Yibo knew that Zhan will surely come at this time. He had been looking for Zhan for a while until he glanced upstairs and after looking for a while , he saw the man.
Yibo wanted to laugh seeing Zhan's hand holding binocular while looking at the entrance. But he couldn't bring himself to laugh. He raised his brows when he saw the binocular pointed at him and Zhan obviously didn't expect yibo to find him at all as he put the binocular away.
And then he was immediately pulled back by someone. Yibo frowned as he shifted his gaze elsewhere. Looking around the hall he could see many familiar yet unfamiliar faces. He saw quite a number of triad's people. Some of them are either from US , some from Seoul , just like how he and Haoxuan came from China.
Yibo thought, looks like quite a number of government people are keeping their eyes on the whole auction too.
Not only LIA but he is afraid there are few more unknown organisations. But one thing puzzled him. Zhan seemed clearly hostile towards him as it he couldn't use a sniper and smash his head but he still hold back. What is he waiting for?
Zhan who mercilessly pointed his gun at the uninvited guest was stunned. He pulled back his gun as he stared at the person from head to toe. The face had at least three bandaid. Arms had bandages and who knows how many places were like this.
Zhan murmured, " No way. A is too cruel."
The person who stood before him is none other than 004 ( Yu bin) . A sent this guy once again? He didn't even recover!
"He is indeed cruel. But I'm thankful he didn't tell me to work for you."
Zhan had question marks on his head as he asked," what kind of order did you receive? Who's the target ?"
Yubin leaned on the wall and replied, " 003. Death order."
Zhan seemed as if he was not surprised . Actually he was not really surprised since he knew from the beginning what A does to the betrayers. Also , 003 had committed serious crime so it was inevitable. And who is more qualified to deal with 003 than 004? Though there is one rank difference, it might not be difficult to deal with 003.
Sighing, zhan mumbled, " its a pity that scumbag Haoxuan only ever regarded him as a mare guard."
"What do you mean?" Yubin asked.
"Agent 003 fancy Haoxuan. Easy."
Yubin :.....
"007, are you serious? 003 really fell for that scum?? Unbelievable. "
"Why? Are you touched? want to abort the mission?"
Yubin stared at Zhan strangely and then replied without hesitation, " who cares about the reason. He betrayed LIA and I have to kill him. Even if you are in his position I will not think twice."
Zhan swallowed back all the curses he wanted to say and replied with a laugh, "You are indeed a loyal dog."
Yubin ignored Zhan's ridicule as he pulled zhan closer saying, "I had been to the agency. Even though we didn't inform A about 001 , I suspect A knows about him. His connections are too wide."
Zhan nodded in agreement. He knows A better than others. No one can hide anything from his eyes. So do them. Even if they didn't report , others did. Even now , Zhan would not be surprised if he finds A's dog watching over his every action.
"Then? What's A planning?"
" I saw him and agent 002 talking in his office when I went to report. What do you think? Will he send agent 002?"
"I don't know man. I haven't even seen what 002 looks like let alone judge his capability. Its just since he is number two , dealing with 001 alone will be difficult for him." Zhan replied as he too leaned on one of the pillars.
"If 002 really takes over that mission, we might be able to see him today. Who knows if 001 will show up here or not." Yubin whispered.
"Are you going to shot him dead right now? Or you just came here for fun? I believe there are many hidden eyes around us. It's not a children's play. If you get caught like last time , I'm not sure if you can leave with intact bones."
"Same to you , 007. But you are right, I shouldn't stay here with you or my luck would be eaten by you." Yubin said and ran away taking another position.
While zhan and Yubin were talking, zhan didn't disconnect the earpiece so the other two could hear their conversation clearly. Zhan changed his position since he was discovered and moved to the top floor leisurely. While walking he asked, "what do you think?"
Bowen replied, " A's team..is filled with cruel people. I guarantee."
" Rules are rules. Whoever betrays will be killed silently, this rule was set since the beginning." Zhan explained.
Bowen was silent for a moment and then said, "Thank god I'm not under the main base. Otherwise, i would've been sandwiched between these internal mess."
This time Jiyang's voice sounded, "Zhan, 003's ending has been decided. No matter what, they will kill 003 at any cost. You must not end up like him, i don't want to kill someone closest with my own my hands."
Zhan remained silent. He didn't reply this time because he was also thinking. He never planned to stand opposite of LIA and get hunted by them. But what if one day A decides to kill him? Its not impossible. If Zhan makes a mistake, will A reconsider it ?
003 is destined to die? Zhan laughed but a second later he stopped again. He also have a feeling that his fate has been decided a long time ago. He walked a path of no return.
Zhan also thought, it was really horrible to kill someone close with your own hands. Just like he was ordered to kill Yibo, the uncertainty, hesitation he always felt. After listening to Jiyang , he can now faintly tell why its all happening.

