut butter, and the other in jelly.

"Thank you." She smiles, taking a bite out of the jelly covered one. "Are you ready?"

"Yep." Noah nods. "You?"

"I'm gonna have to wash some dishes. But other than that--"

"I'll do the dishes." Noah says.

"No, it's okay." Natalie dismisses.

"No, I want to." Noah says. "Besides, you need to relax." He says, putting his hand over her stomach.

"Noah, I'm only seven weeks pregnant. I think I can handle dishes." Natalie smirks.

"Well, you don't have to." Noah grins. "We gonna tell your mom this weekend?"

"I want to. But not at dinner. That's when Sam and Jess are telling her about the engagement." Natalie says.

"Totally get it." Noah nods.

+++

"Here you go, baby." Jess gives her daughter cheerios with a banana cut into slices in it. Libby grins, grabbing her spoon and digging into the cereal.

"You got her all packed?" Sam asks his fiance.

"Yep. Everything we may possibly need for the adventurous four year old is in her suitcase. Plus, a few things in mine." Jess says.

"Great." Sam sighs in relief.

"You get to comfort her on the plane, though." Jess says, knowing of the toddler's hatred for planes.

"Unless she wants mommy." Sam counters.

"Well, she usually wants daddy." Jess argues.

"I want juice!" Libby calls.

"Coming up." Sam says, grabbing the orange juice out of the fridge.

+++

Noah, Natalie, and Tom meet up with Sam, Jessica, and Libby at the airport, all getting together after going through security.

"Aunt Jessi!" Tom rushes to the blonde.

"Ah, my favorite boy!" Jess picks him up.

"Wha-- excuse me?" Sam asks.

"Sorry, Sam. He wins the cuteness factor. Plus, you don't even greet me with that level of excitement." Jess says.

"Libby!" Tom rushes over to his younger cousin.

"Tommy!" Libby grins, letting the older boy hug her. "Aunt Natty!" She makes grabby hands at her aunt.

"Hi, baby." Natalie grins, picking her up and hugging her.

"Hey, did Dean call you last night?" Natalie asks her twin as Libby reaches for Noah who takes her.

"He called you too?" Sam asks.

"Yeah. He was drunk." Natalie says.

"Yeah, gin." Sam nods. Libby finishes hugging Noah and squirms until he puts her down. Libby and Tom sit on the floor and Tom pulls out a coloring book and crayons.

"Exactly." Natalie nods. "And... did he mention having a daughter?"

"Yeah." Sam nods. "Maybe he mixed it with something." He shrugs.

"Or a lot of somethings." Natalie mutters.

+++

They pull up to Mary's house and get out of the car, Dean sitting on the porch.

"Jessica." Dean tightly hugs the blonde.

"Ah! You're, uh... good see you too, Dean." Jess says, lightly patting him on the back. Natalie watches her older brother in confusion.

"Is he still drunk?" She mumbles.

"Is who drunk?" Tom asks.

"Nothing, sweetie." Natalie dismisses.

"Here. You think you got that one?" Sam asks Tom, handing his nephew a bag.

"Uh-huh." Tom takes his uncle's backpack.

"Oh, yeah. You got some muscle on you, kid." Sam says, squeezing Tom's bicep gently. The six year old proudly grins.

"Making him carry all those law books you take everywhere?" Natalie asks.

"I will let you know I only have one law book." Sam says.

"Whatever." Natalie mumbles.

"Can't breathe." Jess rasps out and Dean lets go of her. "Okay."

"Noah." Dean brings the man into a tight hug. Jess opens the back door, getting Libby out of her car seat and holding her.

"Oh. Uh... yeah, hey." Noah pats his shoulder. He sends a weirded out look to Jess who shrugs. "Dean, I-I think the hug is done." Dean lets go.

"Sammy, Natty." Dean greets.

"Hey." Sam greets as Natalie nods. She wraps her arm around Tom's chest, holding him to her.

"Libby. Good to see you, kiddo." Dean ruffles her hair making her look at him weirdly.

"And, uh..." Dean looks at the boy, not knowing his name.

"Tom." Natalie quietly reminds.

"Right. Right, yeah, Tom, obviously." Dean gently hits his hand against his forehead. "What, is he... he seven?"

"I'm six, Uncle Dean." Tom corrects.

"Right. Right. Six. So, you had him at... at sixteen?" Dean asks.

"Yeah." Natalie nods.

