If you haven't seen the notice yet, until the end of November (possibly even stretching it out for for a bit too) I'll be updating twice a week. Wednesdays and Sundays! Hope you enjoy!

--------------------

Looking at the notice paper in their hands, "He's suing Todoroki?" (y/n) said, her voice shaking in the process of speaking. She clenched the paper harder, nearly ripping it but Sachiko had to stop her. "This is ridiculous." Her eyes welled up with tears. Toya stood beside her, reading the document carefully.

"(y/n)... I'm still confused. How did this even happen..? Wha- what even happened?" Rihito said, snatching the paper out of (y/n)'s hands. "I think Todoroki explained everything in detail, dad." Sachiko spat, crossing her arms. "He assaulted (y/n)." It was hard to believe, he didn't want to believe it considering that Darius's father was Rihito's boss.

It was a lot to take in, first Rihito had to let this sink in. "Okay but- hold on, Toya, why would you even hit his head against the stove!?" Toya covered his face with a single hand, not wanting to talk about this but it's not like he regrets what he did. "C'mon dad, if you walked in on something like that you would've done the same, if not worse." Again, Sachiko defended the two.

(y/n) was silent during this conversation most of the time, ashamed of what had happened two days ago. Sachiko and Toya were her bodyguards for now, but there was still one question unanswered. Thankful that Toya was there, "(l/n)-nee, I have a question for you." Sachiko looked down, taller than almost everyone in the room. "How did you know something like this was going to happen? You called me, telling me to stay next to (l/n) no matter what. How come?"

Everyone looked at Sachiko. "Wait... you, called?" (y/n) meekly said. "Uhh... yes I did. I left class in fact." Zakiko got up, "Sachiko, what do you mean you left class?" She was very strict when it came to education, not to mention they were investing a lot of money for her future. "You knew, something like that was going to happen?" Rihito added. "How?"

Her eyes twitched while everyone awaited an answer. "It's..." She paused, but finally ready to answer, "...my quirk." Refusing to look at anyone, (y/n) coughed out a dry laugh. "Don't be ridiculous Sachiko, you don't have a quirk. The doctors couldn't even diagnose you with one." This was the information that everyone knew. Sachiko was quirkless. Or... was she?

"I'm not quirkless. The doctors were just unable to diagnose me with a quirk... considering the type it is..." If it wasn't something that was visible to the naked eye, it meant that this quirk was not from Rihito's side of the family. She wasn't like (y/n) and Rihito, but rather like her mother. "Did mom ever tell you about her quirk, dad?" the billion dollar question was asked.

"Uh- She was... never diagnosed with one but... your grandparents did say that she may have had one, considering that she knew so much about everyone. She even knew too much about me, things I never really told her about or hardly remember..." Too much knowledge? "It was somewhat rare though. But sort of weird when she said random things I never told her, just out of the blue." Rihito tried to keep the conversation about his old wife short. "Mom could see the past with her dreams. The past of others if she managed to care enough about them... that's what she told me. And that's how, at least, she thinks her quirk works."

"So... you have a similar quirk?" Zakiko asked.

By law, Sachiko (l/n): Quirkless. It was hard to prove to others that she had a quirk, but she didn't care as long as she managed to prove herself that she too had one. It wasn't very useful, considering that it slowly became a rare occurrence as time passed on. As a child, you're prone to having more dreams (especially nightmares) than adults. So her quirk began to become a little useless as time passed by but there were some things she managed to use it for, when luck was on her side. No one knew she had this power, but one person... and she sadly was not with her today, passing away a year after Sachiko had obtained her quirk.

She could see the future with her dreams.

"Why didn't you tell us you even had one!?" Rihito got up, demanding answers. "If it manifested when you were five years old... Sachiko... you've been keeping this secret from us for the past twenty-two years..?" As heartbreaking as it was, it was also rather impressive. "Mom told me how much she struggled with hers... people kept telling her how creepy she was when she was a kid. The friends she once cared about leaving her side... She couldn't remember if the dreams she had were things she had talked about with her friends or her quirk. She said she'd forget things easily, like people's birthdays, and other important dates but knew other specific things about people she shouldn't have, then blurting them out casually. So, if people knew about mine... I knew they would demand to see their own future somehow. They would want to get closer to me, the opposite of mom, and I didn't want that."

All at once, this was heavier to even take in. "Sachiko..." (y/n) said. "Were there certain things you knew, before any of us had a chance of even guessing. A similar situation like this, perhaps?"

Sighing, she added a nod. "Yes, but it isn't much. Some that have happened, some that are going to happen. But I can't answer the ones that haven't happened."

