Loud booming music could easily be heard from Iris's house that stood in front of Harry's eyes, he quickly fixed himself up before walking through the front door. The rest of the bandmates decided to come a bit earlier than usual but most likely Niall dragged the other guys to the party. Niall and Iris were childhood friends, and when he decided to introduce her to the band last year. Harry had slightly got a crush on her, especially from how beautiful she was.
10:40 pm, two more hours until Iris first ever album gets released to the world. She produced the album with her current boyfriend and other producers. Harry walked through the crowd of people that were dancing in the open living. Once he spotted his band mates that were all chatting with plastic red cups in their hands that contained alcoholic beverages. From where Harry was standing he could easily spot Iris from across the room with some guy that he didn't recognize. The guy's hands were on her bare back as she smiled at him as she had her arm around his neck loosely.
"Hey, what time all of you get here," said Harry to his bandmates as he diverted his eyes away from the beautiful smiling woman from across the room.
"Niall bloody dragged us straight from the studio to here at 8," said Louis as he drank from the plastic cup
"What? I got to support my friend especially when this is such a big deal for her" said Niall with his Irish accent and his eyes soon looked right behind him as he started waving with excitement to whoever was behind Harry
Soon that angelic voice with a hint of French accent hit Harry's ear like a melody, "oh my god, I didn't expect all of you to come" said Iris as she was holding the same guy that Harry had seen from across the room hand, they were intertwined loosely
"We wouldn't miss it for the world, Iris," said Niall as he swung his arms around Louis and Zayn's neck, to which Louis gave Niall a light glare while Zayn took a drink from his beverage. Harry on the other hand was making himself an alcoholic drink but soon the same guy that was with Iris was right beside him.
"You want me to do you a margarita, it's me specialty drink and my name is Alex Turner, Iris's boyfriend," said Alex with slight Sheffield accent as he started making two margaritas as he was finishing up Alex gave a slight glance at Harry before he hand him the other cup in his hand.
Harry nods at him and grabbed the cup as he started to sip on the drink, "Thanks, so how did you meet Iris?" asked Harry as he looked at the brunette who smiling while talking to Niall and the other bandmates.
"Well I and Iris met through one of me friends, you probably know of him Miles Kane," said Alex as he stuffed one of his available hands in his front pocket as continued to drink his margarita.
"Yeah I have heard of him so how long have you been dat-" before Harry could finish his sentence, Iris came walking over and put her arms under Alex's leather jacket. "That's mean of you, lover how come you made Harry a margarita and not me," said Iris with a faux sad tone
"Sweetheart, I could easily do you one; the alcohol isn't ending soon" smiled Alex as he kissed her on her cheek as she smiled at him back. Then he drank the remaining of his drink before he went off to get the ingredients to make his infamous margarita.
"I'm so glad you were able to make it. I know that the band is busy right now, especially with the new album coming out soon" said Iris as she kept eye contact with him
"I'm glad I came 'cause I would be missing out on your first album being released. Also, you look beautiful" said Harry as he couldn't take his focus away from her as if she did a spell on him
"Aw thanks, Harry, you're the third person that said that to me and you look as charming as ever" chuckled Iris as slid her hand down his clothes arm.
"That's such a bummer that I wasn't the first one who said it" joked Harry as he put his arm around her neck as her arm came around his waist
"I think that compliment got to your ego," said Iris as she gave Harry a playful glance with a small smirk on the corner of her red lips
"You know me so well Iris," said Harry as he took a sip of his drink but soon their moment was cut short when Iris left from under his arm. As Harry saw the most beautiful woman walk into another man's arms as she gave Alex a peck on the lip, grabbing the drink from Alex's hand.
Harry knew he was looking for way too long so he quickly diverted his eyes into a different direction other than the captivating woman.