"Right." Dean says, finally putting the pieces of Natalie getting to keep her kid that John made her abort. "Well, look at you guys. You're with Jessica and Noah. You've got your kids. I don't believe it." Dean laughs. The twins share a weird look.

"Yeah." Sam mumbles.

"Hey, Tommy, what do you say we go say hi to grandma?" Noah suggests.

"Yeah, you too, Bess." Jess tells her daughter, putting her down. "I bet she made you guys cookies." She says, igniting excitement in the two.

Tom drops his backpack, rushing to the house and Libby follows as quickly as she can.

"Where'd you guys come from?" Dean asks.

"We just flew in from... Califor--"

"California! Stanford. Huh? Law school, I bet." Dean says. "And, uh..." He looks at Natalie. His eyes go to her wrists that are covered in bracelets. "And, uh... you got a jewelry thing going, right?"

"Right." Natalie nods.

"I see you started off mom's birthday with a bang, as usual." Sam says, motioning to the beer in Dean's hand.

"Wait. Mom's birthday, that's-- that's today?" Dean asks.

"It appears he started earlier." Natalie comments.

"Yeah. Yeah, Dean. That's today. That's why we're here. Don't tell me you forgot." Sam says.

+++

They're at a nice restaurant and everybody is dressed up as they get their food. Tom and Libby are back at the house with the babysitter Natalie and Jess use anytime they're here.

"Wow, that... looks awesome." Dean says, looking at his plate.

"All right. To mom." Sam raises his glass. "Happy birthday."

"Happy birthday, mom." Natalie smiles.

"Happy birthday." Noah and Jess chorus.

"Thank you." Mary says, everybody clinking their drinks together.

"To mom." Dean says.

Dean watches Sam and Jess kiss before watching Natalie and Noah quietly talking to each other with bright smiles on their faces and Natalie giggles at something Noah says. Dean smiles softly at his younger siblings' happiness.

"All right. Jess and I actually have another surprise for mom's birthday." Sam says. Natalie grins at her mother, knowing where this is going. "Uh... you wanna tell 'em?"

"They're your family." Jess says.

"All right." Sam says.

"What? Tell me what?" Mary asks, smiling with anticipation.

Sam holds up Jess' left hand, showing off her engagement ring. Mary laughs out of happiness.

"Oh, my God! That's so wonderful." Mary grins. She gets up, hugging Jess.

"Congratulations." Carmen tells Jess who thanks her. "Congratulations." She tells Sam who thanks her.

"Well, since we're all hugging, congrats again." Natalie tells them, hugging Jess.

"Thanks for helping pick it out and having the same ring size." Sam chuckles.

"Anytime." Natalie grins.

"I just wish your dad was here." Mary says.

"Yeah. Me too." Sam smiles.

"Jessica, let me see that ring." Mary says.

"Congratulations, Sammy." Dean says.

"Thanks." Sam says.

"I'm really glad you're happy." Dean says.

"So... when you popping the question?" Natalie asks Noah.

"Mm, can't tell you. Would kind of ruin the whole surprise aspect, no?" Noah smirks. Natalie lets out a quiet laugh and kisses him. "Though, I suppose I did already knock you up." He whispers.

"Wait, you're pregnant?" They turn to Mary.

"Shit." Natalie winces.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't think they would hear me." Noah says.

"I-- we were gonna wait. We wanted Jess and Sam to have this night." Natalie says.

"Hey. Cat's out of the bag, that's fine with me." Sam chuckles.

"Now we just have more to celebrate." Jess grins.

"Ah! I get another grandbaby?" Mary grins.

"Yeah. And this time at an appropriate age." Natalie chuckles. Mary tightly hugs her.

"Can I?" Mary asks, holding her hand out. Natalie nods, Mary putting her hand on her daughter's stomach.

"I'm only seven weeks. Don't really know what you're gonna feel." Natalie laughs.

"Ah, I still love this. Best birthday presents ever." Mary tells the twins and their significant others. She kisses Natalie on her cheek before kissing Sam's cheek.

"Congratulations, you two." Carmen smiles, hugging them, and they thank her.

"Congratulations, Natty. One kid, and, uh, one on the way." Dean says.

"Thanks." Natalie says.

"I'm just happy you're happy." Dean says.

"Right." Natalie mumbles.

"Do you have an ultrasound picture?" Mary asks.

"Oh. Yeah!" Natalie goes to her purse and takes it out, showing it to Mary.

"Ah, my little grandbaby." Mary grins.

"I don't see it." Sam mumbles.

