Rizwan is pacing in front of OT since the time doctor take her inside he is restless his eyes are filled with unshed tears and anger
Aslam and ahad rushed to hospital as soon as they heard the news
"Bhai bhabhi thik haina" ahad ask worriedly
"Rizwan beta calm down" aslam spoke looking at Rizwan's tensed face
"How can I be calm papa jab meri biwi or bacha ander hai pta nhi kis halat mai" rizwan shout his eyes were red with anger he is loosing his temper bit by bit and he blast himself when his eyes land on firoz who is coming towards him
Rizwan also move to him and before he could speak Rizwan hold him from his color and jerked him harshly
"Ab tum yha kya kar rhe ho" he ask dangerously
"Hoor kaisi hai ab rizwan" firoz politely ask
"why kyu janna hai tumhe" his eyes were spitting fire "agar meri biwi yah bache ko kuch bhi hua to yad rakhna tumhari biwi ka is duniya mai voh akhri pal hoga and get out from here mujhe tum log meri hoor ke as pas nhi chahiye" he pushed him after giving the warning
"Rizwan atleast listen to me" firoz said as politely as he can
"Get out firoz" rizwan yelled with his anger filled voice
"No and now listen to me quietly bhot bol liya tumne mujhe nhi pta iqra ne kya kiya hai or tumhe jo krna hai uske sath krte rehna phele mujhe yeh btayo hoor kaisi hai" firoz asked in high pitched voice
"Pta nhi" rizwan whispered slowly and broke down in tears which he is trying to hold back
Firoz hold him from shoulders his eyes were also teary
"Rizy calm down yaar hoor ko tumhari jrurat hai" firoz lightly patted his back
"Roz use kuch ho gya to mera bacha mai kya kruga unke bina" he cried more hugging firoz
They call eachother with the nicknames they gave eachother in childhood they got separated bcoz of a girl and now they get together again bcoz of a girl Rizwan cried more in his friends embrace and firoz hold him like a good supportive friend

It's been 2 hours but doctor didn't come out from the OT
Aslam and Salim are sitting on the chairs outside of the OT ahad is comforting them Rizwan is standing near the door and firoz is with him sporting him giving him the comfort he need
After 10 mints a doctor come out from inside along with a nurse
"Doctor meri wife kaisi hai aur mera bacha" rizwan asked impatiently
"Mr Shah your wife is fine now and your baby is absolutely out of danger there was chances of miscarriage but your baby and wife is to brave they both didn't give up that push is really strong but you come on time" Doc tell them all with a smile
"Allhamdullilah sab sahi hai" aslam thank his almighty for the well being of his daughter in law and grandchild
"Bhot bhot shukriya Allah tala meri bachi sahi salamat hai" salim spoke with happy tears rool down from his eyes
Ahad silently comforting Salim but his teary smile said it all
"Rizwan" firoz shake his shoulder to gain his attention
"Meri hoor thik hai" rizwan slowly whispered and a tear rolled down from his eye
He turn to doc back "mai mil sakta hu" he asked in broken voice
"Yeah nurse thodi der mai unhe ward mai shift kr degi then you can visit her" doc tell and left from there
Rizwan turn back to firoz and hugged him "thankyou firoz for coming here I really need this" he said after breaking the hug
Firoz smiled weakly "tum meri jagah hote to yhi krte I'm glad tumhare kuch kam aw ska now relax hoor aur tumhara baby dono thik hai preshan mat ho aur hina ki fikar mat kro maine Ibrahim ko call kr diya hai he is with her" firoz inform him
After listening hina's name his expression changed he just nodded and turn to his family
"Papa baba ap dono ghar jake rest kre mai hu yha ahad tum inke sath jao" rizwan tell them
"Par hoor" Salim was saying something when Rizwan hold his hand stopping him
"Baba hoor behosh hai aur ap log kab tak aise hi yha baithege it's not good baba ap log ahad ke sath ghar jaye and I promise jaise hi hoor ko hosh ayega mai ap logo ko inform krduga" rizwan said and make them understand aslam and Salim agreed with him and soon they left along with ahad
Rizwan sit on the same chair where aslam sit a few minutes ago firoz also sit beside him
"Tumhe kaise pta chala mai aur hoor hospital mai hai" rizwan asked looking in front of the wall
"Hina ka phn aya tha" he states
"Ohh" that's the only reaction Rizwan gave him

