Avery's POV:
I woke up, quickly taking in my surroundings to see I wasn't in the sand but in a place that looked like a dojo but a teenager was living in it.
Looking down at where my feet laid, there was a Robby sitting next to them. "What the hell?" I sat up, rubbing my eyes but quickly winced as I felt pain on my face.
I could hear Robby lightly chuckle. "I set you down a pair of my clothes, get ready
because we're going to the mall with Sam and Demitri." Was all he said before
turning to face me. I was feeling my face.
"And leave your face alone, your gonna have a black eye or at least a mark,so..I
suggest to just not touch it." He turned away and got off the bed we sat in.
Furrowing my eyebrows I questioned myself. 'When we're they friends with
Demitri?' Looking up I saw Robby left.
I sighed and looked down at the bed to see a black shirt and some jeans, even brand
new boxers. Examining the place I realized my phone was on the stand next to me.
Opening it, there were 20 miss calls from Jasper, my dad and Pedro. Sighing I got up
off the bed and started to get dress.

Still Avery's POV:
"Oh-oh-oh! Sweet man bun." Sam laughed, flipping the picture to show me.
I chuckled and went back to eating my fries.
"I told you guys it's was a horrible picture." Robby laughed a bit.
"If we we're friends at the time, I could've warned you this was a fad." Sam said.
"Yeah,well,I'm stuck with it for five years, so no biggie, right?" Robby and Sam
continued to talk while I looked at my phone.
I sent Jasper texts to hang out after I was finished eating since I was already planning to leave but he hasn't responded yet.
Sighing, I heard a plate get put onto the
table and it was Demitri. "Wait. Is today Wednesday?" He questioned us.
"Yeah, Did you have a special day planned for today?" I questioned him but he stood
up very quickly which shocked me.
"The new issue of Dungeon Lord came out. Um, do you guys want anything from the
comic book store?" Sam & Robby nodded.
I shrugged, "Maybe a spider man pin or something?" He rolled his eyes after getting
a quick little 'no' and a shrug,he left.
"Ok, I'll be right back make sure no one throws away my chicken!" He yelled, while
running through to the tables and chairs.
Robby turned back to see his run, while me and Sam chuckled. "Wanna check out some
stores? So we can waste time and wait for dem." Sam asked me and Robby.
I nodded and Robby just said 'sure'. "And Avery stop looking at your phone, I'm
pretty sure Jasper's just busy with karate"
Sighing, I agreed and grabbed Demitri s chicken. All of us headed off to the nearest
store to check it out.

While we were checking something out Sam pointed out something, it was hawk
and his minions picking on Demitri.
All three of us started running towards the scene. Placing down the chicken, Sam
kicked a couple of them in the face.
"I don't wanna have to hit a girl." Hawk took a step forward. "You wouldn't stand a
chance." Robby quickly intervened. Hawk scoffed looking at them. "Five against 3?"
I walked besides Demitri. "More like 5 against 4" Robby and Sam nodded quickly
getting into there fighting stances.
"Yeah right, more like 3 and a half" Hawk chuckled to himself and to his friends.
Someone grabbed onto Robby's shoulders as Hawk threw a kick at him. Quickly I stood in the middle with Demitri, someone
came at us so I threw several punches at them. I grabbed Demitri but just as Hawk
threw an elbow to the back of my head.
Wincing in pain I fell to the floor, standing up I felt Dizzy and saw that Hawk and all
the others were on the floor. "We saved your chicken" Sam said beside me.
Demitri thanked her, Swinging to the side I almost fell back and Robby quickly
grabbed ahold of me. "Your alright"
Nodding, we all started walking to the exit to wait for Amanda to pick us up. "I can't wait to tell Daniel" Robby laughed and Sam
agreed.
