"You were hospitalized and you didn't tell me? The betrayal!" Bright rolled his eyes as the two of them walked side by side.
Both of them are walking home when they saw each other again two days after Gulf was discharged from the hospital.
"I'm curling on my floor, crying in pain, and I'm supposed to call you to say that my family will bring me to the hospital? Yeah, tough luck bro, but I think the fuck not" Gulf stated as he look at his phone from time to time.
"Bastard! You could've just told me when you texted me about you not coming to school yesterday!" Bright argued back, "Okay is the phone more interesting than me? I'm your best friend dude! The hell?" he added.
"Shh! I'm waiting for the new song drop!" Gulf shushed his 'best friend', "Uhuh Mr. Suppasit then?" Bright teased, "It's Mr. Jongcheveevat, thank you very much!" Gulf sassily said as he corrects the latter.
"Yeah, yeah, as if it matters!" Bright chuckled, "He's six years older than us Vachirawit" Gulf reminded him, "Right, respects the elders!" Bright exclaimed making Gulf laugh at him before hitting the back of his head.
"Shut up" Gulf continued on laughing, "Come on dude! He's been your idol since he debuted a year ago!" Bright complained, "It's only been 11 months and two weeks" Gulf pouted as he looked back on his phone.
"See? Even your room is full of his face, are you not tired of it?" Bright smirked, already seeing his best-friend-slash-brother explode with anger.
"Excuse you Mr. Chivaree but the man have a great voice, his lyrics are so damn beautiful too! Oh and his stage presence..."
'And there he goes' Bright smiled to himself as he watch his best friend rambling about the said artist, 'At least he's enjoying himself' he added.
"...and have you seen him interact with his fans? I'm telling you Bai--"
"You like him don't you?" Bright cuts him off making his eyes widen before turning away and walking again, "Oho you don't need to deny it Kana, this whole shenanigan you have going on to the man is not a simple 'fan-to-idol' type of thing, you catch yourself falling don't you?" he added.
"I'm not denying it!" Gulf said as he faced Bright before turning to the other direction again, "But I'm not admitting it either!" he added making Bright laugh at his brother's antics.
(A/N: At this point I would just refer Bright as Gulf's 'brother' in this fic)
"Come in, Mom said she'll tell you something" he then informed Bright before they walk in his house.
Though when they did, someone is already there.
A stranger.
"Sawasdee kha" Gulf and Bright both said to the stranger, "Kana, come sit first. You too Bright" Mae then said making her son nod and Bright, although clueless, still followed his aunt.
"Luk I already talk to P'Best about your decision" Mae said, holding Gulf's hand, "But now is the best time to tell him and Bright everything" she added.
"Mom, can you tell them? I just..." Gulf'svoice go softer by each word to the point that he seems to be whispering. He understands what his mom meant, but he really can't wrap his head around the whole thing until now.
"If you'll excuse me" he smiled before excusing himself out of the room before walking towards the stairs.
He's done denying the result.
Him being pregnant? Yeah, okay. But him being open to others about his condition? Not really.
Though it would change everything now. He couldn't help but think negatively, his soon-to-be Manager as well as Bright will surely be disgusted.
This is not the fantasy world. They're not in a simulation. Gulf knows that much. But for this 'thing' to actually happen to him, he really couldn't tell if he's lucky or cursed.
If many people would get to know that he could give birth, he will be considered a freak, he knows that much.
He could already see what will happen if the students in their school hear about him. A place full of men. Shiver went up his spine as disturbing thoughts invade his mind, he couldn't let anyone know about this.
And he's embarking on a new unfamiliar journey.
The road to fame.
Clouded thoughts, negative thinking, and all this 'his situation' talks are just making his energy run out every single time.
He sighed before going inside his bathroom to wash up.
And when he's done he took a deep breath before having a courage to actually walk down.
When he did, he saw Best and Bright still talking with his mother, the only difference is Grace is with them.
"Phi!" Grace said smiling before hugging her older brother, "Hey hey! Today at school my teacher told me to ask you about our lesson! She said you were the best at this lesson when you were her student!" she exclaimed.
"Let me guess, it was English right?" Bright teased, "Mm-hm! How did you know?" she asked, "That's where your Phi Gulf shines the most before and until now" he answered making Grace ook at him with stars in her eyes.
