Kartik's story
As soon as he saw the message he called vansh..
K: Vansh are you out of your mind...i am not going to talk to her ever in my life. I have given her enough chances but she has spoiled all of them..plus you know her crocodile tears as well as her fake threats...She is a girl thats why I tolerate her and talk with respect..but after what she did(very angry tone)...make her understand she and me can never bhi together....okaayyy
And he cuts the call..after which he goes outside and calls naira when he finds her room empty
After naira and kartik's conversation on message
Kartik goes in kitchen to have his breakfast but searches for the jug of water. On not finding it in kitchen he searches in the rooms and finds it in his room
K: As far as I remember i didn't took it with me at night ..then how is it in my room...who kept it here( thinking)....that means Naira came in my room...shitt...did she see the message? Oh no...wait but she doesn't know what vedika did...kahan reh gyi ye ldki?
The doorbell rings
Naira on the other side fully drenched... trembling a bit..
Kartik opens the door and finds like this...
K: Hey bhagwan...kya haal bana rakha hai apna?...kya zarurat thi aise mausam mein beach pe jaane ki...ab bemaar hogyi to?
N: Abar agr tumne apni tarr tarr band nahi ki aur mujhe towel nahi laake dia na to pakka beemar ho jaungi aur uske zimmedar tum hoge
K: Par main kyuuu...ohho(face palming) tum bhi na
And he goes to get the towel..
K: Naira tum jaake kapde badal lo main coffee banake lata hu nai to fir mujhpe ilzaam laga dogi
Naira nods and goes inside
K: Ye bina ulta jawab diye chli gayi?...ye sapna to ni hai?...he was joking but still he found her a bit different...
Naira was sitting on her bed folding her legs close to her heart when kartik came and gave her coffee....she took it without saying anything
K: Naira kya hua hai?
N: Kuch nai hua
K: Nairaaaa.....tum itni chup kyu ho...aur tum akele kyu chli gyi...mujhe utha deti na...hm saath chlte
N: Kartik tum na decide krlo...chahte kya ho...jab main bolti hu to kehte ho sir kyu kha rahi hu...ab chup hu to bhi problem...aur m akele kahi jaa nahi skti kyaa( rudely)
K: Hadd hai ek to fikr karo...upr se baatein suno...jaha jana hai...jab jana hai jao...nahi poochunga aaj ke baad( said in angry tone) (us gadhika ka saara gussa bechari naira pe utar dia)
Saying this he left the room ...and tears escaped from her eyes...she slept while crying
After 2 hours Kartik got up from his bed after a small nap and remembered what he said to her...
K: Oh god ye kya kr dia maine...lekin vo bhi to bewajah rude hoti rehti hai...he goes to her room and sees her sleeping...he goes near her...he sees dried tear marks...(thinking) was she crying???....beacuse of me??kaisa idiot hu main
After sometime Kartik orders her favourite dosa and goes to wake her up but she is not in the mood
N: Sone do na...mujhe bhook nahi hai aur meko ni krni tumse baat...bhut bure ho tum...jao apni ghadhika ke paas hi jao
K: chuckled hearing gadhikaa....wait she said gadhika...means she read the message
K: Naira...please utho na...i m sorry...dekho maine tumhara favourite dosa order kia hai...
N: (hearing dosa) she gets up as dosa is her weakness...(making an annoyed faceee towards kartik)
K: (Holding his ears) I m sorryyy
N: Its ok...chlo ab bhook lagi hai
While they were having dosa...kartik's phone started ringing....it was vansh...first kartik ignored but he was calling continuously...so he got up from there and went towards the balcony... While he was standing there talking he was watching Naira whose face had become dull..
V: Kartik yr she is not listening to me. Tu khud hi baat kar lena usse.
K: is she with you right now?
V: Hn
K: Put phone on speaker
Vedika: I am really sorry Karthik... I promise I won't repeat this mistake again and I'm sorry for whatever I have done in the past please forgive me for one last time and if you will not forgive me I will die...I will do suicide..i am sorry
K: Hahaha Vedika do you think i am a fool...you and suicide.. you can only show crocodile tears..and do this emotional drama..aur main is sab mein fasne wala nai hu...already ek baar fass ke sb kuch gawa baitha hu...ab nahi...main abhi aram se bolra hu samajh jao..warna it wont be good for you....i will forget that you are a girl..ok...you were the biggest mistake of my life. I dont know how i chose you in school ..but actually you were not like this ..psycho...
Vedika: Its not my fault Karthik it's all yours no it's not even yours ..the fault is of her.. how dare she tried to come close to you...you are only mine...
K: Dont you dare say a word against her
Vedika: Oh still so much care for her...but kya fayda...she hates you alll....afterall you all left her
K: Just shut up
And he cuts the call
Kartik was standing outside thinking
Kaaash maine us din is gadhika ki baatein na maani hoti...we could have stayed friends...we could have become best friends...i just hate that gadhika...she ruined everything...he remembers the day
***Flashback begins ***
Kartik and vedika meet on the last day of school..he tells her all about the fest ..and the fun and pranks he did with naira
Hearing all that vedika was very jealous and angry...she could see that kartik has started liking naira( yessss...our hero also had crushh on our heroine)Kartik was just talking about her....naira this...naira that...then she started checking his phone and she saw their photos from the fest and then she saw random photos of naira ..which kartik clicked finding them cute..and he was going to give naira all of them as she looked very cute in them...but that gadhika got so angry she threw his phone
K: Vedika are you mad??..why did you broke my phone
Vedika: She started fake crying...i am sorry kartik...i got angry ..i couldn't bear her photos in your phone...i am sorry and she hugged him..
Since kartik was a kid back then...he fell for her drama...and said its ok...please stop crying
Vedika: I will stop crying on one condition... you will never talk to her ever
Kartik: who?
Vedika: that naira...i hate her
Kartik: ( shocked )whattt...are you crazy...but why do you hate her....what has she done to you ..
Vedika: she has not done anything to me but she has definitely done something to you that is why you are fighting with me for her.... won't you do this much for me....don't I matter to you... And again she start her fake crying
Kartik who didn't know what to do... reluctantly agreed to her promise... eventhough he knew he was doing very wrong to both naira and himself but still he did it and he hates himself for that
***Flashback ends***
K: When i saw you first time in the university then only I decided that I will make up for the past and everything was going great till this morning....eventhough we fight...still there is some peace in that....i know you are not the same naira but i know somewhere i am the reason of that but i promise i will make everything perfect...i will bring you back all your best friends...i know it was not only me but all of them left you and i am sure it was all done by that gadhika....i am sorry...and a lone tear escape from his eyes..
Just then he saw naira looking at him with her innocent but curious eyes...he came back to her and finished his dosa
N: What happened?...Who was it?
K: Oh it was vansh...he is my best friend from Canada
N: Tum ladke bhi apne best friends se itni lambi baat karte ho?....zaroor apni girlfriends ki gossip kr rahe hoge....haina??...vaise tumne bataya ni tumari girlfriend ke baare mein...abhi bhi vedika ke saath hi ho( with heavy heart)
K: You know about vedika?
N: Everyone knew about you both being together in school....why wont i?
K: Well we broke up in the school only...then how come you don't know that
N: what?? When?( Very happyy)
K: Before farewell
N: So you guyz still talk?
K: (teasingly) tumhe bada interest ara hai usme ...vaise tumne sote hue mujhe ye kyu kaha ki main us ghadika ke paas jau...aur tum use gadhika kyu bolri thi
N: (sheepishly looked down)...vo...vo
