In a completely white room that would be as wide as a big Football Field, we currently see Issei and Bianka fighting it out

Bianka who has already predicted that she was going to be captured just decided to brought her whole body closer to Issei and then coated her own left fist in more Mana than Issei's and then intercepted his punched, and then coated her left in Mana and then attacked using her leg to attacked Issei's chin
Issei seeing and predicting it, just decided to coat his own body in Mana and then faster than Bianka could think Issei slammed his whole body into her and then forcefully brought her down to the ground, causing an smokescreen to appear and made Bianka cough blood because of the strong attacked
But that wasn't all, Issei then lifted his upper body and then brought his whole right arm to the sky and then punched her whole face, making the ground cracked in a spider-web fashion
Issei: " Impressive, for you to hastingly cover your whole head in Mana so quickly and quite durable as well, you have quite the talent in Mana Manipulation " Issei complimented his Opponent, who could only smirked and then opened her legs wide and just wrapped her legs to Issei's waist
Bianka: " Well I need to in order to surpassed you!!! Now eat this! [Heavy Crush]!" With that the Mana in her fist just solidified and then punched Issei's top, making him staggered for a bit and he was about to get out of the position, but was stopped by Bianka
Bianka: " Like I'am going to let you!! [Heavy Crush]![Heavy Crush]![Heavy Crush]!! " She continued her attacks on the same place, making even Issei staggered and cough off some blood
This was a Move that Bianka made, [Heavy Crush] a move that would make her Inner Ki Harden and concentrate on her striking fist, because of that, the attacked would become Stronger, Faster, More Durable and above all Heavier, and with it being able to be spammed indefinitely, it made the move to be quite a powerful one especially for those that was already Physically Powerful
Issei having enough of being attacked just decided to slammed her down to the ground, again, again and again, until Bianka loosen up her gripped, which worked, when Bianka started to lose her strength, and when he felt it he then lifted up his whole upper body and then punched her stomach, making her gasped in air and let go of her hold, and with that Issei then grabbed her right leg and then slammed her down to the ground

With that Issei then thrown her to the Wall, making her groan in pain, with that Issei could only sigh and just silently walked towards her while looking at his right arm for a bit and then looked at Bianka again

Issei who could easily defeat Bianka without even being hit was very upset to himself, since in terms of actually skills and experience, he wouldn't even be hit by Bianka, and that confused him quite some bit

But if Bianka's Combat Talent and Potential would gained a Boost because of the Awakened Stigmata, then in terms of Talent alone she would surpassed Issei as well
Of course Issei himself wasn't jealous, since that was a Power that she was born with, just like that of him acquiring his Powers of [Enhanced Memory] [Regenerative Healing Factor] and [Storytelling Mastery] because of his own birth, that was the advantages that he gained, and much like himself, the Kaslana Stigmata is the Advantage that Bianka was born with in this world as well
And besides that, from what he heard as well, any Human held the ability to acquire a Stigmata as well, but not everyone held the capabilities of awakening it
Ddraig hearing his Partner's thoughts couldn't helped but comment say something to Issei

Ddraig guessed the most probable ability that he would gained, since right now and with his path of getting stronger being know to him, he himself knows that he wouldn't have a combat weakness really
Because of that he merely thought of the possibility of Issei gained such a Power, since if Issei's Adaptability were to be enhanced, then Issei would be a Monster that only few would be able to match and compete

At the top of the School, we currently see Issei meditating like Ddraig said, and to tell himself the truth, this was not the same as Meditation as all!!
This is more like Cultivation like those of the Cultivation Novels that he read for fun when he was resting after his fights, and even the name that he is doing right now felt like straight out of a Cultivation Novel really

But the thing that surprised him though was his Mind, when he was performing the technique, the more his body was getting stronger, so too was his Brain as well, he felt he became Smarter, his thought processing speed being much faster as well, and weirdly enough he felt to much wiser and more susceptible to new Information as well

