-Third Person's POV-
"Can we eat over there?" Valentina asked.
"We cannot, it's too dangerous for you-"
"It is not, trust me." She cut him off.
"...*sigh* Fine, but only this time." He warned before agreeing.
Eventually, Wesley compromised with her that they must only use the table at an open balcony so that the pheromones could circulate out. The distracted Wesley failed to notice the piercing gaze Valentina was giving to the two people at the seat five tables away from them.
There sat Sebastian and Rosia, peacefully having dinner together.
'After not bothering to message me properly..not messaging Caius properly..you were only here with Rosia, huh? Interesting..' she thought while cracking her fingers.
She kept her eyes on the two people enjoying their meal far from her. Seeing how they interacted with each other and even the vibe. Eventually both she and them had to leave. It just so happened to be a coincidence that they both finished at the same time.
She let the two of them walk down first before dragging the stumped Wesley.
"I-Is there something wrong???" He questioned.
"No, I just want to get something in my condo unit. Drive there, thank you." Was all she said before sitting down on the passenger seat.
Though he was confused, he went along with her wishes as drove back to her condominium. When they got there, she was just in time to see Claude coming out of the driver's seat to open the door for Rosia so she could come out.
Rosia leaned in to peck him on the cheek and then giggle at her own antics. Meanwhile, with Valentina, this made her eye twitch.
Sebastian walked out and escorted her to the condominium unit where they stayed at. When all three of them went in, she could see on Caius' floor, him staring down at the scene that happened with a broken heart.
This yet again, made Valentina's eye twitch.
She got down from the car and proceeded to walk into the condominium with haste to see what floor the lift ended on, it ended where she used to stay at before she moved in with Claude.
"So, she rented out that floor..hm." She clicked her tongue and walked back to the car.
"What did you get?" Wesely asked.
"Fuel."
"Ha?"
"Nothing, just drive."
"..Alright then?"

As Valentina sat on her chair, she laid down a piece of paper and started mapping out the series of events that were supposed to happen.
'First was Demetrius, he found pieces of evidence as to where he could locate his first love. This event made him stray a little from Caius as he was too immersed in finding her as he deemed it all his fault and blamed himself heavily for it.'
'Second event was supposed to be Claude as he was too busy guarding the over-demanding Valentina but it seems like Rosia took that role instead, that little wretched cunt.'
'Raven was the one next as his stupid ex, whatever her name was..Pollieta? her name is insignificant but she said that she was pregnant with his child. She was seven months pregnant and that would be around the time when he broke off all his connections with the women and men he was..playing? with so he could devote himself to Caius. He isn't the father though but they won't know that yet.'
'Sebastian's..well, he is going to be engaged to Rosia. It was prevalent since Rosia saved Sebastian's mother and grandmother in an accident that should happen around...two days.'
'Heinrich and Vincenzo, since Heinrich is no longer swayed by Santa Klaus, it is more than likely he would be the reason why Vincenzo would get hurt and Heinrich was his messenger in the novel because he was his best informant, he'd probably try to hack into his system.'
'The last event was Slade, he was trying to get this really important business deal for his company to prove to his father that he is well capable of managing the whole family business for different branches. Instead, while heading to his company, he was caught in an accident. He had the important files with him but they were destroyed in the accident and when he went to ask for another meeting with the businessman, someone had already stolen another copy of his project and made a deal with the said businessman.'
"..." She remained quiet as she sat in the dark of her room.
'I really should just let the plot proceed as it is more beneficial for them in the end..'
*ping*
She glanced down at her phone to see that she received a message. It was from her cardiologist and she said that she was available the next day.
Alright, I'll come in tomorrow at 3 pm.

"Wait, so who will be bringing me to school?" Valentina asked Milan as she brushed through my hair.
"Since Wesley's three days are up, Hunter would be the one in charge of you." He said while preparing her hair ties.
"And where is he?"
"...Somewhere in the world?" He laughed awkwardly.
"Downstairs, you twit," Hunter spoke from the bottom of the stairs.
After she was done preparing for uni, she went down and the two of them barely spoke inside the car.
"What time should I be picking you up?" He asked, drawing the window down.
"2:45 pm"
"Alright." He then drove off.
