Right now when I' writing this I'm in a plane on my way to Amsterdam because my mom has work there and I got to go with her.
And this idea just crossed my mind so hope you like it!

Concert after concert, tour after tour, it was exhausting but could be fun at times as well. Though, this time, the visit in Amsterdam didn't go as planned.
Liam's POV
We had just landed in Amsterdam and we were having two concerts here, one tonight and one tomorrow then we would have one day free and then head out for our next country.
"What should we do first?" Louis inquired. "Maybe we could we could go throw our baggage to our hotel and then go straight to town, so we can see stuff before the concert.
"Yes sounds good but I'm pretty tired, couldn't we just rest for like half an hour and then go?" Harry suggested. "That's fine with me" Zayn said and Niall nodded in agreement. So we decided to have a little rest at the hotel and then head out to town. We didn't have much free time before the concert so we didn't want to waste too much time.
About an hour later we were finally ready and started to walk towards the mall nearby, it was a really big mall so I guess we would have to spend all day there or at least somewhere nearby.
"Hey there's Nando's! I'm starving!" Niall exclaimed as soon as we arrived at the mall. Always, he was always hungry.
"Sure Niall, we can go there if it's okay woth everyone" I chuckled. "Yeah, honestly I'm a bit hungry too" Louis pointed out. So we went there and ordered some food.
Niall's POV
"Urgh, this was great. Now I'm not gonna need food for the next-...hour" I said and we all laughed.
We had been all day at the mall and only now, a few hours later after Nando's, I'm starting to feel a bit weird. Though I decided to not mention it to anyone yet.
"Hey, sorry, can I go use the bathroom real quick?" I asked politely. I hated to slow everyone down but I really needed to go. "Of course, no need to hurry, we have plenty of time" Liam said, checking his watch.
I rushed to the bathroom and right when I arrived I quickly got in and it didn't take long until I was puking my guts out. Ugh I hated every moment, how was I supposed to perform on stage in about two hours...
Harry's POV
"You ok?" I asked Niall as he came out of the bathroom looking like death. "Mhm" he responded. "You look a bit peaky, are you sure you're okay?" Louis asked him. "Yeah I'm fine, felt just a bit nauseous but I think it's over now" Niall explained.
Well it didn't take long until he was rurshing to the bathroom again. Though this time I followed him, I just wanted to know what was wrong.
"Niall? Are you there?" I knocked in the door. "Yeah" he answered weakly. "What's wrong? Tell me, please!" I pleaded.
"Whatever, well I feel awful...after Nando's I started to feel weird and then the nauseousness hit me. And I-" he managed to say before vomiting. "Unlock the door please, I want to help" I said but he didn't obey. "Niall please"
I was just about to go tell the others when thr door opened. "Oh gosh Niall you look awful" I told him. "Thanks mate...no but I know, I feel so too" he replied.
"Hey hey, easy" I said as he almost collapsed, and then I put my arm around his waist and his arm around my shoulder. Then we walked to meet up with the others.
"What happened? You ok niall?" Liam asked frantically. "I don't know, I think he's sick or something" I told them.
"He's definitely having a fever" Louis said as he felt Niall's forhead. "Guys I'm fine, I just felt a little bit sick for a moment" Niall tried to assure us but I don't even think he himself believed that.
Niall's POV
I was feeling awful, but we had a concert today and I did not want to let the fans or my friends down so I tried to keep it down.
We were walking to the car and I was freezing and shivering. When we got in the car I felt like I was sleeping, but I wasn't? What the hell was wrong with me?
"I don't think Niall's able to do the concert today" Louis said, I could hear the boys talking but I was too tired to speak, plus I felt nauseous. "Okay, we deive to the Arena, then tell Paul, and then Paul can drive him home while we go perform" Liam suggested.
Zayn's POV
Niall was clearly sick, but where did that come from? He was perfectly fine this morning. "Yeah but someone has to take care of him at home, I mean look at him, he wouldn't be able to be alone in that state" I answered Liam. "Management would barely even let Niall have a day off, how would they let another one of us then?" Liam pointed out.
"Guys guys please, stop arguing, I can perform! I don't want to let the fans down" Niall mumbled, half asleep. He was barely awake, sweating and shivering. If no one else would stop him doing the show, I would.
"No Niall you ain't going anywhere in that state" Louis said. "Yeah he's right Ni, you're clearly sick and you won't be able to perform, you would only scare the fans if you went out on stage looking like that and vomit all the time" Harry explained.
That's when we realized Niall had fallen asleep. But right when we arrived at the Arena Niall woke up with a start and rushed out of the car. He ran a little further away and probably threw up. I approached him and rubbed his back comfortingly. "It's okay, just let it out" I soothed him.
Louis's POV
Zayn was comforting Niall while Harry, Liam and I went in to the Arena to meet up with Paul and the other team. I told him about our situation and he said he would try to fix it so now all we could do was wait.
An hour later, Niall was resting on the couch, well not really resting since he was having bad headaches and would throw up constantly. But then Paul came to tell us that the management asked if Niall could be checked by a doctor and if they say he can't perform, then we would have to postpone our shows.
"I'm sorry but I think we need to take you to the hospital" was the first thing I heard the doctor say when I wntered the room Niall was resting in. "Hospital? Why?" Niall asked.
"I'm suspecting a food poisoning and I think this is severe enough to require hospital care, but if everything goes well, you'll be fine to leave in 1-2 days" the doctor explained.
"Do I have toooo?!" Niall whined. "Niall they would not send you there if it wasn't necessary" Harry said.
So Niall was taken to hospital and we postponed our shows by 2 days so Niall could get some rest. I was waiting in Niall's room while he was sleeping and the rest of the group went to do some stuff, probably grab some snacks and fix things idk and idc (when you don't know what to write lol sorry).
"Are you crying Niall?!" I asked a bit shocked when I noticed a tear on his face. "No my eyes are sweating" he answered and turned around. "Niall?"
"Ugh fine, I feel stupid and I fele like I've let everyone down. You guys can't have fun, or at least I can't have fun with you because I have to spend this visit in a hospital and then we have two concerts and we don't even get much freetime and everything because of me" Niall sobbed. "Hey, look at me. First of all, take it easy, second of all, I have no idea what you're trying to say but nothing is your fault okay? Bad things happen. I'm just happy you're going to be ok, that's all that matters Ni" I soothed him and saw a little smile.
"And you-" I began to say and then was interrupted by a knock on the door. Soon there was three our lovely lads stepping in. "Hey buddy how are you doing?" Liam asked. "Not sure, maybe a little better now" Niall replied.
"Look we got you some of your favourite snacks for when you're feeling better" Harry said with a smile and handed him a bag full of stuff. "Oh and there's a little plushie too, sorry it reminded me of you so I needed to buy it for you" Zayn said.
"Wow thank you guys, you didn't have to" Niall said, I was just happy to see that he was already doing better.
The next day went pretty much just hanging out in the hospital and in the evening Niall insisted on letting him go home so the nurses gave up and let him but only if he was being taken care of very well at home (in this case their hotel).
And kf course we took really good care of him and made sure he was doing everything as the doctors told him to. Then when it was concert time he said he was feeling well enough to perform but probably had to sit down for most of the show. So we all decided to not jump around too much. And the second show went pretty much the same.
When we were heading to our next country Niall was already almost back to his normal safe, it was quite impressive how he got better so fast but at least he was.
