Izuku was about to head to bed until his phone started going off he checks it to see it was aizawa calling him he takes a deep breath before answering it
Izuku: “whats up aizawa”
Aizawa: “i could use your help”
Izuku: ”with what?”
Aizawa: “the heroes have been told about a missing kid”
Izuku: “so you want me to find him”
Aizawa: “pretty much”
Izuku: “*sigh* fine whats his name”
Aizawa: “donny grasso”
Izuku: “ok i’ll see what i can do”
He hangs up before getting back in the suit and heading back out after a while he lands on top of a building and contacts bruce
Bruce com: “shouldn't you be in bed”
Batman: “believe me i want to be but apparently there is a missing student”
Bruce com: “so why did you call me”
Batman: “i just want to talk to you about ochako”
Bruce com: “What about her?”
Batman: “well it’s just that she seems to be getting closer to finding out i mean it was just luck that she thought everything with dracula was a dream you got any advice on how to play this”
Bruce com: “you're asking me on advice on handling women”
Batman: “ah i see your point”
While they were talking Izuku saw a teen with light blue hair with trying to steal a purse from a lady
Batman: “one sec”
The teen grabs the purse before making a run for it, ending up on a bridge overlooking a busy road. Seeing this Izuku jumps down and glides over him before dropping down in front of him making him stop in his tracks
Batman: “give back the bag and this want get ugly”
???: “get away from me”
The teen swung the bag hitting Izuku in the face but not fazing him
Batman: “i wouldn't bother i'm stronger than i look”
The blue haired teen gave a face of panic before running to the edge of the bridge and jumping off it
Batman: “is he crazy”
Quickly Izuku ran after him and divided after him using his rockets to catch up to him as soon as he got close to him he grabbed him and started flying up trying to avoid the cars as he gets into the air the teen kicks him in the ribs causing Izuku to accidentally drop him. he teen fell onto a truck where he fell in the gap between the truck and the trailer. Izuku lands on the trailer he tries to make his way to the teen only for the teen to pull the release hatch detaching the trailer from the truck causing it to flip and slide down quickly Izuku shot two grapple lines one attached to the trailer and another to the road as soon as it made contact with the trailer he pulled both lines with everything he had stopping the trailer from hitting a car. When the trailer had fully stopped he retracted the lined back before looking where the other half of the truck was only to see it was long gone.
Batman: (great)
He goes the the car that nearly got hit to check on the people in the car when he got there he saw a man with long blonde hair and a woman with dark purple hair and glasses she looked extremely familia to Izuku
Batman: “is everybody ok”
He man looked at him still trying to recover from what just happened after a couple of seconds the man spoke up
???: “yeah man where ok thanks for the assist”
Batman: “no problem mr..umm”
???: “Kyotoku Kyotoku Jiro and this is my wife Mike”
Batman: (Jiro!! It can't be)
Batman: “pleasure to meet you both i'm~”
Kyotoku: “the batman, the dark knight, the cape crusader, the w~
His wife elbowed him before he could say anything else
Mike: “sorry about that but thank you where fine”
Batman: “it’s fine i should probably head off you two have a good night”
Without another word he rocketed off before heading back to the batcave as he was making his way back to the cave the sun was beginning to rise as he made it to the cave he walked up to bruce
Bruce: "what happened out there”
Izuku: “a purse snatching went a little wrong”
Bruce: “a little”
Izuku: “ok could you try and see who the purse snatcher was it could help and find out where he is”
Bruce: “i could run facial recognition using the footage the suit collected”
Izuku pulled a usb lead out of the suit’s wrist and inserted it into the computer where they ran facial recognition on the blue haired teen after a few seconds the identity of the teen was pulled up
Bruce: “apparently the kids name is donny grasso apparently he~”
Izuku: “wait did you say donny grasso”
Bruce: “why?”
