Well first of all a werewolf is a shape shifting creature. It is when a human transform into a werewolf. First time shifting can be really painful because you will feel like your bones are being crushed and are broken. When you first shift, that is the time when your wolf tells you it's name and both of you will create a bond no one can break. So both of you are basically sisters. Your wolf will help you in all sorts of stuff.