"Honestly... me neither." Noah whispers. "I just followed her lead during the appointment." The two quietly laugh while the four women gush over the ultrasound and Jess' ring.

The others watch in confusion as Dean walks around the restaurant as if looking for somebody.

"Uh... is he okay?" Noah whispers to his girlfriend.

"I don't know. Depends on how much he drank today." Natalie mumbles.

+++

They get back to Mary's house, the four women laughing together. Natalie quickly shushes everybody, seeing Tom and Libby asleep on the couch.

"Hey. He insisted on waiting up and she wouldn't leave his side. Fell asleep five minutes before the actual bedtime." The babysitter chuckles.

"Aw, adorable." Natalie fondly smiles at her son. "Thank you for watching him."

"Yeah, thank you." Jess says, gently brushing some hair out of Libby's face.

"Always a pleasure. He's the least bratty kid on the street." The sitter chuckles. Natalie and Jess both pay her and then she leaves.

"So, Dean, what was, uh... what was all that back at the restaurant?" Sam asks.

"Uh... I-I thought I saw someone. I'm sure it's nothing." Dean says.

"Well, I had a lovely birthday. Thank you. Goodnight." Mary says.

"Goodnight." Everybody calls out. Mary passes Natalie, kissing her daughter's cheek, Natalie softly smiling at her mom.

"Yeah, well, I'm beat. Ready to turn in?" Sam asks Jess.

"Sure." She nods. She walks over to the couch and carefully picks Libby up, the young girl stirring, but not waking up. Jess cradles her daughter's head, not wanting her head to fall off her shoulder and wake her up.

"All right. Goodnight, guys." Sam says.

"Night." Natalie and Noah chorus. Natalie goes to the couch and carefully picks Tom up. The boy stirs, his head falling onto his mom's shoulder.

"We're gonna go to bed, too." Natalie says.

"Yeah." Noah nods.

"Wait a second. Wait a second." Dean stops them. "Come on, it's not even 9:00 yet. Let's, uh... let's go have a drink or something." Dean says.

"Yeah, maybe another time." Sam says. "Plus, we should really get her to bed." He motions to Libby.

"Um... yeah, maybe in, like, nine months. Or more if I breastfeed again." Natalie says.

"Okay, well, you won't drink. Come on, man. Look at us, huh? We both have beautiful women on our arms. Nat's got a great guy. Sam's engaged. Nat's pregnant. Let's go celebrate." Dean says.

The six stand around in silence. The twins share weirded out looks.

"Guys, can you excuse us? Nat and I just want to talk to our brother for a sec." Sam says, Natalie nodding in agreement.

"Sure." Jess nods.

"Thanks." Sam says.

Noah kisses Natalie's cheek before carefully taking Tom from her. He goes upstairs to put Tom to bed. Jess and Carmen follow him while quietly making conversation with each other.

"What?" Dean asks as the three walk further into the living room, the twins standing across from Dean.

"Okay. What's gotten into you?" Sam asks.

"What do you mean?" Dean asks.

"I mean this whole warm, fuzzy ecstasy trip thing." Sam says.

"Yeah, it's getting a little creepy." Natalie comments.

"I'm just happy for you guys." Dean says.

"Yeah, right. That's another thing. Since when you do call me Sammy?" Sam asks. "Dean, come on. We don't talk outside of holidays."

"We don't?" Dean asks. "But you two do?" He asks. The twins nod. "Well, I... I mean, you're my brother and sister."

""You're my brother and sister"?" The twins chorus.

"Well, least you still do that." Dean mumbles. "But, yeah." He chuckles.

"You know, that's what you said when you snaked my ATM card. Or when you bailed on our graduation. Or when you hooked up with Rachel Nave." Sam says.

"Who?" Dean asks.

"Uh, my prom date. On prom night." Sam reminds.

"Yeah, that does kinda sound like me." Dean says.

"Or when you stole all the money I had been saving up from my shitty part time job at the diner to go out and... buy beer. Or when you broke my jewelry maker on "accident". Or when you told my first boyfriend that I had some sort of foot fungus."

"Also sounds like me." Dean mumbles. "Well, hey, guys, I'm sorry about all that." Dean says. He walks towards them, but they back up.

"No, that, look, that's all right, man." Sam says.

"Yeah, I'm-- I'm over it. It's just annoying." Natalie says.

"I-I just... you know, I'm not asking you to change. I-I just, uh... I don't know. I... guess we just don't really have anything in common. You know?" Sam says.

