Morning time. Bea is currently dressing and getting ready for work
"Bei, may problema ba tayo?" Jho's speaking behind Bea, nakaharap kasi sa full mirror si Bea
Bea's ignoring Jho. Pero nang nainip si Jho bigla siyang pumunta sa harap ni Bea at nagsalita
"Bakit ba hindi mo ako kinakausap? I want us to talk" Jho
"You're annoying, kanina ka pa" Bea
"Kung ganun, bakit mo pa ako pinapasok ng bahay mo last night?" Jho
"Jhoana, please stop talking to me so annoyingly. Don't be childish" Bea
"What do you want ba from me? Eto ba?" Jho at hinila niya face ni Bea at hinalikan ito
Agad na inistop ni Bea yung kiss nila Jho
"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" Bea
"Ikaw! Hindi ko alam kung bakit ka ganyan, gusto lang kitang kausapin!" Jho
"Ako pa yung may mali dito? Who among us went to a bar and fucked someone, then comes to my house only to have another fucking session? Ako ba?! Hindi, kasi ikaw!" Bea
"Kung totoo man yang pinagsasabi mo, ano ngayon sa'yo?! Nanay ba kita? Tatay ba kita? Asawa ba kita? Hindi! We're just playing games Bea" Jho
"Then leave!" Bea at itinuro yung door kung saan lalabas si Jho
"Gusto mo ak-" Jho was cut off
"Yes! I don't want you in my house, you fucking player and whore!" Bea
Napatango nalang si Jho at hindi na napigilang maluha ng konti
"Tutal ayaw mo akong dinggin. Fine, I'll leave" Jho
JHOANA
Mahimbing yung tulog ko pero nagising nang marinig kong humihikbi si Bea. Maybe she's having a bad dream
"S...sorry, I didn't m...mean that" Bea sobs
Kaya agad kong inabot at binuksan ang lamp
"Ugh" I groaned, mejo masakit ulo ko eh. Napansin ko rin na may damit na pala ako, it's an oversized shirt
Then tinignan ko na si Bea. Lumuluha siyang nakapikit yung mata. Pati siya may damit na rin as well as bottoms, ako top lang nakasuot sa'kin
"W...why am I a...always left b...behind?" Bea
Pinunasan ko yung mga luha niya gamit ang kamay ko
Because of what she said, I realized some things
"Please don't be like this Bei, if I could just stay with you forever I would. But as long as I'm still here, I won't let you feel alone" I said in whispers
Humiga ako sa tabi niya at linagay yung arms niya sa waist ko tapos niyakap ko na siya ng mahigpit
I feel safe in Bea's arms, this is what I needed.
"I hope it's you, not him"
BEATRIZ
The morning sun isn't still rising, super aga pa kasi nang magising ako
Jho's sleeping on top of me, parang siya na yung naging blanket ko kasi nakayakap siya sa'kin. Kaya I took the opportunity na to feel her, kaya ayun yumakap ako sa kanya pabalik hehe
"That was a bad dream yet a good one. Maybe you have your explanations to what I think"
"Good morning baby, I love you" I added and kissed her on her temple
Because of my admiration and affection for Jho, napayakap pa ako ng mas mahigpit
"Hmmmm" Jho groans
Hala nagising na yata
"Bei?" Jho at gising na nga siya. Nagsalita siya habang nasa neck ko yung head niya
"Yes?"
"Nandito lang ako" Jho
"I know baby, I know"
"Mag-usap tayo ha?" Jho
"Yes, we need to"
Nakaupo na kami ngayon habang nakasandal sa headboard nang magkayakap. Hindi pa kami bumabangon from bed
"Happy birthday, sorry for greeting you late" Jho
"Thank you"
Jho sighed
"Honestly, nakalimutan ko na birthday mo nung 2. Because of my busy work akala ko August 4" Jho
"That's why you didn't came?"
Jho nodded "sorry"
"I sent you messages, bakit hindi ka nag reply?"
JHOANA
"I sent you messages, bakit hindi ka nag reply?" Bea
"Pagkauwi ko ng condo nag shower lang ako tapos deretso tulog, sobra akong napagod sa trabaho"
A lie
"You should've told me para I can check on you" Bea
"Ok lang. And about, Paolo. Last day niya dito sa Philippines yesterday, kaya sumama ako sa last family trip nila sa beach"
"Hindi ka manlang nag update" malungkot na sabi ni Bea
"Because I want us to talk like this, yung personal"
"Ok. Yun lang ba ang sasabihin mo?" Bea
"No. I came to you drunk pala last night, kasi galing ako from Mich's place. We drink together with Sati and Carly"
"Yun lang?" Bea
I nodded "yeah"
Parang may hinahanap si Bea na sasabihin ko na hindi ko matukoy-tukoy
"You sure?" Bea
"Ikaw, are you gonna ask something?"
