A week later
Rose's POV:
Leonardo and Fernando were at work and Clinton was no longer in the house.
I had begged Leonardo and Fernando to let him go for maybe an hour until they gave in and literally dragged him out of them house.
"Are you happy"
Leonardo said after literally throwing out the house.
"You should have been more gentle"
I said
Fast forward:
I was helping one of the maid, Flora, clean up a room.
"How did you do it"
She asked all of a sudden looking at my direction.
"Do what?"
I asked in a confused tone and leaned on the mop that I was using.
"How did you get the most dangerous men to fall in love with you"
she said and I didn't expect that statement.
Clinton had also asked the same thing when he was beating me and now Flora.
"What do you mean by dangerous men?"
I asked and she looked at me,shocked.
"You don't know?"
She asked and I raised an eyebrow.
"Forget about what I said"
She carried on sweeping like nothing happened and when I tried to ask about what she was talking about and what I did not know about Leonardo and Fernando, she would change the subject.
They were all hiding something from me including Leonardo and Fernando. There's no use asking the maids and guards, I will have to ask Leonardo and Fernando myself.

Leonardo and Fernando came home and I was waiting for them in the room, sitting quietly on the bed with the lights off and the curtains closed so I was basically sitting in the dark.
Leonardo slowly opened the door and peeked his head inside to find me sitting elegantly on the bed.
They both entered the room without switching on the lights.
"Princesa, is everything ok?"
Fernando asked and they both sat next to me.
I wasn't in the mood for chit chat, I went straight to the point.
"What are you guys hiding from me?"
I asked in a serious tone.
They went silent, I couldn't even hear their breaths anymore.
"Enough with the silence, start talking"
I demanded to know the truth.
Leonardo inhaled and exhaled deeply while Fernando looked away.
"So are you guys planning to tell me or am I supposed to find out from someone else?"
I asked impatiently.
"She is bound to find out, one way or another"
Fernando said to Leonardo and he nodded.
"Our company, is not a normal company that you think it is"
Leonardo said and I looked at him wondering what he meant.
Was there something wrong with their company?
Were they doing sketchy stuff?
Were they selling illegal drugs?
"We are Mafia Leaders"
Fernando said and I was flabbergasted.
What he just said was beyond my Imagination. I thought mafias weren't real and that they were just fiction stories but turns out my boyfriend own one.
"We torture and kill people without showing any sympathy, no matter who you are"
Leonardo added and I was just too shocked to speak.
I have been living with murders.
Sleeping with murders.
Eating with murders.
Talking with murders.
"We buy and steal illegal drugs and sell them to rich people and for all people around the world"
Fernando added.
"We own more then 10 mafias, around the world"
Leonardo said and I don't think they could shock me even more.
So I was in love with people who could kill me in a blink of an eye.
"S...So you guys are criminals?"
"You may put it that way, yes"
Fernando said.
We sat in silence as they both didn't seem to have the guts to look at me.
"I...If you want, you can leave, we can book a plane ticket for you to go back to South Africa"
Leonardo said sounding regretful and they still did not face me.
"Why would I leave you guys?"
I asked and they both looked at me in shock.
"Unfortunately I love you two idiots to much to leave you"
I added with confidence and they smiled.
"We love you too, Princesa"
They both leaned their heads on my shoulders, I think they were relieved.
Did they really think I would leave them after all we have been through together.
Well I guess I'm now involved in all of this since I agreed to stay.
"We will take you there next week"
Fernando said
"Next week, why not tomorrow?"
"Because tomorrow we are going somewhere"
Leonardo said and I looked confused.
"Where are we going"
I asked curiously.
"We are going to our uncle, he wants to meet you."
Fernando said.
Their uncle? Did they mean Sindy and Mike's father.
I would love to meet him but hope he's not like his brother, Clinton.

The next day
I am in the car with Leonardo and Fernando for 15 minutes before we reached our destination.
We entered a huge gate that lead to a mansion. Was this whole family rich or what?
There were guards standing infront the entrance door.
"greetings sirs"
They said while opening the door and Leonardo and Fernando didn't even greet back, how rude.
"You did not greet back"
I whispered and they both looked at me.
"AUNTY!!"
I heard and saw Mike and Sindy running towards me.
"Hi!"
I said said as they hugged me tightly.
"So this is the so called Rose you guys were talking about"
I heard someone else say and saw a person coming out from one of the rooms that were downstairs.
"Yes, this is aunt Rose"
Sindy introduced me and they both pulled back and moved a bit back next to Leonardo and Fernando.
The man had light blue eyes and dusty brown short hair, he looked nothing like Sindy and Mike.
I guess the mother is the one who has green eyes and is ginger headed.
"Hi uncle"
Fernando greeted as the men walked towards us.
"How are the mafia Lords"
The guy said and shook their hands .
"We're fine"
Leonardo answered.
The guy stared at me after greeting Leonardo and Fernando.
"So you are the famous Rose I have been hearing about"
He said and stretched his hand out for me to shake.
"I am Leonardo and Fernando uncle, Zain"
He said in a kind voice yet looked serious.
"Nice to meet you"
I said and let go of his hand.
He started walking away and we followed behind. We entered a room that seemed to be the sitting room and sat down on one of the couch.
"So who does she belong?"
He asked talking Leonardo and Fernando.
"Us"
Leonardo answered.
"Both of you?"
