Shagun entered holding bags of soft toys for mimi to fake her concern towards mimi and gain sympathy from shaurya .
Anokhi was already sat beside mimi moved from there and sat on couch holding mimi's file carefully reading her reports if everything is well & good or not.
While shagun came and sat beside mimi cupping her cheeks lovingly saying -
"Mimi baby ... Dekho... Aapki shagun Mumma ne aapke liye kya laaya h ...", Shagun said in a sweet tone .
" Kya mumma ...?", Mimi asked innocently.
Bohot saare toyssss....
"Sachiii...? ", Mimi's eyes shone as she saw all the new varieties of soft toys .
"Mumma ... Ye woh waali toy h na ..."
"Joo aapko chahiye thi aur aapki DEAREST ANUMAA uske liye mana kar rhi thi ... ",Shagun said viciously.
"Haina...?", Shagun said while glaring at anokhi who was hearing her carefully letting her gaze down looking at mimi's file .
"Nhi mumma ... Anumaa... Muje woh Sunday ko dilaane waali thi ...", Mimi innocently tried defending anokhi while anokhi looked at mimi passing a faint smile having her heart filled out of contentment that someone in This universe understands her really well .
"Sunday ko dilaane le jaati toh pata nhi kya hi kaand kar baith ti...", Shagun taunted looking in anokhi's direction .
All this time Shaurya kept his mouth shut while anokhi didn't failed to notice his this behaviour.
IT HURTED AGAIN !
HOW DO SHAURYA MANAGE TO HURT HER EVERYTIME.... DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY....
Anokhi silently exited the room letting shaurya shagun and mimi have some alone time together.
Shaurya noticed tears in the corner of her eyes but still didn't got up from his seat instead shifted his seat and sat on couch facepalming himself.
Shaurya's POV :
Ye kya ho rha h kal se ... Esa lag rha hai zindagi ne ek bohot hi ajeeb tarike se u-turn maar di h ... Aur ek hi jhatke mai sab ulat pulat ... Huuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
Ye sab kab tak thik hoga anokhi ... Please tumhi kuch karo na ... Bhagwan jii .. please sab pehle jesa kar dijiye na ....

THIS TIME ANOKHI GAVE HIM A REALITY CHECK ... WHICH WAS THE NEED OF THAT TIME ...
HE TOO NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT ANOKHI IS HIS LIFE PARTNER & NOT JUST MIMI'S MOM OR SABHERWAL HOUSE'S BAHU ....

Lekin mumma toh mimi se bohot bohot hi jyada pyaar karti h ...", Mimi innocently said while trying to strech her tiny arms trying to show the amount of love anokhi pour"s on her everyday ..
AS shagun heard slight noise of someone's foot steps ... She immediately changed the topic and said nervously-
"Mi...mimi...aap abhi thikk ho ",as she completed her sentence entered a puzzled Aastha shocked to see mimi sitting beside mimi.
Haa mumma ...
Aap cindrella ke ste—
"Mimi... Beta mumma ko late ho rha h ... Mumma ko meeting mai jaana hai toh mai ... N...nikalti hu ... Haa ?", Nervously shagun left thinking it Aastha heard their conversation or not .