"Example?" Zakiko asked. Looking away, then pouting... "I knew (y/n) was going to get in U.A. a month prior to the entrance exam." The girl mentioned raised her head. "You... knew?" She nodded again. "There was a reason why I made you convince mom and dad to try out for the exam, instead of begging me to do it."

"Begging?" Rihito and Zakiko looked, "N-nothing!"

"Whatever, I think that's enough about my quirk. There's a court case that this loser needs to win." Sachiko pointed at Toya. "What?" Toya spat at the 'loser' part of her sentence. "There is no hard evidence that he attacked Darius though... it could have been someone else, hypothetically" (y/n) muttered. "Yes, but unfortunately there is no evidence of him assaulting you either..."

"Doesn't Toya have a fire quirk? I'm pretty sure the court could use that as evidence." Rihito explained, trying to come up with excuses in order for Toya to win. "...why not say that I did it? I can say that I burned his face out of self-defence..."

"(y/n) don't be ridiculous. You said you wanted to go back to Japan, how do you think the public will react? Not the same way the people here will, that's for sure." Sachiko had to change her sisters' idea. "People will most likely be on your side over here, even if you did lose the case, but I'm not sure about Japan."

"Would the news even spread to Japan?" Zakiko wasn't very kept up to date with Japanese news. "Since Toya is the son of the number two- I mean number one hero... it might as well spread."

"..." This was a tough decision. They couldn't throw in white lies, even though they were technically in the right. It was win or lose. "I can come as an alibi. Sachiko, you can even say what you saw, in your dream. We'll win like that for sure." (y/n) had an idea. "With the technology we have now compared to twenty-two years ago, they can diagnose you with a quirk."

"Yeah, but they won't be able to see what I saw... I mean, it might be of some help. They could use a lie detector, or someone's quirk on me, maybe... then we can at least prove he tried to attack you. But I'm not sure how that will help Toya's case..."

"That's why I was saying that I should put the blame on myself. I can at least call it self defence!" She suggested the same idea yet again. "(l/n), I'm not letting you take the blame for something you didn't even do... you've been through enough." Toya declined this time. No way in hell was he letting her take the blame. Right now the first thing he should be doing is finding a lawyer.

***

"Taking things into consideration..." The judge said out loud, "That neither party can be proven guilty for any allegation." Although this was somewhat of a relief for Toya, it sure wasn't for Darius. "Your honour, the literal mark is on my face!" Darius yelled, trying to reason with the judge. "Order!" Darius shut his mouth. "Ms. (l/n)." The judge looked at her. "You have the right to order a restraining order and have a detective look further into your own case, issuing your alleged assault. What is your answer?"

A restraining order? A new case? That sounded so lovely... but... "I think I'm going to refuse both." A few small gasps came out from the court. "(l/n), are you sure? He won't get near you." Toya whispered. "We're moving anyways, plus a new case would mean that I have to stay here longer. There's no way we can prove that he's guilty in such a short time, I'm not even sure if we can to begin with..." Two months later, these two were going back, there was no point in wasting money on a restraining order.

The news spread pretty quickly, as court cases are public (most at least), it created a sort of rift in the agency. Though Toya didn't talk much he too was quite popular in the agency with older and younger coworkers, and the same could be said about (y/n), but also Darius. No one knew who was right or wrong. But some did...

"Hanako, are you sure this is a good idea?" a coworker, who even though they disliked Darius, got scared. "He deserves this. If he's not going to get repercussions for what he did to (l/n), then he will for being racist." Hanako finally put Darius's phone down, mission success. "Is this really going to teach him anything?"

"What do you mean?" Hanako asked. "Posting his texts that include his racist behaviour isn't going to make him a better person though..." She scoffed, "I'm not trying to change him, this is karma. It'll get rid of one shitty hero, fixing the agency." Hanako had found old texts from seven years ago to newer texts from less than two weeks ago, involving racial slurs and even texts that were directly about Toya. "I'm tweeting this on a new account."

Sooner or later, Darius would truly get what he deserves. But nothing much would happen, considering that big celebrities have done worse and still have not gotten cancelled or anything similar. At least... This man was finally out of the picture. It was unbelievable that such heroes existed, and although it may tarnish the image of heroes just a bit, it was the reality people should know, so they can better their government and especially heroics schools entrance exams, filtering out those who went up against the true idea of being a hero. No one is perfect, even heroes. We all make mistakes, but this was just unacceptable...

