Aria's P.O.V
It has been 4 days since the ambush planned by Lime. During these four days I not only got me four new things, but have also been accompanying Lime with the request he asked of me and the request was a bit troubling.
Currently I was standing on the sidelines as Lime kowtowed to the ground before Patrick.
"I sincerely apologize!" Lime said as he bowed on the ground.
"While I'm meeting you so Aria can save face. My answer will not change." Patrick told him as I just stood at the side.
Ever since that day, this would happen as Lime would bow before Patrick and ask for forgiveness only to be denied.
'If it was me, I probably would have just accepted that I wouldn't be able to do work with the guy.' I thought placing myself in Lime shoes a bit.
"Master, since he is so insistent, why not just offer to forgive him in exchange for his life?" Moris suggested.
"...Even if he was tricked into this by that shaman, what he did was unforgivable. If my wife and daughters hadn't recovered, I probably wouldn't have changed my mind..." He said giving a deep sigh.
"I give up. Out of respect for Aria, I'll accept your apology. However the condition is that you will..." Patrick was cut off.
"I understand, I'll quit being a an adventurer." Lime told him with determination and no hesitation.
'Quit? So he's willing to unemploy himself just to make up for his actions. Heh, he's a good one, but it would definitely be troublesome to the guild if there second best adventurer just left.' I thought rembering I pass his level.
"Hold on, I wasn't going to say that. Even you need to make a living." Patrick said sighing.
"I'll simply restrict what you can do, how about that?" Patrick asked him as Lime glanced over at me and I just shrugged and signaled that it was his choice.
"....Yes...I am truly sorry..." Lime said as Patrick nodded.

Me and Lime stood outside the Rembrant Company doors as it was just the two of us.
"Sorry for all the trouble, Aria." Lime said as I shrugged.
[It's alright, You didn't mean to really hurt anyone, but do please be careful. You never know when others might try to play or trick you again.] I told him making him nod as I felt like the guy really was a good one. He just was used and got in trouble for it.

So if you ever need help or some work just talk to a adventurer named Toa she'll contact you straight to me.] I told him as I really did feel like the guys could be a good friend to have. He reminded me alot of the Archery Boys who normally hung out with me with a bit of extra intentions, but not too much.
Reading my words, He gave me a small smile.
"Thanks..." He said as I nodded and patted him on the shoulder before walking off.
Once I was a fair distance away form him, I opened my menu up.

Seeing the things I earned I was eager to go to the Special Space so that I could train them to understanding.
-Time Skip-
"I'm back." I greeted as I walked in through the door.
"Welcome back Young Miss." Mio greeted me
"Young Miss, I recived word a short while ago that that the eldwars finished Lime's sword." Tomoe told me as I sighed while taking off my mask and throwing it into my inventory.
"I totally forgot about that. This sure is bad timing of any... The apologies is finally over." I said making Mio look at me curious.
"Oh my, has that man finally given up?" She asked me as I shook my head.
"No, Patrick finally broke and forgave the guy. It took a bit more time than I would have liked though." I said before turning to Tomoe.
"Tomoe, I'm going to train in the special space for a bit. Do you mind going to the guild and giving them the sword so that they can pass it on to him?" I asked her.
"Understood, Young Miss." Tomoe replied as I nodded and teleported away intending to get some hefty training and experimenting in.
Tomoe's P.O.V
I was walking towards the guild when suddenly I heard some commotion that made me pause.
"Lime, what happened to you?" Someone asked as they received their answer quietly.
"....Yeah, I heard about that from Rembrant." The guild employee said as Lime then told him something shocking.
"What?! What do you mean you're quiting the guild?!" Thd employee shouted.
'I see that guy...' I thought as I decided to wait it out then hand it to him right now.

