Legends stories scattered and forgotten through time, Man, born from dust, was strong, wise, and resourceful, but he was born into an unforgiving world. An inevitable darkness —creatures of destruction—the creatures of Grimm - set their sights on man and all of his creations.
These forces clashed, and it seemed the darkness was intent on returning man's brief existence to the void. However, even the smallest spark of hope is enough to ignite change, and in time, man's passion, resourcefulness, and ingenuity led them to the tools that would help even the odds. This power was appropriately named "Dust".
Man lit their way through the darkness, and in the shadow's absence came strength, civilization, and most importantly, life.
MRSS Ice Queendom
Patch
In the edge of a cliff in the small village of Patch was a small gravestone that said the words 'Thus kindly I scatter' of one Summer rose As a young girl came over to the grave as she lifted her red hood her name was Ruby Rose
She wears a black long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, over which is a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front, and a matching skirt with red lining. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces, red trims around the top, and red soles. Her outfit is topped by a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her emblem appears as a large silver buckle on her wide black belt, which is slung around her hips on an angle. Attached to her belt are a pocket and a row of bullets. As she said with a smile on her face
"Hi mom, I know it's been quite some time since we last talked. I know oh hey guess what Yang got accepted into Beacon Academy!"
Ruby then said with a smile on her face "How cool is that? She always said she wanted to be a huntress and she did. I just can't believe it!" Ruby then sighed "You know if I'm being honest it's a bit annoying oh of course I'm happy for my big sister but I got two years in Singal left why can't I be just like her?" Ruby shook her head and said bringing her weapon the Crescent rose
"Well anyways when it comes to weapons I'm as good as anybody better even I'm gonna do my best to fight and protect the people from Grim just like you did Mom!" Ruby smiled just then she heard the sound of a motorcycle and saw her big sister Yang Xiaolong
She has blonde hair and lilac eyes and wears a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black.
She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of tight black spandex compression shorts that reach her upper thighs. She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A grey bandanna is tied around her left knee. She took off her helmet and sunglasses to look at her young sister
"Yang you came!" Ruby came over and hugged Yang as Yang said "So you're giving Mom the good news?" Ruby lifted her head as she looked at Yang "I told mom you got accepted into Beacon why can't I go?"
Yang ruffled a bit of Ruby's hair and said with a smile "Oh Ruby don't worry your time will come isn't that right mom.."
Atlas Schnee mansion
A sharp rapier's blade reached the ground as the weapon belonged to a young white haired woman that had her hair tied into a single ponytail she was known as Weiss schnee
She wears a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt. Over this, she wears a bell-sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar. On the back of the bolero is the Schnee Crest.
She also wears a small apple pendant on a silver chain and thin, rectangular silver earrings. Her boots are white, wedged heeled, and higher at the back than the front. They have a small silver decoration across the top of the foot and are lined in red. A thin white sash is tied around her waist with a pouch attached to the back.
She held out her signature weapon the Myrtenaster as her Butler and only friend Kelin Sieben Klein is a short, slightly heavyset man with balding brown hair and a large mustache. He typically has light brown eyes. He wore white collar long sleeve shirt, black vest, cyan tie, black trousers, and black shoes. In addition, he carries a pocket watch in his person to keep track of time. He kindly clears his throat which got the attention of Weiss
"The arrangements have been made, Miss Schnee, your father is waiting.." Weiss then opened her pale blue eyes as she turned around and said "So shall we get going Klein?"
Klein nods with a smile on his face as they headed to meet Jacque schnee as Weiss saw her mom Willow Schnee having another drink in the middle of the day which didn't surprise Weiss then saw her young brother Whitley Schnee and said in a sarcastic voice
"Presenting our so-called future huntress.." Weiss then said back to her young brother "And what are you doing here Whitely?" Her brother scoffed and said
"I'm worried about you of course a test such as this is not normal and we would not wanna see you hurt now would we.." "Oh this is hardly enough to scare me.." As She passed her brother with one last remark "So just shut up and watch!" As her brother scoffed as he folded his arms
Weiss and Kelin entered the Schnee training room as they were greeted by Jacque schnee, General Ironwood and Weiss's older sister Winter Schnee Weiss bows to the audience as she said
"I'm ready to take my test dear father, dear sister, General I hope you will be true to your word father.." Jacque scoffed at this and said "This is ridiculous.." As General ironwood said back "On the contrary Jacque you agreed to Weiss's offer.." Winter then said having trust in her sister "Indeed Weiss is prepared to do this!" Weiss nods agreeing to the General and to her Sister
"Release the grim if you would please.." Jacque then said "Fine but if you fail to slay the creature your irresponsible behaviour ends here young lady.." Weiss nodded and said in determination "I won't fail!"