Izuku: “it's the same guy aizawa wanted me to find”
Bruce: “well apparently he ran away from home last week”
Izuku: “guess he didn't run far”
As they were talking Izuku’s phone alarm went off getting his attention Izuku looked at it before turning it off
Izuku: “i should be getting going the class should be waking up by now”
After saying this Izuku heads back to the dorm
With donny
Donny runs through a pair of double doors into a dark room as he gets through the doors he falls to the ground where he drops the bag causing the contents to spill onto the floor after a few seconds a bright light comes from in front of him. The light caused donny to cover his eyes
Donny: “that's all i could get batman was after me please just hook me back up again just for a little while i promise i'll get more later”
As he looks at the light a man's voice come from it
???: “yes donny you will. now come you dream world awaits”
The light went out as a man in a costume come out of the shadows
donny went into a machine where he stepped on a platform with a panel on the side of it he was about to pressed a button only for the man to speak again
???: “oh and donny when you done i’m going to need you to do some errands for me”
Donny: “what are they”
???: “well i will need you to get rid of the trash dump it across town”
He points a a girl lying on the floor of one of the machens looking as if she was in a catatonic state
???: “and secondly i'm going to need you to find me more people for my machens can you do that donny”
He just nodded while his body started shaking like it was going through withdrawal he quickly pressing the button on the panel as soon as he did a lime green orb surrounded him as it did it caused him to start flouting with his eyes glowing a pale green with a look of pure joy on his face beside him where several other people in similar machines
Back with Izuku
Izuku was currently sneaking his way back to his dorm as soon as he got to his balcony he entered his room where he took off his mask before collapsing on his bed face first as he closed his eyes ready to sleep for a week there was a knock at his door upon hearing this he rolled over looking at the ceiling while the knocking got faster and louder he groaned as he sat up on his bed he looked at the door before taking a deep breath. He gets off the bed at pulled off his gloves and hides them along with his mask before putting on a hoodie and a pair of tracksuit bottoms before answering the door when he did he found it was lida knocking at his door
Izuku: “lida why are you knocking at my door this early in the morning”
Lida: “i apologize if have awoken you but i have come to remind you that the class is heading to the mall today it is apparent that everybody heads to the common room so we must leave”
Izuku: “ok when are we meeting up”
Izuku: (please say in a couple of hours im so tired)
Lida: “right now we have made the decision to arrive at the mall as soon as it opens and spend the whole day there”
Izuku: “*sight* just go ahead without me i'll meet up with yous at the mall when i can”
Lida: “im sorry yagi but i must insist that you come with everybody else this trip will help with class bonding”
Izuku: “lida i hear you but i have to get changed and talk with aizawa before i do anything else”
Lida: “i apologize i would not stand in the way of your education we shall meet you at the mall i hope you talk with mr aizawa goes well”
Izuku: “thanks”
After saying this he closes the door before changing into casual clothes when he was fully changed he made his way to the teachers he knocked on aizawa’s door after a little bit he answered
Aizawa: “you look like crap”
Izuku: “feel like it too”
Aizawa moves to the side letting him in before closing the door
Aizawa: “why are you here”
Izuku: “found you missing person figured you want to hear about it”
Aizawa: “*sigh* let me get a pot of coffee going want one”
Izuku: “please”
They head into the room. the teachers' dorm which is like small apartments. while Aizawa went to the kitchen Izuku sat at the table. As he looked round he was a light green womens cardigan before Izuku could question any further aizawa walked back into the room with two cups of coffee he handed one to Izuku before siting opposite of him
Aizawa: “you look like you haven't slept”
Izuku: “That's because I haven't. How do you manage to do hero work all night and teach all day”
Aizawa: “a lot of practice as well as a lot of caffeine…but you said you found the missing kid”
Izuku: “yeah apparently after running away from home he started stealing handbags i’ve got the evidence on this”
As he says this he slides a usb stick to him which aizawa takes
Aizawa: “and why didn't you apprehend him?”
Izuku: “it was ever catch him or top a trailer from hitting a car”
Aizawa: “ok…well anyway god work you should head back to you dorm and get some rest where heading to the training camp tomorrow”
Izuku: “i cant the class has head to the mall to get last minute things for the camp and i have to keep up appearances right”
Aizawa: “fair another just try and get some sleep tonight”
Izuku: “sure”
Izuku downs the rest of his coffee before getting ready to leave aizawa dorm
Izuku: “before i go what's with the cardigan”
Aizawa: “my business not yours now you should get to the mall before your class gets worried”
Izuku: “fair”
He leaves the dorm and goes to his car heading to the mall when he gets there he parks and starts looking for his class after a few minutes he finds most of the girls along with katsuki in a group they all where talking while jiro was on the phone when he got closer they noticed him walking up to them
Toru: “hey yagi finally made it”
Izuku: “yeah hey where’s everybody else”
Mina: “well where here and most of the boys went to the arcade or to get something to eat and the girls were going to meet up at the fountain”
He looks at katsuki
Izuku: “didn’t think you'd stick around as long as you are”
Katsuki: “WHAT’S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN YOU DAM DEKU!!”
