The pages of life quiver in the wind 
With an inked stare, they seamlessly swim
Wonder what they want us to share
Maybe lots of emotions untold and bare
The sky is limitless to the free
We just have to shine in our identity.

Life pages play in the fog
Along with the vicissitudes of morgue
Writhing away into the frustrations of smog
Shaking away the dust of coal
A diamond is formed.

Into a frame of midnight sea
Like jewels of ecstasy
Float the pearls in the skies
Welcome what life has designed
Into the arms of happiness
Reinventing ourselves.

The mirror has paused its reflection
In its ode to our individuality
Not all love is meant to be shown 
Self-love is worth the pursuit
Revel in the confidence anew.