When rizwan take hoor to hospital hina was about to go behind him when rukayia hold her hand rukayia look around her and to her luck there was nobody around them so she pull hina towards an isolated area
"Kha ja rhi ho hina" rukayia ask her through gritted theeths
"Bhabhi ke pas she is in pain" Hina cried remembering her bhabhi's crying face
"No way tumne dekha nhi Rizwan kitna gusse mai tha" iqra shout and hina flinched at her voice but she composed herself and glared at her
"How dare you push my bhabhi apko pta tha voh pregnant hai fir bhi apne unhe dhaka mara" hina shout at her
"Hina low down your voice it's just a accident" rukayia shout on hina
"Aur tum kyu itna fikar kr rhi ho uski bhul gyi use yha lane vali tum hi thi tab tumhe uski fikar nhi hui" iqra mocked her
Hina look down while crying but then again she look up at her mother
"Bhabhi thik kehti hai ap mujhe koi pyar nhi krti and I'm like a fool again and again hurting my bhai and bhabhi for you" hina glared at her mother with full hatred
"Mind your words hina mai nhi ayi thi tumhare pas yeh kehne ki mujhe tumhe apne sath rakhna hai remember you are the one who beg me to take you with me" rukayia shout at her
"Aur voh meri sabse badi galti thi look meri galti ki saja meri bhabhi ko mil rhi hai" Hina pushed rukayia as she is still holding her arm
In rage rukayia gave a tight slap to hina she cried more and run from there she come out from the mall but now she didn't now what to do so she take out her phn from her Jeans pocket and dial a number in sometime someone reached there hina is standing in a corner outside of the mall when she felt someone pulling her she turn and hugged that person and cried hard firoz pull hina in his embrace more and caresse her hairs
"Firoz bhai" hina cried more when she felt his hands tighten around her
"Hey babydoll what happened" firoz sweetly ask her
He was going back to his home when he received her call so after talking to her he rushed to the mall
"Bhai bhabhi is in hospital" Hina hardly control her tears and tell him
"Rizwan kha hai" firoz ask her worriedly
"Bhai bhabhi ko leke gye hai I swear mujhe nhi pta tha iqra appi aur mumma yeh sab krege bhai bhot gussa the mujhse" she again start crying
"Calm down hina mai hu na Rizwan ko mai samjha duga now stop crying" he wipe her tears and cupped her cheeks
"Meri bat dhayan se suno I will drop you at suhana's house ibrahim will be there too okay aur tab tak mai tumhare bhai ko sab samjha duga" he make her understand and then drop her at Ibrahim's place and the very next moment he left for hospital and rest you all know

Hoor was already shifted to normal ward an hour ago Rizwan and firoz are alredy present in the hospital and rest of the family is at home Rizwan is with hoor in the ward while firoz is outside to give privacy to the couple
"Hoor sweetheart plss open your eyes" rizwan lean his face on her and look at the mark on her forhead he slowly bring his fingers close to the mark that turn purplish he slowly caresse it his eyes turn glossy again
"I'm sorry my love mai tumhe or hmare baby ko protect nhi kar paya but you know what our baby is perfectly fine tumhari vajah se you are so strong hoor and our baby too he or she is brave just like you meri jann I'm so thankful to God that he send you in my life and for this little blessing too" he tenderly caress her belly and tears make there way out of his eyes
He is crying putting his head on her belly with closed eyes when a little hand carres his cheeks he look upon and there she is with teary eyes looking at him no actually staring at him intensely
"Baby" she whispered with tears rolling down from her eyes while her hand is still on his cheek
He hold her hand on his cheek and smiled weekly
"Alhamdullilah tum dono thik ho" he mumbled and then kiss on her palm intertwines his fingers with her
"Allhamdullilah" she also smiled and then sobbed badly
"It's okay sweetheart it's okay" he lean over her face and touched her forhead with his and he also cried silently
Why not they both were worried for there baby but by Allah's grace there baby is totally fine and healthy still growing in his or her mother's womb
"Bas kro hoor baby pe bura affect hoga meri jann stress is not good for you" he caressed her cheeks lovingly
"Rizwan mai bhot dar gyi thi ap bhi nhi the mere sath or rukaiya anty iqra" before she complete her words she again start crying remberring the situation
"It's okay ab tum safe ho mai hu tumhare sath relax hoor don't cry" he tenderly wipe her tears and cupped her face
"Look at me hoor" he said looking at her face she look at him back they both stare deep in their eyes
He slowly lean more on her and peaked her lips and move back and again look at her eyes which were alredy looking at him
"You both are safe and thankyou for protecting our child I love you both so much" he genuinely says and his intensity is shown in his eyes his eyes describe how much he meant everyword
Hoor smiled back at him with same love which is shown in his eyes "we love you too we both love you very much"
Without wasting anymore he place his lips on her kissing her softly yet passionately they both are showing there love for eachother there care and protectiveness for there child through there kiss she slowly snaked her arms around his torso he also move his hand to her waist and wrapped it carefully his one hand is still on her cheek he caressed her cheek throughout the time he is kissing
They were so lost in eachother that they didn't notice the time and when they feel the need of oxygen they move back breathing heavily
"I LOVE YOU HOOR" he tell her taking deep breths grinning ear to ear
"I LOVE YOU TOO RIZWAN" she replied back and shyly turn her face in other direction she blushed furiously
He lean and rubbed his nose on her cheek and chuckled lightly she also smiled shyly