"I will help with your home work later, I promise" Gulf chuckled while his sister nodded before running of to the kitchen, probably to get snacks.
"So?" Gulf asked when he sat beside his mom, "I don't have a problem, though are you sure that you want this? There's no turning back the moment that the people wants to see you" Best smiled making Gulf smile, finding the man in front of him amusing.
"I have a problem with this!" Bright snapped as he crossed his arms across his chest, "Gulf is my best friend, but I love him like he's my own brother! I don't care if I need to take care of him at school, those bastards doesn't deserve him! But this whole new environment for him is somewhere that I won't be near enough to protect him" he added making Gulf feel a certain warmth that only Bright, his brother, could give him.
"Would you take care of him always?" Bright asked Best, and the latter just look at Bright with an amused expression on his face.
"Bai stop it! You worry more than my Mom" Gulf grumbled in embarrassment, "What's wrong? I just want to make sure that you'll be safe, right Aunty?" Bright insisted before looking at Gulf's mother.
"Nong is right na" Mae said to her son, "Ughh" Gulf groaned making his mom ruffle his hair.
"You guys should stay for dinner" Mae stated making the two nod, "How about the contract signing?" Gulf asked, "Let's do that this weekend" Best smiled at the boy in front of him before standing up and following Mae to their kitchen.
"Are you sure about this?" Bright asked and Gulf just looked at him before smiling, "I want to help my parents as much as possible. My hospital fees every month will not be cheap Bai" he chimed before standing up.
"Come on" Gulf then pulled Bright to stand up, "Let's eat dinner" he added before he draped his arm on his brother's shoulder before they followed everyone.

The days went by faster than Gulf thought it would be, and now that he's actually in front of a building with his mom right beside him, was when his nerves decided to send warning signal to his brain that it's actually happening.
"You ready?" his mom asked making Gulf blinked multiple times before nodding.
When they step inside they noticed a couple of people in the lobby.
Some of them are well known artists, actors, or actresses with their managers, and some are just plain workers in the building.
"Hey guys" Best welcomed them as he smiled, "Let's go?" he asked and the two nodded, walking towards an elevator before pressing the button to open it, "You're not star strucked at all?" he inquired once again when they stepped inside the elevator.
"They're normal people doing there jobs, it's weird when others gush about them" Gulf whispered but his eyes shining as he remember those famous people that he just saw.
"Breathe Gulf, you can still see them anytime you're here" Best chuckled when Gulf enthusiastically nodded.
The elevator dinged before it opened, and Mae as well as Best could swore that Gulf almost fell to his knees when he saw the man in front of him.
He was a whole head taller than Gulf, his shoulders were broader too, he have this aura that's so friendly yet so tight knit. He's wearing a simple ripped jeans, white rubber shoes, and his hands are tucked inside the pocket in his hoodie. He's wearing sunglasses too, his hair was a styled or as Gulf would recognize as a good kind of bed head, and he's also wearing his headphones.
Gulf immediately stepped out the elevator before looking at the man again, "I'm sorry, he's actually tired right now, that's why he can't greet anyone in sight" the man beside him said in such tone of disappointment.
"No, no, it's fine" Gulf smiled and the man nodded before the elevator closes.
"You know him, the one in the hoodie, right Kana?" Mae smiled at her son, "Mom that was Mew Suppasit right?" Gulf asked as if he's dreaming.
He's not sure anymore if he's hallucinating or straight up saw the man that he idolizes merely seconds ago.
"Yep, that was him, he's called in to make one of the soundtrack of an upcoming drama, don't tell anyone, I told you though" Best winked and Gulf still had his eyes wide open as he nods.
"Don't worry about him, he just loves the guy so much" Mae giggled and Best nodded, "I could see that, come on" he remarked as he chuckled before walking again.
Gulf proceeded to explain how everything happened to Bright in so much detail as Best is talking to someone with a higher position about Gulf and his contract signing today.
He didn't expect to see Mew on his contract signing day, he looked at himself before cursing on his head. He's wearing the exact same style, the only difference was the color of their jeans and hoodies.
"You finally realized huh?" his mom teased, "Mom!" Gulf whisper yelled as he bury his face onto his hands, he could feel the heat coming up from his neck to his cheeks to his ears.
'He's so handsome!'
