Age regression is a coping mechanism where the person goes into a child like state. It is mainly used to cope with trauma, ptsd, anxiety, depression, ect.. There are many people that use age regression and it is therapist approved. It is nothing sexual or kink related. Most regressors regress between 0-9 years old.
Now I use age regression to cope with trauma and depression. I have 2 amazing caregivers that love me and help me through it. They don't sexualize my regression and just helps me when I need it.