"That goes for you and me, too." Natalie says. The twins start to leave.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Yes, we do. Yes, we do." Dean laughs.

"What?" The twins ask.

"Hunting." Dean states.

"Hunting?" They chorus.

"We've never been hunting in our lives, Dean." Sam says.

"Yeah, well, then we should go sometime. I... I think you'd both be great at it." Dean says. Sam and Natalie share another weirded out look.

"Get some rest." Sam says, the twins walking away.

"Think he's on drugs now, too?" Natalie whispers.

"I would, but his pupils aren't dilated." Sam whispers.

+++

Natalie wakes up to a noise in the house. She quietly gets up, grabbing the bat she keeps in her closet. She walks out, jumping at the figure in front of her and she raises her bat.

She gets a good look, seeing it's just Sam -- who also has a bat.

"What the hell are you doing?" They whisper to each other. "I heard a noise." They both answer.

The two quietly go downstairs, bats in hand. They look in the living room, seeing the window open and someone in one of the cabinets.

Sam swings the bat, but the person fights back, throwing Sam to the floor. As Natalie goes to attack, she hears her older brother's voice.

"That was so easy, I'm embarrassed for you." Dean says.

"Dean? What the hell are you doing here?" Sam asks. Dean gets up, Sam getting up next.

"I was looking for a beer." Dean says.

"Shocker." Natalie rolls her eyes.

"In the China cabinet?" Sam asks. He turns the light on, the twins seeing silverware on the floor. "That's mom's silver."

"Sam--"

"What, you... you broke into the house... to steal mom's silver?"

"It's not what it looks like. Okay, I didn't have a choice."

"Oh, really? Why? What's so damn important you gotta steal from your own mother?"

"Mommy?" They turn to see Tom.

"Hey. Hey, baby." Natalie goes to him.

"What's going on? I heard loud noises." Tom says.

"It's okay, baby. It's just your Uncle Dean." Natalie says.

"Did he drink too much grown up juice again?" Tom asks.

"Yeah, I think so. It's okay, baby. Just go back up to bed." Natalie says, kissing him on the head. Tom listens, going back upstairs.

"You want the truth?" Dean asks.

"Yeah. Yeah, we do." Sam says, Natalie nodding in agreement.

"I owe somebody money." Dean says.

"Who?" Sam asks.

"A bookie. I lost big on a game, I gotta bring him the cash tonight."

"I can't believe we're even related."

"Sam, Nat, I'm sorry."

"Yeah."

"I'm sorry that we don't get along. And I wish to hell I could stay and fix it. But I gotta do this. People's lives depend on it."

"What are you talking about, Dean?"

"Nothing. Forget it. Just, uh... hey, tell mom I love her."

Dean leaves the house. The twins share confused looks.

"I'm going." Sam says.

"You have fun." Natalie says.

"Okay, I don't really know what's happening, but he is still our brother." Sam says.

"True. But I have a kid... and I'm pregnant. I don't have time to get into whatever mess he's created this time. I had to get into way too many as a teenager, I'm done." Natalie says.

"I get that. Yeah." Sam nods.

"Goodnight." Natalie says, going back upstairs.

"Night." Sam says.

+++

Dean turns the knife to stab himself.

"Wait!" Sam shouts.

Mary walks up to Dean, wearing the nightgown that she died in. Carmen and Natalie appear by Sam.

"Why'd you have to keep digging?" Sam asks.

Dean looks at his mother, looking around, finding Jess, Libby, and Noah on his other side. Tom appears by Natalie.

"Why couldn't you have left well enough alone? You were happy." Sam says.

"Put the knife down, honey." Mary says.

"You're not real. None of it is." Dean says.

"It doesn't matter. It's still better than anything you had." Mary says.

"What?" Dean asks.

"It's everything you want. We're a family again. Let's go home." Mary says.

"I'll die. The Djinn'll... drain the life out of me in a couple of days." Dean says.

"But in here, with us, it'll feel like years. Like a lifetime. I promise. No more pain. Or fear. Just love and comfort. And safety. Dean, stay with us. Get some rest." Mary says.

"You don't have to worry about Sam anymore." Jess says. "You get to watch him live a full life."

"Sam with Nat. None of those tough memories or worry that she's going to die." Noah says.

"You get to see mommy be happy." Tom says, holding Natalie's hand.

"You don't have to worry about me growing up like you, Aunt Natty, and daddy did." Libby says.

