MAYBE being friends with nini was meant to be. maybe helping her rise in the spot light was meant to be as well. what wasn't meant to be was winter falling for ricky bowen, nini's ex.
the three had history, growing up together and being in all the same classes till high school. playing games in winters back yard then having sleepovers in the tree house. once middle school came around nini and ricky grew close in a way winter didn't understand at the time. they started hanging out just the two and winter finally understood that their friendship was gonna be a little different.
once nini and ricky started dating, winter grew used to them holding hands. being around the two was finally leveling out, until nini went to a summer camp and ricky broke up with her. that's when winter definitely knew it wasn't ever going to be the same. once nini came back with a new senior boyfriend— that shocked the two. ricky and winter grew close and once the musical came around, winter swore to help nini and ricky get through the year.
when ricky decides to try out, winter was forced to help in the musical to keep the two sane, but what happens when winter discovers her feelings for ricky.
love was something new to the girl and it only grows the more she helps out with the musical.
