"better?" Diana smiled as Kotone slowly walked around the dorm.
"A lot. By that i mean a big fat lot." The girl cheered.
"Well thank heavens, I've got back problems from carrying your fame on my back. Please take it back queen." Whannie groaned, who was the unofficial center for the very few public performances they had. Kotone laughed, flipping her hair sassily.
"So....when does the Dance-2win thing start?" Diana asked.
"Somewhere around next month or something, no idea. I've got the briefs." Sooyoung shrugged.
"Can't believe they added me too.....you know what's more surprising or rather unsettling to me?" Others listened carefully as Whannie spoke.
"Mnet will be showcasing the partner choosing like a lottery draw all while they'll be choosing partners way before the show starts to build chemistry. It's just unfair for the viewers." She frowned.
"Yeah, some even got called in together, like me and Yeonjun." Sooyoung nodded.
"Already on first name basis?" Kotone wiggled her eyebrows.
"Yeah well, he was calling me noona....we are way past that and I don't know how.....why did he call me noona? Aren't we the same age?" Ash asked to no one in particular.
"I don't know, maybe he has a noona k-"
"Have any of you seen Jenna?" Deep huffed, carrying a huge bag of laundry, cutting Whannie off.
"Roof." Ara pointed, going back to chopping veggies.
"At this time?" Diana frowned.
"Phone call. Mark Lee." Ara said, voice more irritated at the name. "Those boys been bothering her a lot lately, everytime they are on call, she looks tense.... like man, she set her boundaries, respect it, accept your fault, move on!" Ara said, chopping aggressively. All of them stared at her with fear in their eyes, "sorry." She said.
"No i agree though." Whannie who was sitting on the island counter added, "They made a mistake, if she doesn't want to go back, they gotta Stop bothering her." She frowned.
"Don't get so protective on her you both." Diana laughed. "She knows what she is doing, she is a sensible adult. She'll tell him off if she needs to."
"Who'll tell who off?" A voice asked.
"Noone." Diana laughed nervously as Jenna looked at them curiously. She cleared her throat and looked around at her members, "would you all mind if I visit the Dreamies at SM today?" She asked nervously.
"I'll go with you-"
"Ofcourse not, go ahead-"
Both Diana and Whannie looked at each other before Whannie went back to her phone with a pout as Diana nodded at the younger.
"Yes you can, whan." Jenna laughed.
"For what though? If you don't mind me asking." Ara asked.
"Ah....just to catch-up. The rest of the Mickey mouse club girls will be coming too..... it's just....i can't miss out on meeting the girls." Jenna smiled.
"Ah ....i remember watching that while it was still active. You and Jisung were so annoying, I wonder how lami survived around you both." Kotone giggled causing Jenna to snort slightly. "Lami was worse backstage."
"Oh, there'll be girls too...okay, i'd just stay home." Whannie gave her a thumbs up. Jenna gave her a look, "Did Kevin possess you or something??"

Diana walked into the set, it was first day of shoot and she felt her nerves get to her.
"Nervous?" Hyungshik nudged her shoulders, as they say with their scripts, going over it before the cameras are on.
"Somewhat. I've acted infront of live audience this....this is different. What if people don't like it?" She wondered, fidgeting with her lucky charm bracelet that she inherited from her mother.
"If you look for the hard scene in the whole script first, wouldn't the whole script be harder to perform?" Hyungshik asked, taking a seat beside her.
"Look Diana, as your senior, I can advice to not look at the darker sides. There'll be criticism, from proper people who know what they are doing and are educated in this field whereas there'll also be criticism from people who no nothing. Absolute shit from people cannot be considered as opinion. There'll always be good and bad, what matters is how you use it. Use it to grow, to do better. Don't let people bring you down. Take the stones thrown at you and make some stairs." He adviced, smiling before ruffling her hair. Diana chuckled, nodding.
"Thanks, Sunbaenim." She smiled.
"No problem. Now get your ass up to the hair stylist, i think she is mad at me." He smiled sheepishly, dodging the glares thrown towards him by the hair dresser.
"Hyungshik, Diana, on set please!"
"Scene 3, on board! Lights! Camera! And.......ACTION!"

"This beat is groovy." The main producer of Maris nodded in approval. Ara's face gleamed as she smiled widely.
"I'd take a look at the lyrics. We've got new trainees for demos. Good job Miss Yun." They shook hands as he left soon after. Ara cracked her neck, resting back in the chair, feeling a weight leave her body.
Suddenly her phone binged, suggesting of a message.

Few more texts like that came in until it stopped. Ara raised a brow, slightly questioning the boy's sanity.

Great. You probably scared him off. Ara thought, mentally smacking herself for speaking her mind out.
She nearly dropped her phone when her eyes fell on the screen again.

Ara threw her phone away, staring at the wall blankly.
You technically just asked him out. She thought, breathing heavily.
"No, nothing like that. Just two friends. Getting coffee together. Stop. Overthinking." She smacked herself. Glancing at her phone she saw a new notification.

"No swearing!" Diana warned shaking her head as she wrote down lyrics for songs she had in mind, curled up on the couch after long day of shoot.
"No, Kang Sua, get back here right now!" Whannie called out as the older ran out of the room with a laugh, Whannie's phone in her hand. But before she could show what she was laughing at to Diana the door bell rang.
"Jen's here." She cheered, ready to share the new information she acquired with her. Deep skipped up to the door, unsuspecting, and opened the door. The surveillance camera being veiled was not noticed and something was seriously wrong. Whannie pushed her aside, not wanting Deep to see Jenna first but she froze, not knowing what to do.
Everything went silent. Diana looked up in confusion.
"Whan? Deep? Everything alright?" She called out, eyebrows scrunched up into a concerned frown. The silence was eerie.
"Eonnie—!" The call of desperation from Whannie scared Diana. The oldest stood up fast before running towards the door which was being held open by Deep who too looked panick stricken, as if all senses of hers were crazed and forming proper thoughts, impossible. Diana slowly stepped behind her, breath hitching.
Whannie had arms around her and a knife nearly touching her throat. While two other masked people pointed guns at Deep and Diana herself.
Ara and Sooyoung were out, Jenna still not back, Kotone was out for a doctor's check up with her manager leaving the three helplessly alone.
"Hello girls, let's not make much noise huh?" Said the male, holding Whannie tighter.
"Yes! We are your biggest fans." Said another masked figure, the high pitched female voice piercing through their ears.
"We are here just for some extra fan service." Said the second male.
Diana's blood ran cold. How were they supposed to get out of this.