After class, he promptly waited outside of her university for thirty minutes in advance. Valentina walked out of the building at the exact time she said, she was surprised to see him arrive first.
"I didn't make you wait, did I?" She asked.
"I just arrived, don't think I'd be taking you as my priority." He lied.
From the corner of his eyes, he could see the front screen of his car's internet browser was on and a tab that said A guide to what your sisters would appreciate for dummies.
He quickly closed the tab and coughed, acting as if nothing happened. Luckily for him, she was distracted from looking into the message sent to her.
"Hunter, could you stop at Sage Hospital?"
"Why?? That's the company I work at."
"You work there?"
"I own the Hospital."
"...Whatever, just drop me off."
He obliged to ger request and drove her to the hospital.
"Through the east MAC building," she said.
"..Are you going to have a consultation?"
"Yes."
"..with who?"
"Doctor Applyne Lorde."
"But she's a cardiologist?? D-Do you have heart disease?? Is there something wrong?? "
"I don't know, why do you think I'm having this check-up in the first place?." She narrowed her eyes at him.
He closed his mouth shut and remained quiet. He parked in the usual spot and brought Valentina to the elevator only he was allowed to use.
"This is the floor."He informed her.
He directed her to the room of her assisting physician. When she opened the door, Doctor Applyne was startled to see her employer, the CEO of the hospital behind the girl she was supposed to do a check-up on.
'I guess the media was right' Applyne thought.
"What would you want to-" She wasn't able to finish her sentence when Hunter cut her off.
"Do everything."
"E-Excuse me?"
"Do it all, do the tests today as well. We have enough time and we have the advanced equipment for it."
"O- Okay?"
As it was beneficial for Valentina, she didn't bother correcting her brother as she also wanted to know the cause of such uncomfortable feelings. As it took longer time than she expected, Hunter had to ask Applyne's secretary to reschedule the appointments of the three patients that were supposed to be after Valentina to another excellent doctor.
It was his best friend, a well-known doctor in the field who was hard to book. He knew that his friend wouldn't mind and so the secretary went to inform the patients.
He would have just brought Valentina to his friend but since this is what she wanted, he couldn't help but just listen.
Doctor Applyne couldn't help but feel as if she was pushed into a dead end as all the results came out as negative whilst the adamant Valentina who was sure there was something wrong with her.
"U-Unfortunately, Rather- *ehem* Fortunately there was nothing in any of the results that state that there could have been wrong with your heart or your whole body. Could you please explain to me what could have been the factors of this phenomenon? Is there perhaps a common variable?"
"...Ah, well there is one thing but I'm not quite sure if it'd help." she comfortably stated the common variable since it was just her and the doctor inside.
Doctor Applyne stared at Valentina in disbelief before handing her a card.
"Please go this person, she will be much more of a help than I. She will answer all of your queries." She stated with a business-like smile.
She walked out of the room and met with Hunter.
"Do you know where this one is?"
"..I do but why?"
"All tests came out negative so she told me to go to this one as it'll solve all my questions."
"..You do know this person is a counselor, right?"
"I know."
When they got to the room, the counselor was shocked at first but composed herself. She first asked Hunter if he could step out of the room.
"Alright, what seems to be the problem, Miss Valentina?"
"My chest hurts."
"Can you please elaborate on that? Is there anything you'd think would be the reason why it'd hurt in that specific way? Was there a pattern?"
"I suppose there is. The feeling of pain varies. Sometimes when I just interact with them it feels fluttery in a way. It is not uncomfortable perse but it is weird. I never felt such a thing before. The next one is an odd squeeze, it happens the most whenever I see a certain woman around them or whenever I think of her in general."
"Ok..*ehem* The first pain you felt, does the pain reach your abdomen?"
"Yes."
"Then does your chest squeeze and sometimes you'd feel like you might just act on impulse?"
"Yes."
"Do you care for these people, I am assuming it is these because you said them."
"Yes."
"Then for the second pain, do you feel negative emotions when you see her, especially with them?"
"I don't know if they're emotions but I want to punch her in the face."
"..W-well, I don't know how to tell you this but you definitely aren't sick."
"Then what is it?"
"...Miss, you are in love."
"Excuse me?"