Kelin then releases the Grim as she was ready for her test readying her weapon for the battle she must do what it takes to be accepted into Beacon
Music- Mirror Mirror
She backflips just as the Arma Gigas brings its blade down
Weiss unsheathes her own rapier, Myrtenaster, and darts forward, getting a hit on her enemy before twirling into a landing. Arma Gias swings again, but she dashes away and lands several spinning slashes on the creature. It retaliates when she uppercuts into the air, arcing its sword around and hitting Weiss' rapier, which she brings up just in time to merely knock her back. When she slows down, Weiss looks up to see Arma Gias leaping into the air and hurling the sword down on her, then swinging it back up in an effort to get its fast-moving target. It finally hits her blade again, and she is knocked away until she rolls back on her feet.
With white energy now gathered on her fingertips, Weiss motions to the ground beneath her, and a snowflake symbol appears that propels her forward at extreme speeds. Despite the Giant Armour's attempts to slash at her, Weiss disappears and reappears all around it, leaping through the air using her glyphs and landing a blow with each pass.
After a slash to her face, Arma Gigas aims at Weiss' feet, who leaps over it and gets an undefended fist to her head. Weiss is launched yet again, but this time, her attempt to get back up is weak and unsure. Whitely chuckled as Winter had a worried as she said
"Come on Weiss!" "Call it off, it's over!" Jacque said as Winter said back "Not yet she's not done!
Weiss got back to her feet a bit wobbly and the bleeding face she had to keep going as she had a flashback of her training with Winter
Music pauses
Flashback the courtyard
Weiss adjusts her ponytail and brings Myrtenaster to her side, spinning the Dust cartridges. She turns around As she steps into the center of the courtyard, a swarm of cold air, complete with shiny sparkles, envelopes her. Weiss looks around, holding Myrtenaster, waiting.
A white Beowolf steps out of the tornado toward her, its eyes glowing bright blue-green. Three more are in the circle of cold surrounding Weiss, pacing it while the first one faces her. While her back is turned, it leaps out at her. Weiss immediately shoves her blade into its mouth, disintegrating it. Two more growl and move in, but Weiss does a high backward leap and beheads the first. She uses her glyphs midair to give herself something to leap toward the other off while using a second to shield her from it as she strikes it down with the driving point of her sword.
Weiss lands atop the fountain posed with Myrtenaster held in front of her face while the cartridges spin. Her eyes widen at what she sees and Weiss immediately uses her finger along her blade to pull out a line of flame, channeling fire Dust through the sword
She flings the slash before her, taking out three of the white Beowolves. Around the courtyard, ice starts to melt.
Weiss smiles, allowing herself a victory swing of her sword.
But, she loses her moment of pride with a shocked gasp as she sees more of the Beowolves generate from different directions and approach her. Weiss stares at them for a minute, stunned, before taking a deep breath and bringing Myrtenaster to the ready again.
With a swing akin to a dance move, Weiss creates a black glyph behind her and jumps from the fountain. She slashes through one, repeatedly stabs another and dismembers yet another. More and more keep coming at her, and she takes them out, once even with a toss of her sword. When still surrounded Weiss causes ice to protrude around her, the largest points stabbing her opponents into disintegration.
Weiss takes a moment to breathe after this, but the cold swarm comes up again. This time it slashes at her itself, rising from the ground until it succeeds in disarming her. She puts her hand
to her head in consternation and is immediately set upon by another Beowolf. It knocks Weiss to the ground, holding her left arm back. Her right arm holds off its head as it growls at her.
Several more Beowolves start approaching in a circle around the two combatants. Four leap in and Weiss can see three of them midair above the one atop her. She couldn't take it anymore as she yelled
"WINTER!" Her scared voice echoed through the mansion as the Beowulf's all disappear before Weiss's eyes as Winter came over to her as she placed Weiss's weapon near her sister and said
"Your aura can only shield one or two different attacks when your aura is gone another attack will finish you, those who are powerless return to dust..." Winter then sighed to her sister, "I'm not always going to be around to save you, Weiss. You need to learn these lessons this way or you won't at all." Winter walks away as Weiss said with a sad sigh "I'm sorry. I'll get better."
The flashback ends of Winter saying the words
"You will have to if you ever want to leave.."