Issei: " Does that mean that the Higher my Ki is, the Smarter I could become in the future? " That was something that he wanted to know now as well, since after gaining [Enhanced Mind] ability, his Mind is automatically trying to find ways of getting stronger, which is mainly drive by his Intense Ambitions of being The World's Greatest Swordsman
And if his Mind does get Better and Better the Higher the Ki, then he would want to get that as high as possible, since [Enhanced Mind] also encompassed [Enhanced Creativity] which is one of the main Ingredients on making new things
Ddraig hearing the question, Immediately answered
Ddraig: [Yes, the Higher your Ki is, your [Enhanced Mind] would also increased as well, but know this Issei, you still haven't even entered the Realm of Ki yet] Now that confused Issei

Of course, there's also the fact that Ddraig's powers couldn't come from Magic or his Dragonic Race as well, with the simple reason that no other Dragon was able to used Boost or that if the Power is truly made from Magic, then many beings should be able to recreate the power, especially how Overpowered Boost is
Because of that, Issei thought that the Power isn't made from Magic, since many other Entities would have surely copied it for themselves

Ddraig: [Yes, your right.. When a Ki practitioner reached the Level 1 Stage, there allowed to create there own Unique Ability, because of that many Entities have been trying to become Level 1 to create their own Unique Ability]

Issei already know what a Pure Soul would feel and looked like, because of that, except for the User of the Sephiroth Graal, Issei would no doubt be the Most Talented on Ki Training, because of that, in order for Issei to achieve his Dream faster he needs to be able to master the Use of KI

Of course, even without the Tournament, Issei and Bianka are still allowed to do anything that they want, with Issei just being very popular to either Students and Teachers and with him being very very Smart that he isn't even learning anything to the teachers
As for Bianka, she is allowed to do anything she wants, because of her Parents giving large amounts of money to the school, which gave her quite a large leeway, of course she is also one of the Smartest in her Year, with only Issei and Touko being smarter than her

If God does exist, all of Humanities Actions, there Personality, There Beliefs, There Happiness, There Sadness and Tragedies, There Choices, There Futures
If God is All-Mighty, All-Knowing and created Destiny, then does Humanity has Free Will?

For instance, Assassination, what if one of the lowest ranked in this School is actually a very talented Assassin, but couldn't used his/her Talent because of how Modern Society is formed right now "
To Issei, The Medieval Era could be the Golden Age of Humanity, not because of the Technology, but that Humans would be able to fully used there Hidden Talents much more freely than Modern Society would ever allow
Such things as Fighting, Leading, Riders, Killing, Assassinating, Sex, Torture, Honor, Freedom and so much more
To Issei that Time is the Golden Age of Humanity, a Time of where Humanity can be whatever they wanted without Social Norms deciding what's right or wrong, with them being able to freely used there Talents to the best of there abilities
A Time where Talent and Strength rules all, not Money
To Issei, that's what being Human is, to embraced and developed there Talents to the fullest, no matter what it is, no matter how hideous it is
To be Human one must Embraced There Talents no matter what it is
With that their actions will be the deciding factor if there Talent is Beautiful or Hideous

Of course, Issei himself also knows that his way of thinking is also flawed in many ways as well, for example if a person is very talented in doing Rape would definitely be a Bad Person, even for a person like Issei who values Talent above bloodlines and statuses

Bianka: " Now? What is your thoughts on Effort? " Bianka asked, and by this point she only wanted to know more about the Thought Process of Issei Hyoudou, on what he dislikes and likes, and of course on how to he sees the world around him

And after reincarnating into this body, he was also planning on doing the same, but after Bianka entered his life that changed many things, with him only looking at her at the mere value of being his First Friend and Rival/Sparring Partner
But over the months that they spent together, and the various things that they experience, he was able to see that her interactions with him is far too different to other children, this is more so when Issei was talking to other girls as well, with Bianka stopping the conversation and just merely dragged Issei away from them
Because of that, and what is Bianka is doing right now, he was able to see that she was in love with him, which did made him conflicted, since she is 6 years old, while he physically a 6 year old, but mentality he is in his late 40's if he were to combined his age with his current self

