After Aarna coming from Airport Aarna leave for her hospital nd started her day from some appointments. After all the appointments she leaves for the childrens ward to take rounds nd found Shruti there too. Checking some childrens after taking rounds both of them came out nd as it was the time for lunch Shruti asked Aarna to have lunch nd Aarna nodded nd called Roohi nd found roohi is busy in a surgery. Aarna nd Shruti was about to move for the cafeteria when the emergency alarm started ringing nd the nurses came saying an accident case has came.
(Authors Note:- all the things what will be mentioned here are taken from internet, nd if there is any mistake please forgive me, I'm a psychology student don't have any idea about all these!)
They both moved to see nd saw a lady had accident who was pregnant nd in his last month. They asked them to immediately shift to the emergency ward. Her husband was badly injured too. When they saw basically Aarna saw her cousin sister nd a guy. There dresses were covered in blood. Aarna's eye widened in shock seeing her. “Gun babe what the hell are you doing here.”, Aarna asked her cousin sister Gunjan. “Di, accident..”, Gunjan tried to say something but she wasn't able to say anything. “Relax you okay right?.”, Aarna asked being anxious. “Im fine di.’’, Aarna nodded nd saying her to take care nd ran to the operation theatre. Aarna nd Shruti both of them were there surgical gowns.
“Shruti check is the baby okay or not?, Nd nurse go call orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Taran.”, Said Aarna nd they all nodded nd started working. “The baby is fine but her water already broked nd she's already fainted so we have to do something.’’, Said Shruti Aarna sighed in relief nd nodded. Till that time even doctor Mukti came nd Shruti nd Mukti started the c section for delivery as both the mother nd child are at risk after the accident. An anesthesiology was there already till the the orthopaedic surgery came too. Aarna started operate her heart where a galss piece was stucked. “Shit, hope her heart is not harmed.”, Aarna said.“Nurse go nd inform her family nd cops I'm coming.”, Said Aarna nd came out nd saw her sister nd that guy. “Docter docter how- how's my sister?”, The guy asked. “First of all calm down Mr., Nd tell me does ur sister has some health problems?”, Aarna asked nd he nodded. "Yes doctor my di has heart problem., Nd before this she had a miscarriage here her reports it was in the car i have got.’’, The guy said. “First of all calm down, give me those reports.”, Aarna said nd started checking the reports the lady's name was Aarti Singhal. Had a hole in her heart when she was a child but got operated but her heart was week she was on medicines. Aarna checked everything.
“Okay nurse give him the papers to sign.”, Aarna said. “Mr.?, Aarna asked Satvik shakhyan doctor.”, Aarna nodded. “So, Mr. Satvik this is paper sign it, it's written if something happens to your sister or brother in law we are not be blamed nd as much as i don't like it it's a rule of hospital we have to follow now please ex cause me.”, Aarna said nd Satvik cried. “Doctor please save my sister nd brother in law.”, Satvik pledged holding his hands. “I will try my level best Satvik.”, Aarna said placing a hand in Satvik’s shoulder.
Aarna entered the OT.
“Doctor Kohli the ladys condition is getting bad we have to safe both of them anyhow.”, Shruti said. “We have to go for C-section delivery.”, Mukti said. “The lady's name is Aarti singhal. Have some past health issues. Nd a miscarriage too.”, Aarna explained everything. They nodded nd Aarna started checking her heart.
“Doctor no harm to her bones no internal injuries only a hair line crack in her leg’s finger.”, Said Doctor. Taran
Nd wrapped it with a splint.
“The baby is fine but--- the baby is not moving.”, Said Mukti. “C-section is the only options.”, Said doctor Mukti. “Okay im checking her heart you two work for it or should we call Doctor Vishakha.’’, Asked Aarna but they both denied. “Dr. Mukti nd Dr. Shruti her heart beat is slowing down we have do something otherwise we will loss both of them.”, Aarna said nd they both nodded. “Yes internal bleeding has started too.’’, Shruti said. Aarna immediately asked for two bottles of A+ blood.
Aarna stared operating her chest area. “The x-ray report came.”, Aarna asked her interns nd they nodded showing her that nd Aarna saw the report nd thankfully the galss piece wasn't touching her hearts. “Thank God.”, Aarna mumbles nd started stichinng the chest area part. “God the baby's heartbeat is slowing too.”, Mukti mumbled. “Nurse bring that injection.”, Aarna said nd nurse bring that nd Shruti injected the injection. After some heavy breaths the lady clam down. Her heart beat became normal. “Im trying my level best Dr.Neha go called Doctor jay., We both will try her heart beats are raised she is still in shock because of the accident. if we dont stop her heart will stop beating.”, Said Aarna then doctor jay come nd Aarna talked about her case briefly nd he nodded. “Doctor we have keep her heart rate normal because she has a attack when i guess the accident happen., we have to keep her heart rate normal pluse her internal bleeding has started so we have to give her blood nd keep her blood should flow normally if her body will be react it may cause the attack again.”, Aarna said nd Jay nods his head.
“But doctor we can't go for C-section because her cardiac problem.”, Jay said. “But we don't have any other options, i already promised someone i will safe both of them.’’, Aarna said but the blood loose will be high. “We can go for the oral anticoagulants (because of the risk of foetal intracranial bleeding) or marfan syndrome with diameter of the ascending aorta >45 mm.”, Said Aarna nd they nodded.