Walking up from behind a tree I stared at Lime.
"So you actually quit being an adventurer. What will you do from now on?" I asked him as I noticed he had cut his hair.
"Well I still have some connections, so I should be able to manage." He said giving me a grin.
"Even if you have to set foot in the underword?" I questioned as I took a seat beside him.
Looking on out from the view I noticed the place I saw from his memories briefly.
'That building in his memories...' I thought.
"Is it that thing you wished to protect even if it meant begging for life?" I asked.
"...I thought I'd keep it a secret from everyone, but it seems I just can't hide it from you... Uneducated orphans like me don't really have many options for working besides becoming an adventurer. That's just how we are, we simply wanna be able to feed ourselves." He said with a small grin.
"But I know that some will eb content to spend the rest of their lives as low level adventurers... I guess I just lost it when I heard some people had died. If you actually think about it, plenty of adventurers die out in the wasteland. Maybe it would've been better if the Rembrant Company had given low level adventurers some letters of introduction to other places. It'd be better if the other orphans got an education and a proper job instead of being idiots like me." He said as I nodded.
"But supporting them and giving them an education would require alot of money, wouldn't it?" I replied
"Wouldn't it have been better for you to just take them under your wing as adventurers?"I asked him.
"Well... I was fortunate that this work suited me, but it's not like going up in ranks a little is something worth bragging about in this job. Even if I'm the number 1 adventurer..." He was cut off by me as I gave a grin.
"That girl around my age who's helping the orphanage is more admirable, right?" I said making him face palm.
"Oh man... Am I that easy to read?" He asked.
"Very easy. Just look at My Mistress." I responded.
"She's just an enigma, all my connections could figure out was that she came from the wasteland." He said as I shrugged.
'Well of course, there's nothing else to find to say otherwise.' I thought.
'Though in reality, The Young Miss is mostly simple to understand.' I thought with a soft smile rembering how many times she gave given me a shock of surprise from what she can do.
"I brought you something from the enigmatic Mistress Of mine." I said handing him the sheathed blade.
"Huh? But I said that I didn't need a replacement for that sword..... also is this really a sword?" He questioned as he got up on his feet and drew the Katana from it's sheath.
"It's narrow, but different from a rapier...Amazing..." He said as he stared at blade while it emanated its power.
'Ooh! Even though he's never seen it before, He understood it's value just from holding it. Hmm... I had planned to simply leave after giving him the Katana to go watch Young Miss, but...' I trailed.
"How does it feel to see the ultimate weapon that embodies both strength and beauty? The ultimate weapon... That variety of sword is called a Katana, though that one is still incomplete. Even so, It's a great weapon, is it not?" I said with a smile.
'Especially since it was made from Young Miss's Iron Scales. Hehehe~ I should probably ask her to teach me about that Magic of hers.' I thought.
"You're giving me this?" He asked.
"Indeed, the Young Miss really gave you a one of a kind creation. Though it's still inferior from my own." I told him with a smirk as I patted my Zanpakuto.
"I'll teach you how to tend to later and you can feel free to contact me anytime." I told him.
"It's not something I can accept. The sword that you broke just can't be compared to this." He told me making me sigh.
"If you won't use it, just keep it as a decoration, the Young Miss will get upset at me if I return with it." I told him not willing to be on the side of that.
"Hahaha! Even if it came down to a fight, You'd come out on top!" He said making me glance at him.
".. What nonsense are you speaking? Even if Mio and I worked together, She'd surely win. Even with the new abilities I have, I would probably be limited to just running for my life." I told him with a sweat dropping expression as I rembered that special Magic that was able to hurt me.
'With the diversity and special things in her physical and magical arsenal. We wouldn't even really stand a chance.' I thought.
"Forget the merchant company, What would we do if instead she began a mercenary company?!" He said as I shrugged and smiled.
"If the Young Miss wishes for it... Now about you... You want to protect the orphanage, right?" I asked him as I stood up from the ground.

"There's about 170 in there. Sorry that I can only give you this much for now. Listen up, from now on you will see things you couldn't even imagine. By associating with us, you will end up learning our secrets. If that money was enough to shock you, you're in for a hard time, so prepare yourself." I told him.

Then regardless of what may end up happening to you, I along with Mistress will make sure to protect everything you hold dear." I told him with pure confidence as I believed that Mistress herself currently was something that could be slightly and almost comparable to that one.