To Issei hearing this, could only sighed at the Dragon inside of his soul, but he didn't try to say his own opinion in the matter, since this was a Dragon that has lived in for Thousands of Years, it would be hard to change his opinion and way of life now after all, especially since his is a Dragon, and a Dragon is known to make multiple mates as well, so trying to make him looked at his perspective would just counter-productive, so he just stopped and just concentrate on his conversation with Bianka for now
Issei: " My Opinion about Effort?.. To me Effort is the Opposite of Talent.... Talent is the thing that you are given the day you are born, with you being able to do what you are talented at Intuitively, and with you learning on how to do something, the better and more refined your Talent becomes, making it your greatest advantage of all when you practiced it to the very limits of your resources... Effort on the hand, is to create your Talent from scratch, but unlike does with Talent however, there created Talent could be said to be of Higher Quality than those birth with Talent, since for them they created there Talent from scratch and experience.. Talent is to be born to be natural at something, while Effort is to create something to be Good at by sheer hard-worked with them being able to reached the highest possible levels.. If you want to have a better grasped to it, to me Talent is a Experience Multiplier, with Talent multiplying your Experience by 10, for Effort however, it is to build your Talent from scratch, because of that the Multiplier that they would gained would just be 2 or 5 times experience, but unlike Talent Multiplier however, Effort-Talent Multiplier would always rise and rise, 2 Times becomes 2.1 Times, and the more they persisted and train and try to evolve, the higher there Multipliers will become, until they also become 10, but unlike the Talent were they are stuck to that 10, Effort-Talent Multiplier would still rise and rise, and rise Infinitely.. If you asked me what is superior between Talent and Effort, I will answer Effort for the Long-Term gain of it, but in the short term however, it would be Talent "
That was Issei, or more so Ebony's thoughts on the matter really, to him no matter how weak a person is, if they have the determination and will to try to Improved and get stronger, they can become stronger, no matter how weak or pathetic he/she is
To Issei, as long as they have the Determination and Will and of course a bit of luck, anyone can be anyone, be a Billionaire, President/King or even the Strongest there is, as long as they have those 3 factors, then they can be anyone that they want and Imagine
Bianka hearing his thoughts on Talent and Effort, she couldn't helped but think to herself and her situation, she was said that her Talent in combat lie elsewhere and not on the Sword, but despite that she has been trying all of her might to be this powerful and skilled with the Blade
With Issei having Immense Talents in the Sword that not even her own Mother match him in Raw Talent, to her Issei is entirely made to wield a Blade or in just general a Very Powerful Fighter than none would be able to match when he reached his Full Potential
Bianka: " Does that mean that Talent will lose in the End? " That was something that she was wondering now, since by Issei own description, Talent will lose in the end, because of how Effort made Talent operates
Issei hearing her words, could understand her confusion, since the way that he said his words, it appears that Effort is the far more superior in the Long-Term, which is excellent especially if you choose to be a Fighter for the rest of your life, that kind of power is very desired
Because of this, Issei decided to destroy the misconception of his words and explained on what Talent and Effort is, to a more fundamental level than before
Issei: " Well because of my words, yes it appears to be that, but to a more fundamental level, Talent is essentially Barriers for Growth "
Bianka: " Barriers for Growth? What do you mean Issei? " That was something that confused her, but trusting that Issei would answer her question, she merely said her words and then stayed silent