Music continues
As those words echoed through Weiss's mind a bit of blood dropped the ground as Weiss now back to her feet ready to finish what she started the Gigas charged at Weiss but she was ready
Weiss strikes her weapon into the ground that freezes Gigas in place. It swings again, but Weiss runs ahead and jumps on the sword. Myrtenaster is now glowing red as she delivered a slash on the creature the sword of the gigas crashed into a wall startling Kelin but luckily he was okay
Weiss landed on the ground safely as the Gigas yelled in pain for his melted hand as it tried to punch Weiss but it fell for Weiss's trap as a snowflake circle spins under her when the Armr Gigas tries to hammer its fist down on her, but she rolls out of the way and activates the glyph, launching the warrior up into the air and becoming trapped by Weiss' beams of blue energy. As it impaled the armour
With one final leap into the air, Myrtenaster glows with the white markings on its blade and Weiss descends onto the Gigas. When her attack is done and she lands in a crouch as the armour was now destroyed, as Ama clapped on her performance as she gave her vocals a rest Kelin said
"You did it Miss Schnee you passed!" Weiss then said casually despite the bleeding face to her father "So will you now allow me to go to Beacon?" Jacque growled as Ironwood said "Jacque keep your word with your daughter!" Jacque growls at Ironwood and says "Fine James I'll keep my end of the deal you win Weiss you can go to Beacon!" He then leaves Whitely gave a happy smile knowing his sister passed with colors Weiss smiled
The outskirts of Vale
Music- From Shadow (RWBY)
Far away from the normal living people was a young, fair-skinned young woman with wavy black hair and amber eyes. She also had a pair of black cat ears on top of her head. She wears a black, buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath this is a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg, emblazoned with the YKK logo of the real-life Japanese zipper manufacturer.
She also wears black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem is visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm is a black detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep, and black ribbons are wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose, black scarf is wrapped around her neck, and a grey magnetic backpack is strapped to her back, hidden by her hair. She often keeps her weapon attached to the magnetic backpack when she is not using it. She was Blake Belladonna and she was sitting on a rock until someone came over and said
"Blake it's time..." Blake gets up and looks at her friend Adam Tarus and sighed and said "Okay let's go!"
Adam and Blake were running through the forest as Blake asked a question "Adam are we really doing this alone?" As Adam said back "Don't worry Blake the guards are just robots the humans fear the White Fang too much to face us!" Adam smirks to Blake and says "C'mon don't tell me you're scared?" Blake scoffed at Adam's humor "I don't scare easily Adam.." "Hardly that's why you're amazing Blake you really are and I'm so happy to call you my partner.." Blake and Adam perform a massive jump as they landed on the train a schnee dust company train
Adam destroys the hatch of the train as they both land on their feet as they enter a car full of AK-130 Androids. As Adam said with a shrug
"Looks like we're gonna be doing this the hard way." The Androids activate and circle the duo like sharks as Blake said with an eye roll. "Try not to have too much fun."
An Android activates the guns on its arms. As it said "Intruder, identify yourself." And Adam responds by firing his sword, dashing behind to shoot its head off then cutting the Android in two. The rest deploy blades and he and Blake proceed to wipe out the Androids in the car.
Eventually, Adam kicks one and they burst out of the freight car onto a flatcar and encounter a horde of Androids running towards them. As music played in the background as they took on the androids
Music pauses
Adam and Blake enter the next freight car as Adam went over to a box and opened to see a lot of crystals in it he grins and says "Perfect time to move to the next car.." He closed the lid and said "I'll set the charges I need you to cover me.." Blake eyes widened in shock and said
"But what about humans?"Adam shrugged. "What about them?" Just then they heard a noise and turned around and saw a Spider droid coming at them the two take it head on but it's armor was to tough as it nearly broke Blake's aura
Adam then said "Buy me some time!" Blake nodded as the spider's attention was focused on her while dealing a bit of damage to the spider once Blake landed near Adam who said "It's ready move!"
Blake nodded as she moved back and the droid fired a powerful beam. Adam catches the beam with Wilt. As his body starts to glow, the droid jumps toward him. Adam chuckles then slashes out with his sword, disintegrating the droid and even affecting the trees in the Red Forest causing their leaves to fly into the air.
