The dull aching pain spreads from the stomach out until the pain is grabbing your sides. The kind of pain that aches for no reason and nothing can stop it.
The kind of tired where sleep won't help. Where you're exhausted from struggling to stay alive. There's sometimes one thing that can pull you out. One person. But they can pull you out but when they aren't there the little monsters come pull you back down.
The pain can be unbearable. It aches and aches until there is nothing left inside of you to feel with anymore. The only thing you feel is pain and that barely exists anymore. You barely exist. There's not a point. The point of no return. When you're just lost in this web of nothingness forever.