Issei: " Ones Talent is essentially Barriers, if we go by a terminology that you would understand better, it is essentially a Level Cap. Those that have Talent would have a Higher Level Cap like a Level Cap of 100, and as for those that don't have Talent have a Level Cap of 10 or less "
Bianka hearing that, was able to understand on what Issei would be going with this now
Bianka: " Essentially, Effort is to essentially destroy that Level Cap to be able to reached Level 11, and because of that they gained a Multiplier Bonus as for there reward for there efforts then? "
Issei: " *Nods* That's right, now then Bianka, what would happen if the Talent were to break there Level Cap as well? " He asked while playfully smiling, to this Bianka just widen her eyes at the Implication of his words
Bianka: " .. They will destroy there Level Cap and gained an Experience Multiplier? " Bianka said to Issei who could only nod at such an answer
Issei: " Of course, because of there Wider Level Cap, and there already high Multiplier, breaking there Limits by Sheer and Immense Effort would be an almost Impossible tasked " That caught her attention, making her looked up to looked at the serious face of her companion
Bianka: " An almost Impossible tasked? Why call it that? " That was something that caught her attention, since it is true that a Genius would need a Immense amount of Effort just to destroy there Level Cap
Since to her, for Issei to say something that is Almost Impossible to achieved is simple ridiculous, since Issei would say it's very hard, but not to the point of it being almost Impossible
Issei: " That's because of what Effort is, Effort is to destroy ones Level Cap and grant them the ability create there own Talent even greater than the Ordinary Talent. But when the a Talented Individual were to destroy there own Level Cap, they will be able to rebuild there Talent and upgrade it to an even higher form, and be able to continuously raised there Multiplier as well, so tell me what would happen? "
Bianka hearing this could only nod at his words, since even for her, just the though of being able to destroy the limit of ones Talent is simply Incredible, especially if she were to destroy her own Talent Limit in Swordsmanship as well
But of course, she didn't readily accepted it, since this was just the opinions of Issei and not a true fact, but still though the hope of being able to do it, was just enough to make her heart burst into flames of determination to be able to do the same thing as his Opinions, and even then who knows, maybe she would be able to proved her Crush Opinions on the matter of Talent and Effort
But of course, Issei own assessment to the two Concept isn't just his own Opinions, but is heavily based on his Previous Life as well, since he did experience it in his Driving Skills having reached an Higher Realm than it was originally
Bianka: " Issei do you think that I would be able to do it?.... Reached the Level of the Greatest? " Bianka asked him a question that she wanted answered, to which he only looked at her and thought for a moment until he answered her
Issei: " To be the Greatest in something, you need more than just being Incredibly Talented in the Chosen field that you decided to embark in, you need Luck, Be able to meet the right people and decisions to be able to reached your Goal, and then Determination to go through with the goal that you set out for yourself no matter how long it is, and most Importantly Time, time to be able to reached the desired Goal "
Bianka hearing this, she could only nod and then stood up from her seating position, but not before 'accidentally' pressing her lips at his neck and then stood up proudly
With that Bianka just stood motionlessly, while Issei still in his seating position looked up to look at what she would be either doing or going to say to him
Which he got with him waiting for a couple of minutes, with that she then looked at Issei with eyes full of determination
Bianka: " I will reached the Top, no matter the Obstacles that I will faced.. So Issei will you helped me? Be able to find my Talent? " Bianka said to Issei who could only smile at her
Issei: " Of course, since I'm quite interested on what you would become in the future as well " Of course, Issei himself might have an inkling on what her Talent is, but he didn't voiced it out for her right now, since they would be fighting in later after all, might as well reveal that Information before their daily spars
Bianka: " *Smiling* Thanks, and also sorry for abandoning our Dream Issei " She said sadly because of her betrayal towards her first friend
Issei hearing this could only chuckle and then stood up
Issei: " No don't be since you never really have a Chance of being the Greatest Swordsman with me around, you never stood a chance " He arrogantly said to her, who could only smile at his arrogant remark, but couldn't have the strength to retort such claim, since he does have the Talent to be the Greatest as after all
Of course, at that time, no one really thought on how significant this moment is in the Supernatural World in the Future with the Cataclysm War and the Birth of the Deadliest Duo in the Supernatural World

I will admit that the last part would be more rushed than I wanted it to be, but truthfully, this chapter became longer than I expected, and if I were to write this as detailed as I could, this Chapter would go past the 10K Word count, and since I'am very lazy and that I have a tight schedule because of School, I can't afford to be slow or run out of inspiration
And for the talked about Talent, Effort and Level Cap, that does exist in this World, and right now I'm saying that no one would be able to experience that for quite sometime, well I'am confident that no one would be able to destroy there Level Cap before the 15th Chapter
But right now, I will also say this that there would be a lot of changes to the story that the only thing that would be the same would be some of the Named Characters and the Story Structure, with me adding in a few things before and in Canon as well
Also there's a Comment in the previous chapter that the Introductions of the ExE characters and there Power, and I will say this now, they will appear in the story, and I'am quite confident that I will be able to make sneak peeks of them in the upcoming chapters
And If I were to give an estimate on how powerful they would be, I will say this that they will be powerful and pushed the DxD World to become more powerful as a result, making everyone more powerful than there Canon counterparts as well
So right now, please do wait for the upcoming chapters