As Adam walks back towards Blake, he finds her in a separate train car standing near the coupler between the cars as he says "B-Blake? What are you doing?" As Blake said
"Adam.." She raised her weapon and said with a sad look on her face "Goodbye..." As she sliced the train coupling as Adam said as Blake was going further away from on the train "Blake! You're seriously turning on the White Fang TURNING ON ME!?" Blake couldn't look Adam in the eyes and said "I'm sorry but I have to find my own path, a path different than yours.." As soon as she was far away from Adam she tossed away the White fangs emblem the train stopped as Adam wiped away his tears then he placed his mask back on as some white fang soldiers came over to him
"Should we chase after her sir?" Adam thought about it but shook his head and said "No let her go once she sees more of the world she'll see I was right all along.." Adam then said to the soldiers "Start taking all of this dust back to camp we can't waste another minute." "Yes sir!" They all said as they jumped into the car just then a female white fang ran over to Adam
"Adam! It's an emergency!" "What is it? Trooper.." Adam asked as the scout said "It's the camp it's been destroyed!" Adam gasped and said "By the humans? Or is it that woman again deciding to double cross us.." The scout shook her head meaning no as she continued "It was a creature never seen before, a big fellow with sharp claws able to tear through steel and a spikey shell to pierce someone and they can breathe fire able to melt a person's skin and he's heading for Mistral in a floating island!" Adam's eyes widened in shock by focusing on the train he let his guard down so someone could destroy his base with no mercy as he made a mad dash back to Mistral most likely to protect the White Fang from going extinct from this unknown enemy with the scout right behind him knowing that the soldiers could handle taking care of the dust
Vale
In an allway of the city vale a portal opened up as outcomes Mario, Ren, Sonic and Sora exit from it as the portal closed from behind as Sora asked and said "So is this supposed to be remnant?"
Ren hummed to himself and said "Hmm most likely what do you think Morgana?" Ren's cat came out of the bag who tagged alone with the four and said "Yep it's most likely we have arrived in remeant.." Sonic then spoke up and said
"Hmm it's a nice place though I'll give ya that.." Mario and the other three turn around and see Sonic wasn't a hedgehog almost looking human only he still had his gloves and shirt he wore black pants, a white shirt and a blue jacket and had spiky blue anime hair as Sonic said
"Something on my face?" Mario then said, shaking his head, "No you look different!" He gave Sonic a mirror as Sonic said "Whoa now way!" Sora then said "Don't worry Sonic I know about changing forms and appearances it's property to ensure the world stays in order since your people are mobins." Sonic nodded "Good point!"
Ren then said "Where's the place to start the investigation?" Morgana then saw something in the distance and said "Maybe that club could give us answers.." Mario then said
BGM-Yellow trailer
"Good eye Morgana let's go!" The four enter the club as they saw a lot of people partying as they saw a man with orange hair talking to a man in a suit as he left Mario secretly told Ren and Morgana to follow him as Mario, Sonic and Sora layed low Mario looks at the food and drinks on the menu and said
"One coke, one chilli dog and one vanilla smoothie please?" The bartender nodded as the man from before said to Mario and his friends "Hey buddy we don't serve their kind here.." Sonic had a confused look on what that meant as he pointed to himself 'me?' "The Fannus we don't serve food or drinks to them!"
Ren and Morgana follow the orange hair man until he vanished on sight as they headed back inside they saw Mario talking to Junior as Mario delivered a punch to the man as he was sent flying across the room as the other henchmen charged at them
Mario smirked as his fist caught on fire as he nodded to Sonic as the blue blur takes on henchmen and took them down easy with his speed as he rounded some of the still standing ones into the centre of the room as Mario jumped into and unleashed a massive fire blast across the room then took the Dj down without breaking a sweat as the four heroes then spot more trouble two young girls one was wearing a white dress and another was wearing red as the white one said
"Melanie, who are these weirdos?" As the red one known as Melanie said "I dunno Miltia but we should teach them a painful lesson." Sonic and Mario smirk as they passed on the attack to Ren who was now Joker and to Sora who had smirks on their faces knowing they were gonna enjoy this
Sora jumped into the air and unleashed fire spells on Melanie and Miltia as they dodged just in time as the two girls then charged at Joker who was blocking some of their attacks with his knife against Miltia's claw weapon while Sora was blocking Melanie's high heeled boots Sora fired an lightning spell as the two girls blocked sent it flying behind them
Melanie and Miltia charged at Sora and Joker as they clashed with the keyblade and knife as the twins managed to deliver a good blow to Joker and Sora knocking them back a bit which made Mario a bit nervous if he wanted to step in but Sonic assured him that they can take care of this
Joker smirked as he tore off his mask and sent Arsene charging at the girls he grabbed Militia by the foot and slammed her into the ground before throwing her away Sora clashed with Melanie's claw weapon as he managed to catch the girl off guard as he slashed her a few times and sent her flying as she crashed into a glass statue Melanie got back to see her sister down as she charged at the boys and the persona
As they were blocking each other's attacks just then Joker slammed his elbow into Melanie's stomach as he slammed his foot into the girls guts sending her flying into as Sora sent her flying into a wall knocking her down for good this time Arsene returned to Joker's mask as the four heroes spot Junior getting back on his feet and armed with rocket launcher
"Big mistake buster!" Junior said as Mario just did a 'come and get me' taunt as Junior unleashed a lot of missiles at the four as they all dodged the attack as Junior turned his weapon into a club trying to bash the four as they still kept on dodging before going on the offensive leaving Junior a little dazed
"Now your chance!" Morgana said as the four heroes nodded to each other as they ran at Junior attacking him at once Joker landed on the ground and finished it off as Junior fell to the ground defeated
"SHOW'S OVER!"