“Okay Neha be ready with the regional anaesthesia it is necessary for cardiac issue patients nd Dr. Jay nd Dr. Dhruv you handle this.,make sure her heart is at rest We three will start the c-section delivery.”, Said Aarna nd look at the clock. After sometime she singled Neha nd she injected then dr.dhruv nd Dr. Jay controls her heart rate which was high again. Aarna then singnls the anaestheslogist nd he handovers the epidural steroid with combination of spinal/epidural steroid nd continues with the spinal anaesthesia. Aarna inject it. Then Shruti nd Mukti started there work.
THE OPERATION STARTED •~
A nurse inserted the catheter to empty the bladder. Two nurses were there to help the three of them.
The heart nd blood were monitored by the machines.
After that the nurses places a sterile drape around incision site, then over her chest nd leg, finally the nurses rise the sterile curtains between her head nd her lowers body. Before that a oxygen mask was placed in her mouth to increase the oxygen for both of them. After this Shruti made an incision through her skin till the wall of her abdomen. The incision was horizontal or we call it a bikini incision too., Next Mukti cut a 3 to 4-inch. The incision was vertical. Finally they saw the baby nd Aarna pulled the baby out by the incision. Nd it was healthy baby boy.
The head nurse of there hospital Veebha was there she cut the umbilical cord nd Shruti removed the placenta.
After that Shruti nd Mukti closed the incision with stitches nd staples. Finally after a long one hour nd forty five minutes the operation was done. Even Aarti was doing fine but the baby didn't cried. Nd it creates worry.
They all looked at eachother. The pediatrician wasn't there because all were busy but Dr. Zain was coming in 15 minutes. Aarna slapped the baby’s back but still didn't no use. Then Aarna took the baby to the mother nd placed the baby near mother's breast because this is done to ensure skin to skin contact with the mother which helps to maintain the body temperature nd encouragers the bonding.
“The baby is not breathing.”, Aarna said even the other four doctors check but no use. Having no other options Aarna thought to give the baby breath. She hold the baby's mouth nd nose in her mouth then only the nose shutting the baby’s mouth then keeping the baby's chin lifted nd head titled she gave breathes nd slowly slowly the baby’s chest start to rise nd fall. The baby started breathing nd after sometime opening his eyes he cried loudly.
All of them looked at eachother nd smiled. The girls cried, the most was Aarna. She may always save lives. But today was very critical nd she saved a baby nd baby’s mother.
Then Dr. Zain come nd saw all this nd smiled.
“Good job Dr. Aarna I'm proud of you.”, Said Dr. Zain nd after checking the baby he told the nurses to shift the baby to the NICU.
“Shift Aarti to the icu too, she will be under observation.”, Telling this she came out. Nd saw Aarti’s family nd her sister there. “Doctor doctor how's our daughter nd the child.”, Ask Aarti’s family. “Congratulations it's a boy, the baby is fine., So Aarti is but as of now she's under our observations we're shifting her to the icu, nd about the baby talk to Dr. Zain he will be in our observations too.”, Said Aarna. Aarti’s family thanked her nd all the doctors with hands folded.
After this Aarna leaves from there nd behind her Gunjan leave too. Aarna after going cried her heart out again. The emotions which she felt today morning till now on becaming very overwhelming for her. She cried her heart out then she felt a hand in her shoulder she jerked her head out saw her sister then both the sisters hugged eachother crying again.
After sometime both of them calm down. They both washed there faces. Nd sat down in the bed in her cabin which have a private room.
“Tu thik hai na?.”, Aarna asked Gunjan nd she nodded. “Yes I'm fine, nd I'm proud of you di so proud.”, Gunjan said side hugging Aarna nd Aarna smiled kissing Gunjan’s forehead. “How come you're here.”, Aarna asked. “My semister is over, so vacation for a month nd i came here to meet you nd jeeju., But jeeju is gone for match.”, Gunjan said pouting nd Aarna giggled. “And who is that gu--satvik.”, Aarna asked. “Ahh.. Di wo he's just a friend ah you can say best friend, his family stays here so he was here to see his di nd jeeju so im.”, Gunjan explained nd Aarna gave her a ‘I know you better look’. “Where is Roohi di?.”, Gunjan asked. “She had a surgery must be coming here.”, Aarna said rolling her eyes seeing Gunjan changing the topic.
After that Aarna again goes to check on the baby, baby was stable but his mother was still unconscious so his father was because her father had a broken hand puls his head was severely affected nd he lost so much blood but Thanks to the Lord, his blood was B+ nd it was available. But he was under observation too.
After checking Aarna live for her home, Roohi was still in the hospital because of some appointments. They meet Roohi hugged Aarna nd Gunjan nd told that she's proud of her. After that Aarna leave.
The news of Aarna was spreading like a fire in the hospital. Everyone was congratulating her nd saying they are proud to have a doctor like her in the hospital. All of these was making Gunjan very very proud. Her eyes showing the happiness she was feeling.
After sometime they reach home Anushka, Vishakha nd Ritika were home, they hugged her nd praised her nd blessed her with so much love. After that she fresh up nd having a little food she slept even Gunjan slept too because of so much crying nd tiredness.

Here after the person came out from the airport the person started the car in full speed all the time crushing Aarna. And in all this didn't notice the car coming nd the persons car was hit with the car coming.
“Shit shit what the fuck, why tf they came infront of my car huh., I don't care if they stay alive or not.. all because of that bitch.. huh... Shubman baby you will be mine nd that bitch will be killed...”, Mumbling this that person leaves from there leaving the people there.
