Feelings
The feelings that I suffered from are flooding back.
I had erased it.
Removed it.
Deleted it.
But all I did was numb it.
I thought I was no longer hungry for you.
I didn't want seconds.
I just finished the first course.
But I guess it was just the soup and salad that was served.
My feelings for you confused my daily life.
Leaving behind scars that drew lines.
Which bled through the white paper you gave.
The feelings were mutual. I didn't mind them at all.
It danced through my mind.
I fanned over the thoughts that were none other than temporary.
I fell in love with your kind words and heart.
My feelings began to arose from the surface.
It began to submerge deep until it hit the bedrock.
Slowly it started to float to the top.
Little by little the lines began to fade.
When I thought I was in the clear.
You gave me another white paper.
This time a copy with the lines and more lines.