Mario, Joker, Sonic and Sora were exhausted from all that moment as Mario said "Man never had a fight like THAT before!" "Yeah it wasn't even Super Smash Bros.." Sora said with a weak chuckle Joker then ties Junior up as the bartender walks into the air with the drinks and chili dog shocked on what happened here as Mario said taking the drinks and chili dog while giving him some change
"Keep the change.." Mario said as he and his friends walked away with a tied up Junior
A while later
"Ugh..." Junior moaned as he was starting to wake up as he saw Sonic who said with a smirk while eating his chili dog with the other three glaring at him "Rise and shine sleepyhead we kinda needed you alive so we're gonna ask you a few questions so you better answer them.." Junior scoffed "Yeah right like I'll do that.."
Mario folded his arms and said "First question, who was that man you were talking to the orange haired man in the white outfit from before and where was he going?" Junior said "You're not gonna get anything from me.." Sora then finished his smoothie and said
"Well that's fine but I don't think Joker would take it very well with you.." Joker gave a serious death glare as he threw off the building Junior screamed as he was falling right before he could touch the ground he was caught by Joker's grappling hook as Joker said, pulling him back up to the roof in a very dark voice "TALK. NOW!" Junior said in a panicky voice
"Okay! Okay! His name is Roman Torchwick and he's heading to a dust shop not far from here I gave him some of my guys for protection that's all he told me the shop was called From Dust till Dawn please don't kill me!"
Mario nodded to Joker who unties Junior as he said "If he's not at the shop Junior then we'll be back and we'll burn your little club to the ground!" Mario's last words echoed as he, Sonic, Joker and Sora vanished from sight
The four heroes and their cat were walking around the streets heading over to this 'dust till dawn' shop to find Roman Torchwick while having some friendly talks "Nice work back there Ren you really killed it back there with that bad cop act!" Sonic said with a smirk to Ren as he said
"Thanks, Zenkichi was the one who taught me to do that.." "Haha cool!" Sora said as they kept on walking as they passed Ruby who was on Vale as well listening to music
"I forgot how big the city of Vale is, it's way more fun then Patch island.." Ruby said to herself as she had flashbacks around Vale listening to music "They have the best music.." Ruby was having a nice drink of tea in a cafe "And the cafes.." Ruby is then shown holding a heavy ax "And the weapons!" Ruby then said
"I'm not sure how I'm gonna see it all and I still need to get Yang a going away gift.." Ruby then spots a shop called Dust till dawn which gave Ruby an idea as she was fortune to see it still open as she entered the shop and spots a cool magazine to look at
Mario, Sonic, Ren and Sora spot the shop as Sonic said "Well there it is but still no sign of our culprit yet.." Just then Morgana heard footstep as he gasped
"Find cover someone's coming!" As they took cover they saw Roman Torchwick, the same guy they saw at the club as they thought 'That's our guy!' as they saw him enter the ship the four then came to the front of the store as Mario said "Alright guys time for our game plan!"
As the four were talking about a strategy on how to deal with the problem Roman entered the shop as he glared at the shopkeeper as he said "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?" One of the henchmen pointed his gun at the shopkeeper as people were exiting the building in a panic as the shopkeeper said raising his hand "P-please! Just take my money!" Roman said "Now now we're not after your money grab the dust.." He said to the henchmen as they were grabbing dust in containers as that was happening Ruby was reading
"The first stage of a weapon is to combine offensive and defensive strategies, yeah totally!"
As this was happening Mario and the others were still having trouble thinking of a strategy on how to get the job on Roman as Ren's eyes widened when he saw someone in the shop "Ah guys we may have another problem besides Roman someone's still in the shop!" "WHAT!?" Mario, Sonic and Sora said in shock Ren points to Ruby who was unaware of the situation at hand Mario then said "Alright don't panic we can't let the bad guys see the girl luckily they're too distracted to notice her right?" Unfortunately Mario just jinxed them as on of the henchmen spot Ruby
BGM This will be the day
"Okay kid hands where I can see them!" but Ruby didn't listen. "Hey, I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something!?" He goes over to her while placing a hand on her shoulder Ruby turns around "Yes?" as the hechemen motions for her to lower them. Ruby takes off her headphones and said
"Can I help you?" As the henchman said, losing his patience "I said place your hands in the air!" Ruby then said "Wait, are you robbing me?" "YES!" "Oh.." Ruby said to him as he kicked the grunt into a table as another one saw that and rushed over and yelled
"FREEZE!" Ruby then speeded and punched the guard as she was flung outside as Roman said "Wow a semblance could it be she's a Beacon student?"
