~~Jack's POV~~
I waited outside the LaRusso house for Amy leaning on my new bike and looked at my watch checking the time before looking up seeing her walk up to me and wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me
Amy: Hey
Jack: Hey, ready to go?
She looked at the bike and back at me with a confused look on her face
Amy: What happened to your bike?
Jack: I'll tell you after the tournament, okay? Right now I have to focus on dominating and winning this thing
She nodded and took her helmet from my hands and we got on speeding to the tournament

We walked into the building hand in hand just as dad finished his speech about showing no mercy and everybody started pulling their training Gis out
Johnny: No. We're not wearing those, follow me
Everyone started following him and I stayed back waiting for Robby to show up and he did he walked towards me wearing his miyagi-do gi
We did our handshake followed by a hug before separating and I looked at his gi
Jack: Real nice
Robby: Can't believe we're in this tournament
Jack: Me too
Robby: What if we both make it to the finals?
Jack: We give it our all, until one of us is still standing
We both nodded and I walked to the locker right as everyone was done changing into their Gis and walked in looked at my gi which was on the bench
Jack: *Thoughts* First time fighting for another dojo, I miss you unc
~~3rd POV~~
Daryl walked up the mat mic in hand looked at the crowd smiling
Daryl: Welcome, everyone, to the 50th annual. All Valley Karate Championship!
Everyone cheers while Demetri who sat amongst the crowd looked around surprised
Demetri: This has been going on for 50 years? Am I the only one that's been out of the loop?
back to the stage the announcer cleared his throat before starting to speak again
Daryl: You'll love the new mats *Laughs* All right, let's start by welcoming all the local dojos competing today. From Granada Hills, All-Star Karate.
In the back Jack sat on the bench while the others hyped themselves up and Amy walked through them and towards Jack
Amy: Hey, I just wanted to wish you luck
Jack: So, do I get a good luck kiss or was that it?
She giggles before pulling him down and kissed him on the lips before the others heard the announcer introducing them and Hawk looked towards Jack tapped him on the shoulder
Hawk: Let's go you're taking the lead
Back out in the arena
Daryl: From Reseda, returning to the tournament, we have---
Jack: COBRA KAII!!
They jogged into the arena and across the mat with jack in front chanting Cobra Kai and came to a stop at the side
Daryl: Now, that's what I call an entrance! And a badass name for a dojo! Let's hear it for Cobra Kai!
Johnny stood next to Jack and Miguel looked over at Daniel before looking away
Daryl: And finally, fighting unaffiliated from North Hills, we have Mr. Robby Keene
Robby came jogging up the stage as Johnny and Daniel were both shocked that he was in the tournament
Amanda: I didn't know Robby was fighting
Daniel: Neither did I
Back to the stage Jack and Robby both nodded at each other
Daryl: All right, folks. Get Ready. It's karate time
( I'll only be doing Jack's matches)
Jack stood across a kid from All Star karate and the ref stood between them
Ref: All right, gentlemen you know the rules. Three points wins the match
They both nodded
Ref: Face me bow, face each other bow
They did so and got into their stances
Ref: Ready? Fight
Jack lunged at the kid catching him off guard and went for a spin kick but the kid blocked but Jack wasn't letting off and swept the kid's legs right when he tried getting up he kicked him back down
Ref: Point! score 1-0. Back to your corners
They went back into a stance and rushed at each other and Jack jumped up landed a kick to the face and the guy fell to the ground
Jack: Point! Score 2-0
They got back into their stances and rushed at each other again this time the kid fought back but Jack used it against him by hitting him with a roundhouse which send him to the ground
Ref: Point! Winner Jackson Lawrence
Crowd cheered as Jack walked off the stage
Daryl: And with that Jackson Lawrence advances to the quarter finals
~Quarter Finals~
Jack vs Xander
They stood across each other in their fighting stances and rushed at each other before Jack jumped and landed a knee to his face
Dropping him to the floor
Ref: Point! WInner
Daryl: Jack Lawrence advances to the Semis
~~Semi Finals~~
Jack, Hawk, Miguel and Robby stood side by side behind the announcer
Daryl: Yes, let's give it up for all of our competitors. You're all winners. There can be only one true winner, and he is standing on this stage right now. Will it be Miguel Diaz from Cobra Kai Karate?