Izuku looks back at the group of girls not seeing uraraka anywhere
Izuku: “so where’s ocha”
Katsuki: “DON’T IGNORE ME DEKU!!”
Mina: “oh she just went to the bathroom she should be back in a little bit”
While they were talking they heard jiro start laughing before hanging up her phone
Mina: “hey girl what's so funny”
Jiro: “its nothing its just well my parents where coming home from a gig this morning and a they nearly got hit by a truck trailer only for batman to stop it”
Momo: “ok i must say i dont understand whats so humorous about that”
Jiro: “that's not what made me laugh when my dad phoned me is started going on about how him and batman are like bestfriends now”
Mina: “thats hilarious”
Before they could say anything elsa they all heard uraraka calling to them
Uraraka: “sorry i kept you all waiting”
As Izuku turned he was surprised with what she was wearing
Momo: “it’s ok now that everybody is here we should get this shopping trip started”
They all started walking round the mall while they were walking round the mall Izuku and uraraka where walking next to each other to the irritation of katsumi
Izuku: “...l like you shirt”
Uraraka: “thanks…i picked it up last time i was at the mall”
Izuku: “how are you feeling after last night?”
Uraraka: “i'm ok i mean i'm still trying to wrap my head round that crazy dream”
Izuku: “what do you mean?”
Uraraka: “well it just felt so real”
Izuku: (I've made my decision, she has to know…everything)
He lightly grabbed her hand stopping her he looks round seeing that there was barely anyone round them at least not enough to her what they were talking about
Uraraka: “Izu is everything ok”
Izuku: “i need to tell you something i’ve been unsure is i should or not but i think it time you know”
Uraraka: “what is it izu your starting to worry me”
He takes a deep breath before giving her a serious look
Izuku: “ochako im b~”
Before he could finish what he was going to say mina ran up and grabbed uraraka’s arm pulling her away
Mina: “ochako you have to see this new vr at the arcade”
Uraraka gives him a confused look as she was being dragged off to the nearest arcade
Izuku: (why do you hate me universe)
He was about to catch up to them when he gets a phone call from bruce he heads to somewhere private to take the call
Izuku: “what's up now”
Bruce: “a girls was admitted to the hospital early this morning”
Izuku: “ok and?”
Bruce: “she had an overabundance of serotonin causing her to fall into a catatonic state over the server other teen have been found in the same state all with high levels of serotonin in there bodies”
Izuku: “anything connecting them”
Bruce: “nothing much the all come from different schools, different backgrounds, different financial situations and where all found in different parts of the city”
Izuku: “you don't think this has anything to do with the donny guy”
He looks toward the arcade as they were talking when he does he could see mina and uraraka talking to three guys
Bruce: “could be so i main priority is to find him come to the cave and well work on a way to find him”
As Izuku get a better look at the three he spotted that donny was one of them
Izuku: “don’t bother i found him be in contact in a bit”
Bruce: “be careful we don't know what he is capable of”
Izuku hangs up and heads to them as quickly as he could
Izuku: “hey ocha mina who are these guys”
Mina: “oh hey yagi this is a old friend from my previous school gabe this is Izuku yagi”
Uraraka: “he was just telling us about the new type of vr apparently it gives you the realist real ever”
Izuku: “really sounds dangerous”
Gabe: “dangerous how can it be dangerous it's just vr”
Izuku: “i don't know why don't you ask you friend over there”
Her directs them to donny who was starting to shake as his body started going through withdrawal
Mina: “yagi why are you being rude to them gabe is a friend of mine”
Izuku: “look at them something isn't right with them”
Mina: “if you don't want in on this new vr you could of just said that you didn't have to be rude to my friends”
Gabe: “its alright mina some people are to scared to experience something new”
They start walking off only for Izuku to grab both uraraka and mina’s wrist
Izuku: “i really don’t think this is a good idea”
Gabe: “you girls don’t need a chaperone do you”
Mina: “no. no we dont come on ochako”
They both start walking away from Izuku
Izuku: “ochako!”