"How on earth are we're gonna launch a elephant to stop Roman and save the poor-" Mario said before he and the others saw the girl with a knocked henchmen as they along with Rowan looked in either surprise or shock as she came out of the shop though the now broken window glass
Ruby gets up and unfolds her weapon of choice Crescent Rose into its scythe form. Roman scowls, but Ruby smiles back at them before twirling the weapon around, striking it into the ground and turning off her headphones.

As Ren said, breaking the silence "What the heck!?" Sora however said in pure joy with stars in his eyes "WOW! a scythe that also works like a gun! That's so awesome!" Ren said with a vein on his forehead "Do not encourage her Sora!"
Roman then turned his direction to see Mario's group and said "Wait I saw you before back at the club so you followed me huh?" Sonic said with a smirk "We sure did nice to meet you face to face Reggie smoke head!" Roman said in anger "It's Roman torchwick you blue rat what are you waiting get them!"
The henchmen charged at Ruby and Mario's group as the group each took them down with ease as Roman said not surprised on what happened
"Huh guess you really do get what you pay for.." As he looked at the group and said "Well reds, blue and even black I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around.." Roman raises his cane and opens the bottom to reveal a rifle with a cross grid which shocked the group "But I'm afraid this is where we part ways." He shoots at them but Mario creates a fire shield for the group as Roman created a smoke bomb as everyone sees Rowan had vanished "Where'd Chaddy stink wink go?" Sonic said
"ROMAN TORCHWICK!" They spot Roman climbing up a ladder as Mario said "Hey come back here!" As he, Sonic, Sora and Ren who transformed into Joker with his holo mask gave chase as Ruby said to the shopkeeper
"Mind if I go after him?" The shopkeeper nodded as Ruby gave chase as Roman was running he heard Ruby's voice "You won't get away you thief!" Mario's fists ignited on fire and said "There's no escape, surrender!"
Rowan grins as a massive gunship appears before the group Roman enters it and says "End of the kiddies!" He threw an explosive canister to the group Mario had a worried look as he tried to make another fire shield
As this was going on another scene was taking place in vale as Yang, her family's dog Zwei and her father Taiyang xiao long were reaching for Ruby "She's close!" Tai said as he followed his dog Yang said with a sigh
"Ruby, where have you wondered off at this hour?" As they saw a bunch of henchmen knocked out and police asking the shopkeeper "What have you done this time Ruby?" Just then everyone heard an explosion from behind them as they turned their direction to it
Roman laughed until he stopped as he saw someone blocking the blast as he saw a woman wearing a purple cape blocking the attack and she wasn't alone
There was a young man with tan skin with messy brown hair wearing a yellow battle outfit with a bit of white black hover shoes he also had two katanas in his back the man had blue eyes was around 19 years old he was around Joker's height
The next was a young woman who wore an white shirt, green jacket with a birds emblem on it she wore a green combat skirt and blue shoes she had orange hair tied into a ponytail and red eyes she was around 17 years old she uses a rapier that can also work as a bow with dust arrows she was around Sora's height
The next was another woman she had black raven hair black eyes she wore a blue and silver dress with a combat skirt included she also wore a white jacket with black markings she also wore she wore combat boots her weapon were these gloves that had special gemstones on it to chanel her semblance psychokinesis she was around 18 years old and around Sonic's height
And the the last one was another young man he had a gray shirt with a golden jacket he also wore gray pants with pockets he had brown eyes his weapon is a staff able to heal wounds and other stuff the staff can also transform into a sniper rifle he was around near Mario's height
They were known Lucias, Elananor, Kira and Yosuke and together they were known as team LEKY (Lucky) as the blond haired woman raised her stick it created a thunderstorm to trap the gunship Roman ran into the cockpit and saw a woman wearing a red dress piloting it
"We got trouble, it's Team LEKY and they got another huntress with them!" Joker then fired a grappling hook onto the ship as he gives to Lucias and Mario the moment he saw the bullhead it's doors
"Hold this, we're going in!" Joker and Sonic jumped onto the cable and ran up it to the Bullhead while entering it
"Are they crazy!?" Kira shouted at what Joker was doing "If ya think that's crazy you should have seen when Joker jumped out a window without a parachute when Roy said that he raced him downstairs back at our place!" Mario said as he pulled on the cable to keep it from leaving
The woman growled and said "Take the controls I'll deal with this!" Just then a new voice said
"Hey sweet ride this could make a lot of money!" They turn to see Joker and Sonic in the bullhead as they were leaning in the ship
