Kayla's POV.
Damn that shit was easy.. all thanks to Patrick. I walked out of the front door and was greeted by Patrick . "Hey babyyyyy!!!" he said as I ran to him and hugged him tightly . It was almost like I jumped on him or something. But i don't think he minded it so . "Hey there" I said to him after getting off him. "So how was it? You aced it right?" he said. He looked so cute when he was all excited ! "It was.. well.. okayy but.." I said.. trying to be playful . "But what?!" he asked. He got all worried. "But... yeah I aced it!" I said. The next minute our lips where crashing against each others . I could hear people mumbling stuff and I noticed people staring at us but I didn't care. Nothing could come between me and my guy.
When we reached home , our expressions turned a bit more solemn. "Um.. you got it ... right Tricky?" I asked him nervously. "Yeah I did" he said with a reasuring smile while handing it to me. I was just about to go into the loo when he called out to me. "Wait! There's something.. um.. something I've been meaning to ask you" he said. I froze for a minute. What could he possibly say next? I was anxious. "What is it hun?" "Well... um.. " he walked closer to me. My heart began to race . "I love you . I've loved you since the moment I saw you ... since the moment I bumped into you." he said. "Aaaw honey I love you too! I've loved you since I was a teenager locked up in my room with a Fall Out Boy record on!" I told him. I noticed a huge smile spread across his face. "So , as I was saying.. I love you a lot and I don't care if we're having a baby or not. I just want you in my life forever... so.... Kayla" he got down on one knee. OMFG THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING. "Baby.... will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?" he asked.I gasped and just stood there for a second.. though it seemed like eternity. I stared at his brilliant face , his nervous grin and eager eyes. I was trying to soke in whatever just happened. Finally , I got my voice back. "Um... of course I would!" I said. He took out the most beautiful ring ever and slipped it on to my shaking finger. OMFG I WAS ENGAGED TO PATRICK STUMP. ! He then hugged me tightly and slowly let me to the bathroom.
After about a minute I came out . He looked up at me anxiously. "What happened baby?" he asked. I nodded. Instantly a HUGE smile swept his angelic face! This comforted me soo much. "Does this mean that you and I are going to be parents?! Oh my gosh I am actually so happy right now!" he cried. I was not as happy as him though.. and he could sense that. I sat down on the couch next to him and lay my head on his shoulder. "What happened hun? Aren't you happy?" he asked me . "I am .. it's just that.." . Tears began streaming down my face and I could see that Patrick's expression changed from one of excitement and joy.. to one of concern. "What's wrong?! Tell me!!" "Patrick... I didn't mean to ruin your life." I said. I could feel my face go red. My eyes began to burn from all the crying. "RUIN?! What do you mean by ruin? My life has never been as good.. as it is with you. You are the love of my life and you have certainly not ruined anything!" he said. He seemed defensive. "No... I know you love me but.. I mean .. I really don't think you need a baby in your life right now. You're just starting up your solo career and I don't want to be the reason that makes you get distracted from your music." I said. He grabbed my face and spoke to me.. his intense eyes looking into my watery ones. "You listen to me.. and you listen loud and clear. This baby is not your fault.. it's my doing too. Sure the baby wasn't planned but that doesn't make it a bad thing. I love you more than anything in the world and I will love the child we made together even more. And as far as my music is concerened.. you aren't a distraction... you're an inspiration. Honey.. you're my muse!" he said. He then took his soft hands up to my cheek and wiped away my tears. He kissed me slowly on my lips and I kissed him back. I then curled up with him on the sofa... my head in his lap... his hands gently stroking my hair. I looked up at him. "I love you Patrick Vaughn Stump" I said to him. "and I love you more" he said to me with a smile. My life was amazing now. I had the best boyfriend... I mean HUSBAND in the world.. and i was going to be a mother ! What could be better? And it all started that day at the cafe.. the day he bumped into me. The day he stumped me.