Bea took a very big deep breath
Binaba niya ng konti yung shirt ko to reveal my skin on my collar bones
"That's not mine" Bea
I chuckled
"Wala 'to"
"Did you had any?" Bea
Flashback
"Owww this one is the sucker thingy to get rid of your whiteheads and even blackheads right?"
"Yup, eto try natin sa'yo haha" Mich
Mich tried it on my nose
"Linis mo naman, walang nakuha ah" Mich
"Me na nga" sabi ko at kinuha sa kanya yung sucker
At this point alam kong medyo lasing na kami
Then I tried it on my face yung sucker thing
"Hoay HAHAHA, wag mong tagalan gaga" Mich at agad niyang kinuha yung sucker
"Whyyy?"
"HAHAHA ayan may hickey kana sa muka" Sati
"Akin nga, eto try natin dito" Carly chuckles and tries placing the sucker on my collar bone
"Ayan, that's more realistic" Carly laughs
Present
"Ngayon mo sabihing hickey din 'tong nasa muka ko" I chuckled
Bea's pouting
"Oh ano na naman yan, kiss?"
"No it's not kiss sana, pero ok sure, kiss me" Bea
I gave her a peck sa lips hehe
"Oh ba't naka pout ka pa rin?"
"I love you" Bea said warmly as she looked at me straight in the eyes
Then I suddenly felt those butterflies in my stomach and the overwhelming joy in my heart, as if saying just one "I love you" from Bea would solve all my problems. And I now have no doubts about how I feel about Beatriz; I genuinely love her
Without further ado, I kissed her passionately, which lasted several minutes
After our kiss I say
"Ako na maghahatid sa'yo sa work, tapos sunduin kita"
"Ha? Why?" Bea
"August 4 ngayon diba? Babawi ako, na sure akong magugustuhan mo hehe"
"Ohhh I like that bawi, can you show it now instead?" Bea
"Magtrabaho ka muna Beatriz hay nako"
"Ok ok, pero pwedeng ikaw nalang din trabahuin ko?" Bea
"Tigilan mo'ko, ikaw naka isa kana kagabi tapos gusto mo na naman"
"Just kidding, rest ka muna. Wait, so hindi ka papasok sa work?" Bea
"I'm on leave hehe"
"Ok! I'll take a leave na rin" Bea
Sa totoo niyan, kaya ako sobrang busy nun kasi tinapos ko lahat ng mga trabaho ko. Because I asked for a one week leave, para sa August 4 (na ang akala ko ay birthday ni Bea) ay dun kami lalabas. I prepared a surprise for her kase
BEATRIZ
"Ready?"
"Yup, super ready and excited" Jho
We're going to La Union, which is where we are going to celebrate my birthday with my one and only Jhoana. This is her surprise 🥰 I love her so muchhhh
"I think I need a kiss before starting to drive"
"Demanding nemennn" Jho
"Di nam-" hindi pa ako tapos sa sinasabi ko nang ikiss niya ako sa cheeks
"Ehhh ba't cheeks, gusto ko lips"
Then she immediately kissed me smack on the lips
"Daming sinasabi, gusto ko na mag dagat eh" Jho
I chuckled "ok aabante na po master"
At Vitalis Villas, La Union. Nakarating kami ng lunch time, sakto dito na kami mag lulunch
Nasa loob na kami ng pina reserve ni Jho na room namin. It's a room with one king size bed, hay gusto niya talaga akong katabi. Magpapalit palang kami ng damit kasi hindi raw pang beach mga suot namin ngayon
"Eto suotin mo, mas bagay" Jho at siya na ang nagpili ng susuotin ko
It is a cream white long sleeve polo shirt and white shorts
"How 'bout you baby? Ano susuotin mo?"
"This" Jho at pinakita sa'kin yung sleeveless dress na may hippie pattern
"Ok, you will undoubtedly look stunning in that dress"
"Of course, ako pa ba" Jho
"Ang ganda mo" sabi ko at hinawakan ang dalawang kamay niya at hinila siya then linagay ang arms niya around my waist. Tapos hinawakan ko yung muka niya using both of my hands
"Cute mo rin" Jho
I can't help it. I leaned into her and closed my eyes as she did. Until I felt our lips touch, then we kissed with love and passion
After we kissed, I placed my hands around her waist and pressed our foreheads together
"Can we spend this journey like being more than..........friends?"
"Say the right word Bei" Jho
"What's the r-right word?"
"We will spend this short journey as lovers" Jho
"P-parang we're like real talaga" Jho added
It's really nice to hear that we're lovers, but the sting in my heart is still there. Because when the trip is over, we'll be back to normal