Joker smirks as to his foes who were now aware of them being on the plane Sonic then said "So not to be rude do we get free snacks and a movie free of charge no?" The pilot got off their seat as Roman yelped as he took the controls of the ship as the woman was gonna deal with these intruder "I guess the answer is no.." Joker said casually
The woman's eyes glowed as she unleashed a fireball at Joker and Sonic who dodged the attack as Sonic kicked Cinder a few times then Joker slashed her cheek with his knife which caused the cheek of the woman to bleed as Sonic said looking at the woman
"So who are you supposed to be Bowser's humanoid cousin? He never told us about no offense but you're not as scary as Bowser or the enemies I faced back in my dimension, you're not even more intimidating than flightless sea fish!" "ROMAN TORCHWICK YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Joker grabbed the woman's hand as he threw her into a crate that dropped some dust containers which it was broken as Joker said
"Come on, is that the best you got? I thought you had more fight in you? But in the end you really don't" The woman growled and said "Do you both ever SHUT UP!?" Sonic shrugs and says with a smirk "Hmm not really I just really love talking, it's my trait but I'll be the one to SHUT YOU UP!" Sonic then performed some homing attacks on the woman
Lucias then said, seeing that the woman was busy with Joker and Sonic "Aim for the engines!" Mario and Ruby as they shoot down an engine each as the bullhead starts to fall as Roman says knowing this meant trouble "Aww man!"
Sonic and Joker smirk at the woman as Joker said "See ya!" Joker and Sonic jump out of the ship as Kira used her semblance to grab the ship with her semblance and gently landed it luckily no one was hurt
"Man, that was an even bigger battle then the club!" Sora said, wiping some sweat from his face, Joker then went down to the bullhead and saw only the knocked out Roman on the dashboard still breathing "She's gone she must've fled when the bullhead crashed.." Sonic shrugs and said "Well 1 out of 2 isn't that bad besides we had help from the locals here."
Ruby squealed in joy "Your huntress can I have your autographs?"
Vale's police station
The scene changed to Ruby having a sad voice as did Sora Mario folded his arms while not even bothering to open his eyes to look at the woman Sonic had an annoyed look on his face Ren just gave a sharp glare at the woman while Sora just tried to keep a straight face as she said
"I hope that you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly!"
Ruby protested trying to defend herself "'B-but they're the ones that started it!" Sora nodded and said "Yeah I mean come on we were just trying to help!" But the woman was not having any of it as she said
"Did you not stop and think about how your actions put innocent people in harm's way and on top of that!" The woman points her whip at Ruby "Is your aura strong enough to stop all of the attacks?" Ruby then said
"Well no.." Ren then said speaking honestly about him and his three friends that came with him on this trip "We barely don't have aura's to protect us, we were used to fighting without one.." The woman sighed and said
"Well if it were up to me you'd be sent home... With a pat on the back.." As Ruby and the four heroes gained smiles as the woman said conuting her point "And slaps on the wrists!" As she demonstrates with her riding crop, which Ruby barely avoids as she gives out a "Eeek!" as Sonic said "Ouch! Watch it lady that stings!"
Outside of the integration room Yang and Tai were wondering how their daughters were doing just then the doors opened to reveal a man who looks like a middle-aged man with tousled silver hair and thin brown eyes. He has a light complexion and sharp facial features. Interestingly, Ozpin has black eyebrows, He wears shaded glass spectacles and a small, purple, cross-shaped pin on the cowl around his neck. His outfit mainly consists of an unzipped black suit over a dark green, buttoned vest and green shirt. He also wears black trouser shoes and long, dark-green pants. as the police notice saluting him referring him as Professor Ozpin who said having in his hands was a plate of cookies and hot cocoa mug
"Don't mind me, gentlemen just stopping for a quick visit.." As Ozpin was walking he saw Tai, Zwei and Yang as Ozpin said "Good evening Tai!" Tai gasped in surprise and said as he stood up "Professor!" Ozpin then said "Oh don't mind me old friend I'm just here to speak with your daughter for a moment.." Yang gasped in shock to see the professor of Beacon in the flesh
Professor Glyndia Goodwitch then said "However despite the trouble you five have caused there is someone who wishes to speak with you!" Just then they see Ozpin enter the room as he placed the plate of cookies down on the table as he looked at Ruby and said
"Ruby Rose..You... have silver eyes.." As he then turned his attention to Mario and his group and said "And then we have Mario mario, Sonic the hedgehog, Ren Amamiya and Sora the keyblade seeker warriors of Super Smash brothers.."
