"We can't interfere. Hestia might be in big trouble if we interfere!" Ryuu said, looking at the others.
"So why are we here!?" Vonika shouted, getting closer and closer to the wall.
"We are risking lives fighting inside Orario." Ryuu answered.
"And I think you and Y/N are still eligible to do damage." Naaza added.
- Vonika looks at the battle raging around the castle and thinks of something -
"Follow me." Vonika said, running towards the castle's outer walls.
- She reaches near the castle's outer walls and holds her ground. The other two girls look at her confused but decide to follow -
- You stare at them, rage boiling as the Entity coaxes you to go forward -
"Look at them, standing there, underestimating your powers."
"They're calling you weak! That you didn't have the strength to protect those around you!" The Entity shouted.
- You roar in rage, raising your Scythe to cleave whatever stood in your way. Using Hillbilly's Chainsaw power, you sprint towards them -
"Now!" Vonika shouted, all of them jumping back at the right moment.
- You collide with the castle's outer walls, shattering them open. The three watch as large chunks of stone fall towards you, getting crushed underneath -
- The shockwave from the attack blew most of Apollo's men away, knocking them around as they were rendered unconscious after colliding with something -
- Apollo looks at the other Gods, stopping his sight to Hermes to gain at least an assurance that what just happened counts as cheating -
- None answered or even sympathized with him since this was literally the first time this had happened -
"Don't look at me, Apollo. Y/N and Vonika are still part of Hestia's Familia, and so far, Naaza and Ryuu haven't done anything to directly help or assist." Hermes answered, knowing the parameters of what they all agreed on.
- In reality, Hermes was also confused, but for the sake of Hestia being a smaller Familia. And Apollo's underhanded tactics earlier, he let it pass -
"Is he okay?" Naaza asked, looking at the pile of rubble on top of the Godkiller.
"He's hurt, but I don't think that will stop him." Ryuu said, being one of the people who have had the chance to fight beside you.
- They all watch as an ink-like substance flows through the stone, forming into the head of a Dire Crow -
- It screeches, moving towards them. The girls all yelp in surprise, all jumping back -
- Vonika and Ryuu jump away together while Naaza jumps in another direction. Naaza drops down, seeing a weird symbol on the ground -
- Vonika and Ryuu stare in shock as the pattern underneath lights up. Y/N appears, growling at them but not necessarily advancing -
- Naaza stares directly into it, watching the copy in amusement and confusion. The copy glitches as the Scythe instantly heads toward her -
"Naaza!" Vonika shouts, dashing to catch the girl.
- She looks at her injury to find that You cut her prosthetic arm. Vonika passes Naaza to Ryuu before glaring at you -
You give her a sickening smile, finding it amusing to toy with the Traitors, "So this is why Ares' generals were weak. He was hiding you stronger warriors for the final battle." You laughed.
"Final battle?" Vonika asked.
"There." You pointed, seeing Ares on top of the castle fighting some adventurer.
"I knew there'd be another invasion. Knowing this place is closer to Rakia, you'd try to make this place a camp."
"It's surprising, really. Seeing Ares on the front lines after how he cowers before me." You smile
"He's completely delusional." Naaza commented, recovering from the shock earlier.
- Vonika watches in horror as you disappear out of sight. Only your cold laughter remained as you cloaked -
"He's heading for Bell, thinking he's Ares. Stay here. I'll try to help Bell." Vonika said, running towards the castle.
- On top, Bell stands weakly in the corner, looking down after almost being blown to bits by his skill -
"You survived that, huh?" Hyakinthos angrily said, seeing Bell tank the hit of one of his many powerful magic.
- He unsheathes his sword, staring at him in rage after Bell showed how much better he is than Hyakinthos in the eyes of Apollo -
"I don't care what Apollo wants anymore! Die!" He shouts, running for Bell in hopes of finishing him.
- Someone grabs Hyakinthos' cape, pulling him back. Hyakinthos looks up in fear, feeling your cold hands around his head before -
*Snap*
- Bell watch in horror as you snap and pull Hyakinthos' head off -
- All the Gods and the other spectators watch in shock at the scene. What had once been a signal for cheers after a triumphant battle ends now broadcasted fear through everyone -
- Apollo looks at the screen in fear. Oh, how he was wrong underestimating the power of the Godkiller, the same man he used to mock and tease -
- He thanked whoever was holding back your patience with him -
"Did... did we win?" Hestia mutters, her eyes glued onto the broadcast.
- You take a step forward, scaring Ares, who stood before you, bloody and bruised -
"You don't count to anything, Ares. Almost defeated by a measly weakling like him." You scoff, throwing Hyakinthos' head to the side while his body falls to the ground.
"I'll give you one chance to stand up and fight me to the death, or I will make sure to induce as much pain as possible." You glared, remembering the time he begged you for forgiveness.
- Bell, while weakened, stood up and grabbed his blade. You smile at him, Ares, now having the courage to stand up for himself -
- You smile in satisfaction, seeing Ares cry while his knees shake in fear. But you respected him now for standing up to you -
"Be happy. You'll die as a God of War." You said, raising your Scythe to deal the final blow.