She look back at him and gives him as bright smile
Uraraka: “don't worry i’ll call you after we're done”
Izuku moves forward only to be blocked by donny and the other guy
Donny: “you shouldn't have turned down the other spellbinder hooks us up real good”
Izuku: (spellbinder?)
He pushes past them and stars running after them only to be tackled by them as he hit the floor he elbowed the other guy knocking him off him before kicking donny off he tries to run only for the other guy to try and punch him which Izuku grabbed before picking him up and throwing him into a wall knocking him out before Izuku could do anything donny tries to punch him only for Izuku to sweep his legs causing him to fall into one of the machines. Izuku look round the room trying to find the three only for his vision to be blocked by the crowd round them he goes up to donny and grabs him by the collar
Izuku: “where did they go? TELL ME!!”
Before Donny could say anything he passed out. Izuku drop him before running out of the arcade
After a while
A woman with long brown hair was walking up a driveway to a reassembly big house the woman entered she closed the door behind her
???: “im home!!”
After saying this, two small children, one boy and one girl ran round the corner. The boy had brown hair while the girl had a familia green colored hair they both ran up to the woman. The woman got on her knees ready to embrace the children
Children: “MOMMY!!”
The two children hugged the women with all their strength which she returned after a couple of seconds they stopped hugging each other
???: “now have you two being good for you father”
The two children nod in unison ae they did this a well built man with familia green hair walked up to them before talking
???: “Have a good day?”
The woman gets up and walks up to the man before giving him a hug. The woman pulled back a little to look the man in the eye before responding
???: “it was fine you know how hero work is but the the best part of my day is still being able to come back to my amazing family”
???: “did you really miss us that much…..ochako?”
Uraraka: “of course i did Izuku”
Izuku: “you parents called from paris they say there having a great time and they miss you”
Uraraka: “That's great, I'm glad they're having fun. Now i've been waiting to this all day”
She leans in and kisses him. This was interrupted as we see uraraka in the same green dome donny was
Spellbinder: “fulfill every dream and fantasy you can in the real world”
He was standing at a control panel where looks as several other teens in similar machines as uraraka
Spellbinder: “soon you'll be hooked and do anything to be back in you own personal piece of heaven”
After a while
Izuku was back in the batsuit driving through the city looking for anything that could help him find uraraka, mina or gabe while talking to bruce
this was until he saw two female looking figure breaking into a car at a hotel parking lot
Batman: “i really don't have time for this”
He ejects out of the batmobile and glides down to the car when he gets close he drops onto the hood of the car startling the two people inside when he gets a closer look he realizes it was uraraka and mina breaking into and stealing from the car he gets off the hood and goes to the open door
Batman: “uraraka ashido what are you doing?”
Uraraka: “go away you wouldnt understand”
While she was saying this they get out of the car
Batman: “i understand that your stealing”
Uraraka: “So what?”
Batman: “so keep at it and you'll both end up in prison or worse in a comer listen to me”
mina: “Why should we? we barely know you”
Izuku walks up to her
Izuku: “i'm trying to help you both”
Uraraka goes up to him and starts hitting his chest to no effect
Uraraka: “if you want to help me then leave us alone”
Izuku grabs a small tranquiliser gun out of his utility belt and shoots a dart at mina before injecting uraraka after a second she passes out in his arms. Izuku picked her up bridal style before calling the batmobile to him
After a couple of minutes
They reach the dorm Izuku knocks on the door with uraraka in his arms after a couple of seconds lida opened the door only to see mina collapsed on the dorm porch with a note next to her immediately he picked her up and brought her into the dorm after placing her on the the couch he starts reading the note
Batman: “contact recovery girl to check up on her make sure to keep her in the dorm no matter how much she tries to leave from the batman”
While this was happening
Izuku caries uraraka into her dorm room he places her on her bed where she immediately turn over and starts hugging her pillow Izuku steps away from her and turns away from her and contacts bruce
Bruce com: “did you find them”
Batman: “yeah i'm letting ochako rest when she wakes up i’ll ask her where spellbinder i~”
Suddenly Izuku was hit over the head by a lamp braking the lamp and knocking him out
Bruce com: “IZUKU!!!”