Sora had a surprised look and said "You know about us?" Mario also said "And you know about Smash bros?"Ozpin brought out a tablet that showed Ruby fighting some henchmen as it also showed Mario and his three allies as well as Ozpin said
"So! Where did you all learn to do this?" looking at the battle caught on screen Ruby nervously said "S-Signal Academy."
"They taught you to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?" Ruby then spoke up grabbing a cookie as she ate one "Well, one teacher in particular.
Ozpin then said "I see...And about you four where did you learn your abilities?" Ren said explaining his fighting skills "Basically I'm self taught and had to do it when I was accused of doing the wrong thing.." Sora summoned the Kingdom key
"I'm basically a keyblader who knows how to sword fight and use magic at the same time.." Mario then said "I may not look like this but I'm skilled in acrobatic and material arts when I was chosen for smash bros.." Sonic then said "I've been fighting the forces day in and day out that's basically my story.."
Ruby started to eat more cookies as Sora and Ren helped themselves to some cookies as well as Ozpin then said "It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-wielder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow..." Ruby then spoke up mumbling through her eaten cookies "Oh Vhts mW Uncle Woew.." Ruby swallowed her cookie and said "Sorry. That's my Uncle Qrow! He's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like.." As she pretended to do martial arts attack while making noises which made Mario chuckle a bit liking her style
Ozpin then said, having a bit of his coffee "So I've noticed. And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors." As Ruby said, making her opinion loud "Well... I want to be a Huntress.
Ren then said "So you wanna slay monsters?"
Ruby nods and says Yeah! I only have two more years of training left at Signal! And then I'm going to apply to Beacon!" As she starts talking faster and faster with her enthusiasm growing, almost rivaling Sonic's fast talk "You see, my sister's starting there this year, and she's trying to become a Huntress, and I'm trying to become a Huntress 'cause I wanna help people. My parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, Hey, I might as well make a career out of it! I mean the police are alright, but Huntsmen and Huntresses are just so much more romantic and exciting and cool and really, gosh, you know!?" As Ozpin then said
"So tell me do you know who I am?" Ruby then said "Your Professor Ozpin the headmaster of Beacon academy.." Ozpin smiled and said "Nice to meet you so how would you like to join Beacon 2 years early?" Ruby gasped in surprise before nodding in agreement as she then left the room as Mario said
"The real reason we're here is to stop Salem. I didn't want Ruby to know why we're here. She attacked the smash mansion and our homes without any reason and we had to get to the bottom of it.." Ren nodded and said "What's she trying to prove by attacking us attacking our homes?" Ozpin then said
"She wants to ensure her rule of darkness is supreme now I have a question for you gentlemen. I know you want to stop Salem from hurting your friends and loved ones so would you like to join Beacon academy?" Mario and his friends looked at each other then nodded to each other as Mario said
"Ozpin you have yourself four new students to your school!" Ozpin smiled at that as he unlocked the four heroes's aura to protect themselves from Grim
A day later
Mario and his friends brought their luggage to the massive ship taking them to Beacon Sonic whistles and said "Nice almost can give G.U.N a run for their money.." Morgana said with a smirk "Hehe it looks cool for a flying tin can.."
Sonic then said "Well let's get moving the universe isn't gonna save itself ya know!" Mario, Sora and Ren nodded as they enter the ship
As they entered the ship Weiss entered after saying goodbye to her butler Kelin the only person who came to say goodbye to her and said with "Phew made it and to think I had to push my own luggage.." Weiss then saw her reflection and said with a smile "But it's a good start.."
Blake then enters next as she sees her reflection as she sees her reflection as her cat eyes were hidden by her bow as she sighed happily knowing she found a place to be apart of and smiled happily at her reflection
Just then Ruby and Yang enter the ship after saying goodbye to their dad and their pet Zwei knowing to make sure to write to their dad when they got to the academy
But even the most brilliant lights eventually flicker and die.
Mario spots a woman with red hair and in golden armor as they started to have a friendly chat a girl with orange hugged a boy in a green shirt who had a small smile as a boy with blond hair was struggling to hold back a vomit
And when they are gone... darkness will return. So you may prepare your guardians, build your monuments to a so-called "free world", but take heed... there will be no victory in strength!
Sonic, was on box with his legs dangling as he was chatting with Sora and Ren as the scene pans out to Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang as Ozpin's voice said
"But perhaps victory is in the simpler things that you've long forgotten. Things that require a smaller, more honest soul."