- Your smile widens, dashing towards him, knowing that your suffering will finally end as Ares' lifeless body falls to the ground -
"What is this!?" You shout, stepping on some thick webbing placed on the ground.
- You weren't able to get free as multiple chained Bear-traps clamp on you, locking you in place -
"Why won't you let me be free!?" You release a pained shout, looking behind you.
- Your sister stood there, her Hunters beside her, pulling on the chains that locked you down -
"He's here!" You hear S/N shout. You look at her, pointing in a direction.
- You briefly look at the scene, seeing Ares riding on a Chariot with his men. You growl and look at Ares beside you. Your vision flickers, seeing Bell there -
"GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" You shout, seeing a clear view of the real Ares.
- The Entity tries its best to compensate for the arrival of Ares. But your anger for the one who caused all this is greater than the anguish it had given you -
- You suppress the Entity, your anger growing more and more for the target in your sights -
- He's already done too much damage, and now he's back for more. Your eyes burn in anger, seeing the smug smile on his face -
- Your sister releases your shackles as you jump down to face Ares himself. S/N runs towards Bell, helping him up -
"Should we help him?" Naaza asked.
"No. I don't think Y/N's still entirely in control. If we go near him. He might just think we're enemies." Vonika said, trying to suppress her anger towards the God of War.
- Ares stands there, walking closer to the Godkiller as if he isn't afraid. You take a step forward, making him step back -
"You're still in control? That dumbass kid." Ares mutters, looking behind him to glare at Mercer.
- You grab your Bone-Scythe. Ares smiles, staring at you like he has the upper hand -
"I wouldn't recommend that Godkiller." He says with a sly tone.
- The carriage behind him moves, showing people from your past -
"Warren? Valerie?... Benedict?" You asked in surprise, your anger towards Ares reaching new heights.
"You take another step there, Godkiller, and one of them will get it." Ares says with a cocky smile.
"It's nice to have you back, kid." Benedict said, looking at you with a smile.
"What do you want?" You asked.
"Simply what I was promised by Mercer here." He said, pointing towards the shapeshifter.
"You ransack Orario, or in other words, help me take it over." Ares said, walking around you.
- You put your hand down, opening it to cast a spell that can kill those pointing daggers at the three hostages' necks -
Ares quickly grabs your hand with a slight laugh, "Oh, no, no, no, Godkiller. That is simply cheating." He laughed.
"I'll let you pass, but do it again, and the old man gets it." Ares said.
- Benedict looked at you. The reluctance you showed. The trigger that is holding you back, knowing you might lose someone after one irrational move -
He recalls the book, 'triggers have certain effects once set off, and that mostly is losing control. If this means certain death for Ares, then...' Benedict thought, taking one more good look at you.
"Enjoy your life, kid. You have many more people to protect." Benedict smiled. He leans forward and moves to the left, letting the blade slash his throat.
- Your eyes instantly focus on Benedict, watching him bleed on the floor. An inhuman shout erupts from both you and your sister on top of the castle, prompting Ares to run away immediately -
- You raise both hands as multiple traps of different variety scour through Ares' army, killing anyone weaker -
- Someone slides beside you. You glare at whoever it is and see Ryuu casting a spell on Benedict to heal the wound. Vonika follows, pulling out a healing potion -
"I'll skin you alive!" You shout towards the running Ares, hiding behind his personal guard that survived your first attack.
- You take a step forward, but a blur dashes ahead of you, seeing your sister instantly go berserk after what happened to Benedict -
- Both of you mow through the horde of remaining knights, both your Killers and her Hunters, bent on killing Ares himself with nothing but your hands -
- You anticipate Mercer's attacks but didn't even see him once during your onslaught -
- You destroy a carriage in front of you to see Ares fleeing on his chariot. You call the Deathslinger beside you -
- He nods and harpoons the vehicle. Ares gets thrown away by the sudden stop -
- You and your sister dash madly towards him, like a pair of hungry wolves racing for food. You arrive and see Ares once again on his knees, the same smile on his face -
- You stopped in your tracks, but your sister didn't. Grabbing your Scythe, she raises it and cuts off one of Ares' hands -
- Following her, you grab Ares' left arm and rip it off, making the man scream in pain -
- The others watched the barbaric display, but none chose to interfere. They watched as you and your sister tortured Ares as his blood-curdling screams echoed around the area -
"This is what you get for ruining so many lives!" You growl in anger, stomping on his chest.
- You felt satisfied as you raised your Scythe to cut his head off. You continue only for a pillar of light to cover Ares, raising him up as his body regenerates -
- Out of spite, you grab his leg, trying your hardest to pull him down. You summon multiple killers to assist you while your sister did as well -
- Ares' smile faded as he was pulled to the ground, the pillar of light disappearing. After seeing what happened, Ares crawls back, calling upon Ouranos to help him -
- No one came to his aid as the two now proven Godkillers ripped him to shreds for the second time -
"Finally. It's done." You smile, flicking your hands to remove the blood and some guts you got from Ares.