He pauses for a moment looking at the card
Daryl: Will be Hawk... Well, I guess it's just "Hawk" also from Cobra Kai Karate?
Crowd cheers while Demetri looked annoyed
Demetri: Moskowitz. It's Eli Moskowitz
Daryl: Will it be Robby Keene, unaffiliated? And last but not least, will it be Jackson Lawrence?
Crowd cheers as Jack and Robby bow
Jack v Miguel
Jack stood across Miguel jumping from one foot to the other
Ref: Ready? Fight!
They both rushed at one another and Jack blocked a kick from miguel before sweeping his leg and tried to stomp but he rolled out of the way and got up rushing to him before he kicked him to the ground
Ref: Point! Score 1-0
They went back to their sides and waited
Ref: Ready? Fight!
They rushed at each other again this time with Jack on the defense and Miguel on offense, he swept Jack's legs and landed a quick jab to the chest
Ref: Point! Score 1-1! Ready? Fight
Jack Rushed at Miguel causing Miguel to on the defense blocking punch after punch and kick after kick before he was caught off guard by Jack jumping up and spin-kicking him in the face sending him to the ground
Ref: Point! Score 2-1! Ready? Fight!
They circled each other waiting for the other to strike and Miguel struck first going for a punch but Jack caught he's hand and pushed him back before hitting him with the same spin kick but he caught him this time and Miguel slammed him to the ground and punched him in the face
Ref: Point! Score 2-2! Last point wins, ready? Fight
They started going back and forth before Jack jumped up again and hit him with a hitting him with a tornado kick
Ref: Point! Winner!
Jack walked off the stage not looking back

He stood at the side watching Hawk and Robby fight and Robby landed a point after Daniel told him to remember what he learned
Robby turned to walk away but Hawk attacked him while he's back was turned injuring his shoulder and Jack rushed to be at his brother side
Jack: H-Hey you okay?
Robby winced from the pain
Ref: Get back on your side
He stood up when he saw the medics take him to the back and turned towards Hawk who stood arguing with Miguel and rushed over grabbing him by the arm and dragged him to the back and Miguel followed
When they got to the locker room Jack pushed Hawk against the locker and held him there by the throat choking him with his elbow
Jack: WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?! HUH?!
Miguel rushed over pushing Jack off of him
Miguel: What the hell are you doing?!
Jack punched Miguel to the floor and kicked him in the gut twice before stepping over him and walked towards Hawk grabbed him by the face
Jack: Next time, you try that bullshit again. I'm going to break your arms and legs, got it?
Hawk nodded quickly and Jack let go of his face and pushed him into one of the lockers before walking out

Jack walked into the room Robby was in and saw Daniel there talking to Robby and cleared his throat
Daniel looked behind him and saw Jack standing there and looked back at Robby
Daniel: I'll go find a medic and leave you guys to talk
He walked by Jack and the latter walked in to sit next to Robby who was busy massaging his injured shoulder
Jack: You good?
Robby: I'll manage in the finals
Jack: You know, you don't have to fight, right? There's always next year
Robby: And let you win *Chuckles* I'd rather fight than forfeit
Jack: I tried
They both chuckled and Daniel came walking in with a medic
Jack: I'm gonna go but I'll see you out there?
Robby nodded and they fist bumped
~~Finals~~
Jack v Robby
Jack stood on the mat next to Johnny jumping from one foot to the other as Daryl stood in the center
Daryl: This is it, folks. The moment we've all been waiting for. The final match to determine who will be the victor and champion. Will it be Jackson Lawrence from Cobra Kai Karate?
The crowd cheered and Jack bowed
Daryl: Will it be Robby Keene, unaffiliate-
Sue ran up to Daryl stopped him and whispered in his ear
Daryl: Daniel LaRusso's gonna coach?
Sue: Yeah
Daryl: Daniel LaRusso is gonna coach! I'm sorry folks, there's been a change. Robby Keene will now be fighting for Miyagi-do Karate with former champion Daniel LaRusso as his sensei!
Everyone cheered as Daniel walked up the stage with Robby and stood next to each other
Johnny walked over to Daniel pissed
Johnny: What do you think you're doing?
