Finally today is the day of Rahul's engagement, everyone is busy and getting ready so that they can go to Sakshi's house for the engagement ceremony.
"Everything is done?" Kalyani asked Mahi.
"Yes Dadi everything is done you just sit and don't worry" Mahi told her politely.
"Ok then Mahi see if everyone is ready or not, we have to reach there on time"
"I'm going to see that only" Mahi replied and went from there.
"Is no one ready yet?" Adhiraj asked entering.
"Mahi went to see that only" Kalyani replied.
"Arey Ekansh you are ready!! Go and call Akshita then" Adhiraj said when he found Ekansh coming his way, all ready.
"Even help her if she needs, she was the last one to go get ready" Kalyani said winking at him.
Ekansh blinked his eyes many times and looked away, becoming red.

A small FLASHBACK.
When Ekansh came out of the bathroom after changing he found his wife getting ready.
He widened his eyes looking at her because she was only in her skirt and blouse.
She thought he left the room because she didn't hear any sound from the bathroom.
When she turned her eyes pop out, her jaw dropped looking at him who was looking at her without blinking.
She immediately took her saree and put on herself but what's the point now, he already saw pretty tiny waist of her😏
She was about to scream but he was fast enough to close her mouth by placing his palm.
The saree suddenly fell from her hand and she looked at him in shock when she felt his other hand around her naked waist.
Mann What he is up to?!?
"Don't shout!!" He said but she looked at him with wide eyes, he frowned at her expressions but then remembering their position he immediately backed off and turned to her opposite side.
"I..I... didn't, It..It was unintentional, you know I was in the bathroom then why were you changing here?" He deflected the blame onto her.
"Why? You were in the bathroom too, did you forget?"🌝
"Mujhe sapne nahi aa rahe the! I didn't hear any voice from the bathroom and can't wear saree there" she whispered yell putting the saree again on herself.
(I was not dreaming!)
"Wh..why didn't you wear it till now?!"
"I..I was no..not able to knot my blouse from the back so..." She said in embarrassment, biting her lower lip.
"Then you should have called someone!"he replied, sounding exasperated.
"Everyone is getting ready!" She replied.
"Huff! How will you get ready now?" He asked all of a sudden.
"Will wait till someone gets ready" she replied and the silence filled the room.
"Turn!" He said all of sudden still at the same place.
"Huh?"
"I said turn, you will get late, it's already time to go!" He said, straightening his kurta.
"N-No it's ok I will manage" she replied being flustered.
"I'm not gonna eat you! Anyways you told me to be a husband so I am being one! Not a big deal" He replied shrugging off.
'Arghh!! Why the hell did you say that Akshita?' She cursed herself, this man is using this line every time now.
"Turn, it's getting late!" He said, impatiently.
Why the hell he is impatient. 🤨
She turned around with hesitation and told him to look.
He turned and looked at her back, feeling a sudden rush of sweat. Slowly, he started making his way towards her, moving closer with each step.
He placed her hairs on one side of her shoulder with shaky hands, he licked his lips and when his fingers touched her back, goosebumps erupted all over her body and he felt a different sensation in his hand.
He gulped looking at her back but still didn't even blink at once or look away from her, the environment was getting hot.
Slowly he started knotting the thread of her blouse with fast heartbeats as she tried to breathe normally.
Whenever this man is around her don't know what happens to her.
"Done!!" He said and ran out of the room.
FLASHBACK END
'First yesterday night because of her I needed 2 cold showers and now this, I need to stay away from her or god knows what will I do to her!'
'But damn! That was hot and that waist.. Goddd!!' He bites his lower lip remembering her back.
"Kidhar kho gaye janab?" Shlok snapped his fingers in front of Ekansh when he came there.
(Where are you lost man?)
"Looks like bhai remembers something, am I right bhai?" Avyansh said with a mischievous smile, till then everyone arrived.
"Huh? Nothing! She is coming Par Nani" Ekansh replied and looked away.
"And where is Tara Avyansh?" Bhavna asked not finding her.
"I'm here mom!" Tara said coming towards them.
Avyansh looked at and winked mouthing Hot to which she blushed and looked at others.
"Bhabhi you are looking beautiful but why does this husband of yours still look like a pig!" Veer said and burst into laughter and Avyansh hit him in the stomach.
"Shut up you ass....." Avyansh stopped cursing him when he found everyone looking at him.
'Why always me?!' He muttered.
Everyone complimented Tara that she is looking beautiful and she thanked them.