- Everyone near You and your sister heard chains breaking. Suddenly, a dark mist covers you two, taking you to another dimension or place -
"What happened?" Vonika asked, running to where you and your sister disappeared with the others in confusion.
- A laugh erupts from one of the nearby carriages. They all tensed up, expecting opposition -
"He's gone! He's finally gone!" Mercer said in joy as he wobbly walked down the carriage steps before falling to the ground.
- Parts of his body started to melt, surprising the others. Vonika stepped forward for a closer sight. Stepping back immediately in shock, seeing a kid not more than nine years old -
"Everyone step back!" She shouts as the melted flesh starts bubbling, sticking back on the kid.
- They all run away as the frightened kid is eaten by the biomass. Once again, he transforms into Mercer, but with a different outfit -
"Finally. I now have full control." The man says in a deeper tone.
- Mercer steps his foot on the ground, releasing a ton of biomass. After a couple of seconds, the ground starts to shake as multiple Hydras erupt from the ground -
"I will consume this world just like I did with the others." He declared, laughing sadistically.
"Everyone stay back! You can't handle him! Run back to Orario and warn the people!" Vonika ordered.
- The others quickly noted, running away along with Apollo's remaining members inside the castle -
"You're brave, girl." Mercer said, changing his hands into claws.
[With You]
- You and your sister awoke near a campfire. You tried to summon anything but couldn't -
"You are now in my realm. This is your final test before I release you. Good luck!" The Entity cackled as the campfire gets put out by a chilling gust of wind.
- Both you and your sister look around the new area in fear. Now powerless in the hands of the Entity -
"We'll get through this." You braved yourself, holding your sister close.
- You take one more look at your surroundings before pressing forward. You hear a loud screech as the Nurse appears in front of your sister, raising her Bone saw -
- You quickly pull her out of the way, your forearm getting slashed in the process. The Nurse disappears -
"Y/N!" S/N says in worry, looking at your bleeding arm.
"It's okay. I've taken more powerful hits." You tell her, going onwards. The darkness of the area affects your vision as you step on a triangular symbol.
- An image of the Hag appears on top of it, you quickly jump away, taking your sister with you. The image disappears, making you breathe out in relief -
- You take a step forward, looking out in fear as dozens of images of the Hag appear. You looked around, trying to find another way but couldn't find anything -
"Stay close." You said, hugging her tightly as you moved through the images.
- You hear a hoarse screech, forcing you to jump forward to dodge the incoming claw from behind. Luckily you did -
- Both of you went through cautiously, breathing in relief as the end neared. You gently push S/N to the side, taking the first step -
- Your breath hitched as you heard the bear-trap underneath your feet set off, clamping down on your foot. You shout in pain, quickly shoving your sister to safety -
- You grunt as claws dig in your back, falling on the ground. You scream in pain, but the Entity didn't stop there -
- A familiar giggling fills your ears as someone stomps on your head, putting his hands near it before releasing a deadly surge of electricity -
- You grit your teeth in pain, trying to numb all the pain. You look forward and see your sister standing there, unable to move in fear. You look behind her and see the Oni, raising his kanabo to crush her -
- Pushing through the pain, you force yourself up, tackling the Oni down. You stare at your sister, shouting at her to run away -
[With Vonika]
- Vonika once again charges up her cross, moving through hordes and hordes of Mercer's infected, trying to dodge it to get to him -
"Now I know why it took Y/N multiple days to even reach Mercer." She said, cutting another infected in half.
- Vonika gets close and jumps up to deliver a deadly attack. But one of Mercer's brawlers lunge at her just in time to disrupt it and claw at her sides -
- Vonika screams in pain, falling to the ground. She watches as multiple brawlers jump towards her. Arashi suddenly arrives, dropping in front of her -
"Roulette!" Arashi shouts. A dome of living chain covers them, ensnaring the brawlers and strangling them after.
- The other infected saw what happened to the others and immediately stepped back from the dome -
Arashi helps Vonika to her feet, "Are you sure you're not a retribution like us?" Vonika asked, seeing how many times his roulette skill saved her.
- The man smiles, looking at her with a finger on his lips, signaling her to stay quiet. Arashi holds Vonika's hand as green energy engulfs both of them, healing her completely -
Vonika smiles, feeling a familiar energy as she did with You, "You should've told us sooner. I wouldn't have underestimated you too much."
"Not really the type to attract attention to myself." Arashi smiles as claws appear on his hands. He roars in Hysteria, moving throught the dome to shred infected.
Vonika smiles, raising her hands as she sniffs the air, getting the scent of sins from the Viruses, "Anger!" She shouts, causing chaos upon the horde as they are all forced to murder each other.

As I've said, I will be focusing on this book for now, so I finally have a finished one rather than leaving it unfinished.
So here's another reveal. Arashi is a Retribution. I'll leave it to you guys to guess what game he got his powers from... it's a bit obvious tho.
Once again, I am thankful to those who were with me writing this story. I'm almost sad that it'd end, but I have many other books that will give me more time with you guys.