"Yes, both of us"
Fernando gave an immediate answer to his question.
Zain stared at me for a whole minutes and I felt awkward.
it's like they didn't want to be here.
"You don't look like you're from here"
Zain said breaking the awkward silence.
"And why does that matter?"
Leonardo asked looking irritated, not even giving me the chance to answer.
I held Leonardo's hand tightly to make him stop talking.
"Yeah, I am from South Africa"
I said ignoring Leonardo's comment.
"Oh, I hope you did not bewitch these two, I heard that's what happens in your country"
Zain said and started laughing. I laughed with him because I knew that it was a joke but Leonardo and Fernando seemed to have been offended and just death glared at him.
"Yeah and I heard that people can summon Slander man here"
I said and we both laughed out loud.
"You see, she gets my jokes"
He said looking at Leonardo and Fernando and Fernando rolled his eyes at him.
"Don't worry I won their hearts fair and square"
I reassured with a smile on my face and he chuckled.
Zain was nothing like his brother, Clinton. He was kind and better looking then Clinton.
"So you already had sex with her right, is she good in bed?"
Zain asked Leonardo and Fernando with one of his eyebrows raised and a grin. My eyes widened in shock. Why, out of all questions did he have to ask that?
It was so quiet and I couldn't answer that question, it was too embarrassing and unnecessary.
"No we haven't had it with her yet"
Fernando finally said.
"But I bet she is good in bed"
Leonardo said with a grin while looking at me and I covered my face to not show that I was embarrassed.
"AUNTY"
I heard Mike shout out and I saw him and his sister running downstairs. Thank goodness they ended this conversation I had entered myself into.
"Do you still have the photos we took"
Sindy asked and I nodded.
"Can you please send them to me"
I took my phone out of my pocket and handed it to her.
"Choose the ones you like"
I said and she took the phone then ran off ,with her brother back upstairs.
"You trust them with your phone?"
Zain asked looking confused.
"Well yes, I have nothing to hide on my phone and if they delete anything I can just get it back from the cloud, so there's no big deal"
I said confidently.
"If you say so"
Zain said. It doesn't seem like he trusts Mike and Sindy, HIS OWN KIDS.
A few minutes later Zain started a new conversation.
"So does she know about the mafia"
He asked.
"We told her about it yesterday"
Fernando answered and Zain looked at me.
"Are you the type of girl who likes dangerous, cruel, abusive men."
He asked.
"We are not cruel nor abusive"
Leonardo said and Zain gave them a questioning look.
I thought about a way to answer his question without starting conflict.
"No, I don't"
I finally answered.
"So why are you still with them"
"I..I"
I stuttered before I was able to answer the question and they were all looking at me which actually made me more nervous.
"The heart wants what it wants and unfortunately mine wants them"
I finally said and Zain looked shocked.
"So you listen to your hurt and not your brain?"
He answered and I could face him, I just silently stared at my hands.
He doesn't understand that I can't bare the fact of losing Leonardo and Fernando. Who knows, I might even become mentally unstable without them.
"You do know that they kill without showing sympathy which means that they can kill you immediately with they have had enough of you?"
He said and I knew that fact.
I inhaled and exhaled loudly.
"Yes I know"
"So are you also part of the business"
I asked, trying to change the subject.
"I used to be but when I found the person who that I loved, I gave it to Clinton, Clinton got lazy and gave to Leonardo and Fernando who were able to steal someone else mafia, make them two of the most dangerous mafia bosses"
Zain said and I looked at them.
They were not even listening to the conversation I was having with they're uncle, they were busy on their phones as usual.
"We have to leave"
Leonardo said after a few minutes of me and Zain talking and they both stood up, I stood up after them and so did Zain.
"Why so soo"
Zain asked and he got no answer.
"Let's go Rose"
Leonardo said and they both started walking towards the door.
"Good bye sir"
I said to Zain and he smiled.
"Make sure they come and visit again"
He said with a smile.
"ROSE!!!"
I heard Fernando shout and I I turned around to see them both standing infront of the door, waiting for me. I looked back at Zain.
"That will be hard to do, but we will come back to visit again"
I said to him then I shouted at Leonardo and Fernando saying that I was coming then ran towards them.
They were angry for some reason, like forced them to visit thier uncle.
We entered the car and Leonardo drove off.
I stared out of the window thinking about what Zain said.
Leonardo and Fernando could actually kill me anytime. What if they are actually planning to kill me right now?
What if they are just acting like they are in love with me?
All of these thoughts were running through my head.
"Rose" I heard Fernando call me and turned to look at him.
"You know that we wouldn't hurt you, right?"
He asked, whispering basically muttering and I totally didn't know how to answer, so I kept quiet, placed my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes.
"Even if you guys do end up killing me one day, I will still love you"
I said in a soft tone while resting my head on his shoulder.
Leonardo's POV:
I was listening to Rose and Fernando's conversation.
"Rose... You know that we wouldn't hurt you, right?"
"Even if you guys end up killing me one day, I will still love you"
She answered Fernando's question.
She thinks that we might kill her on the spot, maybe in a dark room.
She maybe sees us smiling down her bleeding body in her imagination or maybe hears us laughing as her vision slowly fades away. She might view us as monsters at this current moment.
We shouldn't have took her to Zain, he told her terrible things about us it was stopped of us coming here and I swear if I see that stupid idiot again, I will kill him.