One month left... one more month, then it was goodbye America and hello Japan! "Kyaa! Dabi!" A few fangirls yelled in excitement at the sight of their favourite hero. Who would have known that even him of all people, with such an appearance, would have fangirls. Of course, (y/n) had her fair share of fanboys and girls too.

Toya chased after a villain, who seemed to have robbed a mere retail store. "Wah!" He nearly dropped something, holding him back. Damn it... I should have placed this damn box in a more secure place. He internally cursed at himself. "Focus, Dabi!" (y/n) bounced past him. "Right!" He grabbed the thing he had dropped, getting back on track.

"I'm going to try and work something out. But I have a better plan... just hope it works out."

In a way, it sucked that Fuyumi was correct. The moment these two got back to Japan, she'd be all over the place, making romantic jokes... or worse. "Haha! Got em!" (y/n) managed to tackle the villain, while Toya had secured the goods that had been stolen. As the civilians cheered, happy that the criminal had been caught, and the police finally arrived and took credit.

Wiping the sweat off her forehead, "What time is it?" She looked at Toya, "Two thirty, why?" (y/n) choked. "It only took us like twenty minutes to catch this villain!?" Why was she whining now? "How is that a bad thing?"

"Well... I kinda wanted to go home early today." One by one, other civilians began to crowd around the two heroes, responsible for catching the criminal. "We have time until four pm, it'll go by pretty fast." Toya said, trying to calm down. Should I say it now? What if she says no? "Todoroki?" No, she wouldn't, I'm sure she's been expecting something like this. I mean... we hardly went on dates... but if she didn't want anything to do with me she would have said so. "Todoroki Toyaaaa~!" I'm sure she wouldn't even be here with me today if she didn't like me. "Oi! Todoroki!" He broke out of his internal struggle.

"Are you okay? You have been zoning out for the past couple of days..." She worried. "Oh-! Uh, sorry about that..." People now took out their phones, as there were heroes (popular and growing ones for that matter) in the flesh! I didn't think a crowd would have formed... would it be better if it was private? He was still stuck on whether or not her answer would have been no.

"I love you."

She had said those words so long ago, but it still stuck with him. "(l/n)!" He called out her last name. "Hm? What's up?" She shook from the sudden increased tone of Toya. "I... I want you to listen to me, for a second." He said in english so everyone could understand, the rest making some distance. He gently grabbed her hands pulling her a little closer, breathing and breathing out. "We've been together for about a few years. We met in highschool and haven't left each other's side ever since." Smiling, "I don't plan on leaving your side at all, Todoroki." she replied.

"If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have been here. Truth be told, I'm pretty sure I would have been in a terrible situation, mentally that is, if it weren't for you." Her face dusted pink, where was he going with this? She gently tightened her grip around Toya's fingers, anticipating the question she's been expecting for some time. "We haven't been on many dates because of our work load, but I don't think we need to go out anymore to find out that I love you... a-a lot." The crowd made things embarrassing for sure. It was a lot more nerve wracking than it should have been.

He reached into his pocket to pull out something. A black box with a ring in it.

"..."

There wasn't a box in his pocket. Shit... SHIT!! Panic was written all over Toya's face. He made sure to keep such a good eye on it too, he's had it for a month HE JUST LOST A RING WORTH SO MUCH MONEY!

"Yes." (y/n) said, confusing yet also easing Toya. He looked down at her hands and there it was, the lost ring box. "I saw you drop it, so I picked it up for good measure." She then opened the box, showing off the pretty piece of jewellery that symbolises eternity. Smirking, "There's a reason why I love you so much." Toya said, placing the tips of his fingers beneath her chin, making the girls in the crowded squeal. "May we spend the rest of eternity together... (y/n)." He used her first name... HE USED HER FIRST NAME! "As we should... Toya." Despite the fair usage of first names it was still embarrassing for Toya to hear (y/n) use his first name, it sounded so cute anytime it rolled off her tongue.

Fuyumi woke up, yawning her way to the living room. It was a peaceful day for her. No school, she didn't have to teach those elementary schoolers, it was the weekend. She loved her students, but sometimes things could get tiring. Sickening even. Plus, ever since the housemaid had injured her back, Fuyumi was responsible for the food.

Throwing herself onto the couch, she opened the TV to see if there was any important news. Usually there were a lot of things that were "Endeavor this," and "Endeavor that," which was intriguing to say the least. Seeing your dad as the current number one hero, who wouldn't want to see if he died yet. Okay, maybe death is a heavy word but she liked to keep an update on him.