Mary steps away from Dean and Carmen walks up, kissing him.

"We can have a future together. Have our own family. I love you, Dean. Please." Carmen says.

Sam and Natalie walk up to him.

"Why is it our job to save everyone?" Sam asks.

"Haven't we done enough?" Natalie asks.

"We're begging you. Give me the knife." Sam holds his hand out.

Dean looks between all of them with tears in his eyes. He looks around, realizing one person is missing. The most important person to him.

"No. No, I have a family. A real one. And I do have a kid, and she needs me." Dean says. "I'm sorry." He whispers before sticking the knife into his stomach.

+++

Sam and Natalie call to Dean as they try to wake him up.

"Dean!" The twins shout.

"Hey, wake up. Wake up, damn it!" Sam urges.

Dean lets out a small grunt, his eyes slowly opening.

"Hey. Hey." Sam says.

"Deanie. Hey." Natalie sighs in relief.

"Ahh... Auntie Em. There's no place like home." Dean says.

"Thank God. We thought we lost you for a second." Sam says, pulling a tube out of Dean's throat.

"You almost did." Dean says.

"Oh, God. Let's get you down." Sam says. Sam reaches up and starts cutting through the rope that's holding Dean up.

"Guys!" Dean shouts.

Sam turns and attacks the Djinn with a knife. The Djinn gets Sam, him dropping the knife. As the Djinn almost gets Sam under the spell, Natalie uses her knife and jabs it into the back of the Djinn. The blue from its eyes fade and its head rolls back.

Natalie yanks the knife out, the Djinn falling to the ground.

"You okay?" Natalie asks her twin who nods.

They get Dean cut down and he goes to the girl that's also strung up. He puts his hand to her neck, feeling for her pulse.

"She's still alive! Sam." Dean pulls the tube out of her neck while Sam cuts her down, Dean catching her. "I got ya. I got you. We're gonna get you out of here, okay? I gotcha. I got you."

+++

Dean is sitting on the end of a motel bed and flipping through a magazine. Ophelia is sitting on his lap, slightly attached since he finally got back. She fell asleep and is cuddled into his chest.

Libby is asleep on one of the beds, cuddling Eeyore, and Natalie cleans up the girls' dinner, throwing it away.

"Okay." They turn to Sam who is on the phone. "Uh, thank you so much for the update. Okay, bye." He hangs up. "That was the hospital. Girl's been stabilized. Good chance she's gonna pull through."

"That's good." Dean says.

"Yeah." Sam says. "How 'bout you? You all right?"

"Yeah, I'm all right." Dean says. "You should have seen it. Our lives. You were such a wussy, Sam."

"So we didn't get along then, huh?" Sam chuckles.

"Nah." Dean answers. "You two were still buddy buddy, though."

"Yeah... I thought it was supposed to be this perfect fantasy." Sam says.

"It wasn't. It was just a wish. I wished for mom to live. That mom never died, we never went hunting and you guys and me just never, uh... you know. And then Ophi was never born." Dean says.

"What?" Natalie asks.

"Yeah. Yeah, um... I met her mom on a hunt. So... so if we didn't start hunting, then I... I didn't meet her mom, and so then she was never born." Dean says, his grip slightly tightening around his daughter.

"Yeah. Well, I'm glad we do. And I'm glad you dug yourself out, Dean. Most people wouldn't have had the strength, would have just stayed." Sam says.

"Yeah... lucky me. I gotta to tell you, though, guys. You know, you had Jess. Natty had Noah and--" He stops. "Mom had two grandkids and was gonna have another one."

"Had grand--" Natalie stops as Dean's gaze goes to her wrist. "Oh." She realizes, fiddling with the blue and pink bracelet. "Oh." She repeats, it hitting her that her father wasn't a jackass in that world. She frowns down at the bracelet. "Was it a boy or a girl?"

"Natty--" Dean starts.

"Dean." Natalie gives him a pleading look. Dean sighs.

"A boy. Tommy." Dean informs. "He looked just like you." Dean chuckles softly. Natalie's lips quirk up a bit.

"He was six?" Natalie asks.

"Yeah." Dean nods.

"Dean... it wasn't real." Sam says.

"I know. But I wanted to stay. I wanted to stay so bad. I mean, ever since dad... all I c-- all I can think about is how much this job's cost us. We've lost so much. We've... sacrificed so much."

"But people are alive because of you. It's worth it, Dean. It is. It's not fair, and... you know, it hurts like hell, but... it's worth it."