"Gudiya abhi kesi h ", Aastha approached mimi ignoring shagun's presence.
On the other hand as shaurya completed purchasing meds he remembered that how mimi asked him to bring anumaa along with him and he couldn't deny HIS MIMI'S order .
So he went to search for anokhi .
He searched the entire hospital but anokhi was nowhere to be Seen .
"Ye anokhi kaha chali gayi ...", He wondered.
"Baithi thi chup chaap room mai ... Pata nhi ye shagun ko bhi kya problem hai ... "
"Aati nhi toh woh jaati nhi ... Abb kaha dhundhu usse ...", He murmured to himself.
Thinking this he thought to search outside the hospital vicinity.
Finally he saw her glimpse while walking to nearby park area .
There she was sitting on bench face-palming herself looking down not allowing anyone to read her facial expression.
But as shaurya stood at distance away from her and saw her hiding her face under her palms he knew she was sobbing silently.
Taking tiny steps , he proceeded towards her calling her name softly -
Anokhi...
No reply.
She stood in same position not reacting to his voice .
Again he tried -
Anokhi....
No Reply.
This time he gently kept his hand on her shoulder... To which she jerked off immediately looking shocked at the person standing infront of him.
Shaurya was shocked by her move as she never reacted to his touch in this manner.
He looked at her face which looked completely pale ... Having few dried tear stains while her eyes were still glossy .
She moved away and stood straight not letting her gaze meet his .
"W..woh... Tum R...roo rhi thi..."
Wiping off her unshed tears harshly with her palm , she said enragely looking Directly into his eyes -
"Nhi ..."
"Drama karri thi ...'
"Aapki sympathy paane ke liye ... "
"Taaki aap mujhe dhundhte dhundhte aaye aur mujhe manaaye", she said sarcastically laughing with her tears .
He was groundstrucked by her reply.
Realization strucked him hard as he reminsced how yesterday night he gave her drama Queen tag .
"Seedhe sawaal ka seedha jawa-"
As he was saying enragely she cutted him in middle saying -
"Seedha jawab hi diya ... Abhi toh kaha mai drama kar ri thi ..."
Saying this she abruptly left the place while shaurya stood there numb.
NEVER EVER IN HIS LIFE SHE SPOKE WITH HIM IN THIS MANNER .
AFTER THERE LAST CONFRONTATION WHERE SHAURYA ACCUSED HER FOR BEING IRRESPONSIBLE .... HE WITNESSED HER NEW AVATAR .
HE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH A VULNERABLE WOMAN IN HIS LIFE .
FROM THE PAST 1 & ½ YEARS ANOKHI WAS JUST A TIGRESS WHO WAS SLEEPING... RATHER HAVING REST .
THIS TIME SHAURYA TRIGGERED WRONG AIM AS HE HAS AWOKE THE SLEEPING TIGRESS .
NOW SHE WON'T STOP UNTIL & UNLESS SHE PROVES HERSELF INNOCENT AND FIND HER BABY GIRL'S CULPRITS.
Shaurya entered mimi's ward only to find her having fun with anokhi... Giggling and Laughing while AASTHA was too present.
Shaurya silently sat on couch keeping medicines beside mimi's bed on side table and started his work from home ... Na.... Work from hospital... While anokhi royally Ignored even to feel his presence in room.
In evening -
"Anokhi ...", Aastha said .
Jii maa...
"Babli ka phone aaya tha ... Woh kal aa rhi h ..."

"Aur suno ... Tum thakk-"
"Nhi maa ... Mai bilkul nhi thaki hu ...", She said looking towards shauray who was already gazing her from the corner of his eyes .