"What would your opinion be on the recent declaration of marriage from the hero Dabi to (y/n)?" A news reporter asked another, as they were in the classic newsroom office. "To be honest, I'm pretty sure their close friends might have expected this coming. I've done some digging and they have been close ever since highschool. This isn't a surprise, but it is a very happy day for the couple."

Dabi? (y/n)? "Eh?" Fuyumi perked from the couch. "Let us bless the young heroes with the most happiness." The news report finished. "EEEHHHHH!!????" Fuyumi woke up the entire house which just consisted of Natsuo and Enji.

"Nee-san what the hell!?" Natsuo came in, annoyed because he was awoken at ten in the morning. "Eh... eh... weh... ah..." She could not manifest any word.

"I'm going to try and work something out. But I have a better plan... just hope it works out."

"Your plan was to propose all along!?" She yelled, which brought Enji to the living room too. "Who's plan!?" Natsuo yelled back. "Toya-nii!" "WHAT!?" Both Natsuo and Enji yelled. Of course, Natsuo didn't like being near Endeavor of all people and made some space between his father and himself. Enji then went to the TV screen, which played the proposal of the Toya, it being full Japanese too. But American civilians could understand what was going on after they spotted the ring.

While Fuyumi was shaking in excitement internally she seemed like she was dying on the outside. Natsuo's mouth was agape and Enji... "TOYAAAA!!" He wasn't furious, he didn't know what to feel. He was happy, sure but... wow this felt weird. "He should have told me something, anything!? How the hell did he afford the ring!?" Toya had access to Endeavors' credit card but he truly did use his own money to buy that ring. Cameras of fans managed to get close up shots of the ring.

It was rather thin, but there were diamonds that surrounded the rim. Though the most eye-catching part of it would probably be the centre masterpiece, with a not so large diamond that reflected the light so beautifully, you could see a tiny rainbow within parts of the ring depending on where the sun hit it. It was classic yet perfect...

"Todoroki!" A very particular green haired boy ran up to his friend, who possessed dual hair colors. His left side has red hair and his right side has white. "Congratulations on your brother for getting engaged." He excitedly said, as the hero fanboy he is. "Midoriya, what are you talking about?" He said in his usual melancholic voice.

"Todoroki, haven't you seen the news?" A girl with cute round cheeks and short brown hair showed up this time. "It's everywhere! I have to say they are kinda cute." A few more classmates began to surround the boy. "I know right! Ugh, to have such a cute romantic life like that is to die for~!" Someone with pink skin and pink hair squealed. But the dual color haired boy was still confused. "Guys, I still don't know what you are talking about."

With an angry gruff, a boy with spiky blonde hair opened the TV in the common room of the dorm. "As long as this gets you all to shut the hell up..." He seemed pissed off as always, having a resting bitch face too.

The same news segment which Fuyumi had seen played. Everyone in this class had listened carefully, word for word. "Toya-nii... is getting married..?" Shoto had made such an expressive face it was... weird. He made a weird face, that is. "Todoroki, you don't seem so fond of your brothers' engagement, is something wrong? Perhaps you don't like his partner?" A boy with glasses formally asked. "N-no, I don't have a problem with his partner, she's nice actually, I've met her. I just... find it hard to believe that he actually wants to pursue a committed relationship."

"Don't think so lowly of your brother." An even gruffer voice entered the conversation. "Aizawa sensei?" He walked up to the TV. "He did leave for America at a young age, and considering your age difference between the two of you I'm assuming you guys don't know each other too well, unlike your other siblings?" Ouch, but Aizawa made a point. "I guess you could put it that way." He replied back to his teacher.

"You don't have to worry. Those two will be fine." Aizawa reassured the class. "How can you be so sure though, sensei?" A student asked. "Both of them used to be my students. They would never leave each other alone. I'm not surprised that they're getting married. Good for them." He had a small smile of a proud father on his face. "Senseiiiii~! You know them!?" A girl with ash-blonde hair squealed. She had bright yellow eyes and fangs too. "You heard me before Toga. Why do you want to know?"

Jumping very lightly. "I just really liked them, I'm so happy they're together, finally!" She giggled. The class had come to a point where they finally managed to normalise this girls' obsessiveness. She was weird, but kind at the end of the day. "Whatever, I'm going back to sleep." Someone with purple hair yawned, waving goodbye. Woken up on a Saturday morning for this?

"Shinso, get back here. You especially should be working harder. Considering that your quirk isn't like the rest of the class." The boy in question groaned. "We said we'd be training at twelve. It's ten thirty in the morning, so get to it."

The youngest Todoroki still couldn't believe his eyes and ears. Toya was getting married... ew, that was his older brother. Wait... holy shit he's getting married to (y/n)!