Uraraka: “whoever you are if you can hear me when he wakes up tell him i'm sorry”
A while later
Izuku was rocketing through the city in the batmobile going round building at extreme speed
Bruce com: “hey easy on the car”
Batman: “i can't believe i put her in danger”
Bruce com: “now you sound like batman”
Batman: “what?”
Bruce com: “i've been in that very same situation more time then i care to count so trust me you couldn't have stopped what happened”
As he was driving he spots donny stumbling down the street before grabbing onto a lamppost
Batman: “there's donny i’ll feel better when i beat spellbinders location out of him”
Bruce com: “or you could cool your jets and just tail him”
Batman: “yeah that works too”
He proceeds to tail donny to an old med lab he chases after donny as he enters the building
Batman: “could you send the police this location”
Bruce com: “already doing it good luck”
Batman: “thanks”
He heads into the building and down to the basement. As he was running down a hallway he spots a half open door quietly he walks up to the door and looks through the door only to see donny passed out against a wall. Izuku checks his pulse to see he was alive but knocked out suddenly there was a bright green light coming from the end of the hallway. Izuku quickly but quietly heads towards the light when he gets close he hides behind the wall he looks round the corner. As soon as he did he had a look of shock on his face as he saw uraraka floating in the machine. He looks round the room seeing no one else as he sees a control pane he walks up to and starts shutting the machine down causing uraraka to lightly fall to the floor of the machine. When she opens her eyes she saw Izuku
Uraraka: “what are you doing here”
Batman: “everything’s going to be ok”
Uraraka: “yeah it is when you stop getting in the way of my perfect life”
Batman: “you can't just live in a fantasy world”
Uraraka: “why not!!”
Batman: “ochako if you spend to much time in there you'll end up a veg”
She walks out of the machine before he could follow her spellbinder shocked him with a electrical wire this caused Izuku to be frown a couple feet away
Uraraka: “why couldn’t you just leave me alone”
Spellbinder: “yeah why couldn't you leave her alone. Who made you the boss? Go you dram world is waiting”
Izuku was struggling to get up as he saw Uraraka slowly walking back to the machine. Quickly Izuku threw an explosive batarang at the machine as it hit the machine the batarang exploded destroying the machine. Enraged spellbinder ran at him only for Izuku to hit him in the stomach before getting to his feet and kicking him him into the control panel causing it to electrocute him knocking him out, after doing this he walks up to uraraka who was trying to get the machine to work when he gets close he places his arm on her shoulder only for her to shove it off she turners round with tears in her eye’s
Uraraka: “why couldn't you just leave me be”
Batman: “you can't live in a fake world”
Uraraka starts falling to her knees only for Izuku follow her down holding her as she starts to tear up more against his chest
Uraraka: “why not!! At least there everything is better”
Batman: “How? How could a fake world be better?”
Uraraka: “at least in their my parents are living a easier life a-and I-Izuku”
Batman: “What about him?”
Uraraka: “h-he actually wants me. In there he wants to be with me”
After hearing this he checks to make sure spellbinder was still uncounches. Seeing that he was he leans back before making her look at him
Batman: “i'm going to tell you something but you have to promise to tell no one”
Uraraka: “sure i've got nothing else to lose”
There was silence as Izuku grabs the bottom of his mask before pulling it back revealing his identity to uraraka upon seeing this her eyes widened as she put her hand over her mouth in shock
Izuku: “i know you probably have a lot of questions right now”
She just nodded without being able to say anything
Izuku: “i’ll explain later but we should head back to the dorm before the police and pros get here”
She just nodded as Izuku pulled his mask back on and ties spellbinder up before him and uraraka quickly leave the building
After a while
Izuku and uraraka make it back to her dorm room as soon as they make it to the room uraraka was sitting on her bed looking as if there was a million thoughts going through her head Izuku standing across from her with ace sat next to him he pulled his mask off before walking up to her and kneeling in front of her
Izuku: “are…you ok”
Uraraka: “yeah i’m ok i just have so many questions right now”
Izuku: “and i’ll be happy to answer them tomorrow for now you need to rest”
She gives him a disappointed look only for him to smirk he gets gets up before he leaves he quickly gives her a kiss on the cheek
Izuku: “and i think there's something else we need to talk about”
She blushes at his comment realizing what she told him back at the med lab she looked back at him as she watched him jump off the balcony. She has a bright smile on her face before flopping on her bed for the night still thinking through everything that happened that day.