Zhan laughed while shaking his head. Isn't it too late for him to turn back?
Zhan regrets, he regrets taking this route. He vaguely feels that, its either him or Yibo who will survive this game. It's as if the world is desperate to separate them.
Zhan's eyes were clear as he stood on the third floor, the highest position and looked down at everyone and every little thing.
Finally the crystal will be appearing. He also wanted to know what this crystal is about , that could even make A anxious and not a few group of people greedy. He also wanted see , see the so called truth, future.
Zhan waited for a while and the auctioneer appeared and started to present the goods one after another. At this time a strange man appeared with mask covering his whole face. He was tall and handsome. Wearing black suit and black shirt he looks noble. His body shape looks attractive as if he had trained himself for years.
Behind him five more men came in one after another. Their faces were all hidden behind a mask.
Zhan narrowed his eyes as he looked at the new guests. Zhan felt enlightened and then tactically took out a facemask and wore it too. Why didn't he think of it earlier?
The supposed to be Crystal is marked as the main attraction so its naturally placed last.
The auction house is round in shape , just like a stadium. If you stand on this end , you will be able to see the opposite side too. Zhan stood a bit away from the open space so the people from downstairs will not see him. Then he looked around with interest. This is the first time he had come to an auction.
All of a sudden he saw someone running sneakily on the large second floor. His speed was fast and if you don't look attentively it will be hard to notice. Zhan raised an eyebrow and followed the running figure. He waited and soon after he saw the running figure entering the third floor where he stood.
"Hi..."zhan waved with a laugh while hiding away his gun.
The man was wrapped up from head to toe and couldn't be recognised. The man ignored zhan and went to another corner and sat down.
Zhan didn't bother with the person as he stood up to observe again.
After a while the auctioneer announced, "Dear guests. Now it's time to present the main good of the day. As you all know it's a crystal which has the colour blue. But you would ask, why this crystal is the main item. When you see this crystal you will be able to tell just by a glance how beautiful a little crystal can be. When you look into this crystal, you will see the beauty of the deep ocean and the freshness of the morning dew. Now please, look carefully."
A person dressed in employee clothes pushed the table which had a square box , covered with red cloth with golden lining.
Zhan , as well as the other people sucked a deep breath. He focused his eyes on the item while taking out the binocular he put away earlier.
He whispered, "watch carefully guys. That's the good we are stealing."
The other side said immediately, " You are making it sound like we are professional thief."
The employee slowly took away the cover , revealing a beautiful and clear little crystal with deep blue shade. It was pitifully small and was round in shape. If you look closely, you can see some lining on it , it was of a flower , lotus.
Zhan felt his heart beating fast. He confusedly placed his hand on his heart without looking away from the crystal. He felt as if the crystal was emitting a pure white light and it was fragrant.
But in a moment they covered up the crystal once again.
Zhan incredulously looked at the box. His eyes widened.
What just happened?
When Zhan looked at the crystal, he felt really calm. It's as if he had never been an agent but a mare kid who had no tension. Just calmness. But along with the calmness, there was a sense of sadness. He felt as if someone was singing to him to make him sleep and the sweet fragrance made his head heavy. He felt as if the crystal was calling for him.
How can it be possible!? What is that thing ?!
He whispered, "Did you guys feel it?"
Jiyang said, "what?"
"The heartbeat! The sweet smell!"
Bowen said, "what the hell are you saying? How can a stone make- oh wait, is it because you like that crystal too much?"
"No you don't understand. I felt like it was calling for me."
Bowen replied, "even if I believe you, but tell me why didn't I feel it ?"
Zhan shut up . He was really sure it wasn't just an illusion! The moment he stared at the stone he felt like his soul was being sucked up.
"It doesn't matter. Look carefully."
Zhan said.
The bidding has already started. The bidders are rich beyond imagination and the price reached 90 million.
Then 1 billion.
Someone shouted, 5 billion.
The auction hall fell into eerie silence. Who bid that? Zhan stared at Haoxuan with a rarely surprised gaze.

But then he heard an unfamiliar voice. It's the masked man.
"10 billion"
There were many speechless person in the auction sitting with a dumbfounded expression. They suddenly felt like....they unintentionally entered the world of big men.
Haoxuan's face was unsightly when another familiar voice spoke up , this time it was Song Ziqi. "20 billion"
Everyone's voice died down. Those who bid till now had their faces hard to look at. And just like that, the price locked on 20 billion.
On the other hand, zhan was confused. Why is it Song Ziqi and not Yibo? He moved his binocular and looked at Wang's direction. What he saw made his eyes widen with bad premonition.
Yibo's seat is empty!
He immediately whispered," disconnect communicators. Don't worry about me. Damn it." He said and pulled away the earpiece and smashed it with his boots.
Just then he heard a low chuckle.
Zhan gulped and his fist tightened.
But before he could act, his vision turned black and he fell into a strong embrace.