HE CAN'T TOLERATE HER TEARS BUT AT THE SAME TIME HE FELT FRUSTRATED AT HER FOR BEING IRRESPONSIBLE...
"Uhhhhhhhhhh.... Ye ladki pagal kar degi ek dinnn...", He frustratedly thought in his mind .
At night -
Ahir and Abhii met mimi and so departed for their respective house while sabherwals had dinner together in ward .
Shaanor too left .
Now only shakhi and mimi were present.
@11:30 -
"Mumma ...", Mimi called out anokhi softly while still laying on bed .
"Bolo Shona..."
"Aap papa se katti ho ...", Mimi inquired innocently.
Anokhi felt bit disturbed listening mimi as she thought that if shuarya said her anything about their current relationship status .
She turned her gaze towards shaurya who was sitting on couch soon proceeded towards mimi's other side and said -
"Kyu princess ... Aapko esa kyu lagta h ki aapki mumma papa se katti h ...."
"Kyu ki aaplog kal se ek dusre se baat nhi kar rhe ho ...", Mimi said innocently as she was too observing them from the day after the accident.
"M...Mimi ... Woh mumma aur papa aapko leke thoda tension mai the na isliye ....", Anokhi said .
"Toh fil aaplog mimi ke saath ... saath mai kyu nhi baatein kal rhe ho ..."
"Aaj subah se agal mumma mere paas h toh papa nhi agal papa h toh mumma nhi ..."
Mimi... ", Both realised that their fight was having NOT SO GOOD consequences on mimi .
Shaurya passed a faint smile and so anokhi ...
"Accha toh kya baat karni h princess ko ....", Shaurya asked in a sweet tone .
"Ummm abhi ... Pehle aap Mumma ko kissi do ...", Mimi again put forth her favourite demand infront of shakhi .
Shaurya and anokhi both gazed e/o shockingly as if mimi has asked Shaurya to Kiss a ANACONDA OR SOME KING COBRA .
"Mimi... Abhi bohot raat ho gayi h na ... Aap soo jao ...", Shaurya said averting his gaze from anokhi .
"Nhi pehle ... Papa aap mimi ko kissi doo ....", Mimi became stubborn .
"Princess... Ye kesi zidd h ...", Shauray said coldly while mimi felt bad that shaurya denied her request.
Mimi turned her gaze and slept hugging her panda a soft toy who was her sleeping partner.
Shaurya and anokhi felt bad while anokhi said while carresing mimi's hair -
"Shona .... "
"Aap log se katti ...", Saying this she made a cute sad pout .
"Shona lekin aapki demand thik nhi h ....", Anokhi tried convincing mimi .
"Aapko pata h na ye hospital hai aur yaha kissi diya toh sab chillate h ..."
"Nhi ....", Mimi said while making a cute sad pout hiding her face with her soft panda toy .
"Agar mimi mumma ki baat sunegi ... Toh mumma..."
"Toh kya ...?", Mimi said while peeping towards anokhi from the corner of her eyes
Anokhi said , "Toh Abhi mumma mimi ko ek princess ki story sunaygi..."
"Sacchi ...", Mimi became excited as she always loved when anokhi would narrate her stories every night to make her fall asleep .
Anokhi simply nodded while mimi lovingly turned her gaze towards anokhi listening her each words carefully.
Anokhi smiled seeing mimi happy face & while carresing her hairs and cheeks she narrated her a Princess Naomie's story.

"Once there lived a beautiful girl named Naomy who was always troubled by her stepmother and two stepsisters.", As she was narrating the story mimi interfered in between saying -
"Toh kya Nao...naomy didi ki step mumma unko humesha pareshan karti thi ..."
"Haa ... Unki step mumma aur unki dono step sisters..."
"Accha abb story suno ..."
All this time Shaurya was sat on the other side of bed listening anokhi carefully.
"The royal ball was coming and the prince decided to choose a princess from his kingdom."
"On the day, stepmother went to the place with her two daughters wishing he would marry one of them."
"Toh kya prince ne shaadi ke liye haa kal dii..."
Mimi... Shona... Story suno ... Fir last mai puchna ...

Haa...", Again mimi kept quiet listening anokhi carefully.
"She went to the ball and prince fell in love with her as soon as he saw her. He decided that princess Naomy will be his better half for the life."
As anokhi completed her story mimi started bombarding her with numerous questions -
"Mumma abhi naomy didi kaha rehti h ...", Mimi asked again .
"Ummm... S...shayad ...h...ha... Woh ...woh... ", Anokhi was confused as what to reply to her baby girl .
"Pakistan... Pakistan mai Princess ...", shaurya interfered sarcastically.

Anokhi ignored his answer and said -
"Mimi abhi bohot raat ho gayi h ... Aap please so jao ...", Anokhi said .
"Mumma ... Sirf last question...*
"Achha ... Thik h ..."
"Lekin ye last haa...?"

LITTLE DID SHE KNEW THAT MIMI'S LAST QUESTION WOULD MAKE HER AS WELL AS SHAURYA'S NIGHT SLEEPLESS.
HER INNOCENTLY ASKED QUESTION WOULD SOON TURN OUT TO BE ANOKHI'S BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT.