Daniel: Coaching my student. Somebody needs to be there for him
Johnny: You think this is funny?
Daniel: Do you see me laughing?
Johnny: You're gonna regret this when it's all over
Daniel: Yeah, right, like this'll ever be over
They walked back to their sides and Daniel told Robby what to do
Daniel: Remember no aggression, just let him come to you. All right?
Robby: OK
Johnny stood next to Jack who was warming up
Johnny: You know what to do. You've trained all year for this
Jack: Don't worry dad, I won't let LaRusso go home as a winner
They nodded and Johnny walked off as Jack and Robby smiled at each other walking towards the center and did their handshake
Ref: Face me. Bow.
They faced the referee and bowed
Ref: Each other. Bow.
They faced each other and bowed
Ref: Fighting Positions. Ready? FIght!
They circle each other
Jack: No holding back right?
Robby: Yeah, no holding back
Jack struck first and went for a punch but Robby dodged it and the other punches he threw at him
He caught the third punch threw a jab to Jack's chest earning a point
Ref: Point! Score 1-0
Daryl: Keene and Miyagi-do earn the first point
Jack nodded smiling walking back to his side and got into his fighting stance
Ref: Ready? Fight!
They ran at each other this time Robby was on the offense punching and kicking at Jack who blocked all his attacks and delivered his own attack in the form of a side-kick right at the chest sending Robby to the floor
Ref: Point! Score 1-1!
Daryl: Lawrence and Cobra Kai with a point. Now it's 1-1
Robby got back up and rolling his shoulder as he walked back to his corner
Ref: Ready? And... Fight!
Jack rushed him going for a side-kick again but Robby anticipated he would go for it so he ducked under it going for a leg sweep but Jack saw it and kicked him to the floor
And ran over to him punched him in the chest
Ref: Point!
Daryl: That makes it two points for Lawrence
Daniel: Time! Time
Jack looked over at Robby seeing him hold his shoulder in pain but Jack played it safe and didn't hit the injured shoulder, so he rushed over to him
Jack: You sure about continuing?
Robby: Yeah, no holding back, remember?
Jack nodded and he walked to his side and knelt down in front of his dad
Ref: All right, Lawrence. Let's go
Jack stood in front of Robby and they both nodded at each other
Ref: Ready? Fight!
Robby started breathing slowly and exhaling slowly before opening his eyes right when jack rushed at him and Robby started blocking every attack he threw
Jack swept his leg and went in for the final strike but Robby did a handstand and thrusted his legs at the oncoming Jack who was kicked back caught off guard by the move
Ref: Point!
Daryl: And Keene with the comeback! Next point wins
They stood up and Jack nodded walking back and got into his fighting position
Ref: Ready? Fight!
Robby went on the offense while Jack evaded again but this time used his momentum against him when he went in for a kick and jumped up hitting Robby with a spinning kick
Ref: Point! Winner!
Jack walked over to Robby and helped his brother up
Jack: We good?
Robby: Yeah, congrats on the trophy at least you didn't cheat to win it
They hugged before Robby walked off the stage and stood at the sidelines
Daryl: Who saw that coming, huh? I know I didn't. Without further ado, let me present the trophy to this year's new champion, Jackson Lawrence and the Cobra Kai Dojo!
The students started cheering as Jack walked off the stage and into the back where Amy stood waiting for him and she squealed when she saw him ran up to him and hugged him
Amy: You won!
Jack nodded and sat down on the bench as she handed him a water bottle and he teared up and tears rolled down on his cheek and he broke down and started weeping slently
Amy knelt down in front of him cupped his cheeks wiping the still flowing tears
Amy: Hey, hey what's wrong?
Jack: It's my first win without my uncle
He cried silently as Amy hugged and he cried into her shoulder

Jack sat on the beachy sand and watched the waves beer bottle in hand and Amy walked back over to him holding a pizza box
Amy: I got some pepperoni
Jack: Thanks
They both grabbed a slice and Amy looked at Jack
Amy: Still thinking about your uncle
Jack: Yeah. It's the first time since he actually died that it actually hit me that his dead
Amy: Sorry for asking
Jack: It's not your fault, I felt he was with me since I had the bike he bought for my birthday and just before he came to my birthday party, he died
Amy hugged him and they watched the waves together