"Where is Akshita?" Gayetri asked looking around
"There is bhabhi!" Ruchi exclaimed looking behind Ekansh.
Ekansh turned to look at her and his eyes got stuck on her.
He found her coming to them slowly with a beautiful innocent smile on her face, the saree was looking more beautiful on her.
A smile formed on his face looking at him. She was everything he could ask for and right now she was not looking less than a Goddess, she was decent yet beautiful at the same time. A perfect example of daughter-in-law of Raghuvanshi and Wife of Ekansh Raghuvanshi.
"You are looking so beautiful Bhabhi" Trisha exclaimed looking at her and Akshita passed her a smile.
"Bahu kiski hai!!" Rashmi said proudly.
(Afterall whose daughter-in-law she is!)
"Saree looks beautiful, Akshita, great choice!" Mahi complimented.
"Afterall bhaiya ki jo pasand hai!" Tara teases making Akshita blush.
(Afterall it is brother's choice)
"Ohh really Ekansh it's your choice!?" Bhavna asked in amusement.
But that man is still looking at his wife like she is his last meal.
"Bhai!!" Rahul shook Ekansh a little, taking him out of his dream land.
Maybe Honeymoon land😉
"Not bad huh!!" Mahi said impressively.
"Let's go, it's getting late! Rahul, don't you want your engagement?" Ekansh asked to which Rahul jumped saying he can't wait anymore now.
"Ok let's go then or we will get late" Angad said to which everyone nodded.
"Yes we should leave now, Swara called me and told me that she will reach there!" Nilesh said.
"Ok then everyone will already be there on their own. We have to pick Kajal only as her parents won't be able to come because of some reasons" Arti informed.
But it ruined the mood of two ladies.
Akshita and Tara share a look.
"He didn't even compliment me" Akshita muttered looking at Ekansh leaving.
Akshita-Ekansh and Tara-Avyansh were going in the same car.
"Bhabhi you sit in front with Bhai I will sit back" Avyansh said and looked at Ekansh who was sitting in the driving seat.
Akshita nodded and was about to open the door, but to her surprise, someone else also approached it. She turned her gaze and found Kajal standing there, wearing a smirk on her face.
"Guys uncle aunty said to come with you as the other cars were full" Kajal said with a fake smile and about to sit inside but Akshita stopped.
"It's my place Kajal" she said, looking at her sharply.
"Your name is not written here" Kajal said sarcastically.
"Not even yours so back off" Akshita replied her eyes become dark.
"Haww! But I am gonna sit here now"
But before she could sit they heard a voice.
"Akshita come inside and sit beside me!" Ekansh said coldly, downing the window of the car looking at her.
Kajal looked in shock while Akshita nodded looking at his straight face and sat inside.
"You come here Kajal, beside me" Tara said innocently patting her one side vacant seat as Avyansh was on the other side of her was sitting holding her hand.
Kajal looked away and sat on the back seat furiously and they drove off.
"Akshita don't you think you got ready like it's your own engagement" Kajal laughed.
"Actually married girls get ready like this only!" Akshita replied, looking at her through a rare mirror.
"But this Saree looks ba---"
"Perfect on me! As my husband chose it for me." Akshita cut her in the middle.
Tara and Avyansh avert their gaze, smiling and a smirk forms on Ekansh's face.
Kajal looks angry but then she looks at Ekansh and after some time she smiles at him.
"Ekansh you got married all of sudden, any special reason? Biwi bhi tumhari pasand ki hai ya nhi" she mocked the last line while looking at Akshita.
(Wife is of your choice or not?)
Everything became silent, and the only sound that could be heard was the running of the car. Akshita's face turned pale as she glanced at Ekansh, who remained focused on driving. Her gaze then shifted to Kajal through the rearview mirror, who wore a victorious smirk.
Feeling a wave of hurt wash over her, Akshita turned her head to the left, trying to hide her emotions. However, at that moment, she felt a gentle touch on her hand. She looked down and saw Ekansh intertwining his fingers with hers, still maintaining his concentration on the road. He leaned over and kissed the back of her palm, sending butterflies fluttering in her stomach. Their hands remained together, resting on the gearshift, as they continued their journey together.
"I think this is enough for anyone to understand!" Ekansh said coldly looking on the road, Akshita smiled brightly, Avyansh and Tara grinned and that Kajal looked speechless.
Saari duniya ek taraf aur Ekansh k short replies ek taraf 😩