A lone tear escaped anokhi's eye as for the very first time mimi acknowledged her as step mom .
She knew it was not mimi's mistake.
She innocently asked that question...
But the question is who fitted in mimi's mind that anokhi is her step mother .
As mimi never acknowledged her even in the wildest dream that anokhi is her step mom.
"Mimi...", Shaurya said sternly as he heard mimi acknowledging anokhi as her step mom .
Anokhi knew she need to stop either mimi or shaurya ...or else the result would not be soo good.
"Mimi... Mimi ... Shona aap so jao ... Please ..."
Though her tears anokhi signalled shaurya to stay quiet as she don't want him to shout at mimi for the crime she never committed... AS HE DID IT TO HER ....
Shaurya kept quiet until mimi fell in deep slumber.
Mimi was quiet asleep while tears weren't stopping to brimm down anokhi's cheeks as she really felt bad hearing mimi.
As mimi slept anokhi rushed to washroom and came out after 5 minutes washing her face and trying to implant a fake smile .
Her gaze Fell towards shaurya who held her by wrist and took her outside the ward in an isolated green room.
Pulling her in green room , he locked the door from inside , gazing her who stood there with an enraged & furious expression.
"Ye kya badtameezi hai ...", She spoke furiously looking at him enragely.
Holding her gently by shoulder he said looking in her eyes -
"Mimi ki taraf se ... I... Am...so—"
"Please sorry bolne ki koi zarurat nhi ....", Anokhi said straightforwardly.
"Kya hi galat kaha mimi ne ..."
"Mai hu hi kon... "
"Sirf uski sauteli maa... Usse jya—", before she could complete her sentence Shaurya kept his palm on her mouth preventing her to say anything further while gripping his another hand possesively on her neck .
"Anokhi - aur - kuch - mat - bolo - aage ....", He spoke with his red eyes looking into her eyes straightforwardly.
Anokhi jerked his hand away from her mouth and spoke enragely & furiously -
"Kyu aapko bura kyu lag rha h ..."
"Kal aapne bhi mujhse yahi sab kahaa na ... "
"Same words nhi ... Lekin mat...lab toh same hi tha na...", Tears welled in her eyes as his harshly venom filled words were still ringing in her eyes .
"Aap ne ya...hi kaha ... Na ki ... M...mai ... Kabhi mimi ki...m..maa...Banna deserve...nhi krti ....", A lone tear or two escaped her eyes as she completed her sentence.
"Ano—", before he could say anything further anokhi jerked his touch and took a step away from him wiping her tears looking everywhere except at him .
"Suno ... "
"Please shau...rya ... ", She sarcastically folded her hands infront of him saying further -
"Maine aapse kal hi keh diya tha ... "
"Mujhe koi farq nhi padta aapke Mann mai mere liye kya raay hai ... "
"Yaa fir aap mere baare mai kya sochte ho ..."
"Mujhe usse koi farq nhi padta ..."
"Maine aapse kaha h ki abb mai aapse tab hi baat karungi ... Jab mai apni begunaahi ka proof aapke saamne lekar aaungi..."
"Tab tak ke liye behtar yahi hoga ... Ki aap mujhse Durr hi rahe ... "
Saying this she abruptly exited the room without waiting for him to say anything further.
SHAURYA FELT HURTED ... ONCE AGAIN !!!
HIS HEART CRIED TODAY ...
NOT BECAUSE HE WAS FEELING GUILTY ABOUT HIS ACCUSATIONS ON HER....
BUT ...
BECAUSE MIMI UNWANTINGLY & UNCONSCIOUSLY ACKNOWLEDGED HER AS STEP MOM WHICH HURTED HIM THE MOSTTT ....
"Aaj se pehle kabhi mimi ke muh se step mother jesi koi shabd nhi suni ..humne kabhi uske kaan mai ese words aane hi nhi diya .... Fir achanak usne esa kyu pucha anokhi ki step mother's buri hoti h ... uske dimaag Mai ye sab kisne daala ...", He thought in his mind .
He entered inside the ward only to see anokhi sleeping on couch hiding her face on other side of couch .
Her back was visible to him .
It hurted him to see her like this ...
He too sat beside mimi and slept resting his head nearby mimi's.
Fact that SLEEP WAS MILES AWAY FROM THEIR EYES .
Anokhi's POV :
Kaisi Khel Khel rhi ae zindagi...
Jab dard Dena hi tha ...
Toh isse behtar kabhi khushi hi na deti ...
Aadat toh na lagti unki ...
Shaurya's POV :
Jab usse bhi mujhse Durr karna hi tha toh usse mere qareeb hi kyu laaya ... Behtar hota agar usse kabhi mere paas bheja hi nhi hota ...
